I don't own Digimon or the Loud House.

Well guys, now we're nearing the end of the first major arc of the story. This chapter is basically a filler chapter as we have a time skip over the two weeks that they prepare. Starting next chapter we will be seeing the start of the battle on two fronts. One team led by Lincoln and the other led by Lori. Each will have their own support and will go into battle as ready as they can be. But only time will tell if their preparations were enough.

The first battle that we will be seeing will probably be the one featuring Lincoln's team. But if you guys prefer I can show you what happens with Lori first. I will be showing both battles but I think that I'm gonna start one part way and then switch to the other so as to not give it away all in one shot. I have to build suspense somehow after all. Honestly, this should take about 7 chapters to finish I believe. Maybe ten but I doubt it. After that I will be focusing on Too Many Dates for a bit before returning to this story. I don't want to burn out while writing this story so taking a break will be good in the long run.

Well guys, enjoy!

The Digi-Loud Adventure

Chapter 55: The Calm Before The Storm

With less than two weeks left before the day of the attacks, everyone involved was doing their best to prepare. Luan was in Toy Town working on making similar traps like the ones she had made before but this time on a grander scale. Lori was at the Hiv, ensuring that the Digimon there knew what they were making and how much of it to make. With the work force of both towns, production of Luan's prank weapons was going at full steam. And Clyde and Stingmon were spying on the enemy bases, gathering intel that only they could get.

And the morning after Lincoln went god knows how many rounds with Lynn, Ogremon finally arrived at Primary Village and he wasn't alone.

The refugee Digimon watched from afar as Ogremon led over a hundred Goblimon into the village. The rookie Digimon did their best to look intimidating and imposing on the Baby Digimon that still couldn't leave their cribs. And Ogremon marched with an air of command as no one got in his way. The Champion Digimon made his way towards the center of the Village where he was met by the current protectors of the village.

Jijimon and Babamon stood at the helm with Leomon, Elecmon, Angemon, and Centarumon on their left. And Lincoln and his family stood on their right with Leni looking overjoyed as she spotted Loki coming in. She almost rushed in to hug him but was stopped by Lincoln who told her to wait.

When Ogremon was about 5 feet from the ancient Digimon, he stopped and raised his club high into the air. "I, Lorki, Leader of the Goblimon Tribe, have come to join your side as allies and friends. You enemies shall become our enemies and our strength shall become your strength. We pledge our Honor to aid you no matter what, this I swear!"

Then the small army of Goblimon behind him all raised their wooden clubs and shouted as one. "This we swear!"

Ogremon lowered his club and bowed his head towards Jijimon. "What say you?" He asked.

Everyone held their breath as they waited for the elder's response. No one knew what he would say, especially considering Ogremon's reputation. But after a few moments, Jijimon took a step forward before he turned towards Lincoln. "My boy, I think it is up to you to decide."

Lincoln felt a chill run up his spine as he got to experience what having a million eyes suddenly lock on you. With an audible gulp, he walked up to Lori and stopped just a few feet from him. He was surprised and happy to see that Veemon had followed him. "On behalf of the village, we accept your pledge."

Ogremon seemed to grin, as much as he could anyways, and he laughed. "Good! Now enough with the formalities! What's the plan for when the crazy bitch decides to attack?"

"Orgremon, perhaps it is best if we discuss this in private." Leomon began as he moved towards the green Digimon.

"It's Loki, now, fur ball. Get it right." Ogremon said though he didn't sound too hostile. He turned towards Lex, who was still standing next to Leni, and said. "I already told these numbskulls that you're in charge, Lex. Put them to work."

"Yes, Boss." Lex nodded before making his way towards his fellow Goblimon.

And as Ogremon was about to follow Leomon, he noticed that Lincoln was looking up at him. "You got something to say, kid?"

"Yea..." Lincoln nodded. He stood up straight then gave Ogremon a full bow. "I want to thank you for protecting my sister...you have no idea what that means to me. I don't think that I will ever be able to repay you."

Ogremon looked at the young boy for a moment before he scoffed. "I owed you a debt, kid. You spared my life and on my honor, I couldn't rest until that debt was repaid. Now it has and it just so happens that we're on the same side. So don't let it go to your head or nuthin' and don't forget that one day we're gonna settle the score between us."

"I'll be waiting for that day." Veemon said as he stood beside his partner. The two Digimon locked eyes with one another and in that brief moment, a million things seemed to have been said between them. And then just as it had appeared, the moment was gone and Veemon laughed. "I can Digivolve to champion now so you better be ready for a tough fight!"

"As if some wet nosed brats could defeat me!" Ogremon said.

And with that, they parted ways.

