Chapter one:
He watched her, the girl, she had beautiful black hair with silver and blue highlights, even though she was only small, about 5'1 in height she caught his full attention. Kai sighs softly and then walks away to his room, once again putting on the hard face and exterior when he saw her with Tala again. She was always with Tala, no matter what he took her everywhere with him and she didn't seem to mind much at all, but it made Kai fume with anger.
He looks over at them and approaches "well if it isn't Tala and his 'little' friend," he says, grinning slightly and the girl looks at Tala and then at Kai "hi, I'm Rogue..Who are you?" she asks, Kai smiles "well, Rogue, I'm Kai." He states simply and she shrugs "alright". She and Tala walk of, Tala giving him a warning look as he follows her.
That night Rogue was sitting in the lobby of the hotel listening to music when Kai comes down and sees her "hi" he walks over, sitting down next to her and she looks at him "hi, what you doing?" she asks, now interested, she pulls her headphones down to listen. "I'm just being bored, how about you?" he says coldly and she shrugs again "same". Tala comes in and sees them and walks up, grabbing Rogues arm and yanking her up "come with me, now!!" he orders and pulls her to the stairs and she pulls back "get of me Tala!" but Tala doesn't and just drags her up stairs into the hotel room and yells at her for talking with him.
Kai sighs and walks back to his hotel room too, getting ready for bed since it was now 1am and then gets into bed, closing his eyes but couldn't get to sleep because he was thinking of her.
