-Myrkr Park, Musutafu city, 06:27; seven days before the entrance exam-

As the sun peaked over the rooftops of Musutafu city, the city started to wake up. With a sense of freshness and calmness, the residents started to wake up or were already getting on their way towards work, school or other destinations.

Myrkr park lay about twenty minutes, by foot, away from the Midoriya apartment. It was a nice, rather large, park. With many trees, plants, and grass. Perfect to spent a cozy afternoon for a picnic or to relax after work. Dogs loved to rush all around, their tails wagging as fast as they could. In the mornings it was not uncommon to see a few joggers or runners going through the park, its neat paved lanes were perfect to run on. One of these was Izumi Midoriya, wearing a mint-green tracksuit, currently running on the path around the central lake. As she was running she passed by a boy with electric yellow hair who was jogging at a much slower pace then Izumi was.

She passed him on the left. "On your left." The cat-like girl said as she ran past him. The boy gave a nod that he had heard her. About ten minutes later Izumi passed by him again. "On your left." She said again.

"Uh-huh, on my left. Got it." The boy answered breathing a bit harder. His eyes widened when about ten minutes later Izumi was nearly passing by him again. "Don't say it! Don't you say it!" The electric blond yelled loudly.

Izumi grinned mischievously. "On your left!" She said a bit louder than previous times as she ran past him.

"Oh come on!" The boy yelled annoyed, he started running harder as well; but was unable to keep up with the cat-like girl. And when his sides started hurting he stopped and went to sit against a tree to catch his breath.

Seeing the boy leaning against the tree on her next lap, Izumi slowed down and at jogged towards him. "Need a doctor?"

The boy groaned and breathed loudly. "I need a new set of lungs, sides and...ugh...ribs. Dude, you just ran like 15km in what 30 minutes?"

Izumi laughed softly. "Guess I got a late start today." She blew a strand of hair out of her face.

"Oh really?" The boy said with a sarcastic tone. "Well, you should be ashamed of yourself. As punishment, you should take another lap." He closed his eyes for a moment taking a deep breath. He opened one eye to look at Izumi. "Did you just take it? I will assume you just took it." Izumi chuckled softly, remembering when Toshinori demonstrated just how fast he was; about a month after the two met.

"So what brings you here? I've never seen you here before?" Izumi asked cocking her head a bit with curiosity.

The boy shrugged. "I just got a room here in Musutafu. A friend of my dad suggested this park for jogging. He didn't say anything about evil cats though."

"Well, I'm pretty much the house-cat around here. Even the dogs respect my rule." Izumi joked, holding out her hand for the boy. Who grabbed it with a thankful grin, though his eyes widened a lot when Izumi easily pulled him on his feet; no effort at all. And while the boy tried to wipe the grass off his pants, the cat-like girl contemplated what he said earlier. "Say you said you just moved here right? Are you by chance trying to get into the Hero Course of the U.A.?"

The boy looked surprised. "Yes actually. How did you know?"

"I will be taking the exam too." Izumi smiled at him. She held out her hand again. "Izumi Midoriya, nice to meet you..."

The electric blond clapped her hand, before grasping it. "Denki Kaminari! Nice to meet you too Midoriya!"

Suddenly the phone in Izumi's pocket zoomed loudly. The cat-like girl quickly checked it. "Hmm, sorry Kaminari it seems that I'm needed at home. So I guess I will see you at the entrance exam?"

Kaminari gave her a thumbs up. "You betcha! But I have a better idea, let's see each other at the exam...and in class after we both passed it!"

"I will hold you to that." Izumi laughed softly again. "See you around then Kaminari." She waved before, before turning around and running away. Going faster than when she had been running laps. Rubbing the back of his head, Kaminari started going in a different direction; though at a considerably slower pace.

