Ser Bronn of the Blackwater smirked as he walked through the castle halls.
"My castle", he thought out loud, pleased with himself.
His little stroll was cut short by the sound of a woman sobbing loudly. Bronn headed toward the noise with a good idea of who it was that was crying and why.
When he found the source he learned he had been correct. Lolly's was lying on the floor crying her heart out as her sister over her with a grin on her face.
"Oye, what do think your fucking doing?!", Bronn asked Falyse as he pulled her back by her hair.
"Let me go, sellsword!", Falyse ordered as she tried to get free of his grip.
Bronn ignored her.
Bronn was more than happy for the lands, castle, and titles which would soon be his, but than there was dealing with the current owners. Bronn was not a man who enjoyed being cruel; he simply didn't mind doing it for a price. This lady on the other hand was pointlessly cruel to her sister for no reason. He frankly couldn't wait for her "accident".
He pulled on her hair even harder as she continued to struggle.
"You are going to walk away when I let you go.", Bronn said as he raised her head so that she was looking him dead in the eyes, "if I see or hear anything about to treating lolly's like this again I'll slit your little through. Understood?"
Falyse silently nodded with fear now taking over her body from the up jumped cut throat.
"Don't you dare tell anyone about this either", he added as he let her go.
As she ran from the Bronn, he crouched down next to the still weeping Lollys. He grabbed the fat pregnant woman not too harshly by the arm and helped her up off of the ground.
"T-thank you", Lollys said with a large smile across her face. She was not beautiful but she was far better looking than most of the whores he had been with in his life.
"M'lady", Bronn bowed before taking her by the arm and walking toward the garden.
His future wife held onto him like a young frightened child to a stuffed animal. It just happened her stuffed animal had killed more people than he could count.
Bronn was not a man to believe in true love and maybe not even love in general, but this woman was his meal ticket and he would keep her safe. A happy wife was much better than a miserable one.
