The Three Winds of Fodlan
Hey everyone! I am so happy that so many people enjoy this fic! Anyway due to some people DMing me the pairings I want to share the ones I have gotten.
Robin (married): Tiki, Cordelia, Tharja, Anna (Awakening)
Robin (Not married): Lysithea, Byleth, Dorothea, and Shamir
Mark: Bernadetta, Marianne, Mercedes, Flayn, Petra, Manuela, Catherine, and Shamir
Byleth: Robin, Edelgard, Dmitri.
I am a little disappointed that Byleth has so little choices and while surprised at Mark's. Still I will write as I do, hope you guys submit more, and we'll see where the story flows naturally. However to set a deadline for if Robin is having an Awakening or 3H pairing...let's make it the chapter of the first mock battle. I will warn everyone when that is the next chapter. And just to make note….in my version of Awakening, all recruitable allies were recruited, including the extra ones so you can pair Robin with Aversa or Emmeryn if you wanted. Also please put all suggestions in reviews from now on please. Well...time for that thing I have to do.
Disclaimer: I do not own Fire Emblem, just the OCs I plan to use instead of generic faceless students.
Chapter 3: White Clouds: New Professors.
Mark inspected his room quickly. It was a simple room that was functional. Not big but big enough to live in comfortably. He had a nice mahogany desk and a rather large bed. Mark hung his green traveler cloak in the wardrobe. "Wonder if I've been spoiled from staying in rooms from Lyn's manor or the castles?" Mark muttered to himself as he was a little sad he didn't have a bigger room due to something he wanted to acquire for some personal entertainment but realized the noise might keep others awake. "I guess that would be rude of me. Maybe there is one on the grounds somewhere. Perhaps I should walk around and get acquainted with the place." Mark left his room and thought for a moment if he should invite Robin and Byleth but decided to not burden them with his want to explore.
Mark took a slow pace, something he was accustomed to due to his studies into the tactical arts as he made his way down the dorms. He noticed the many students and observed that there were three different emblems: A yellow one with a stag, a blue one with a lion, and a red one with an eagle. Mark then remembered the capes worn by the three youths and came to the conclusion that this academy had a House System. As Mark mused to himself on how this will come into play as he teaches here he reached a large greenhouse and decided to poke his head inside. Mark knew that despite his more wind focused way of life, he was not one with plants but enjoyed flowers quite a bit. He remembered the times he'd take a walk, find a bunch of flowers and make flower crowns for Nino, Ninian, and Florina. Mark smiled at the memories before clutching his heart at the pain of not being with the dancer but shook it off. That was far from where he was. Mark had guessed he was in another world and wondered if this was a punishment for stopping the dragons or a reward for doing much the same. He wanted to tell Byleth and Robin but he did not know how to word it without seeming crazy. The Legendary Tactician put those thoughts out of his mind and just enjoyed the flowers in the greenhouse before going off to explore more.
Mark walked past the large fishing pond and decided he'd come back later, having an enjoyment of the craft even if he was not one for seafood himself, instead having a bit of a sweet tooth and a love of spiced meats. He ignored the dining hall for the moment as he was not too terribly hungry and moved on to the marketplace. It wasn't all that big but that was because the major market was outside the walls of the monastery proper. Mark spun on his heels and walked into the entrance hall and had to admire it. It was large and spacious, almost like a show of the grandeur of the monastery. Mark crossed into the reception hall and saw how full of energy it was with all the students talking and hanging out. Mark chuckled as he stepped away towards a corridor before finding a slightly ajar door. Mark shrugged and poked his head inside and found something that saddened him, a barely used music room. Mark wondered if there was no love of the musical arts here before he guessed that most music activities were handled by the large cathedral.
"Wonder if I can convince Seteth and Rhea to allow me to use this room. Who knows, maybe some students have talent with an instrument or two." Mark thought to himself before his eyes fell on a piano that was gathering dust in the corner. Mark made a quick but thorough inspection and was glad it was in pretty good shape, needing only a few replacement hammers which he could do once he found a shop in town that had them. Mark quickly slinked out of the room using his Gale Step, his move that used the winds to accelerate his speed. Mark walked out to the courtyard and saw that classes were either not in session today or already dismissed. "A lovely space just outside the classes. Not bad. This will help relax those who need it between breaks. One can't ignore the psychological strain after all."