-Wookiees shopping mall, Kiyashi, 15:12; five days before the entrance exam-

The Wookiees shopping mall in the Kiyashi Ward was one Greater Tokyo's largest shopping malls, filled with many different stores that sell all sorts of items for any need and any person regardless of body types and Quirks. Izumi was there her mother to take care of some shopping before the entrance exam was held. In particular, Izumi was looking for new shoes, and her favorite brand was only sold at this mall, while Inko was looking for a new set of kitchen tools; after Tenko accidentality ruined the old ones. After deciding a time to meet at the food court, mother and daughter went their separate ways.

The green-haired girl had easily found the store and after mussing for a good while, unintentionally creeping some people out with her muttering, decided a pair of blue shoes with white soles and very low heels. Flexible and sturdy enough to comfortably walk around, and could take quite a lot of punishment when running and jumping around. "Perfect fit!" Izumi smiled. Having quite some time left before she was supposed to meet her mother, the cat-like girl decided to wander around a bit; humming softly while she did so.

As she walked around her sensitive ears, picked up all sorts of sounds around her; the pinnae of her ears swiveling independently. "I should have time to visit…" A man storming past her in a hurry said on his phone.

"Now what do you think Ami would like for her birthday." A mother asked her daughter who was about five or six years old.

A foreign woman with hair in a particular model, and painted blonde, was harshly tapping on the shoulder of a security guard. "Excuse me?!" She said with a shrill voice that made Izumi shudder and feel pity for the guard; who surely was about to have his day ruined.

"Gods Shoji why are you so ugly?! Mutant-types like you should just be forbidden from entering places with decent people!" However, was a loudly spoken sentence that made Izumi freeze in her tracks and have both ears trying to figure out where it came from.

Another voice agreeing with the one before, allowed Izumi to pick up the location; with a quick pace, she walked towards them. It was from a floor higher, the highest floor in fact, which was nearly empty. When she reached the top of the escalator, she saw them immediately: A very tall teen, with multiple arms, white hair and his face mostly hidden by a blueish cowl-mask, was surrounded by six other teens; who were insulting him with discriminating slurs and calls.

The tall teen was doing his best to ignore the bullies surrounding him, but Izumi could tell from his body language that he was getting very uncomfortable. "I can't let this go on!" Izumi decided resolutely and before she knew it her body had already moved towards them, tail swishing angrily. "Leave him alone!" She growled loud enough for the bullies to hear.

The teen who had spoken first turned towards her, the others quickly following him. "Huh? Great another freak." He said with a mean grin. "What do you want kitty?

"Typical bully leader and lackeys, only brave because there are more of them. The best solution is to get tall guy out of here, could get ugly otherwise."Izumi quickly analyzed the situation, her eyes moved towards the leader of the bullies; staring him down. "This 'kitty' wants you to leave the tall guy alone, and stop with your disgusting discriminating slurs. We are all human here, regardless of our Quirks, So threat each other like it."

"Tsk." The leader of the group stepped forwards, chest stuck out and looking down on the smaller girl. "Well we ain't going to stop, Shoji is a freak just like you; and we don't want freaks like you here in our mall. So what are you going to do about it kitty? Huh?"

"Bakugo was more intimidating when he was six…" Izumi sighed deeply. The cat-like girl held up her right hand and flexed her fingers extending her sharp nails, and showed them off to the bullies. "Have any of you heard about the rumors of the Bakeneko?"

One of the bullies nodded nervously. "You mean the crazy cat Quirk user right? The one who has rabies and goes as far as to hurt little kids to get what it wants? Who almost killed several people and is said to have many dead tracked to her name already?"

Revealing the nails of her left hand, Izumi crouched down a bit and hissed loudly. "You are looking at her!" The bullies paled and screamed, pushing and rushing to get away from the green-haired girl. The tall teen stared at her in wonder with a raised eyebrow. Izumi gave him a sheepish smile. "All those rumors are false of course." She scratched the back of her head. "I'm sure you have heard similar ones about yourself."

"I have." The tall teen nodded. He crossed his arms. "Why did you help me?" He asked curiously.

