Hello. Twilight here. I'm so sorry I haven't been around much. I took a very long hiatus from this lovely place due to personal issues. But I'm back and I hope to churn out some great stories for you guys.

Title: Kyousha

Rating: M for violence, language, and possible future citrus content.

Pairings: Sakura?, ShikaTema, NaruHina, LeeTen, SaiShino, KakaShizu.

One-sided pairings: SasuSaku, KibaHina, NejiTen, InoShika

Summary: Sakura was weak at one time. Everyone that knows her knows that this is fact. Sakura isn't weak anymore. Everyone that knows her also knows that this is fact. Sakura has been labeled a Kyousha or strong person. She just strives to live up to the name without compromising who she is and what she stands for.

Note: I have no clue who I will end up pairing Sakura with. It could be anyone at this point except Sasuke, Lee, Naruto, Shikamaru, Sai, Shino, and Kakashi. If anyone has any suggestions, I'm open to them. However I do ask that you at least give me a reason why. Instead of just saying Gaara because he's pretty/lonely/whatever. Thanks ^_^

CHAPTER ONE: THE MISSION ASSIGNMENT

Haruno Sakura sighed softly as she walked calmly down the hall to the door of the Hokage's office. Where her mentor Lady Senju Tsunade reigned as the current Godaime Hokage of their beloved Konohagakure no Sato. Though she was nervous, Sakura hid it well as she knocked on the door and waited to be seen.

"Come in!" Tsunade yelled as she gathered the paperwork she'd be needing for her apprentice. Sakura opened the door and walked into the office silently. She knew Tsunade well enough that she wouldn't speak until they had the door sealed and Sakura was seated. So without a word, the young kunoichi sealed the room. Anbu appointments were usually done in public but this one was a special case. Haruno Sakura would be going on a mission before her official induction.

"Thank you. Now Sakura I want to start this off by telling you how proud I am of you. You have come a long way since I took you on as a young girl striving to prove she wasn't just an extra body for Team 7." Tsunade said.

Sakura blushed warmly under the praise. "Arigato Shishou. It was all thanks to your training." She said warmly. Tsunade chuckled softly.

"Alright. Since you haven't been officially inducted into Anbu just yet, this mission will be a little deceptive. I have your paperwork right here to requisition your Anbu mask, tattoo, and uniform. Upon return from your mission, you will be inducted of course. Your sketches are lovely and you really must thank Sai for teaching you so well. Now go ahead and get your tattoo and supplies. then return here." Tsunade ordered.

"Yes Shishou. I'll be back as soon as I can." Sakura said.

"Now before you go, I'm going to give you the name of your teammates for this mission. The scroll is included in your paperwork." Tsunade said. Sakura nodded sharply.

"Yes I understand." She said. Tsunade smiled faintly and nodded.

"Good. Your teammates are as follows: Uchiha Shisui, Uchiha Itachi, Aburame Shino, and Hatake Kakashi." Tsunade said. Sakura wanted to whine but she wasn't a child anymore. So she nodded her agreement and thanked the blonde Hokage.
