My name is Hope the Victor. It has come to my attention that your team, the Heroic Vanguard, is searching for Nu-13. There is no cause for alarm, she's safe with myself and my own team, the Shining Hope Squadron.

There is one thing you should know. Thanks to Pandora's interaction with Nu, she has recently developed the ability to feel Human Emotions. She's not used to our way of emotion yet, and i cant risk you, Haruto and your team coming to see us. Not with Nu as she is and her… ahem… questionable relationship with Ragna.