Izumi tapped her index fingers against one another. "Well, I detest bullies and their ilk in any shape or form. Especially when they are using discriminating slurs like that. But more importantly, you looked like you needed help; and so I had to intervene, even if it was not my business. Besides we 'freaks' should stick together and help each other out." She gave a wire smile.

The tall teen nodded slowly, contemplating the cat-like girl's words. "Thank you...sorry if I seem ungrateful. I'm not used to someone standing up and helping me out. My name is Mezo Shoji, pleased to make your acquaintance..."

"Izumi Midoriya and the pleasure is mine." Izumi smiled. "So want to join me and wander around for a bit? I'm meeting up with my mom in the food court in about an hour."

Shoji blinked in surprise. "Oh...sure. I was looking for a pair of boots though. I need new ones for the hero- for later this week." Shoji cut himself off, seemingly slightly embarrassed.

"You were going to say hero course entrance exam right?!" Izumi said enthusiastically. "That is great! I am taking the exam to. So I hope we see each other there right?"

Shoji looked at the smaller girl in surprise. "I guess we will."

"Now you said you needed new boots right? Well I know the perfect store for that, I just bought the shoes I am wearing right now there." Izumi tapped her cheek. "They have all kind of footwear and the owner is very kind, has nothing against unusual looking people either."

"Lead the way, I will follow you there." Shoji gestured. To his surprise, however, Izumi kept walking next to him.

She smiled warmly at him. "Nah, this is fine. Oh how about we play a game? I see...I see something you cannot see...starting with a 'K'."

The white-haired teen smirked slightly under his mask, and from the stumps of his extra arm eyeballs appeared that started looking around.

"Well, that is just not fair!" Izumi exclaimed as the cat-like girl stared at him with a fake pout. Shoji raised his eyebrow playfully at her. "Fine...Fine...using my hearing to hear the Karen on the floor below us is kind of cheating, but in my defense, I did see her earlier."

-Iego Theatre, Musutafu city, 20:43; three days before the entrance exam-

The Iego Theatre, located in an older part of Musutafu city, had been abandoned for well over three decades. Plans to renovate the building had been made many times, though none came into fruition. The exterior of the building was beginning to show its wear, and although the exit had been sealed off by wooden planks.

Rumors had it that the abandoned building was haunted and that ghosts could be heard singing on some evenings. It was for this reason why Izumi was looking at the building, finger tapping against her cheek, deep in thought. Standing beside her Tenko let out an annoyed sigh."Izumi, what are we doing here? This is a waste of time." The young adult stuck his hands the pockets of his large black hoodie. "And why are you wearing one of my hoodies again?"

Izumi huffed at him. "Oh stop complaining Tenko, we are on an adventure! Besides being cooped up inside playing video-games all the time isn't healthy for you." She stepped towards the entrance, which had been sealed off by wooden planks. Carefully she began fiddling with them trying to discover if they could be moved. "Oh and you left your hoodie on the sofa in the living room, so mom washed it. I took it because it looked very comfortable, which I was right about."

The grey-haired man snorted. "It's way too large, you look ridiculous." He commented, wilfully ignoring the part about video-games. He was kind of right, due to the size difference between the two of them the hoodie ended well past Izumi's tights and covered her hands. Which was, now that he thought of it, probably the main reason she stole and wore them so often.

"Ridiculously comfortable is more like it." Izumi looked over her shoulder with a smirk. "Now come on. I have found some loose planks that can be lifted, which is obviously how the 'ghost' got inside." Shaking his head Tenko followed the cat-like girl through the opening she had made, which after a short hallway lead them to the theatre's lobby. Which had once been beautifully decorated to resemble an old cinema, and had once been filled with small shops that sold items and goodies related to the shows playing on the stage; aside from food and drinks of course.

Silently Tenko walked beside the green-haired girl as she took her time to look around, picking up sights, sounds, and smells. The grey-haired side-kick observed Izumi while she did so. "She really is weird…" He decided for himself, though he couldn't deny that over the past ten months he had grown very fond of the cat-like girl and her mother. "Toshi probably even more so, we practically moved in with them." Life for both Tenko and Toshinori had been hectic ever since Toshi had been permanently wounded by All for One; loosing more internal organs that most people would be comfortable with realizing. Then ten months ago life for the pair had chanced again, though for the better this time.

