Fight as One Part 3

"Man! That shower was what the doctor ordered!" Naruto was completely naked, save for a towel covering his waste. He was hugged from behind by Akame, who herself was only covered in a towel. She kissed his cheek as he held her left hand and kissed it.

"Get changed. We need to discuss our plan of action with the others." She let go of him and headed towards her, or rather their room.

(A few minutes later, downstairs)

"Naruto! Are you okay!?" Makoto got up from his seat and ran to him. Naruto was confused to why Makoto asked him that but was beaten to the punch by Makoto himself. "I heard strange noises from your room, you were calling out for Akame and she then said your name. she wasn't trying to kill you, was she?" Now Naruto and Akame saw everyone's reactions, most were blushing except for Leone, who wore smirk instead. Akame and Naruto looked at each other and then Naruto kneeled down to Naruto.

"It's nothing, Akame and I were…..just playing a game." Naruto's words made Leone snicker and the other's drop their jaws.

"Is it a fun game?" Makoto just showed his childish side and only made Naruto a bit more nervous.

"It is but you have to be a grown up to play this game. You're too young, we'll talk about it when we're older." Naruto just patted his head and dropped the subject. Luckily for him, Makoto is usually an obedient child, which was used against him many times by Honest. A few minutes later, Naruto witnessed Akame and Kurome devour their breakfast in rapid succession. 'That explains her energy last night.'

"No matter how powerful we are, we can't take an army of super soldiers on our own even if we are all Teigu users." Run went through their options. "If General Esdeath was still alive, we could possibly hold back the army but then we'd still have to deal with Minato."

"Just leave him to me." Naruto told them. "I have one last trick up my sleeve and even if it doesn't work out, I can hold my own against him." Akame grabbed his arm and gave him a stern look, but it was overlined with a hint of worry.

"Your techniques are powerful but even you couldn't beat him the last time you fought one on one. Even our Captain working with Akame couldn't. Besides, we still have to deal with his army." Run told him with complete authority in his tone.

"That's why I have I said that I had one last trick up my sleeve. Well not a trick but my most powerful technique. If I can meet the right conditions, his body will be destroyed completely." They all knew whatever he had planned was a risky gamble and before Akame could remind him that he promised to survive for her, he spoke. "Besides, I only said to leave him to me, not that I'll be going alone." He then whispered to Akame. "I did promise you after all." Akame smiled at him which everyone, except Makoto, noticed.

"Okay, let's put Minato aside. How are we going to face an army by ourselves?" Run knew they had an uphill battle and their chance of winning was minimal. "We would need an extremely powerful weapon that….son of a bitch!" Run realised something important. "Your majesty, I discovered information from Empire's archives about a special Teigu known as Shikoutazer. Do you know anything about it?" Run internally debated if Makoto would know of such a Teigu but had to be certain if the former emperor knew about it.

"I know of it. The Prime Minister showed it to me not too long ago, I'm able to use it due to my bloodline. It's said to be the first Teigu and known as the Supreme Teigu, the most powerful." He looked a little nervous revealing this secret. "It's underneath the palace and can wipe out armies with ease."

"Then there's still hope." Wave showed some relief at the possibility of their chances increasing. "But what about the innocent people he captured? He must be keeping them somewhere and even if we beat his army, there's a possibility he can use them as hostages."

"Then we just have to find them. Though, it's easier said than done when he can just use his Teigu to teleport people anywhere he wants." Naruto then turned to Run. "They could be held in one of his labs, he probably has some people guarding them. It's better for us to split into groups, one going with Makoto to pick up the Supreme Teigu and the others going to his labs."

(With Minato)

"Careful! That throne belonged King Zuou of the Tenrou Nation from the continent of Wakoku. It's my third favourite seat from the 22 we brought over." Minato wore his Blood Night attire and told his humanoid creatures. The creatures easily towered 6 feet in height, they were insectoid's in appearance, with black armouring covering their torso's, arms and legs. They also had the mouth of an insect and the giant bug eyes. 'Glad I made them intelligent enough to understand my orders.' Suddenly the large doors were kicked open.

"LORD JASHIN! I HAVE RETURNED!" Hidan made his entry and bowed to Blood Night, who showed surprise behind his mask.

'I completely forgot about Hidan. How did I miss this psychopath?' Minato just coughed into his hand and then spoke with authority. "It is good to see you again my most loyal apostle. I have another labour for you."

"Do you require more offerings my lord?" Hidan looked bloodthirsty and gripped his scythe, only for Minato to bring out his hand to stop him.

"You will get your chance but for now I want you to prepare. Prepare as there are heretics who wish to deny me my rightful place. But before that, go to one of my 'temples', stay there for a few days and guard the sacrifices. I suspect the heretics wish to stop the ritual where I ascend." Minato told the zealous yet maniacal priest.

"You mean the time has come for you to shed your mortal coil and soon enlighten the world with your glorious rule?" Hidan's grin widened as his thoughts drifted to possibly causing a large-scale genocide.

