Chapter 9: Chaos in Haven

Ah, it's been a while since I wrote a chapter. I really love to write this story and I'm very passionate about it, but I always have problems when I have to give the chapter an end. Oh well, I still hope you guys enjoy this, and thanks for the wait.

Btw, I like to change the points of view, I think it makes the story more dynamic as the story shows more points of view instead of first person view from the first chapters, so when the story changes from point of view I will use **** to separate each POV. with that explained, lets go.

The sun was shining that morning while the rest of the tribe were eating and starting their daily activities

"It has been two hours already", grumbled Vernal as he walked in direction of Xiao Long who was drinking with the two teens that he brought "Taiyang! where is that blonde edgy boy?"

The blonde man just shrugged "Haven't seen him a while" not showing care or any interest in the black-clothed blonde boy

In fact, nobody did know where he went after talking to Vernal earlier like he just disappeared

"I wonder if he got killed by Marcus and his men", thought Vernal, "Maybe I shouldn't have sent him, if they know he came from my tribe I would have to affront the consequences, I just hope they don't send his head to-"

Suddenly her thoughts were interrupted by a group of her men mumbling in the distance, they were surrounding something and Vernal could hear voices in awe and horror, along with the faint sound of a song that couldn't recognize

"What is happening over there?", asked Whitley sitting next to Neptune as he was about to get up

"Mhmm, better look what's happening before a riot or something starts", Vernal said as she approached the group "Can someone tell me what's happening in… here…"

in front of her, there was a person, bathed in blood, from head to toe. Their face was unrecognizable because of the fluids running on their skin and clothes

"What the fuck?", was the only thing that the leader said before the person talked

"Hey, sorry for the delay, I think I had too much fun", Vernal could recognize the voice

"Arc? w-what happened to you?"

"Oh, this? don't worry it's not mine"; he chuckled, "As I said, things were a bit more entertaining than I thought, so I killed everyone instead of just my objective, Oh! talking about that, I think his head is right her- wait no these are his kidneys fuck", he cursed as he took out the two organs from his coat, making everyone cringe at the sight

"What the fuck am I watching now?", said Vernal grossed out

"Ah yeah, Arc tends to find lots of fun when he's doing a job, no matter how simple it sounds", said Whitley who was watching next to the leader

"In other words, he's a psychopath", said Xiao long, looking at Arc disapprovingly as he keeps throwing away organs that were ripped off Marcus body

"is this guy for real?", said one of the men looking at the man in front of him

"Did he say he killed everyone?"

"It cannot be real, can someone check it out with one of our binoculars?"

"Someone has to alert the guards and explorers about this"

"I wonder how he did it?"

"By the nine, why I can't find the head?", Arc cursed under his breath as he dropped a heart, a stomach, and more guts, until he yelled "Finally!", and showed the dismember head of Marcus, holding it with his two hands and presented it to Vernal, "So, do we have a deal?"

"Take that thing away from me," said Vernal disgusted before massaging her temples "I knew since the beginning this was a bad idea… fine, I'll talk what we do in the afternoon, for now, stay here and.. clean your clothes, and make sure any guts are left"

"yeah yeah, whatever. And hey, what about my reward?"

Vernal stopped for a second and sighed, not turning to talk to the guy "I'll give your guitar later, now just let me in peace"

Arc just chuckled as she walked away "Ahh why bandits have to be so rude with a gentleman like me?'

"Since when you're a gentleman?", asked Neptune curiously

"Heh, if I'm honest I'm quite the… ladykiller" the god giggled

"Please go take a shower you smell like shit", said Xiao Long disgusted

"Pfft I don't need to-"

"Yes you do", Lilith suddenly interrupted as a portal above Arc's head appeared, making lots of water fell on him, soaking him

"So portals huh? interesting", noted Taiyang

"So, what's the plan?", asked Schnee

Arc groaned before putting his hand on the ground and shaking his body to dry himself and his clothes, like a dog after a bath, "I guess we will wait until the maiden decides to talk to me again. So we're free to relax for now"

"Sounds good for me I guess", shrugged Xiao Long, "I'm going to have a little nap, don't bother me"

"Me as well", said Neptune

"Guess I can train for now, or maybe even go and hunt to the forest", thought Schnee out loud

"mhmm I guess that's fair, now that I think about it, I will get my guitar right now", Stated Arc, walking in direction of Vernals tent

"Are you sure waiting is a good idea? remember we are being chased"

"That Rose is the less of my problems", the blonde said nonchalantly, "My job isn't killing her, but collect all the relics before something bad happens"

"The Rose isn't a threat to you then?"

"Mhmm, not really, more like a pain in the ass, but if she keeps annoying me then I guess I will have to fight", he said thoughtfully.

"Still I believe its a waste of time, every minute here is valuable"

"We annoyed the maiden well enough. If we follow her rules then she will help us. angering a chief and her tribe of bandits is something unnecessary I think"

"I wise idea, but with consequences. While we stay here, the Rose is probably making her moves to make our life impossible"

"Oh c'mon cheer up a bit! What's the worse that it can happen?"

"And you have to say that…."

Meanwhile, in the ruins of Inoyuri, Li Ren was sitting on his couch while drinking a cup of green tea

"With any luck, the soldiers must be close to the village", he sighed heavily "I have food for at least a week or two, but I don't know much about the water, and my arm won't be getting any better soon… maybe it was a bad idea to let that group of men leave, but that blonde really gave me bad spine..."

Suddenly, his thoughts were interrupted by a knock in the door

"It must be them, they should have noticed the only house that wasn't ruined by the horde", he mumbled as he got up from his seat and opened the door, "Finally you're…"

he soon shut his mouth as he noticed there wasn't a group of soldiers in front of him, but a weird man with a scorpion tail. Ren noticed there was something wrong

"Good morning Mister," said the other man with a creepy smile that made the older man to sweat

"Uh hello? Do you need help or something? Do you live here I can give some food or water for you or family id you-"

"Oh don't worry about that, I don't live here" chuckled the man, still with the sinister smile "In fact, I'm looking for someone special, a man, with black clothes, and blonde hair"

Li gulped, but he answered as calmly as he could "Sorry sir, I didn't see no one like that, not during the horde."

"I see…", he chuckled and stared at the man in silence with his eyes closed and a smiled

Li could feel a creepy aura surrounding the man and made a step back, but still that didn't make him dodge the sting of the scorpion faunus

"YOU'RE LYING!", he yelled as he attacked the older man on the shoulder "He was here last night! He saved you from the Grimm!"

"What the hell?!", Ren screamed in agony, his shoulder was wounded and leaking blood and a purple liquid

"Where's Arc?!"

