Hey guys I decided to write this two-shot about the rumor of Hades being Mal's father.

Disclaimer: I don't own Descendants.

Mal always wanted to find out who her father is. Her mother never allowed her to speak of him -and when Maleficent says something you just follow it- and he never searched for her. Therefore, she always had the desire to meet him.

Now with being Lady of the Court, she had some luxuries she could use. Like the expensive DNA matcher of Auradon's Central Hospital. When Ben offered her the opportunity to use it for free, she immediately accepted. Though, she wished she could take Evie, Jay and Carlos with her. But they would have to pay for it. And she was sure as hell that the only one that was possible to afford was Evie.

Mal took a deep breath and put her index finger on the magical scanner. Few minutes later, Nurse Fauna came in the room and handed her a file.

"Here are your results, Lady Mal. It has complete details of your family." Fauna said.

"Thank you, Ms. Fauna" Mal bowed and left and went to find Ben.

Ben was at the waiting room, drinking from his cup of coffee. Mal walked to his direction, with nervousness all across her face.

"Mal. Did you get them?" he stood up smiling and kissing her on the lips.

"Yeah." she breathed. "But i don't know if I'm ready."

"Mal, you wanted this your whole life. You were born ready." Ben reasoned and rubbed her cheek with his thumb, making Mal smile.

"Okay. Let's go somewhere more private. I need you by my side." Mal told him.

Ben grabbed her hand and squeezed it, making her look at him on the eyes.

"Always"

Mal blushed and kissed him on the cheek. They walked outside of the building and went to sit by the park.

"Well, it's now or never!" Mal sang and opened the file.

Mother of the subject: Maleficent Morgana Faery

Father of the subject: Hades Pluto OlympiosMal gasped at the revelation. She expected her father to be anyone else but the lord of the Underworld? That was too much.

"Hades is your father" Ben said more as a statement than a question.

"Yeah" Mal replied softly.

"Mal, it says more." Ben showed her and she continued reading.

The last thing Mal remembered before she passed out, was Ben grabbing her.
