He laughed. "Yeah, we've seen all those over the years. Everyone who isn't Catholic goes through it."

She pulled back. "What's wrong?"

"You sound more like someone who is stressed out."

She shook her head.

"The one who cares about a big plan. You don't have it in you to drive all these people into the middle of a river, even if they've been told to do so.

"The grand plan takes all the focus away from your real role in life. It's only when you have someone with a bit more to give and you have a plan that you can fulfill it."
