A month later...

Jughead had barely anytime to breath the night Fangs was shot. First Fangs was rushed to the hospital with a bullet wound, then Toni was kidnapped by Penny, then he saved her with the held of Cheryl. Fangs was then announced dead, and his dad wants to go to war with the ghoulies. It was nights like these he really missed Betty. Maybe she could've stopped him from what's he's about to do.

He arrived where Hiram told him to meet. Penny was already there. "Remember the deal," Jughead said. "If I turn myself into you, no bloodshed tomorrow."

"Apparently having you out of the picture is more important than total serpent annihilation," Penny said. The rest of the ghoulies appeared behind her.

"Hey when you're gone, tell your girlfriend I said hi," Malachi said. Jughead then punched him in the face. He was pushed to the ground. He was then beaten badly.

"I hope you know in your dying breath that your sacrifice was for nothing," Penny said. "Because by morning, the serpents will be gone. Don't finish him off yet, I want my pound of flesh."

FP ran to where Penny was hiding out. He had gotten a message from Hiram saying the battle was off. He knew this meant Jughead sacrificed himself to Penny. "Jug," he yelled.

He found a limp form and ran to it. "Jug," he said. He checked for a pulse and let out a sob when he didn't find one. He tried performing CPR, but it didn't work. He let out a scream as he held his boy close.

"Wake up, boy, please wake up," FP said. Tears where streaming down his face as he mourned the loss of his child.

Jughead woke up on a beach. He realized he was dead. He turned around and saw a familiar blonde. "Betty," Jughead yelled. She turned around and smiled. He ran to her and kissed her.

"I missed you," Betty said.

"I missed you to," he said. He held her close. He kissed her forehead.

"My dad is the blackhood," Betty said.

"That means he killed you," Jughead said. Betty nods and he kissed her softly. He missed those lips so much. Him and Betty were going to be together, forever.