With a quick turn, Mark made his way through the small garden area, past the gazebo and the area where he saw students having tea. He soon found himself at the training field and decided that he could use a bit of a workout himself. Jaffar had made sure to drill into his head that he must always strive to perfect his technique. Mark looked through the training weapons and sighed as he realized he'd need to special order training daggers that were of the length of his Gale Wolves. Instead he grabbed training gauntlets since he planned to use the ones he had taken from the bandit he killed back in Remire. Mark found a training dummy and shifted into a stance.
Mark's right leg slowly slid to the side until Mark was almost profile with the dummy, his right hand was lifted up and bent across his chest slightly below the collarbone while his left was hanging in front of his left side, ready to strike or defend. Mark slightly bent his knees and shifted his weight to the balls of his feet before he started to slightly bounce as if to keep his body in motion at all times. After a few seconds, Mark went on the attack. Mark was not strong. He certainly wasn't weak either, capable of lifting heavy loads if needed but he wasn't a powerhouse like Hector or Hawkeye but he was probably a little stronger than Matthew and Jaffar. Mark kept his strikes light at first, aiming more for precision rather than power to get used to the unarmed style. However after a few minutes, Mark added more force and power to his strikes, still aiming for weak spots such as the neck, the sides, diaphragm, and more. Soon his punches gave way to kicks and from there to more acrobatic attacks and even ones from handstands. Mark lost himself as his body learned how to fight in this new style while his mind came up with strategic ways to employ it.
-Three Winds of Fodlan-
Robin had taken a short nap after getting into his room. He awoke an hour later and yawned before throwing on his coat and deciding to look for some food. Robin made his way down the dormitories before he noticed someone acting a little on the shifty side. It was a girl with shaggy looking purple hair wearing the academy uniform but she had a skirt unlike the shorts he remembered Edelgard wearing though he could see the legs of shorts peek out from under the skirt and she had a blue hood. Robin made his way towards her and saw she was sneaking a plate of cake and another of food.
"Wouldn't it be better to eat that in the dining hall?" Robin asked calmly, causing the girl to jump, nearly dropping the plates. Robin could already see this girl had some social anxiety like a certain dancer or daughter of a certain mage he knew.
"Who are you? I've never seen you before! And I am certainly not sneaking food out of the dining hall!" The girl said nervously, slowly backing away from the white haired man. Robin chuckled slightly but held up his hands.
"Calm down. My name is Robin Zephyr and I just arrived at the monastery today. I've just been appointed a professor here." Robin said gently and calmly as to not alarm the girl, a skill he had to perfect around Olivia and Noire, more so the latter. "And while I doubt your intentions are malicious, we both know that you are indeed sneaking food. My question is why?" The girl stared at Robin before she remembered something she was told earlier in the day.
"Are you one of the mercenaries that helped out Edelgard?" The girl asked Robin slowly. Robin nodded, his gentle smile still in place. "I see. Well then I should thank you. She's the lead of my House and the princess of the country I come from. Since you are a professor I guess I have to introduce myself huh?" The girl seemed like she really didn't want to but felt like she had to, in order to not be rude. "I'm Bernadetta von Varley. It's nice to meet you Prof. Robin."
"Just Robin. I'm not that much older than you." Robin said waving the title away. He hated titles and was annoyed when Chrom had made him a Count behind his back. If he heard someone call him "Count Robin" or "Count Zephyr" again he was going to cast Thoron directly into Chrom's room while the man was changing. This of course got worse when it got out that since Validar was his father, he was technically Plegian Royalty and some had called him "Prince Robin." He knew they were jests but that did not stop him from getting annoyed. "Now why are you sneaking food from the dining hall Miss von Varley?"
"Bernie just likes her alone time. She doesn't like being around people so I stay locked up in my room. It's perfectly normal!" Bernadetta defended, almost hysterically. Robin stayed calm and listened.
"I never said it wasn't but surely you have people you'd like to eat with? It must get stale being in your room at all times." Robin reasoned gently. Bernadetta however did not look convinced and seemed to want to run to her room. Robin soon figured out that Bernadetta might be a bigger monster to tackle than Olivia and Noire. "Besides I was just on my way there but I do not know my way around. Surely an upstanding girl like yourself would be willing to help a new professor wouldn't you?"
"Me? But I'm no good at these things! I couldn't possibly help you." Bernadetta squeaked out. Robin could practically see the huge red flag that popped up. Robin gently reached out and patted the girl's head.
"Of course you can. You have food in your hands so you know where the dining hall is. That's all you need to show me. Maybe keep me company and eat with me." Robin said warmly as Bernadetta pouted.