When Toshinori in his All Might persona collapsed in front of them, coughing up loads of blood and hardly breathing, Tenko had feared the worst and started panicking. That is until Izumi stepped up and summoned the doll that was her Quirk. Doctor Blythe, she called it, and while the doll had honestly frightened him, it was extremely efficient providing first aid so that Izumi and Tenko could carefully bring him to the Midoriya apartment where it treated All Might further in a surgery that lasted several hours. During that time, to distract himself mostly, Tenko had talked with Izumi's mother Inko and had learned quite a bit about the cat-like girl; and had been surprised when he realized how smart she actually was. Doctor Blythe barely had any intelligence on its own, being little more than a doll that did what Izumi commanded it to do. So while it did its work efficiently and without hesitation, Izumi had to have the theoretical knowledge to know what the doll had to do to treat its patients.

"To hold all that knowledge in that small head of hers, makes you wonder what else she is capable of…" Tenko kept a close eye on the green-haired girl as she tiptoed to a large wooden door and pressed her left ear against it. Slowly her eyes closed, a pleased smile appearing on her face, as her tail began swishing from left to right at a soft pace.

After a minute or so she gestured at Tenko come closer. "I think that the rumored ghost is just a girl who snuck inside as we did. She is singing in the hall right now. It...it sounds very good …" She whispered, still in awe from the voice she was listening too.

"Shall we go in?" Tenko asked removing his hands from the pockets of his hoodies, just in case. Izumi hesitated for a moment, ear still pressed against the door to listen to the singing, before nodding slowly. As carefully as she could she pushed the large door open, revealing the stage and seats. Moonlight shining through the glass roof revealed that is was build like a classical theatre, which caught Izumi and Tenko a bit of guard. However a loud thud of something being dropped, quickly shook them out of that stupor.

Izumi who could see quite well in the dark, better than most humans at least, noticed a person slip behind the curtains. "Hey wait! Don't run away!" Izumi called after the person, quickly rushing towards the stage, chasing after her.

"There she goes again," Tenko muttered as he ran after the green-haired girl. "No wonder she and Toshi get along so well." For reasons Tenko had yet to fully grasp, Izumi and Toshinori got along amazingly well; from the moment they had properly met in the morning after the cat-like girl had saved the Number 1. Hero's life. The pair just clicked in a way that Tenko never could with the blond hero.

Sometimes a pang of jealousy tingled around him, but then Tenko quickly shook his head and ignored it; remaining himself that if there was someone who desperately needed more friends it was Toshinori. And if that friend just so happened to by an odd-looking cat-like girl so be it. Besides, it's not like he didn't get along the green-haired girl, quite the opposite even. Even if she could stop stealing his hoodies.

After running through the hallways behind the stage for a while, Tenko found Izumi standing in the door opening that led outside. Arms crossed and her tail swishing with annoyance. "She got away." The cat-like girl pouted, crossing her arms while she did so. "I was so close to catching her too!"

Tenko shrugged helplessly. "ll perhaps she didn't want to get caught? Entering the theatre is forbidden you know…"

"You have a point, but her voice and singing...it was just...just...just wow! You know?" Izumi let her arms fall to her side.

"No I don't know actually, I didn't get to hear it after all. But I do know that we should be getting you home before Inko or Toshi get worried." The grey-haired man pointed out. "So let's get going." He turned away and started walking in the direction of the Izumi apartment, with a deep sigh Izumi followed her friend. Inwardly promising that she would be back and figure out the ghost's identity.

-Entrance Gate, U.A. High School, 9:04; Day of the entrance exam-

The U.A High School was located on a tall forested hill, with its main building directly atop of it; while it's several training grounds and other large facilities where build around it. The large main building, consisting of four rectangular buildings that were interconnected at ground level and on the ninth floor, was where the classrooms of all departments were located along with several other facilities. Such as the development studio, a large gym where students could train after classes, the impressive library, and of course the medical ward. All in all, it was probably the most impressive High School located in Japan and even ranked quite highly on the international lists.

