***Hello, everyone! This is something that I realized took me the duration of the school day to write out, although I think it turned out good for what it is. Anyways, Timmy, Cosmo, and Wanda belong to Butch Hartman, and let's roll!

A tapping on the fish bowl was the equivalent of the doorbell ringing. Cosmo put his pillow over his head.

"You know that we both have to go see him," Wanda said, entertained slightly.

"My head hurts... that's why I fell asleep earlier than normal," Cosmo whined, not moving his pillow.

When Wanda moved his pillow, she saw that he wasn't lying, just by the look in his eyes. "Alright, honey. I'll get him," she said. She kissed Cosmo's forehead before poofing out of the fish bowl in her fairy form.

Timmy was sitting up in his bed. "Hi," he said. From the way he spoke, his nose had to have been stuffed up. Come to think of it, he did look a bit pale and sweaty, even though the room was dark.

"Hey, sport. A little under the weather?" Wanda guessed.

"Yeah, but my parents aren't home to help. Vicki's asleep downstairs, and I don't wanna deal with her. I'm too sore for that. Can I wish this cold away?" Timmy asked.

"Yes. I'm not telling you what to wish for, but after the wish, your immune system will still be compromised and you could catch something worse," Wanda explained.

"Okay. Well, can you at least help me get better?" Timmy asked bluntly.

"I can do my best. Cosmo's asleep because he's got a headache, so it's me and you," Wanda said. She sat down on the bed and poofed up a thermometer. "Open wide," she said.

So, Timmy complied, and his godmother took his temperature. She looked at it when it beeped. "101.2 degrees. Well, that certainly makes sense. I can give you some medicines for the symptoms and a damp washcloth to help you out, but that's about as much as I can do," she said.

"Whatever works," Timmy sighed. Then, he sneezed and sniffled.

Wanda poofed up a box of tissues. "Bless you."

XxX

After Wanda had given Timmy what medicine she knew a ten-year-old human could tolerate, he was already feeling a bit better. "Thanks," he said.

"No problemo. Is there anything else I can do for you before I go back to my room?" Wanda asked.

"I wish you would sleep out here with me for the night. Vicki won't bother with me, and my parents won't remember I'm here until at least noon tomorrow," Timmy said.

Wanda smiled. "Wish granted," she said. She laid down under the covers and held out her arms.

Timmy, drowsy from some of the medication and from just how tired he was, allowed himself to cuddle into her hold. "Night, Mom," was the last mumble he got out before falling asleep.

A warm flutter went through Wanda's heart. She saw all of her godchildren as her own children almost always, and the younger ones had even known her and Cosmo and Wanda as Mom and Dad. However, she knew that there was something really special about Timmy. So hearing him call her Mom... that was something she just loved.

She brushed her lips against his forehead, which was still warm but fortunately cooling down. "Goodnight, Timmy."

Then, Wanda fell asleep, the godson she loved as her own secure in her arms.

***And Cosmo had the bed to himself that night. Anyways, this was simple, but I think it turned out well. Anyways, be sure to leave a review on the way out and I'll you all in the next one! Bye!