"Yes, my loyal apostle." Minato removed his mask and hood to reveal his true face to Hidan. 'Pretending to be his God is messing with what little sanity I have left and that's saying something.'

(1 Hour later, at Night Raid's base)

"So, let's confirm the groups. Naruto and Wave will go with Emperor Makoto to retrieve Shikoutazer since only he can operate it. Akame and Kurome will go to Lab A, Lubbock and I to Lab B. And Tatsumi offered to go to Lab C by himself since Leone will go to the final Lab with Mine since her Teigu was destroyed. Is that understood?" Run looked at everyone as they stood firm and full of conviction.

"We better prepare what we need and then head out." Naruto went to his room to grab his gear. He heard knocking and told the person to come in, revealing Kurome when she opened the door.

"Naruto, can we talk?" Kurome asked him as the blonde was dressed and drinking a mug of ale.

"Sure, what do you need?" Naruto turned to her and saw her cross her arms. "What?"

"Did you have sex with my sister?" She asked him bluntly and completely caught Naruto off-guard, forcing him to drop the mug and speak incoherently.

"T-That's what you wanted to ask me!?" Naruto finally got the words out and could tell she was serious by the look on her face. "Look, your sister and I are both consenting adults and we both have d-desires." Naruto was nervous and could barely look the younger girl in the eye.

"That may be but she's my sister, I want what's best for her." She pointed at him accusingly. "And why my sister? Is it because she's pretty? Is she just a flin….." Kurome was stopped by Naruto's next words.

"It's because I love her!" He told with conviction and not missing a beat. "I love your sister, I've been this way for a while, ever since we spent the night together after our battle and they've only grown stronger. S-She's the one I want to spend the rest of my life with." Instead of surprise, Kurome just smiled and ran up to him, giving him a hug.

"Then you have my blessing, Big Brother." At this, Naruto hugged Kurome. Outside the room was Akame, her hands behind back but she had the biggest smile on her face, until Naruto spoke.

"Now, I forgot to ask with everything going on. How was your date with Wave?" Now Kurome moved away from him and began stuttering, with Akame's eyes widening until they narrowed. She made her presence known to the two.

"Wave went a date with Kurome?" Akame asked her lover, who looked more nervous now than he was when Kurome questioned him earlier. "When did this happen?"

"Just before the Empire's fall. Honestly Sis, I think it wasn't anything serious, Naruto just forced him to take me on a date so that I would feel better. You know, like a big brother would normally do. And besides….Wave isn't a bad guy." She complimented Wave while maintaining a small blush.

"I see, well as long as he makes you happy." She smiled at her sister and then looked at Naruto. "You need to get moving, the Supreme Teigu is our best shot right now." She then closed the gap and grabbed his face, kissing him deeply. "I'll be waiting for you after I get back myself." They kissed again, leading to Kurome feeling like a third wheel. She left the two lovers alone and walked down the hall, knocking into another person.

"Hey! Watch where you're go….W-Wave!" Kurome stuttered as she looked up to the person she was worried about earlier.

"Sorry about that, I wasn't watching where I was going." Wave Helped her up and scratched his head. "I'm looking for Naruto, we're supposed to head out now." Kurome understood but she wanted to ask him something before he left with Naruto.

"Wave, after this is all over….Do you think we could go on another date?" Now Wave's eyes comically widened, and his jaw figuratively hit the floor. However, instead of screaming, he picked himself.

"I'd like that." He told her with a smile, both talking to each other before they all left for their respective missions.

(A few hours later, Tatsumi's location)

'This new Incursio, I only unlocked it three days ago, but the power it's given me is incredible. I wonder if I surpassed Big Bro?' Tatsumi was currently invisible in his new evolved state. 'But what that Blood Night guy told me, if I keep using it or put it on for too long, I'll become the Tyrant Dragon. I can already feel it trying to take over my body.'

"LORD JASHIN! THIS IS FUCKING BORING!" Tatsumi heard a familiar voice, one that brought him chills. He went to the source and saw Hidan just madly swing his weapon and pacing around, behind him were people in the hundreds, all caged. "I really want to pay tribute but Lord Jashin is prolonging your liberation until later."

'The citizens!' Tatsumi's dread increased. 'Can I defeat this monster?' He began to recall the words Bulat said to him, how he first activated Incursio, how he achieved his second form and the promises he made. 'No! I've come too far, I've taken lives without mercy, I've been too late too many times!' Tatsumi's bloodlust rose and alerted Hidan, who smirked.

"Finally, I've been itching to for a sacrifice and you'll do nicely, wielder of the Demon Armour Incursio." Hidan's body oozed bloodlust to the point that some civilians fainted from it. "Give me a good fight!" Their weapons clashed and released a small shockwave.