"I dont know!"

"Don't fucking lie to m- Ah! SON OF A BITCH!

Suddenly, Ren stabbed the crazy man on the hand and closed the door "Get away from me you crazy psycho!"

The scorpion punched the wooden door with all his strength "HE KILLED MY QUEEN! I WILL KILL EVERYONE!"

"Fucking psycho", Ren mumbled he looked at his scroll and cursed "No signal, fuck, can this day get any worse?", then he heard the door being destroyed and sighed, "me and my mouth…"

Li went quickly to the kitchen as he heard the scorpion man entering

"I'll fucking kill you old hag! You can't do anything with your fucking arm broken"

"Probably not", Said Ren from the kitchen. The scorpion man ran at his direction but he didn't expect the old man to hold a teapot full of hot water

"FUCK!", the Faunus yelled in pain as Li threw hot water to his eyes and face and punched him on the nose

"But I still have some tricks hidden", Then the older man pushed him off and ran away, clenching on his wounded shoulder

"Come back bitch!", the Faunus yelled behind him inside the house

"Why does this happen to me?", he grumbled, running with all his strength through the ruins of the village, until he started to feel sleepy and weak, "Oh goddammit..."

He fell on his knees as he panted. he heard steps running on his way, he couldn't move his head to the front but he guessed it was a group of people coming at him and he cursed "please don't be a group of bandits"

Then, he felt a weight on his shoulders and heard "Sir are you alright?"

Ren slowly turned to look at his front and saw a group of soldiers in front of him, wearing blue and white armor, and they all looked concerned

Li laughed bitterly "Until time. you idiots…", and then he fell on the floor, hearing a last conversation of the soldiers

"Sir please answer me!"

"He's losing blood, we need to take him to a doctor"

"I think he was poisoned, look at his shoulder, it's purple!"

"Was he attacked by someone?"

"Check out the nearby houses and help me carry him!"

as he felt his body being carried by two persons, Ren let out a tiny smile and one last thought before he fell asleep.

"What a very bad day…"

As chaos succumbed one part of the world, a king and a queen were talking after they were informed about the recent news from the past days

"So Ozpin died huh? I still can't believe it"

"Who was the assassin?"

"Nobody knows. he was a blonde teen, but people couldn't recognize, he didn't even let fingerprints or anything"

"Was he using gloves or something? I can't believe the police of Vale can be so incompetent"

"What can you expect the only thing they care is about money. And no, they took pictures of him and he wasn't using gloves. he was like a ghost that appeared and disappeared at the same time"

"Should we worry about it?"

"As long as they make rumors he was one of us"

"Although they said he was human"

"People always can invent he had his tail hidden underneath his trench coat. Humans will always try to make us like the villain of the story"

"like mere animals…", the king stopped, clenching his fist in fury, but the queen gently touched his right arm, comforting him

"Don't worry about those humans. They have to understand that their racism will not gain them anything but misery"

"I just wat one day to see a world where everyone can have the same rights and live in peace"

"And we will work together in making your dream true, I promise, we just have to show humans we can have the same power as them"

"It's too dangerous"

"But its all worth it for our main objective", she answered calmly, "Trust me in this one, my love"

"Truly you're a wonderful couple", suddenly the kings were interrupted by a third voice

"Whos talking?", demanded the king as he noticed a person with a red hood. The cape covered their body and their face, but judging by their voice it was probably a woman

"Who let her enter to this palace? Guards!"

"Oh my majesty please it's not necessary, they let me in", said the voice mysteriously,

"Who let you in? We specifically said no visitors"

"I'm just a friend who had been hearing about your conversation, don't worry, it will be fast, I assure you it will be worth of your time. After all, this can be the solution for all your problems."

The hooded woman showed a red sword that emanated a dark red light. The kings were intrigued, but not impressed

"How is a sword going to help us?", asked the Queen and the woman showed a smile with her yellows teeth

"Tell me, kings, have you ever heard about something called relics? or better yet, about that story of the four maidens?"

"That ancient story?"

"What if I tell you that story is true?"

"That would mean magic is also real, which is impossible"

The hooded woman chuckled "My king, if you know what's out there, you would be aware that nothing is impossible, and this same sword can prove it to you, and with this, you will have the control once you learn how to use it"

Before the king could say something, the queen stopped him with a hand, "Tell us more about that sword"

The hooded woman smiled "The relic of destruction, a sword to destroy your enemies, and conquer them all"

And so, the kings listened the stories of the hooden woman in awe and new interest, not knowing they just made a deal with the devil.

I opened the book once again,

Summer and her new partner ***** went through the Emerald forest killing Grimm creatures when the girl of white hood finally met her best friend along with what it looked was his partner; a teen of short black hair and red eyes called **** that looked like the masculine version of her own partner.

Funny enough, it turned out that those teens were actually brothers, much for the shock of Summer and her friend.

Those four teens became in a team called ****, with Summer as their leader. The girl couldn't be much happy in that moment! But becoming a leader meant that she had to assume a good amount of responsibility.

It was just the beginning for Summer's journey, a journey that no one would expect- "Ow!"

"Are you done reading that thing?", Lilith asked annoyedly as she just smacked me on the head with her hand.

I glared at her, "Don't bother me now Lil, I want to finish this book as soon as possible"

"There's more important stuff than that book"

"I've not heard anything new about Vernal, I suppose she's busy or something"

I looked around me and I noticed it was getting quite late. Sitting on a wooden chair The sun was already hiding behind the mountains and some stars could be noticed in the sky. I had no clock but I supposed it was about 8 or 9 P.M. it was getting dark, and cold too.

"I'm sure someone will come soon", I said nonchalantly before I heard some steps

"there you are", I turned to Xiao long looking at me with tired eyes, "Vernal is looking for you, we're ready to go to the academy"

"Well you came in the perfect moment Lilith was just ready to complain she was bored"

"Not bored, just worried", she exclaimed.

Xiao long rolled his eyes, "Whatever you say, magician boy"

"huh that's a new name, did you just make it?"

Xiao long turned to me raising a brow "You don't seem bothered if anyone insults you"

"To be honest I just got used to. people insult each other for taunts and fights", I chuckled, "besides, I know you don't want to fight me, you're just annoyed"

"Well of course I am, you are always so uncaring and take death as a joke"

"Oh, c'mon, that's not true. I don't make fun of death, I play with it", I laughed, "No, that sounds so edgy, but I'm just kidding, seriously. I have seen a lot of things, and I have learned that you can't take everything seriously in your life"

The older blonde stopped on his tracks as I keep on walking "What… what do you mean with that?"

