It was a normal Tuesday night for the average London street. A few teenagers were hanging around outside the closed corner store, smoking weed under the cover of the darkness. However, that night was quick to change.
A speeding car drove past, a green light shooting out of the window, hitting one of the teenagers. The boy was dead before they hit the floor. The others started to panic at the sight of the their dead friend.
The speeding car was followed by a police car with its sirens screaming out into the night. A woman jumped out of the car before it sped off.
"Why do I always get the clean-up job?" The woman grumbled as she walked up to the teenagers.
"What the fuck was that?!" One of them shouted to her.
"It doesn't matter, kid." She responded. "Obliviate!"
"Daphne, I am right behind the Bastard!" A voice came from her radio.
"Harry, the boy was dead before he hit the floor. I will be sending the body to the morgue. The rest have had their memory changed, the kid died of a heart attack." Daphne responded into her radio.
Harry had caught up to the car he was chasing, currently driving over a field. He knew he needed to stop the driver.
"Fuck it..." Harry whispered before slamming into the side of the car, causing it to spin off-course and hitting a pole.
"Freeze!" Harry shouted to the car as he climbed out of his, wand in hand.
"You've lost, Potter!" A voice called from the car. "Soon, the filthy Muggles will know who we are. They will fear us, as they should!"
"What do you mean?!" Harry called as he got closer to the car.
"Enjoy!" The voice called. "Bombarda!"
The car exploded with a huge bang, throwing Harry back a distance.
"Harry!" Daphne called as she got to the scene.
"I'm okay..." He groaned in response before getting to his feet. "They will know who we are..."
"What?"
"The guy... he said that before... this." Harry finished before pointing at fire.
"Listen, get home. I'll sort this out." She said, resting a hand on his arm. "Go shower."
When she finally got back to the flat, she saw Harry sitting on the couch with his feet up.
"I thought you'd be asleep." Daphne said.
"Couldn't... I can't stop thinking about what that guy said to me... Get ready, Daphne. I think times are changing."