"So how was it?"

The girls were gathered in their room later that night after dinner. With everything that was going on, they hadn't had time for Lynn's debriefing. Lori and Luan were on video call while Luna, Sam, Leni, and Lynn were sitting on two beds. And currently all of the attention was on the sporty Loud.

"I..can't really describe it..." Lynn said honestly. She had a huge smile on her face, one that they hadn't seen in a while. She glowed and if Lori had to guess, Lynn was probably still riding the high from the night before.

"Well can you at least try, bruh?" Luna asked.

"Well..." Lynn paused for a second as she tried to find the words to describe how her night with Lincoln had been. When she recalled the memories of the night before, she was quickly filled to the brim with emotions. Powerful emotions that made her feel invincible...made her feel like...like...

"Whoa!"

"Holy shit!"

"So that's what that looks like..."

"Why is Lynn glowing?"

"It's because she got a good plowing!"

These were the reactions that Lynn heard when she closed her eyes to think. As she had felt the warm feeling of love wash over her, she felt something erupt from within her chest and that's when she heard her sisters and Sam.

Sam, Lori, Luna, Leni, and Luan had each seen Lynn begin to glow bright red and they could see her crest glowing. When Lynn looked up at them, she was surprised by their reactions.

"What's goi-Whoa!" She looked down and saw a red outline glowing around her. And underneath her shirt, resting in the middle of her breasts, her crest was glowing brightly. Lynn reached inside of her shirt and she pulled out her crest. It continued to glow for a few moments before it died down. She wasn't sure how she knew but Lynn's love for her brother had been what awakened her Crest. The feeling of Love was so powerful within, she felt better than she had ever felt before. And as she looked up at her sisters, she couldn't help but smile widely. "I fucking love him."

And each of the women within the room and those on the screen knew at once what the sporty Loud was referring to. The feelings of love towards the white haired Loud were strong within each of them and it gave them all the feeling that everything would be alright. Love was such a powerful feeling and for Lynn, the Bearer of Love, it was more so. She felt revitalized, renewed, and for the first time in her life, Lynn felt invincible.

"You know...now that Lynn's had her turn..." Luan began as she squirmed in her seat. "That means that we can...you know? Right?"

Lori laughed. "Yes, Luan, so long as Lincoln is willing, you can sleep with him."

"Thank god! I wasn't sure how much longer I could wait! When he comes in tomorrow I'm gonna fuck him till he can't walk!" Luan's eyes were closed and her breathing was labored. Her arms were aimed towards her lap and while not on screen, it wasn't hard to imagine what the comedic Loud was doing. "O-Oh Lincy..."

"Luan, you know that we're still on the line, right?" Lori asked her sister with a slight frown.

"I-It's okay...you can w-watch again if you want." Luan half muttered, half moaned.

With a roll of her eyes, Lori ignored her. "Alright, before I forget there are a few ground rules that we have to talk about. First, no fighting over Lincoln. That should be obvious but with all of us being in love with him, we have to share him."

"Well duh." Lynn said.

"No, she's right, bruh." Luna began. She motioned towards the door as she began to talk. "There's only one Linc and there's six of us. We gotta make sure that when one of us wants to spend time with him that none of us tries to get in the way of that."

"Yea, no c-cockblocking." Luan said.

"Well how do we do that?" Leni asked. Do we need to schedule an appointment in order to fuck our Daddy? Not-Leni asked and Leni repeated, earning a look from some of the girls.

"Um...I don't think we need to go that far..." Lori began. "But maybe we should try to take turns. Like, tomorrow will be Luan's turn since Lincoln will be spending time with her at Toy Town. After that he's coming over to the Hive to see me so then it will be my turn. And when he goes back to the village, it will be one of your turns. Try to come up with a way to fairly decide who goes first. If you can't decide amongst themselves, and trust me I will know, then I will pick who goes."

"Why do you get to pick?" Sam asked, not really questioning Lori's authority but more curious as to why her specifically.

The Loud girls minus Luan who was still enjoying herself all shared a look before they turned to face the blonde.

"Because it's Lori." Lynn said as if that explained it all.

Luna saw that her friend wasn't getting it and decided to jump in. "Love, I know that you're new to this but when we can't decide something as a group then Lori takes charge. She's the oldest so she's in charge."

Sam raised a brow as she eyed her girlfriend. It made sense since they were used to that family dynamic but for Sam, who was the oldest sibling in her family, didn't really like to have to be told what to do. She used to like Lori a lot, she even looked up to her. But ever since she found out about the bad luck incident, Sam's opinion of all of the Louds had considerably dropped. And even though she loved Luna as much as she loved Lincoln, Sam still held some ill feelings towards her friend that she wasn't sure would ever really go away. Sam was willing to bury her feelings on that subject for now because she loved Luna and Ace had asked her to but they were still there buried deep inside. A part of her didn't want to cause a fuss over this and simply agree with the majority. But another part...Sam stood up and crossed her arms underneath her chest.