I just shrugged "I don't know, do I make any sense for you? Does the world that stand in front of us have any meaning? Why do I have to take the world seriously when the world never took me seriously?"

"What are you saying doesn't make sense"

"Exactly!" I laughed "That's because you keep trying to search answers, you're conflicted with what I do, but do you think I care about death? Do you think I care about being a serious person?" I looked at him with a serious voice, I noticed some sweat coming from his forehead and I smiled funnily "Well what am I talking about? Of course I take my job seriously, but I know when to play, I know when to laugh, and I know, when to destroy"

"Ok now you're starting to worry me", said Xiao Long, "Are you feeling alright?"

I shrugged "Don't know, I haven't felt a thing inside a very long time. After all, I'm literally dead"

"Ok now you don't have to exaggerate"

"I'm not, I'm- you know, this conversation doesn't make sense, let's go to a new topic shall we?"

Xiao Long sighed, "Alright then. so, you have a plan once we arrive at the academy?"

"I actually have a small idea. I talked to Vasillias before, he knows where the headmaster's office is, and told me about some of the halls and how to enter. Schnee can work as our back up while you and Vernal follow me. We'll interrogate the headmaster about the relic, we'll steal the relic, and we'll leave"

"Sounds too easy"

"Eh well, what can I say, I don't like to make plans. most of the times I just improvise"

"Oh, you're finally here", then I noticed Vernal standing in front of us, her back resting against a convoy with four armed bandits next to her

"Well hello miss chief", I greeted her, "Where are the others?"

"Schnee is inside the car. We let Vasilias resting in one of the empty rooms after he told us everything we needed"

"Mhmm, well that makes sense I guess…"

"Let's finish this quick can we?", Said Xiao long approaching to the convoy "The sooner we finish here the sooner we can rest"

"I agree with him", said Lilith

Whatever, the thing is that we entered to the convoy. Xiao Long and Schnee were having a pretty normal conversation as Schnee was cocking his gun

Meanwhile across I was sitting next to Vernal. we were silent most of the time until she started a conversation with me.

"I hope you know what you're doing, Arc." She told me.

"Trust me; this is not my first ride. I had several adventures before that were way more dangerous than infiltrating in an academy."

"What kind of adventures?" she asked

"Hmmm", I hummed, "What kind of stories you want to hear? Light-hearted stories or stories filled with blood and pain?"

"I don't know why I even asked…" she sighed as she put her arms behind her head, "What about one that doesn't make me want to think you are an edgelord?"

"Huh, okay", I simply smiled "Let's see…. Oh! There was one time when I killed a king."

"…What? I asked you a story that doesn't -"

"Listen to me, and then you will decide if I'm an Edgelord.", I sighed, "There was a kingdom that turned to be a dictatorship. The man that lead that country went insane and did everything to control the population, and implemented high technology that gave access to him and to his soldiers to know everything that the citizens did every second of the day. You couldn't do anything without the soldiers and the king watching you."

"Sounds like Atlas", she said with an interesting face, like a face little kids put when they hear a fantasy book before going to bed.

"I heard a bit of that Atlas city, yes. Anyway, This king went mad and implemented more security on the limitations of the country and if they found somebody that could be recognized as 'something non-patriotic' the accused man was called a betrayer of his country and executed in front of the public."

"And what things were considered as non-patriotic?"

"Well, I don't remember all of them, there was, watching the news from another country, read books that didn't belong from authors that born in that country, buy food from other countries. Among other things."

"So… what happened then? how do you enter this story?"

"I was summoned by the desperate villagers who only wanted a peaceful and happy life", I shrugged, "You see, killing someone is easy, but there are always consequences if you're not smart enough. Killing a king is a bit more difficult, than a normal person, not because they have more defenses thanks to their soldiers or lackeys, but because of their ideals that are shared with more people. Kings or people with power are harder to kill because they left a legacy behind and the cycle of corruption keeps moving over and over"

"Then what did you do?"

"Killing the main head is always problematic. you have to start from the bottom, from the first loyal soldier that would do anything for their king, and go for those who finance the king; Technology, Economy, Religion, until the king had no one to talk about his plans and no place to hide from the angry people who only wanted freedom", I chuckled a bit, "Ah, I still remember his face, he just gave up on everything. So desperate, so empty of life."

"... So, you killed him, what happened next?"

"I left"

"... you left?"

"Yes. because my job was done already. People asked and begged for me to kill him, but not to restore their nation"

"But what about-"

"Their lives are theirs, and my job is my cant just mix two different things. You see, my life is to do jobs that not even the strongest of demigods will do, where mortals would be too afraid to give a simple glimpse to those realms, where evil or chaos conquer the lands and where other gods will prefer to ignore the idea of saving what little remains from those realms and stay in their comfort zones." I chuckled, "But well, is not like I can blame them. They have their own problems, in their own worlds and lives, they can't go and act like wanderers like me."

"Gods? Demigods? Mortals? What are you talking about? Why you have to sound like you're from another world?" she asked me confused, "And, if all that story was real, why didn't you make yourself the king?"

"Ah, it's unnecessary, why to be a King when you can be a God?", I smiled a bit before putting a cigar on my mouth and lighten it up. "Besides I'm sure they're better without me. Maybe they found a good king this time, or maybe they're living in misery, but who cares?"

"... Who hurt you so much?."

I shrugged, resting my head on the seat, "Heh, there are a lot of answers for that question, but we are not here to talk about my private life are we?" I smiled , then I mumbled "Let's just focus on this mission and hope no one dies yet"

"Did you say something?"

"Oh? Nothing, Everything's going to be okay; I collect the relic, we went back to your tribe, and I will manage to collect the others in the future, and we will never see each other again. Thanks, once again for helping me, by the way."

"As long as you don't go back to your word, everything will be fine." She said in a serious tone.

I simply nodded and hummed positively in response. Then I rested my head in a red pillow and stared at the grey ceiling of the convoy.

Huh, now that I think about it, every time I relax a little and look at ceilings or at the sky, I began sleeping and then dreaming those things. Lilith said it was like realms, but how?

Mhmmm… it would be better if I…

'Lilith!' I called her mentally

'That's my name. What happened now?'

"Make me fall asleep.'

'….Any reasons why?'

'Remember those dreams that I was currently having?'

'I mean, the last dream was like just yesterday, so of course, I remember.'

'Yep. Make me fall asleep.'

'… Again, Why? Didn't you just say just yesterday that you didn't want to sleep?'

I sighed 'Look, if what you told me is right, that these dreams are some connection to a realm, then that would mean that something or someone is communicating with me, right?'

