Okay, as said in the description, this story has been reworked as 'Trial By Lightning', but people suggested that I put the original up here, so I did. Please be aware that this will not be updated in any way, shape or form.

That being said, please go and check out 'Trial by Lightning' before reading this! If you're here after reading that, feel free to laugh about how bad this is. I know I did. Still, it's here because someone asked, and I answered.

Author's notes and review responses will be taken out, as they aren't relevant any more, but aside from that, it will remain the rather embarrassing fiasco that it started out as. Anyway, I hope that some keen, beginner writers can take tips from the good parts of this and learn from them, as well as find out how not to do things. Hopefully you guys can learn from my mistakes.