"Well, no offense but I was the one who first made love to him." Sam said, allowing that to hang in the air for a moment. She watched as each of the sisters shared a look, part confusion, part envy, and part fear that someone was questioning the chain of command. "I'm Ace's first. So if anyone should be deciding who goes next it should be me."

Silence followed her declaration and Sam enjoyed the feeling of power that she held. Sure, she had agreed to a truce but she still hadn't forgiven them yet. For a moment, it looked like Lynn was going to rise up to challenge her claim but Sam wasn't looking for a fight. She just wanted to make clear that she wasn't one of them.

She sat back down and looked at Lori. "So if we can't decide amongst ourselves, we'll see who gets to be in charge then." Sam finished, giving Lori a smile that seemed polite but wasn't really.

It was quiet for a moment before they heard Luan give out a shuddered breath followed by a moan. Everyone turned towards her and they saw that the comedic Loud was no longer on the screen but she could still be heard panting as she moaned Lincoln's name.

"Well, on that note." Lori began as she tried her best to ignore the fact that Luan had just gotten off while still on the chat. "I think that once we're done with the attacks that we should have another sister meeting. And yes, Sam, that includes you too. You might still not like us very much but since you love Lincoln so much you might as well be our sister-in-law."

"Honestly, I would've been thrilled to have been considered your sister-in-law a couple of weeks ago..." Sam said with a sigh and a shake of her head. "But now it just makes me angry. Look, I know that we have a truce and I will do my best to play nice but please let's just take this one step at a time." Sam then stood up and made her way over to the door. "I might be in love with Ace but with the exception of Luna, I still don't love any of you. You've taken big steps towards making things right with Ace and I appreciate that more than you know. But you've still got a long way to go." And with that Sam left the room.

Lincoln was standing outside with Ogremon and Leomon. They had just finished explaining their plan to the green Champion Digimon and had stepped outside of Jijimon's office in order to look at the small army that they had gathered. Most of the Digimon that had come to the village were refugees that didn't feel safe in their homes. There were around 30 Digimon that had come from the Ice Sanctuary with Angemon and they were helping around the village. None of them fighters with the exception of Angemon and none of them wanted to do any of the actual fighting.

So that left their partner Digimon, Leomon, Andromon, the fighters from Toy Town, Angemon, and Ogremon's tribe. It honestly wasn't much of an army and Ogremon said as much.

"You do realize that this plan's crazy, right, kid?" Ogremon said as he ran his hand through his hair. "I mean...wow...you humans are fucking crazy."

"Believe me, Loki, I had similar thoughts. But I believe in them and I ask that you do the same." Leomon then looked down at Lincoln. "Especially in Lincoln, he has the heart of Lion within him."

"Gee, thanks." Lincoln blushed at the praise which caused Ogremon to scoff.

"Sure, lion heart, right." Ogremon shook his head before glancing over at the distance where Leni was currently surrounded by a bunch of the Goblimon. "I will admit, you humans sure are something." They followed Ogremon's gaze and saw that Leni was making friends with the rest of the tribe. Ogremon then sharply turned towards Lincoln and aimed a sharp finger at his face, inches from his nose. "Listen here, Kid, I know what you did with your sister and if you hurt her, I swear to the Sovereign that I will make you regret it! Got that?"

Lincoln had jumped a bit when the finger almost poked him in the face but as he listened to Ogremon's words, his expression became determined. He reached up and grabbed ahold of Ogremon's large hand and lowered it so that the finger was aimed at his heart.

"Loki, if I ever hurt her then you can kill me." Lincoln said, his gaze never leaving Ogremon's.

The two stared each other down for a long stretch of time and for a moment, Leomon wondered if he should intervene. But then Ogremon pulled back, threw his head up, and let out a bark of laughter. "You've got guts, Kid, I'll give you that. Just treat her like the princess that she is and we won't have any problems."

"Princess?" Lincoln asked.

"Yea...Leni is the Princess of the Goblimon tribe so you better watch your step or you'll have to answer to them." Ogremon said.

Just then they heard a loud cheer and when they turned towards the noise they saw Leni being carried over the Goblimon as they continued to cheer. Leni had a huge smile on her face and Lincoln was glad to see her smiling again. Ever since they rescued her and he stopped her from...Lincoln had noticed that she never quite recovered. Even after they had shared their night together, Leni's smile had still seemed dim by comparison. But right now she seemed, maybe not fully recovered, but on her way to being better. And for that Licnoln was grateful.

