FINK'S POV
My eyes shot open when I felt my pillow vibrating. I lifted my head, and pulled my phone from under the pillow. My alarm was going off, time to wake up. I shut it off, and climbed off my bunk bed.
I gathered my outfit for the day, a pink sweater, and a skirt. I set them down, and took a quick shower. Once I finished, I threw on my clothes and brushed my hair. I always loved how it looked, nice and pink. It was really fluffy, and it looked nice with my fur.
I finished detangling it, and pulled it up into a ponytail. I smiled at myself in the mirror, and ran out of my room.
I examined the kitchen, and saw Carol cooking. She was making pancakes, hooray! All her food is amazing, but her pancakes are another level of good. She finally noticed me, and gave a smile.
I smiled back and sat at the table. "So..what do you wanna do today, Fink?" She asked. I thought for a while, and came up with something. "Can I go to work with you today?" I asked.
Carol finished, and brought my food to me. She grabbed a cup of coffee, and sat down with me. "Hmm..sure! I don't see why not." She said. I smiled and ate my food as fast as I could. When I finished, I washed my plate and ran to the door.
She finished getting ready, and followed me outside. She had a nice car, or tank. It was really fast, and nice looking. I sat down in the backseat, and buckled my seatbelt. Carol started the car, and we were off.
On the way there, I gazed at all the new things I've never seen before. Carol never took me to her job before, but everyday she tells me nice things about it. I've never been to the plaza either, I always wanted to go but never got the chance.
My life is pretty strange, I don't remember that much of the past. Carol never talks about it either, I don't know that much about her. All I know is that she took me in and raised for these past 6-11 years, and I'm grateful.
They arrived at the dojo. Fink unbuckled her seatbelt, and hopped out of the car. Carol lead her to the dojo, and she was excited. She examined everything around her, and spotted a building across the street. She stopped and stared at it.
"Boxmore?" She thought to herself. She ran to Carol, and tugged on her hand. "What's up?" Carol asked. "What's Boxmore?" Fink asked as she pointed towards it.
"It's a place where this guy named Boxman sends robots to attack the plaza everyday. I don't understand why, but it gets taken care of." Carol stated. Fink was confused, was he a villain? Why does he attack them? Did they do something, or is he just petty? She shrugged these thoughts off, and they continued their way to the dojo.
There were so many people around the plaza, it was wonderful. Just as they started opening the doors, the ground shook. Fink held onto Carol's leg, and a tank fell from the sky. A leg kicked the roof off, and a man jumped out of it. He looked strong, like a pro hero.
"Hey Gar!" Carol waved. He froze, and looked at them. Carol scooped Fink up, and walked towards Gar. "H-Hi..Carol." He said, and looked at Fink. "And Fink."
Fink waved, and Carol smiled. She walked back to the dojo and Fink jumped out of her arms. "Carol..that was Mr. Gar!?" She asked. Carol nodded, and Fink beamed. She heard that Mr. Gar was a great powerful hero, and Carol knew him! And her for some reason.
Once they entered the dojo, Fink spotted three girls. They turned to her, and beamed. "Ooh! Is this Fink!?" One of them questioned. Carol nodded, and handed Fink to them. They held her, and spun her around. That made her giggle, they seemed nice.
"Sorry if this is rude, but who are you?" Fink asked. "Oh! I'm Gertie! And these two are Ginger and Gladys!" Gertie said. "Wow! You have nice names." Fink smiled at them, her smile just made them love her even more.
Carol looked at them, and sighed. "Fink!" She called. Fink hopped out of their arms, and ran to Carol. "How about you explore the plaza, meet some people!" Carol suggested. Fink nodded in agreement, and ran outside.
"Meet me here by 6:00 okay?" Carol shouted. "I will!" Fink shouted back. She looked around, and smiled. There were so many new people, she wanted to be friends with them all.
Meanwhile at Boxmore..
"Professor Venomous! I wasn't expecting you!" Boxman said. In front of him, was Professor Venomous. He was purple, how strange. Next to him was a child, his child. The child was wearing a shirt with the sleeves ripped off, and purple pants. Boxman glared at the child, and the child stuck his tongue out at him.
"Who..is that?" Boxman asked and pointed at the him. "This is my son, Tko." Venomous stated. Boxman didn't know that Venomous had a son, but it didn't matter.
"So, why are you visiting?" He asked. "We have to discuss something." Venomous said. "Alright." Boxman led the two of them to a room. When they entered, there was a long table and several chairs. Venomous sat down, and Boxman followed.
"Tko. Can you wait out there, this won't take long." Venomous asked. "But-" "No buts." Tko sighed, and walked out of the room. When he shut the door, he heard them talking.
He knew what his dad was doing, he was ending his partnership between the two. He was glad, his dad would always talk about Boxman and he hated it.
A few minutes passed, they were still talking. Tko was bored, so stood up and started walking around Boxmore. He saw all the robots and how they were made, it was interesting to him.
Some of them greeted him, but he ignored them. He looked out the window, and saw the plaza across the street. He thought, maybe his dad wouldn't mind if he stepped out for a few minutes.
He ran back to the room that Boxman and Venomous were in, and put his ear to the door. They were still talking, perfect. He teleported outside, and into a bush near the plaza.
Fink was laying down under a tree. She looked at her phone, 5:42 pm. She would be meeting up with Carol again soon. She stood up and turned to the dojo. Before she even started walking, she heard some of the bushes move.
She turned around, and saw Tko crawl out of the bush. He fell flat on his face, and grumbled. Fink hesitantly walked over to him, and he sat up. As he pushed his hair out of his face, he noticed Fink.
"What do you want?" He asked. She could already tell his was mean, and frowned. "Why were you in the bush?" She asked. He stood up and stretched, leaving Fink's question unanswered.
"I don't have time to hang out with..a rat. I'm gonna go have some fun, bye." Tko said, and ran off. Fink huffed, and chased him. "Hold on!" She shouted. He stopped and she collided into him. "What?"
She stood up, and brushed herself off. "I was wondering..can I hang out with you?"