"Okay fine." Bernadetta pouted, as every part of her did not want to help him. The only reason she was going to, was because of that almost magic head pat. It was almost like he used magic to pat away all of her arguments. The Adrestian noble led the way to the dining hall before hiding behind him as he went and got his food. Robin was happy that they were serving eel and kidney pie and helped himself to a large helping alongside some potatoes and bread. Soon he and Bernadtta sat on the end of one of the tables near the far side of the dining hall, which put them at a distance from other students.
"So them Miss von Varley-" Robin began before the girl shook her head.
"Just Bernadetta if you please." The shut-in said. If she was to be forced to eat out of her room and with this new professor who did not want to be called a professor, he was not allowed to be all stuffy. It wasn't fair.
"Very well, Bernadetta. You mentioned that Edelgard is in your House. Would you mind extrapolating?" Robin asked.
"Do I have to?" Bernadetta asked, eating some sauteed fish. Robin nodded with his ever patient smile on his face causing her to sigh. "Fine. The Academy has three Houses, each House is made up of students from the three different countries."
"The Adrestian Empire, Holy Kingdom of Faerghus, and Leicester Alliance, yes?" Robin asked before getting a nod from the girl.
"Yes. Students from the Empire are in the Black Eagles like myself and Edelgard. If they are from Faerghus they go to the Blue Lions. This leaves the Golden Deer who are made up of Alliance Students." Bernadetta explained. "Now Houses only really matter when it comes to training in the afternoons. Morning classes, which are all based on theory like ethics, history and the like are done together based on year."
"Not a bad idea." Robin nodded. "This way, friendships can be fostered in spite of culture differences, patriotism, and other such issues that would cause close mindedness. I approve."
"Then you might also like to know that classes have both children from nobility and commoners." Bernadetta informed the High Deliverer who nodded rather happily after he had taken a large bite of his pie. The man soon swallowed.
"I agree with this greatly. On the battlefield, it does not matter who is noble born and who is of common birth. Skill and tactics speak louder than ancestry and blood ties." Robin said.
"I can't argue that. After all I'm not very good at anything and I'm a noble." Bernadetta said looking down before she felt another headpat from Robin.
"Everyone is good at something, Bernadetta. As a professor, I'll help you find that. And hopefully as a friend as well." Robin said. Bernadetta started to freak out slightly.
"You want to be friends with me?" She asked, her eyes wide before her mind started to race and try to think of what Robin really wanted. "No wait! You just say that so you can get close and humiliate me don't you! I am on to you!" Robin was a little taken aback by the sudden accusations.
"I assure you I want nothing of the sort." Robin said remaining calm, falling back on his "nobility lessons" with Maribelle. It was always best to speak concisely when faced with someone who was in hysterics. "I may be a professor but I am no doubt, not much older than most of the students. So in order to build a healthy relationship with all of them, I hope to be friends with everyone." Bernadetta eyed Robin before she slowly went back to her food. Robin could see she wasn't totally convinced and that just made him wonder what exactly happened to her even more. However he knew when not to pry and so he left it alone. After they finished their food, they ate dessert as well. Robin had to admit the cake was rather good. Robin then escorted Bernadetta back to her room. "Thank you very much for dining with me, Bernadetta. If you ever need anything just knock on the door second from the end. That's my room."
"I'll be fine. I'll just hide in my room if things are bad." bernadetta assured Robin, once more procking that red flag in his head. "Have a good day, Pro- I mean Robin." With that she closed the door leaving the white haired young man to think.
"Definitely worse than Olivia and Noire." Robin muttered as he headed back to his room. "Oh well, could be worse I suppose. She could be Lon'qu was before he was set straight."
-Three Winds of Fodlan-
"It is rather homey in here isn't it?" Sothis asked Byleth as they inspected the room. "Still it is a bit bare. We shall have to decorate at some point."
"We? You have your own room. I can decorate myself, thank you." Byleth said to the being in her head. After a few moments she heard a knock on her door, only to open it and see her father and Alois.
"I see Lady Rhea took my advice about the three of you." The man in white armor chuckled before he handed Byleth a bundle. "This was your mother's. It was one of the few things of hers that could be saved." Byleth set the bundle gently on her desk and opened it to reveal a rather fancy looking tea set with four cups and saucers. "Your mother loved to invite others to tea. She would invite visiting lords to lowly servants. She never saw herself as above anyone else."