It was this building that many of the exam applicants happily entered, following the signs pointing them to the auditorium where they would be instructed about today's events. Like the many other examinees, Izumi stopped, just as she passed through the entrance gate, to take in the amazing sight. It was here that many of Japan's best and most famous heroes graduated from, after all, this was the place where Toshinori had become All Might.

Shaking her head to clear her thoughts Izumi took a moment to observe the other examinees, there had to be at least a thousand of them, that were entering the building. A slight frown appeared on the cat-like girl's face at the sight. "Did they not figure out the message?"

Yesterday an urgent message from the U.A. had arrived per e-mail. Stating that due to an incident the auditorium that was normally used for events like these was out of commission and instead the instructions about the exam would take place at a different location in the school. There would be signs up and around to guide them to the right location. This was followed by some odd sentences that seemed like a mistake. Which proved correct when there was a follow-up mail that apologized for the mistake and urged all the examinees to arrive on time.

Most people would have accepted it and moved on, like most examinees seemingly did, however, Izumi had a feeling in her gut that there was more to the message and had taken a closer look at the nonsense.

Please go get some milk. Ignore any advice coming from pink-nosed cats. The dog is waiting, isn't he? Earlier cats get better fish. Message my back please human, it would please me. Pass the fish to be human. Through thick and thin. The box is magnificent. Entrance to my paradise. Gate to luxury and slaves. And endless free food. Go! To a cat this means nothing. The mouse is escaping. Small pest that it is. Building blocks of life though they are. On that, we can agree. The human should be back by now. Left me on my own, did he?

It had taken her a few minutes to figure out the message hidden within. "Please ignore the earlier message. Pass through the entrance gate and go to the small building on the left." The cat-like girl softly said to herself, shaking her head to clear it. Before going left, down a small trail; that was probably only used by gardeners, janitors, and security. "Toshinori did warn that every year the entrance exam is headed by different teachers, who are given a lot of freedom to determine who is capable enough to enter the school. This year it must be someone crafty and sly, who requires us to look underneath the underneath and read between the lines."

Mentally sorting through the huge amount of hero-data saved in her memories, Izumi reached a small sad looking building. Rolling her shoulders and taking a deep breath the green-haired girl opened the door and stepped inside. It looked like a normal shed, with tools lining the walls. Cautiously Izumi looked around, a spark of doubt lighting up in her stomach when nothing happened. "Did I get it wrong?" Flashed through her head, when suddenly the door shut by itself and a metallic voice sounded through some hidden speakers.

"Candidate Izumi has passed the preliminary test, lowering floor now!" The floor began lowering down rather quickly, taking Izumi underground. As quick as it had started lowering the floor stopped in its track, and a pair of automatic doors opened. A bit dazed Izumi walked through the door. Revealing a huge underground passage, with an arched ceiling that was covered in numerous metal plates; with every hundred meters, or so, a light hanging down. Not far from the entrance Izumi just had arrived from stood over a hundred teenagers, other examinees who had seen through the message. Some were talking with each other, others were sitting or standing in silence, and quite a few were doing some quick warm-ups.

"Hello, meatbag! Let me be the first to congratulate you on passing the preliminary test! Here is your number." A hip-sized robot, a square on a wheel with a single blue scanner, rolled towards her. From it's sides, arms emerged holding a badge that it handed to Izumi. On it, the number 123 was displayed. "I hope the facility is to your liking."

The cat-like girl glanced around. "It's a bit ominous don't you think?"

"Then I have good news for you meatbag! You won't be staying long!" The robot happily replied, before rolling to the next arrivals, a small group this time.

Overhearing the conversation, and picking up the time from one of the arrival's wristwatch Izumi walked to the wall and sat down with her back against it. "This might take a while, better take a short catnap."