'I guess?'

'Then why not hearing what they want to say so we can decode the message later?'

'Mhmmm, it makes sense. But I doubt we can decode it in just one dream of yours. Besides, remember what happened to you last time you fell asleep.'

'Well, but you will be there to heal my headaches, right?'

She groaned 'I don't know... I don't want to see you get hurt only because of a dream, it looks like your resistance against physic illusions is failing a bit.'

'I was just got distracted at that moment. I'm fine now Lilith, it's not like it is going to kill me.'

'That's not the theme and you know It.' she spoke in an uncharacteristic sad tone.

'Lilith, please. If I could discover what these dreams want to tell me, then we will know what's happening in this world and probably what the Wicked Rose wants from us.'

She stayed in silence for a couple of seconds before she sighed 'Alright, I will let you sleep. But if you start to struggle during your sleep, I will wake you…'

'Thanks, Lilit-

'With a slap in your face.'

'… Okay, fair enough.' I simply shrugged as I closed my eyes.

'Alright, just relax; just let me connect your sleep necessities again to your brain and soul again and… Done! I think you should fall asleep in any sec-'

And suddenly everything went black.

I waited….

And waited… but everything was still black.

Then I just noticed that I wasn't in some kind of induced coma. No, I was in an actual dream! Just that the dream was too dark to even notice the floor or the walls.

I snapped my fingers, and then, a little flame that slowly began to grow bigger until it glowed my entire hand appeared.

Then I saw that I was in some kind of catacombs made of limestone.

"Hello?"I said but the only thing that answered me was my own echo.

I began walking, and as I did that, I noticed that there were drawings in the walls

I recognized the draws; hieroglyphs from the Egyptian times, did I teleported to the Egyptian empire again?

The draws were telling a story; there was a man with an eagle head sitting on a throne while in the top of his head was a red circle that represented the sun.

This man ruled an extended empire and brought well- being and prosperity to all the citizens for a lot of millennials.

Until one day, the man started to get older, and became so old and senile, that the citizens began mocking and disrespect him.

Furious by the situation, the old man with the eagle head made a plan.

He took out one of his own eyes with his bare hands, and with ancient magic, he started to plan his revenge against those who dared to disrespect him.

But, something went wrong. A black soul, who was wandering around there, was accidentally introduced with this plan of his.

From the mixture of the old man's eye, the soul, and ancient magic, made something that wasn't in the plans of the old man.

When he saw his creation, he saw a big, monstrous and anthropomorphous black panther with amber eyes that was thirsty for the blood of those who disrespected his father.

The panther then began killing the citizens who were running in fear and trying to hide from the ire of this panther. But the panther was faster, stronger, and eviler than any god or beast that existed.

The revenge of the old man was completed. But now, the panther was uncontrollable and so merciless that it started to kill innocent citizens and destroying the empire that was so hard to buy.

Overwhelmed by the situation and feeling merciful for the citizens, the old man tried to stop his own daughter from this genocide. But instead of listening, the panther hurt her own father, and when she licked his blood, she proposed for a new quest.

Kill her maker, kill the rest of his offspring, kill, and destroy.

The destruction of Egypt, Humanity, and Gods, had just begun.

And with that, the dream vanished in the darkness, and l I received something on my cheek.

It was a slap.

'Ouch.' I said without emotion as I rubbed my cheek.

I stared at the figure of Lilith standing in front of me with her creamy hands on her hips. I've noticed that I was the only one that was in the convoy.

"…Did I struggle?" I asked.

"No, I just wanted to wake you up" she informed me

"And did you have the necessity to slap me in the face?"

"Affirmative.", she giggled before clearing her voice, "So, about the new dream?"

"Mhmm… I remember I was in Egypt."

"...Come again?"

"I said I was in Egypt. Well, in one catacomb at least. But there was a story and there was a black panther that was destroying everything and-"

"Okay I need you to stop you there for a second." She approached me and sighed "So, you are telling me that the empire of Egypt was destroyed in your dream?"

"m not sure, we should have received something from Osiris or Ra if Egypt was being destroyed but there's nothing," I answered

She sighed as she massaged her temples "I swear your dreams are just only getting weirder, I knew that I didn't have to let you faint out."

"It wasn't so bad Lilith" I said "By the way, where's everyone?"

"Huh? Oh, that. that's the reason why I woke you up."

"What?"

"We have… some kind of problem. I think you need to get up and watch it for yourself" She suggested

Letting out a deep sigh, I opened the door of the convoy and stood in the ground of a dark night.

However, I noticed that there were some torches being handled by the bandits that were defending the convoy on their motorcycles. I noticed Vernal talking with Xiao Long while Schnee was looking at the horizon, then he turned around and noticed me "Hey, how was the nap?" I turned my head only to see Schnee with a smug smile looking at me

I frowned "Less jokes, more information, Schnee." I said in a deep serious voice

Schnee instantly dropped his smile and cleared his throat, "I'm sorry, Arc, I just-"

"Just tell me what happened?" I interrupted him.

"What happened is that the academy is full filled with White Fang soldiers." Answered Xiao Long who turned and approached to us.

"Did you know any of this, Arc?" Asked Vernal.

"Not in the less minimal, and I'm sorry for that, Vernal" I said truthfully "May i see what's happening with my own eyes?"

"Just look at your front, it's filled with them", said Vernal

I sighed before staring in silence at the horizon. In there, there was the academy, and I could see two dozen men with white masks and weapons in the entrance.

I sighed again, and this time I turned my gaze to the group surrounding me.

"Schnee, find a good place to use your weapon, we need something like a phone so I can tell you when and where to shoot. Vernal, Xiao Long, I'm sorry, but I need you to accompany me. We'll do this in the most stealthy way possible"

"Wait, but it's too dangerous", said one of the bandits

"Let's go.", I made a simple gesture before turning around and beginning to surround the academy, finding a place that wouldn't be too guarded and that had an opened window.

Fortunately, I found something after just five minutes walking in the dark night.

There was an opened window in a second floor, and along with it there were some water pipelines encrusted on the wall that helped as ladders for Xiao Long and Vernal.

There were two guards that were regarding that particular zone; one was a woman that had a tail and the other was a man with two dog ears above his head.

I don't want to go into much detail, but I'd just say that they are not regarding that place anymore.

The site was quite interesting; it had some Japanese or Chinese inspiration that makes me wonder if I was in medieval China again.

There were some soldiers around there doing surveillance on the second floor, but nothing too hard to control; the maximum of people that I saw that were in groups were of three. In those moments I ordered Xiao Long and Vernal to hide in a dark place like classrooms or dorms that were conveniently empty while I took the soldiers down and hide them inside those mentioned places.