Over the course of the first week, Luna and Sam oversaw the construction of siege weapons after Lincoln had explained the plan to Ogremon. His Goblimon tribe was a tremendous help and after clearing out a portion of the forest, the construction efforts began. Leni was a great motivator for the Goblimon who quickly warmed up to her and they all accepted her as their princess. It got on Ogremon's nerves that they tended to listen to her more than him.

Lincoln and ExVeemon flew towards Toy Town and remained there for a few days as he oversaw the projects that Luan was in charge of. He was welcomed back by the President, though the visit was brief as Luan dragged him to the house that was lent to her and they didn't see him again until the next evening. After a few days, they left Toy Town and made their way towards the Hive.

Lori, as their current Queen, was doing a great job at preparing her forces for war. The FanBeemon, while not strong, had the numbers to keep themselves mostly protected and they were willing to fight and die for their Queen. And while Lori didn't want to ask them to fight, she knew that they needed their help. So with a heavy heart, Lori held an assembly and asked them if they would go to war for her. And while she expected it, when the chamber roared with their declarations that they would fight in her name, Lori shed tears as she stared at the Digimon who would most likely die for her.

And seeing their Queen shed tears of sorrow for them only served to motivate them more. They were working around the clock on the plans that Luan had emailed Lori and they were actually ahead of schedule by a whole day. When Lincoln and ExVeemon arrived, he was surprised to see that the Hive was nearing completion with one of their tasks. The night of his arrival, Lori had asked him to hold her while they lay in bed. She needed his comfort and she was thankful beyond words that he was willing to listen to her sorrows. They had been in the Digital World for over a month at that point but it was just starting to set in that they were in a war. As the oldest, Lori felt responsible for not only her family but also for the Digimon that looked up to them and relied on them. She was supposed to be a Queen...

"Do you think that I'm pathetic for feeling like this?" Lori had asked Lincoln at one point in the night.

Lincoln had reached down towards her chin and gently lifted her head so that he could look her in the eyes. "Lori, the fact that you feel sad because of what could happen to the Digimon isn't pathetic. You're human and you care about the Digimon here. Your heart hurts when they are hurt and just the thought that they might die is enough to break yours. Those are the signs of a true leader because you care what happens to them. So don't ever think that it's a weakness to care about others. Because I love the part of you that cares so much." He then leaned down and kissed her forehead.

That night she fell asleep listening to his heartbeat and when they woke up, Lori was glad that she had someone as wonderful as Lincoln by her side. They spent the rest of their time at the Hive overseeing the beginning stages of the next phase of their plan while thoroughly enjoying their nights together. Lincoln stayed an extra day at the Hive because while he loved all of his sisters, Lori held a special place in his heart as his first love.

When he returned to the Village, the siege weapons were almost done and the Goblimon were preparing to leave towards Toy Town in order to bring over the finished products. His first night back was spent with Leni and Not-Leni and he learned that Leni had been leading the charge to complete the siege weapons. Her hands were lightly bandaged from the splinters that she had gotten but overall she was happy that she was able to help.

Things were moving along and a couple of days before the attacks were about to begin, Clyde and Stingmon returned to the Village in a hurry with grave news.

As his best friend and his partner landed in a crouch on the colorful ground of the Village, Lincoln watched as Clyde jumped up out of his partner's arms and landed in front of him.
"Lincoln, I have big news!" Clyde said as he straightened himself out.

His best friend was covered in muck, grime, dirt, and god only knew and his scent was terrible. But as Lincoln stood there, he resisted the urge to cover his nose because he knew that whatever Clyde brought to him couldn't wait, it was important. "What is it, Clyde? What did you find out?"

"LadyDevimon has received reinforcements from the mainland. They sent a Digimon called SkullSatamon."

Lincoln wasn't sure who that was but judging from the way the Digimon around them reacted, this guy was serious news. Even Leomon, who was one of the bravest Digimon that Lincoln had ever met, looked worried about this SkullSatamon. Moments before Clyde had arrived, the air around the Digimon had been one of hope and a sense that they would be able to win. They had a plan and the DigiDestined were on their side. But all that changed with the whisper of a single name and now Lincoln watched as the hope that the Digimon had was crumbling before him. The silence that envelopment them was also chilling as no one said a word, almost afraid that this SkullSatamon would come out of the shadows themselves.

The only one who spoke was also the only person who didn't really understand or care who that Digimon was. "Skullwatamon? Who's that?" Leni asked.

End of chapter.