-Underground passage, U.A. High School, 9:59; Day of the entrance exam-

By now there had to be at least 400 hopeful candidates gathered in the huge passage. Murmurs ran all over as the examines were talking with each other, while Izumi was doing her best to see if she could catch a glimpse of Kaminari or Shoji. "I wonder how they intend to test all of us." She wondered, ears swiveling around.

Her thoughts were interrupted however when suddenly several, hidden, spotlights blinked on. Shining their bright lights to a stage that came out of the wall, on it stood a single man. With wild blond hair, cool sunglasses, a large speaker like device wrapped around his neck, and a booming voice this could only be one person: Present Mic, the Voice hero.

"Welcome one and all to my live show!" His voice boomed through the passage, while he pointed towards the crowd. "Everybody say HEY!" He put his hand behind his ear, but nobody reacted to his prompt and the pro was met with complete silence. "Ouch! Tough crowd!" He laughed. "Guess I can't blame you though, I've got shivers down my spine to listeners! Now listen up examinees, as I'm gonna give you the low-down on how the exam will go down! ARE YOU READY!? YEAH!" His voice boomed once more. The students were silent as the grave, however.

At her spot, Izumi was softly muttering to herself. "Present Mic the voice hero, so Toshi was right. The teachers here really are pro-heroes! Oh, this is going to be great!"

On the stage, Present Mic continued. "Now pay close attention to what I'm going to tell you, listeners! You 406 are the smart or lucky ones that managed to figure out the hidden message. Well done pat yourselves on the back, at least 1800 examinees failed this test already! Which they should be hearing about now. During this exam, we'll be testing your mettle by having you run through some rather difficult tests. During these tests, you can earn and lose points through your actions, and be advised as you all will be closely observed by a team of talented judges! Now hold on to your buts as here comes the real bomb: Out of the 405 examinees that have passed the preliminary test, meaning you listeners, only 36 will be selected to attend the hero-course!"

Like the pro-hero said this announcement impacted like a bomb, and several examinees began shouting as angry and worried talking broke out. Izumi glanced at her fellow examinees. "It might seem hard and unfair, but it is just like Toshi said. The path of a hero is filled with danger and hardship. If the U.A. staff does not think you can make it...you are out." While Izumi was confident that she would do well, the cat-like girl couldn't help but wonder if it was good enough?

"If you happen to fail don't worry though you can always try again next year, or enter our wonderful support and general education courses." The blond hero laughed, as he looked over the candidates; who were whispering very worried. "Well, that's enough from me for now! So let's move to the main event!"

Present Mic hopped f the stage and dusted off his pants. "Right listeners are you ready! Then follow me!" The blond hero started walking, and the students started following him. The hero's boots tapped against the floor, followed by many others. Though Izumi quickly noted that the speed at which the pro-hero moved began to get progressively faster, as now most examinees had to run to keep up.

"I forgot to tell you about one detail listeners: I'm in charge of the first exam round. Meaning that I must lead you to the place where the second round will take place." Present Mic's voice boomed from the front of the group. "So if you're able to follow me to the place where the second round stands, you'll have passed the first test." This earned some shouts and questions, but the blond hero's voice quickly silenced them. "I can't tell you where or when we'll arrive, so listeners you must be content with simply following me."

As she ran, Izumi tapped her cheek. "I see…"

"An endurance test huh?" A tall teen with short dark bluish hair and small square glasses said. "To weed out those who are not fit enough to enter. Fortunately a rather easy test for me." The reason why was easily deducted by seeing the three metallic exhaust pipes coming from his legs.

"Probably one of the Iida family, they have had many heroes in their family." Izumi thought as she glanced at him. "Its to test us both physically and psychologically. Running without knowing how far you have to go and how long it will take is difficult. He's testing our mentality and perseverance." She answered the tall teen, who gained a thoughtful look on his face. "Though it makes me very curious to know who actually is in charge of the entrance exam this year. As this is not Present Mic's style...far too subtle and crafty."