"He's right. I even remember her answer when I asked her. 'Tea time is a nation of neutrality. Everyone from the greatest king to the poorest beggar are welcome to it and who am I to deny the sacred rite of that neutrality?'" Jeralt said warmly. "Anyway, Alois, mind giving me some quality time with my girl?"
"Of course, Captain. Father-Daughter time is very important." Alois nodded before he waved goodbye to the two of them. Still his comment caught both Eisners off guard.
"Wonder how he knows that?" Jeralt muttered, stroking his beard before shrugging. "Anyway, mind following me for a moment. There's someplace I want to show you."
"Lead the way." Byleth said before the two left. Byleth wondered where this place was as she followed her father before she soon found herself overlooking a beautiful view of the cathedral, graves all around her. Jeralt stopped in front of the grave that had the best view of the cathedral.
"This is your mother." Jeralt said with a sad smile as he pointed to the grave. Byleth knelt down and stared at it before tracing her mother's name with her fingers.
"Hi...Mom." Byleth finally said after a few moments and standing up, tears in her eyes. "Do you think...she'd be happy with me?"
"Now that's a dumb question." Jeralt said, hugging his daughter. "She'd fuss about you every day. Brush your hair, teach you about make-up, try out new teas with you, and buy two copies of books so you could read together."
"So I guess I do take after her in more than looks." Byleth said.
"Kid, the only thing you got from me was the ability to fight. And honestly that's the only thing from me worth having. You got everything else from your mother." Jeralt said with a laugh. "Isn't that right Sitri?" Almost as if to answer him, a warm and gentle wind blew. "I think I'll take that as a yes. You?"
"Definitely a yes. Thanks Mom." Byleth said as she wiped her eyes. "I promise to come back later."
"Yeah, best not to stay here too long. Next time we'll bring flowers. Got any plans?" Jeralt asked.
"I was hoping that I could go out and buy a few things to make my room a bit less empty." Byleth said. Jeralt nodded and gestured for her to follow. The two left the monastery and entered the major market in the regular city. After navigating the maze of people and stalls, Jeralt and Byleth arrived at a storefront with a sign that said: "Twelve Moon Books."
"This was your mother's favorite store. She spent almost as much time here as she did in the monastery." Jeralt laughed before a clerk came out.
"Jeralt? Is that you?" He asked. Jeralt looked at him before he smiled.
"Andre! It's been a while. Byleth is this Andre Cook. His family run this store." Jeralt said. Andre extended his hand. He was a thin man with a pair of large glasses wearing simple clothes with an apron that had the store's name on it. Byleth shook his hand.
"Welcome, welcome. Wait, Byleth? Does that mean this is your girl?" Andre asked with a tilt of his head. When Jeralt nodded, the bookseller beamed. "Then she must have Sitri's thirst for books. If that is the case I'll set her up with Sitri's old discount."
"Are you sure?" Byleth asked, confused.
"Of course! If you are going to read as much as your mother, you are going to buy as much as her and she would buy no less than ten books a visit. A discount for that sort of business is well worth it." Andre said, waving off the mercenary turned teacher's concerns. "Actually, I still have an order of your mother's. I don't know why but I was never able to part with it. Perhaps I knew I'd be able to give it to you." Andre went to the back and returned with a book that was small but thick. "A Compendium of Teas Across Fodlan. This is not an easy book to get your hands on but your mother made sure to pay for it and then some." Byleth stroked the book with a smile. "Ah no. Jeralt you must have to drive the boys back with sticks if she has a smile like that."
"More like a spear and angry horse." Jeralt chuckled. "Still thanks for holding onto this for Sitri."
"She was more than a good customer, she was a good woman. Now then care to browse, Byleth?" Andre asked. Byleth looked around, lost in the volumes for a long while before she grabbed a few, and by a few it turned out to be ten as Andre predicted. Andre tossed in a satchel with her purchase so she could always have an easy way to carry her new books. Right before she paid she saw a calendar and added that, thinking it might help her in some way with her teaching. She was stunned by the discount, taking off thirty percent of her total but when she quickly did the math in her head she realized that Andre was still making a considerable profit off of her even with the generous cut to the price. The Eisners left the bookstore with a heavy satchel full of books but with a giddy smile on Byleth's face.
"Well I'll be. If it isn't two of my best customers." A familiar female voice said, causing the Eisners to turn and see a woman wearing a white and black dress with her red hair done in a left side tail. "What brings you two here?"