So weird, that there wasn't any single student inside the academy, where did everyone go?

Anyway, I stood in front of two big wooden doors with some golden decorations on it. I was sure that had to be the headmaster's office.

I could hear some whispers from behind the door. I slowly approached the locker and kneeled so I could see through it.

"Arc, what are you-", Xiao Long whispered but stopped. Looks like Vernal stopped him.

"Is the headmaster inside?", Vernal whispered, yet I did not move my head from the locker.

I kept watching with one eye three people inside the office. One of them was a middle-aged man with a tan complexion and gray hair and beard.

The man was sulking, sitting on a chair while resting his elbows on the desk and putting both palms on his forehead, as he looked down at the desk.

The two men were soldiers, white fang soldiers, since they were wearing the same type of clothes as the others that I recently killed with such ease. The two were both sides of the apparently stressed man.

On the desk, I could see a wooden license plate, with a name; Headmaster Lionheart.

"Jackpot.", I whispered back.

Then, I could hear the men talking.

"I have to admit it; I'm much stressed right now."

"You don't have to, Mr. Lionheart, we assure you this place is completely safe."

"If we saw the blonde teen with the coat we won't hesitate to notify you as soon as we can."

"I don't think that teen is normal", Sighed Lionheart," I saw the news; he's fast, he can escape very easily, He killed Ozpin in front of the police in his own academy… at least he did something good in killing Salem…", he muttered very low, though I could hear it.

"He's not lying", I assured her much for her shock. then I heard steps coming in from outside

I approached at Lionheart and said, "We don't have much time here. If you want to live, I hope there's a secret button that leads us to a secret passage"

Vernal grabbed the license plate and under it, there was a hidden red button "How convenient" and pressed it

Suddenly, the library at the left moved to the side, showing a dark secret passage.

"And elevator, how convenient", Stated Tai.

"In other words, kill them", the older blonde looked at me with an incredulous face.

"Exactly!", I smiled back

"You sure about this?", asked vernal while Xiao Long dragged the headmaster inside the elevator

It was a Grimm with the head of a minotaurus, but modified, bigger, at least 4 meters of height, with a gatling gun instead of a left arm, shap, demonic teeth, red eyes, and rocket launchers on his back

The young man's hood disappeared as he stared at the beast with a impressed look on his eyes

"Welp, now this just became interesting", Arc said before a phone started singing and he took it "Hello?"

"Schnee! no time no see! what you were doing all this time?"

a weight on his shoulders disappeared, and the blonde man lifted his right sleeve, and a click sounded, and silence reigned, just for a small moment, until a song started to be heard

"let's start this shall we?"

The man laughed as he and the beast ran to each other, ready to fight.

The beast jumped and punched the ground while trying to hit the man, but the blonde avoided the punch, teleporting behind the beast and shooting a grenade to the beast

the beast roared in pain and annoyance as the grenade exploded on its back, but it barely damaged him. The demon shot more rockets to Arcs direction, but Arc avoided the rocked with elegancy like he was flying through the air, like a shadow and teleporting several times through the place.

then, the man heard from behind the sounds of bullets shooting. he turned his head around and saw the soldiers from earlier with weapons on their arms

"You have to be kidding right?" he asked to himself incredulously

"Now we have him!" said a man in the distance "Shoot him while he's distracted-"

*BANG!* Arc's eyes widened a bit as the man's head just blew up by a bullet

*Bang* *Bang* And he wasn't the only one who was being hit on the head, as the group tried to look where the bullets were coming from.

*Bang* "And there goes another one," said Schnee as he killed another faunus, one by one, with his sniper rifle; looking the fight through the woods near the academy, in a high position

"They sure really had everything planned"

"But they weren't expecting Arcs strength for this trap" suddenly a voice answered him, inside his head

"Do my senses deceive me? is that you, Lilith?"

"Arc asked me to help you and the rest"

"Well, he has it a bit rough; that shield that is protecting the building from earlier"

"What do you know about that shield?"

"One of the most advanced shields from Atlas technology, supposed to protect important infrastructures like basements; they're bulletproof, immune to explosions, and you cannot enter unless your DNA had been certified as a non-intruder"

"Interesting. if they're from Atlas, why are they're using them?"

"They're from the white fang, it would be a surprise they stole it"

"And how do you know about said shield if I may ask?"

"The information was leaked a few days ago. We always try to stay informed about new weapons that may be important to understand."

"So you know if there's a weakness of said shield?"

"A small remote control. the person who has it only has to touch a button to activate and deactivate the shield in any moment"

"Sounds like too simple for an advance technology"

"It doesn't have to be. if the person is inside the shield, it won't receive any harm or damage, therefore it won't be needed of a difficult controller. At most, it must have a password or a fingerprint reader"

"I appreciate the new information, thank you very much, Schnee"

"Go and help the old man and the girl, they will need it. they must be inside the hall right now"

"Oh, but of course, how we could forget them? I will be back, and watch out with the girl behind you"

"Wait, what?" and then, Whitley barely avoided a dagger, turned around and punched the girl right on the face

The girl jumped backward and rubbed her jaw as Schnee smiled

"Oh, but look who desire to appear too? if one of the most dangerous assassins in Remnant, Neopolitan"

The girl glared at him "Tch!" making him chuckle.

"Guess you don't have anything else to do huh? Who contracted you? Or this is for more personal reasons?

The girls signed at him "Not of your business" but the boy understand her perfectly

"I'm sorry to disappoint you, but it is my business now that you and your boss are messing with my own plans. what did Torchwick put in your head this time?"

Her eyes widened in rage, and she went to punch the boy. Whitley was lucky to have good reflexes to block all the punches "Damn, touch a nerve there, did I?

The silent assassin kept fighting as he blocked her attacks before she took the dagger again. the boy avoided the attacked before she quickly jumped and punched him on the nose stunning him

the boy gasped in pain as she kicked him on the knee making him kneel. the girl took the dagger and was about to stab him on the neck when he grabbed one of legs and make her lose balance, falling on her back and accidentally dropping the dagger.

Schnee huffed as he grabbed the dagger and jumped at the assassin before she kicked him on the guts with both legs, launching him away from her. Schnee growled but soon he was on is feet again.

While they were fighting, Cinder watched as Arc fought the beast

"He's really giving fight to that beast" noted Hazel "Is he really a human?"

Cinder just glared at the scene, "He won't last long. let's grab the relic and leave before the police arrives"

but then, a door opened in front of them, as Lionheart ran away desperately "Help!"

