Dean looked at the woman tied up on the floor. She had fought him as expected but he had been stronger. He wanted to try something new. He wanted to look her in the eyes. She cried and a muffled word sounding a lot like "please" tried getting through the duct tape over her mouth.

"Look at me," he said. "Keep your eyes on me."

He moved the knife to her throat, gently running the tip over it without actually breaking the skin. A muffled scream died in her throat and he couldn't help but smile. He moved his head down to kiss the duct tape that sealed her lips.

"You're very beautiful," he said. "But all beauty dies."

He broke her skin with the blade, taking his time to cut her throat slowly. Her screams and cries got louder but never loud enough for anyone else to hear. He finally made it across, dropped the knife and grabbed her face.

"Look at me!" He shouted. "Fucking look at me while you die!"

Her eyes closed and he slammed her head down in the floor in anger. She didn't feel it though. She was already gone.

"Well, fuck you too!" He snarled.

He dug his fingers into her open throat, coating them with blood as many times before. He got up and moved to the wall, leaving the words "Stop me if you can" once again. They couldn't stop him. He knew it by now. They weren't one step closer to finding out who he was than they had been back with his first victim Lana. He was smarter than them.

"Another one bites the dust," Randy sang lowly.
"Really, Randy?" Laura looked at him in annoyance.
"Sorry," he mumbled. "So what have we got?"
"Her name was Ember," she said. "She was a biology teacher."
"Another teacher? Same high school as Natalya?" He asked.
"No, there's no connection there. Another school and as far as I know, they didn't know each other. I don't know for sure though but we'll find out soon enough," she answered.

They looked up at the message on the wall. The letters were more even this time as if he had taken his time to write it more perfect than usual.

"He's starting to like it," he said.
"Screw that. He's starting to love it. He took his time with this one. Tying her up to play with her," she said as she continued looking at the message on the wall. "And still taunting us too."
