Dementia was walking on air. Black Hat had asked for her to come into his office alone because he had something important to ask her. Her joy was indescribable as she reached the office and peeked in to see Black Hat sitting at his desk.

"You wanted to see me, bon-bon?" Dementia asked as she skipped merrily into Black Hat's office.

It was always a good day when she got to see her love.

"Yes," Black Hat said as he rose from his chair and walked over to his eager subordinate in the serious manner Dementia loved so much. "Dementia, I have something very important and very heavy to ask of you. It's going to demand more of you than anything I've asked of you so far…"

"Oh, mi amor, I'd do anything to make you happy," Dementia gushed.

"That's why I knew you'd be the one to ask," Black Hat said walking back to his desk and sitting down in his official manner. "Dementia, would you to be willing to bear my children?"

Dementia's jaw dropped on the ground in shock and she sputtered, "WHAT?!"

"I want to expand my operations," Black Hat explained. "I've looked through all my associates and have not found a suitable candidate among any of them to lead. None of them are up to the task. So, I've decided to reproduce and raise my perfect little leaders. But since I'm male, I cannot carry out this task on my own. I need a loyal mother to bear my seed and you are the most willing candidate I have…"

"YES!" Dementia screamed hopping up and down in his chair. "YES! YES! YES! YES! YES! I WILL DO IT! But…"

"But?" Black Hat asked in surprise.

"We need to get married!" Dementia yelled as she leaped into Black Hat's lap. "In front of everybody!"

"Hmmm…" Black Hat said. "I suppose we do need to make our family legitimate in the eyes of our associates."

Black Hat smiled as he picked up Dementia in his arms and stood up.

"Oh, Black Hat!" Dementia squealed joyfully wrapping her arms around his neck and nuzzling her face against Black Hat's cheek.

"Come, my dear," Black Hat said carrying Dementia out of his office and into the hallway. "We have a wedding to plan."