"Hey come back here!" *bang!* someone behind the door shot at lionheart knee as he gasped in jail

"What the hell?!" Mercury shrieked as a man with blonde hair arrived from said door, and noticed the group "Aw fuck"

"I told you to not shoot him" a woman said arriving behind the old man

"I couldn't let him go.."

"Well, well, what do we have here?" asked Cinder curious

"T-T-They are with him! They're with that Arc! and they try to kidnap me!" said lionheart as he crawled to a more safe position

"Stop yelling Lionheart. they won't go anywhere"

Vernal sighs "I'm going to kill Arc after this"

then the woman released a strong blizzard, that made Mercury and Emerald to be launched to the walls, while Cinder used her powers to stop her fall, and Hazel used his strength to stay on the ground

Emerald yelled in pain before noticing her friend next to her "Merc are you alright?!" but the boy was unconscious, as a pillar just hit him on the head

Cinder glared at Vernal as she used her fire powers to stay in the air "Is that all you got?"

"no, but thanks for asking" Vernal smiled "Xiao Long, you take the big guy, I will go for that bitch"

"Understood" just as the woman left a new voice was suddenly heard inside his head

"Hello again"

"..huh, Lilith, right? what happened? where's Arc?"

"Arc is busy right now, but it doesn't matter for now, you have to listen to me. Cinder has a remote control in some place that keeps the shield active"

"Wait, there's a shield?"

"Above us there's one, doesn't seem to protect people from spirits though"

"AAGH!" Suddenly Hazel charged against Taiyang, but before he could punch him, a transparent shield blocked him

"Wow" said tai surprised

"Vernal is too busy with the Cinder right now, I don't want to distract her" Lilith explained as Tai looked at both maidens attacking at each with ice and fire "I will help you defeat Hazel, then we will grab the remote control while she's distracted"

"Sounds risky as hell… I'll do it" said Tai as he took both tomahawks from his back

"Now what is this- hey!" yelled Hazel as Tai attacked him. Tai used his skills to attack Hazel, but they did barely some cuts to his arms. Hazel tried to punch, but a shield was protecting the old man "What is this magic?"

"Don't know man, but sure is very useful as hell" then he kicked him on the stomach.

"it would be better if you knock him up, damaging him wont make any use. Hazel is inmune to pain"

"Now you tell me?" said Tai as Hazel got angry and started to punch the shield as he tried to break it

Lilith whimpered as she tried to contain the shield "hit hit on the back of the head, it has to be on the perfect spot, with the handle of one of your axes will be enough"

"Are you sure?" the man whispered as he stepped back from the punches

"Distract him first, then knock him up, quick!"

another punch was blocked from Hazel as he got angrier "You Are not giving me more options old man!" and he took two yellow dust crystals, and impaled them on his arms. The man roared as electricity went through his veins

"Are you sure knock him up is a good idea"

"Trust me, I will help you"

"... fine"

"COME HERE!" Roared Hazel as he charged to Tai. but this time, the man rolled and dodged the punch as he threw his red tomahawk to Hazel's left leg

Hazel barely growed "What are you doi-" then suddenly, like if someone was moving his hands and body, Tai jumped and and with the back of the metal of the axe, he punched the back of Hazel's head with all his strength

Hazel kneeled, not expecting that, and suddenly he felt nauseous, and barely could see what's happening "W-What? I-I can't see anything, w-what happened?"

"Uhm, what happened?"

"I helped to touch in the right spot, his vision and senses are stunned, and his perception of the world is totally blacked"

"For how long"

"1 or 2 hours at least" Lilith replied as Tai watched Hazel punch the air

"W-Where are you! Dammit I cant see a thing" he groaned.

".. it would do for now" and then he kicks the man and pushes him to to floor "Now what?"

suddenly a explosion was heard as tai turned around and saw both maidens fighting with their powers

"You're good I have to admit" said Vernal as she dodged some fireballs "But not good enough"

"Please, stop annoying me" said Ciner aggressively

"No, you stop this, right now"

Cinder smiles "And who are you going to stop me?"

Vernal grits her teeth before she heard Tai yelling "Vernal! we have to deactivate the shield!

"What?! how do you know about that?!" demanded Cinder before she noticed Vernal approaching at her. she barely dodged the punches before he pushes away with a blast of fire

Vernal steeped back before the fire hurt her "So you have a remote control huh? it will be better if you handle it to me, Cinder"

Cinder grits her teeth "I won't fall by your threats, cocky bitch"

"Then you give me no option then" Vernal then creates an ice sword from her hands.

Cinder glares and makes a spear of fire as well "You dont scare me"

"Then let's fight. Tai, care to help me?"

"Of course"

" a 2 vs 1? how unfair" said Cinder, before noticing Emerald still awake "Em! I need some back up!"

The girl slightly yelped before she nods "Sure Cinder"

Em used her semblance, and then. multiple copies of Cinder appeared in front of Vernal and Tai "Now this is more fair!"

"What the-!" Vernal got attacked by several copies. she tries to attack them but they disappeared as her blade cut through the air "Stand still!"

"Huh? what's wrong? too many copies for you?" said Cinder deviously while Vernal tried to attack and defend herself, but they were too much. and then the real Cinder punched her on the face, making her fall to the ground

"Vernal!" Tai exclaimed as she tried to get closer to the girl, but he got blocked and surrounded by several copies of Cinder

"And you, aren't you too old to stay here? is middle life crisis affecting you that much?"

"hey!" Tai dodged the attacks of the multiple cinders, not knowing which one was the true one "Im. not. that. ol-oof!" then the real cinder kicks him on the guts and makes him kneel in front of her

Cinder smiles as she put the dagger near his neck "So pathetic, all of this chaos for what? a simple relic? you shouldnt have never come to this place, and never heard those words from that man. Was it really worth it?"

"It is" suddenly, a voice behind her talked. Cinders eyes widened and turned back to a spirit with a red veil on its face

".. who are you?"

the spirit smiled "you may have fooled the others, but not me" then, the spirit pulled out a small remote control "I see more souls than faces, and your soul is a corrupted one. however, there could have been potencial for you, if you just made the right decisions"

"GIVE ME THAT BACK!"

"Im sorry, but this" suddenly a portal appeared next to her, showing a vast sea on the other side "is gone" and then threw it to the portal.

the remote control fell to the bottom of the sea, and the shield suddenly was turned off

"I guess it could have been a better plan, if you hide that thing much better"

"YOU WHORE! I'M GOING TO KILL YOU!"

"Oh my, such words for a person whos going to die soon"

"I don't care if I die today! I will bring everyone with me to di-"

*AGHH* and suddenly, the dead body of a demon, without head, destroyed the building in half.