The bespectacled teen hummed as he thought for a bit. "There are some heroes I can think of, but as far as I know none of them teach at the U.A. So I suppose we just have to wait and see." He answered, as the pair passed the first three examinees that couldn't keep up and had to give up their attempt to get into the hero school.

Silently the pair continued to run forwards, following the sight of Present Mic's pointy hair that kept leading them through the dark passage. Occasionally passing by others that had given up, Izumi had counted twelve in total so far. Though it was easy to see that more examinees were on the verge of giving up or just collapsing. "How long have we been running now?" The cat-like girl wondered out loud.

"I'd say about 69 minutes by now." Her running partner answered, drops of sweat going down his face. "By my estimate, we have about circled the U.A's grounds and should be near their training grounds." He took a deep breath. "Though I must commend you, despite the distance we have run so far you don't seem to be tired in the slightest."

Izumi scratched the back of her head. "Let's call it a natural advantage I have. You seem to be doing just as well though."

Before the bespectacled teen could answer, someone running in the front shouted very loudly. "I see light!" Relief clearly seeping through his voice. "Come on everyone it's only a little bit ahead!"

-Training Area: Ground Omega, U.A. High School, 11:20; Day of the entrance exam-

The examinees were taking advantage of the short break they had been given to catch their breath and rest for a bit. Izumi was looking around, taking in their new surroundings. They had exited close to a large entrance gate, with the omega symbol on top of it, and thick stone walls that seemed to go on forever. Beyond the gate and walls, Izumi saw tall trees and rocky hills, while the smells and sounds of a forest assaulted her senses. "I wonder what we will be doing here?"

Not far from her Present Mic. was checking something on his phone, muttering to himself as he did so. "37 failed so far hmm… seems that they will have their work cut for them."

Nodding to herself Izumi approached him. "Present Mic. Sir? Can I ask a question?"

"Of course listener, but I can't tell anything about the next phases of the exam though." The blond hero answered with a grin.

Izumi tapped her fingers together, a bit nervous now that she had the hero's attention. "Well...erm...I was just wondering how long this break was? Oh and if it was okay to use my Quirk for a bit?"

"The break is about thirty more minutes. And if it helps you for the next round its fine to use your Quirks listeners, just so long that you don't hinder or harm any of your follow examinees." Present Mic's voice grew louder in the second part, making finger guns at Izumi.

The cat-like girl nodded and turned towards an examinee who had sunk to the ground, back resting against the wall. "Hi, are you okay?" Izumi knelt down before him.

The boy, with long black hair that was spiked upwards and wearing a wide, zig-zag patterned headband around his forehead, groaned a bit. "Tripped over the last step of the exit, hurt my left foot." He pulled his headband over his eyes. "Well fucking done Yosetsu...there goes my chance." He said angrily to himself.

"Can...Can I use my Quirk on you?" Izumi asked hesitatingly. "It will heal you...though most people find it very creepy looking."

The boy pulled his headband back up a little, looking Izumi up and down. "You're fucking with me right?"

Izumi looked at him in surprise. "I...erm...no? Why would I? It will take less than a minute for me and gives you a fair chance to continue with the exam. Failing because you accidentality tripped, there is no way you can accept that right?"

"Oh what the hell, I have nothing to lose anyway. So go ahead!" The black-haired boy said loudly.

Izumi nodded, and from the tip of her tail, a red aura began growing and transforming till the doll appeared. "This is Doctor Blythe, I know she does not look very pretty; but my doll is a very good healer." The doll's hands moved towards the injured teen's foot and began poking at the limb with it's fingers. Keeping through to her word, it took Doctor Blythe less than a minute to fix the injury; a rather nasty sprain.

Hiya hope you all enjoyed the second chapter, it took a while but I was busy with school, work, and Carnaval. Let me know what you think, and if you have any suggestions, tips or fun ideas please share them and I'll gladly consider them.

To answer a few questions:

TimerW0lf: While it will follow the general direction from cannon, I do plan to spice things up a lot and change/add some arcs into the story.