"Hey Anna." Byleth greeted the woman who was a traveling merchant that they did business with often.
"I got saddled back with Knights and Byleth got a job as a teacher for the Academy." Jeralt explained.
"I see. Well that must be quite the tale. Anyway, care to browse? I got quite the collection of things to sell and as always, my prices can't be beat." Anna said with her saleswoman smirk. The father and daughter knew this woman was good on her word. It was almost divine how good she was at getting items and how low she offered them. Byleth took a look through and found a few teas that she bought from the red head. "Figured you'd go for those. Let's see those are mint, southern fruit, sweet apple, and ginger." Byleth paid for the tea happily as Jeralt looked at the wares before seeing nothing that caught his eye. "Hope to see you again. I come by here often enough."
"See you later Anna." Byleth said with a wave before she and her father returned to the monastery. "Thanks for taking me out, Dad."
"Of course. Anytime." Jeralt said with a fatherly smile as he hugged his daughter one last time before he went back to his office. Byleth returned to her room to see Mark exiting the training field. She found it a little odd to not see him wearing his green cloak. It was almost synonymous with him in her mind.
"Hey, Byleth. Do a bit of shopping?" Mark asked, noticing the stuff with her.
"Just a few things. What have you been up to?" Byleth asked, wondering why he looked red.
"I checked out the area and then did a bit of light training to try my hand at unarmed combat with the training gauntlets they have. I have to get specially made training knives as the ones they have are too short for me." Mark said.
"I did notice your daggers are longer than what most see. A unique design from another land perhaps?" Byleth asked, receiving a nod.
"Got it in one. But hey, you have stuff to unpack. I figured I'd clean myself up a bit and grab some food before catching some early sleep. Tomorrow is going to be a huge day for the three of us." Mark said. "I'll see you tomorrow." Byleth nodded as she entered her room and put up her new books, teas set and tea, and hung her calendar.
"I must agree with him. Tomorrow is going to be a big day." Sothis said in Byleth's mind and she had to agree. Byleth smiled, unable to await the next day.
-Three Winds of Fodlan-
The next morning, after a quick breakfast, Cyril brought the three new professors outside the Audience Chamber where two figures awaited them. The first was a woman who appeared a little older than themselves wearing a decent amount of make-up as well as a white coat over a green dress that revealed both a great deal of leg and a leg holster of knives. Her brown hair was in a bob style. Next to her was an older gentleman wearing a charcoal grey suit with a green cravat. The coat he wore matched his suit but also had a black lining. His well combed hair, mustache, and small beard were grey with age and he wore a monocle over his right eye.
"Hm? It appears our new professors have arrived." The male said with his voice laced with both academic knowledge and wisdom. "It is very nice to meet you. I am Hanneman von Essar, a fellow professor and Crest Scholar. Do you know about Crests?"
"A bit, but most of that seemed outside my paygrade." Byleth said as she knew nobles would drone on and on about Crests and she would just tune them out. "However I don't think my friends do."
"Not a thing." Mark admitted with a bit of a shrug.
"This is the first time I have ever heard of them." Robin said. "However when we have time, I'd love to learn more about them."
"Careful. He's liable to talk your ear off. Anyway enough about the stuffy old man. I am far more interesting." The woman said, causing Hanneman to huff and Mark swore he heard the elder male mutter, "Well I never." "My name is Manuela Casagranda, a professor, a physician, a songstress, and available. It's nice to meet you." Manuela punctuated the end of her introduction with a wink at the three.
"Did she just flirt with all three of us/you?" The three younger adults and Sothis thought at the same time, not knowing how to take Manuela's open advances. However Byleth recovered first as if she just remembered.
"Would you perhaps be the same Manuela of the Mittelfrank Opera Company?" Byleth asked Manuela, surprising the woman.
"Why yes! Have you heard of me?" Manuela asked.
"I've heard you sing a few times when your company hired the mercenaries my father ran to help beef up security." By leth explained causing the older woman to snap her fingers.
"I knew that man looked familiar. Yes I remember you. I believe I gave you some of my spare make-up and taught you how to apply it. And you wear it so well. Small world." Manuela said with a smile.
"Indeed. However we have time to dwell on the past later. It seems the three of you are to not only be new professors but also be the House Heads for the three Houses." Hanneman said, cutting straight to business.
"The Black Eagles of Adrestia, The Blue Lions of Faerghus, and the Golden Deer of Leicester." Robin concluded. "I was able to get a little info from a student yesterday. So who gets who?"