Schnee punched the assassin on the jaw, making her step back as she rubbed her face. then, she looked at him with anger. the boy blocked her punches he counter attacks, grabbing one arm and headbutted the girl on the head, stunning her for a few seconds

"Get the fuck out!" he yelled tiredly as he tried to punch the girl, but she used her semblance to step away and dodge him.

both assassins panted as they looked at each other. they had been trying to kill each other without result. Neo flinched as she put a hand on her ribs while Schnee wiped the sweat out of his face.

"Give up Neopolitan… you will regret this if you don't leave now"

Neo glared furiously at the boy before, an orange light illuminated the dark forest and the academy.

Schnee turned around as he hear a bog explosions, and saw the big grimm demon with its head exploded, as its body fell and destroyed the main hall of Heaven academy in half

".. incredible, he killed it, and I couldn't see it" he chuckled "Dammit, now you're going to pay for this neo…. Neo?" but the girl was nowhere to be seen "Huh, she left, I guess she's smarter than I thought..:"

Schnee grabbed his gun "I should see if everyone's alright.." and he ran to the academy

at the entrance, he found the bandits that followed the group along with Vernal

"now what in the brothers just happened right now?" said one of them, with blonde hair, freaking out.

"There was a song playing, then explosions, and then boom! a final big explosion and now Haven is destroyed.." an older guard with black hair said.

"Oh gods, I wonder if our leader is fine, should we enter?" a younger guard with brown hair asked nervously

"Gentlemen, its nice to meet you again" said Schnee as he approached

"You're the kid of the sniper gun" noted the blonde "Have you seen what happened?"

"I may have an idea, c'mon, follow me, and watch out if there's still white fang soldiers around"

"White fang soldiers?!" shrieked the young man

"What does the white fang have to be with this? i mean I know they are terrorist but still" said the old guard

"Lets keep going, and don't make much noise" ordered Schnee. the guards followed the kid as they walked through the ruins of Haven. Dead bodies everywhere and concrete were everywhere on the floor

"This pure madness" whispered the blonde with his rifle ready

the group entered, and there it was, the dead body of a grimm, bleeding and fading slowly as one person, sat on the chest of the monster. The man's head was covered by a black hood as he played with a hammer

"It's kind of weird, it's a grenade launcher, but it becomes a hammer too, but where does the grenades are when its in hammer mode? with enough strength can I activate the grenades inside?"

"... alright now what happened here?" the blonde guard asked,

"Mhmm?" the hooded man heard the voice of the blonde, and turned around as he got up "Oh hello gentlemen, you seem to finally join when the party is over. Schnee, it's nice to see you alive as well"

"Thanks, Arc, it's a pleasure", the boy slightly bowed at the man

"Is that arc?" said the young guard

"I believe so. hey, where's Vernal?" asked the old guard

"Oh, her? she's right there, see?" the man pointed at Vernal sitting on the floor and coughing

"Fucking hell *cough* I feel like throwing up"

the men quickly approached to her and the old man offered a hand "Are you okay leader? Can you stand up"

Vernal sighs and takes the hand "one of my legs are sore, but I think I will be fine"

"Isn't that a miracle?" chuckled the hooded man "What about you Xiao long?"

the man on the other side stretched out his muscles "Im fine I guess, Lilith really helped back there"

"One of my specialties is making shields, besides curations and portals" the spirit giggled near Xiao Long

"So, what now?" asked Schnee

Arc turned back to the white haired boy "Well, we must still have some minutes before the cops, or even the news appear, so we should find the key and open the-"

*SNAP!* suddenly, a black and red spear hit Arc, and went through his chest

"Arc!" shrieked Schnee as the sound of flames and somes steps were heard. The group now was looking at a wounded Cinder, with a black grimm arm, and with one of her eyes widened as she panted

"You… ruined everything" she said with venom of her voice, as the man with the spear on his chest kneeled, like he was about to die

Xiao Long grabbed his axes and was about to attack before lilith stopped him "What the-"

"Just watch, don't move" she asked gently, as Cinder slowly walked with a limp to Arcs direction

"I could have won everything, I could have showed everyone about my true destiny, I could have served to my mistress with honor and show her I was worth of being at her side… but you had to come… you had to kill her… you had to destroy my life!

"..." the man did not move, nor say anything as Cinder used her powers to fly and stand in front of the hooded man who whimpered in pain

"You are nothing like people said, you're nothing but a freak and a fraud. I will show everyone that, and then I will revive my mistress in a much better and more powerful form"

"..."

the woman grabbed the spear with her grimm arm as she chuckled, just a bit "But well, now that you're dead, I can impress my new mistress as well, don't take it personal. it's all part of the new plan, for a new order to come"

she tried to pull the spear out, but he grabbed her arm with a hand, before she could move

"Give up boy, it's useless to-!"

and suddenly, the man moved to a superhuman speed, and impaled the woman with his sword on the chest

"G-Guh..:"

"... did you really fell for that?" the man whispered to her ear "You must be the most ridiculous woman I've ever met"

her body quivered as Arc pulled the sword out and dropped her in front of him

Cinder quivered as she coughed black blood " I will…. have my revenge.."

The man chuckled as he pulled out the spear out of his body. in no time, the hole of his chest was nowhere and he took a deep breath "You know Cinder, it's kind of funny. you called me a fraud, yet you did all this for me. I feel kind of.. flattered, you know? no many people had been so close to impale me with a spear, and you did it."

he kneels as he cups the face of the dying woman "Have revenge won't work for anything, my dear. You past plans, your objectives, your allies, your motivations, they were never important for me, but you made a great fight, and that's why I kind of respect you, Cinder Fall, if that's your real name" he chuckles as the woman coughed and gasped for life. The boy then pulls a rusty gun out of his trench coat "Hope your next death would be better than this one. Until never, Cinder Fall"

*bang!* A shot on the head, and the end of the woman was over.

there was just silence over the place, while Arc sighed, put the gun inside his coat again. and put a cigar on his mouth

he jumped out of the demons body, as he walked through the ruins in direction of a desk full of dust. The boy pushed the desk and revealed Lionheart crying and trying to hide his head

"Please don't kill me.. I didn't want to do anything of this, they forced.. please believe me…"

The boy lightened the cigar up with a finger, thanks to his powers, and smoked before looking at Lionheart again and throwing a key to his face "Open that gate for me, would you kindly?"

the man stared at the man, before nodding, still scared, as the boy followed behind him. Xiao Long soon approached to the blonde young man "Hey, are you okay?"

