This first Chapter is just a small introduction for the rest of the Story. Seeing as my favorite Game-Series is the Metro series, and my favorite Anime is RWBY, I thought I'd make a Crossover of them.

I wanted to put my favorite character, Velvet in the Metro universe. This will hopefully take place across all three of the Metro games. All the extra content I'll have to think about. I don't own Metro nor do I own RWBY. They are owned by Rooster Teeth and Deep Silver. Please feel free to leave leave your thoughts and honest Reviews down below.

Chapter 1: Velvet's Start.

Velvet ran. She ran, and ran as fast as her legs could carry her. Not only was she in a completely different place from where she went to bed. She was also unarmed and being chased by what could only be described as men made of Shadows. Or Shadow men you could say.

Whatever they were, they had been chasing her for what felt like at least an hour now. Velvet knew that the creature would show no mercy if it caught up to her. It inspired her to run even faster than she thought possible.

Velvet didn't take a single second to examine her newfound surroundings. She just hoped that before she died from running, she would reach some level of safety. And if not, hopefully the creature's would give her a quick and painless death.

As luck would have it, the shadow men seemed to stop chasing her, and Velvet could now only hear the sounds of her own footsteps. She sighed with relief. Never in her life had she ever run so fast before.

Whatever that thing was that chased her, really seemed as though its life depended on catching Velvet. She knew it wasn't Grimm. And it certainly wasn't any type that she was familiarly with. She was cold and still a little frightened.

Velvet had the well-thought idea that 'This is just a nightmare. Maybe I'll wake up any second now in my own bed.' She was wrong though. She was in the real world. Just not the one she was used to.

From the looks of wherever the Hell she was, Velvet was able to determine that she was in some type of tunnel. More specifically an entire tunnel system.

With there only being two directions, one of which led back to the Shadow men she encountered. Velvet opted to walk through the opposite direction.

There were small lights in the flickering across the tunnel. Though they were small, they helped guide Velvet. Hopefully someplace a little less scary, and if possible, maybe even a little less dark.

About thirty minutes of walking for Velvet later.

Velvet groaned, her legs were tired and bruised, and now she was beginning to become dehydrated. She rubbed her eyes.

Not being able to walk anymore, she sat herself down on the cold floor. She was now on the verge of passing out.

She did her best to refrain from the forced sleep. But the Darkness came to her, and she found herself unconscious.

''What is she, some type of undiscovered mutant?" One of the Russian Soldiers asked the other.

His partner replied. ''She has to be. Those are definitely real ears.''

''If she is a Mutant, I've never seen any kind like her before. I mean, she has actual bunny ears? After all of the shit that I've seen I can firmly state that God has a very messed up sense of humor.''

One of the Soldiers placed two of his fingers on Velvet's wrist, checking to see if she was even still alive.

''Alright, it looks like she's still alive and breathing.'' The man announced. He then raised his Bastard's gun, pointing it at the girl's head.

The other man slapped the weapon out of his partner's hand and questioned his drastic action. ''What in God's name do you think you're doing? You weren't really planning on pulling that trigger were you?''

''What, she's just another Mutant. Do you ever consider not shooting when you see Nosalis in the tunnels? No, you do your job and send them all straight to Hell. Or have you gone soft on them all.''

''I'm just saying that she's clearly not a threat to anyone. By the looks of her, she must have ran and passed out from using up all her energy. That is by far the worst way to die down here, being devoured in your sleep. A few years ago it happened to my little brother.''

''I don't care how the Hell she got here. What I care about is what people are going to think us when we bring in a girl with actual bunny ears. Don't you think that it will be just a little bit difficult to explain to everyone?''

''What do you propose we do then? Should we just leave her here to die? Just look at her, would you? It would only take one of those Mutants to rip her into pieces. It's the right thing to do, and you know it.''

The man sighed. ''You want to bring your new girlfriend with us? Go right ahead, I'm not going to try and stop you. But if any trouble gets started over this, and I do mean any trouble at all, it is on you, not me. Now get a move on. Today is hopefully the day Hunter makes his grand return. Don't want to miss that glorious bastard.''