"You get to choose." Manuela said as she handed the three of them a file each. "Each file is a full dossier of the students you will be in charge of for each house. Look them over and trade so that you can see all three Houses. Of course this does not mean you can't offer advice to a student from outside the House you choose. Though of course you must be careful. The Houses are led by the ones who will lead their countries as well."
"In fact, that is encouraged to help bring the students together." Hanneman supplemented. Mark looked over the Blue Lions dossier he had. He had to admit they seemed interesting but he noted an odd page.
"Proficiencies and Talents?" Mark asked
"Ah yes. Each student is tested and based on the results we are given a chart that shows what they inherently are good with and what they are inherently bad at learning. However sometimes the tests show irregularities that usually produce a Hidden Talent so to speak." Hanneman explained causing Mark to nod before he traded with Robin who had the Black Eagles. Mark noticed the staggering amount of nobles but that did not matter to him. He was able to boss around someone as stoneheaded as Hector and get him to listen. If he went this route, he would show them how little such things meant ultimately.
Robin had thought about going Black Eagles, both due to him being used to helping out nobles and because he wanted to help Bernadetta, but he wondered if being a teacher for another House would help her branch out of her little world. The Blue Lions also seemed to be decent prospects. He felt like he could help Dmitri with his inner darkness as Robin himself knew what it meant to have that as well, though he doubted Dmitri's would result in his inner darkness transforming him into a giant death dragon. He soon handed the Blue Lions over to Byleth and looked at the Golden Deer.
Byleth looked through the Golden Deer and liked the idea of training commoners up to her level but as she looked at the Blue Lion, she also liked the idea of shattering the wall between nobility and commoners here more. Sure the Golden Deer had nobles but based on the info she got, only one of them actually acted like a noble. Byleth received the Black Eagles folder from Mark and looked through it. There were a lot of decent prospects. The trio traded folders multiple times but finally they seemed to have picked the Houses they wanted. Rhea called them in.
"It seems you all read the dossiers multiple times. They are yours to keep of course, to help you train whichever Houses you have decided on. Now then, what are your decisions?" Rheas asked, smiling alongside the three new professors.
-Three Winds of Fodlan-
The students were antsy. Seteth had just left after telling them that they would soon meet their new professors. Bernadetta thought back to Robin. She had not told anyone from her House about him yet, mainly because Seteth terrified her a little….okay a lot.
"I wonder who these new teachers are?" Claude asked out loud, voicing the thoughts of the others in the room. However before anyone could reply the door to the classroom slammed open hard as the wind gusted in hard. Everyone looked at the door...everyone except Claude, two boys from the Blue Lions, and a girl from the Black Eagles. Those four barely turned around in time to see knives made of folded thick paper land in front of everyone's desk.
"Claude von Riegan of the Golden Deer, Ashe Ubert and Felix Hugo Fraldarius of the Blue Lions, and Petra Macneary. Congratulations, the four of you are alive. Everyone else here has just been assassinated if this was an actual scenario." A voice chuckled from the desk at the front. A voice belonging to a man wearing a green travel cloak, playing with a folded paper knife in one hand, and had a pendant with the symbol of the Black Eagles hanging from his right wrist.
"My House did the best. Wonder how that makes the two of you feel?" A stoic faced, but beautiful, young woman said walking through the door. Hanging from her neck was a pendant with the symbol of the Blue Lions.
"Leave it to an assassin to want to do a situational awareness test." A white haired young man in a purple and gold hooded long coat sighed. Tied to his belt was a pendant with the symbol of the Golden Deer. "Nice to meet you. I'm Robin Zephyr, one of the new professors and the one in charge of the Golden Deer."
"Byleth Eisner, I'll be in charge of the Blue Lions."
"And I am your killer today, Mark Frey. I'll be leading the Black Eagles."
"Now that we are introduced, time to begin the lesson." Byleth said with a smile.
-Three Winds of Fodlan-
And there we go! We have our Houses Chosen. Hope no one minds the Pendant idea. I just thought the teacher in charge of a House should have the insignia on them somewhere. Anyway next chapter we'll have the first lesson as well as each teacher meeting their House. Some training too perhaps. Please review and remember that the chapter after next is probably going to be when I declare if Robin has a wife in Awakening or not. So please keep sending in pairing ideas for all three, or show support for one that has been submitted. Until next time, just keep one thing in mind.