"of course I am, why are you freaking out?"

"She literally impaled you with a big ass spear… and what you did there I-"

"I did what I had to do. she made a good fight, and I can respect that. but she was being a pain in the ass, so I did what I had to do."

"So killing is you only answer?"

"C'mon Xiao long, you know the phrase, its kill, or being killed, no hard feelings, as per usual"

Taiyang sighed "I suppose it's too late to regret this already"

"Whatever that happens, remember, its my fault, not yours" the boy smiled and patted the old man's back.

"Congratulations with you new victory, Arc"

"Hey Lilith, thanks, you know I wouldn't have do it without you" he chuckles

the spirit giggles as she surrounds her arms around the man's neck "Thank you"

the rest of the group approached to the man as Lionheart nervously opened the gate. once it was opened he looked back at the group "Y-You can keep the key, i-its just an elevator and t-the gate will be in front of you"

"A pleasure doing business with you, Lionheart" Arc chuckled

"C-Can I go now?" he begged with tears on his face

"Mhmm, Im not sure, should I?"

"I believe there was enough murder for today" Said Vernal

"But if you leave him, he may talk about us" replied Schnee

"I-I promise I wont say anything! P-Please!" he said sobbing

"mhmm, Lilith, any ideas?"

"I have one, that may help us for the future", the spirit smiled as she flies and cups Lionhearts face. the faunus freaked out for a second before he started to calm down "I can see you are not a bad man, but you lack of faith in yourself, and you can be easily controllable. that's not good at all, you cowardly lion" she spoke gently like a concerned mother

"I never wanted to-"

"I know. I tell you something, you won't remember what happened, you won't remember any names, any scenes or situation. you will wake up next day in your bed, and you will never know what happened here, it will be a mystery for you, for your students, and for the rest of the world" Her hands glowed as Lionheart eyes started to close, until he felt asleep on her embrace

soon, a portal to a room was opened, and Lilith entered with the man, and gently put him on the bed before returning, and closing said portal

"What did that ghost do?" asked the blonde guard

""Don't know, but it was kind of cute of her part" replied the old guard

"Still scary..." the younger guard whispered

Lilith smiles as Arc chuckles "A wise decision. You coming people?"

the group entered to the elevator and minutes later, they were in front of a vault

"You people stay here, I will go with Vernal" said Arc, "Hey, you can still move right?"

"yea yeah dont touch me" she growled "You know, I may take a dozen of those bags of gold coins after all of this"

Jaune chuckles "Sure, I can do that"

Vernal walked with a small limp on her right leg, until it was next in front of said wall "Now, how do I open this thing?"

"close your eyes, summon your maiden powers, and touch the vault" explained Lilith

"It can't be that easy, right?" Vernal closed her eyes, and soon a small blizzard surrounded her before touching the door.

Then, slowly, the door was opening in front of them "Wow, it was that easy"

"Well, kind of" Arc chuckles "Guess Ozma didn't want to make it as difficult as it was already, finding a maiden and all of that"

"Who's Ozma?"

"Oh, no one special. Stay here I'll enter"

"Sure, whatever"

Arc enters inside the vault, as he appreciated the desert surrounding the relic in front of him "This place sure is interesting"

"It had a high doses of mana" noticed Lilith,"I will gather some to make a big portal and get out of here"

"Do as you please Lil' I will just take this and- fuck!" suddenly a strange bluet bolt hit Jaunes left eye

"What happened?" Lilith turned back as Arc scratched his eye

"The lamp just attacked me"

"Must be because of the mana surrounding the place, maybe a small spell"

"Ugh, I hope it was just that, hows my eye?"

"mhmm, your eye looks fine, just a bit red… Oh! now it's purple"

"Eh?"

"Dont worry Im talking about the color of your corneas, don't worry, it must be temporal"

"Arc rolls his eyes as he grabbed the lamp and puts it inside his coat "Let's just leave already..."

Arc walked away of the vault and looked at Vernal again

"Ready? she asks, and he smiles

"Let's go"

As silence reigned all over the ruins of the academy, a single shadow stared at the limp body of Cinder Fall

"Poor Cinder, I thought giving you the maiden powers and the power to control the cyberdemon would have been enough, but you made a chaos instead of accomplish your mission. you truly disappointed me. however, I can still use you properly"

the sound of sirens and the light of helicopters were seen in the distance, approaching to the academy

"It will be better if we continue this conversation, in my own place" then, a black portal opened next to them

And so, when the police arrived, when they found the dead bodies, and when they found the people who were still alive, they never found the body of Cinder Fall.

Explanation of Powers and Weapons

Phobos and Deimos: I wrote about them a while ago. Two parasites that live in Arcs body, inspired by the Powers of the Darkness 2 and Venom.. Dark snakes with sharp teeth who are eternally hungry. they are strong and they keep the powers of darkness in control inside Arcs human body. The snakes and Jaune work as a team, he lets them eat all they want as long as they help him with his missions and jobs. They were one of Arc's first powers when he was starting in his goal to become a God. This species live in Hell, using the bodies of the damned as a way to survive before they have to look for more food

Darkness: An ancient power that surrounds Arcs are many powers that come from Darkness, but the power that was given to Arc can change his body into the perfect weapon, transforming his muscular mass and giving him more speed, durability, strength, slaticity, super senses and regeneration. Inspired by the powers of Prototype

Smoke: Arc can change the molecular structure of his human body as easy as breathing. with this, he can easily dodge bullets and attacks like he was a ghost. it can be used to go through doors and cells.

Teleportation: A power that be used as a reflex, or manually directed through the Arc's mark on his left hand. Mainly used to climb to high places and dodge and confuse the enemies, also can be used to approach the enemy and execute him. Inspired by Blink from Dishonored

Crocea Mors: Called just Crocea. an old sword from ancient times. although it was magically reforged by Norse dwarves so it can return to its user, it's basically in ruins, damaged and a bit broken. Many times people had asked to fix the weapon, but Arc simply answers with a "As long as it cut, as long as it kills, it's more than enough"

Arc's gun: A normal and rusty revolver Webley. modified by dwarves who were impressed by the gun the man brought during one of his jobs, able to shoot bullets made from light and antimatter. The bullets can go through armor and shields. Perfect for small targets like human enemies and medium size monsters, but barely does damage to giant targets.

Hammer-Grenade Launcher: Found by Arc in the ruins of Have academy and used to defeat the Cyberdemon (A modified grimm demon with weapons and grenade launchers, Inspired in the Cyberdemon from Doom). Once the battle was over, Arc looked at the weapon with more precision, and for some reason, it smelled faintly like Maple.