(Fairy Tail OST-Dragon Raid)

Tatsumi forced Hidan back, taking their fight into another part of the facility. Tatsumi swung his spear in rapid movement, trying to shred Hidan to pieces. Hidan smirked at this and took the spear attack, lodging the spear into his body and gushing out blood. However, Tatsumi could not move it fast as Hidan used his right arm to hold Tatsumi's spear and then slashed Tatsumi with his scythe he held in his other hand, giving Tatsumi a major cut on the torso. Tatsumi, however, landed an uppercut and removed his spear from Hidan's torso.

"Fuck! That hurt you jackass!" Hidan's blood hardened around his torso and arm, becoming a sort of armour. Hidan clenched his armoured hand sent a punch, which collided with Tatsumi's spear. Hidan then launched his scythe again, only for Tatsumi to dodge.

'The blood hardened itself and covered his wound.' Tatsumi began trading blows with Hidan, both matching each other's speeds. Tatsumi's strength was superior and he overpowered Hidan, breaking through his blood armour. Hidan secretly smirked and took Tatsumi's spear through his abdomen, the blood gushing out turned into sharp spike, stabbing through Tatsumi's right forearm. Tatsumi pulled his arm out punched Hidan again, breaking his blood spikes and sending Hidan flying back. Hidan got up as he used his left arm to touch his bloody chest and threw the blood from his hand, the droplets becoming shards which Tatsumi made sure to avoid, only for Hidan to stab him in the shoulder with one of blades on his scythe. Tatsumi grabbed the blade, only to feel cuts on his hand, though he still pulled it out and forced Hidan back.

"You noticed it, my divine weapon has a laceration effect, one single cut feels like 100 small deep cuts, increasing the pain you feel. Even just touching the blunt parts on the blade from this scythe with your finger, you'll still get cut. This weapon was given to me by Lord Jashin, it and I are his instruments of order." Hidan pointed his scythe towards Tatsumi. "And you will become my tribute to Lord Jashin!"

'He's crazier than even Esdeath! And that's saying something!' Tatsumi then winced. 'Even if Incursio had the ability to regenerate from the damage, I've taken too much despite only taking a few hits. I have to end this with everything I got.' Tatsumi dug deep and received more power from Incursio. Tatsumi moved quickly as Hidan followed him, both putting all of their power into their attack. They both passed each other and seemingly took no damage until a few seconds later.

(OST End)

Tatsumi landed on one knee and had his torso cut again. However, he managed to surpass his limit and stay conscious. The same could not be said for Hidan as his neck gushed out blood and his head fell off from his shoulders.

"Agh! That hurt you fucking moron!" Hidan's dismembered head shouted at Tatsumi, who looked ready to carry on their battle, only for moments to pass and he realised despite being alive, Hidan could not do anything.

"How the hell are you alive!?" Tatsumi had heard of Blood Night's powerful regeneration, but to survive getting your head cut off was unheard of to him.

"This is the blessing of Lord Jashin! Those chosen by him are given immortality and carry out his will!" Hidan's words made no sense to Tatsumi, but the youth realised that there were still people to rescue and evacuate.

"Whatever, you can't do anything in that state, and I have more important things to do now. You just stay and become forgotten." Tatsumi left, ignoring Hidan's insults and heading towards the civilians.

(With Naruto's group)

"These creatures, they were probably part of the army that maniac told us about." Wave stated as he was equipped in Chariot Requiem.

"They most likely are, but I've got to say, you already mastered that new Teigu of yours so easily. I was prepared for you to be brainwashed again but thankfully you haven't. Fighting you was a pain in the ass." Naruto then told Makoto to lead them towards the Supreme Teigu.

(Back with Tatsumi)

"Follow me!" Tatsumi told everyone to follow him and not stray from their path. He also set off destroyed the support for the lab, causing it to collapse and burying Hidan alive.

(With Akame and Kurome)

Akame and Kurome took out more of Blood Night's soldiers and found more civilians, some wary of Akame and some just happy that she came to save them.

(With Leone and Mine)

"L-Let go of her!" Leone coughed out blood, she had her left arm torn off and was bruised. Standing above her was Minato, who held Mine in the palm of his hand, giving a slight squeeze as Mine yelled out in pain.

'Hmmmm. I could end these two now but I want to give them a sporting chance and they could make good hostages or bait.' Minato stopped thinking and felt strong bloodlust, though it did not phase him. He saw Leone and how fur was forming around her body. 'She's fusing with her Teigu and becoming a Danger Beast, just like that Incursio user. How intriguing.'

(Back with Naruto's group)

"You gotta be kidding me." Naruto was annoyed to see what the Supreme Teigu was while Wave was amazed at the size it. "A giant freaking robot!"

End. Sorry for the long delay, every time I have inspiration and ideas, somebody disturbs me at home and I then forget what I wanted to write and get writer's block. I rushed this chapter because I want to end this story, so only a few more chapter to go. I think I handled Makoto asking about what Naruto and Akame did was well, though I could have dealt with the reactions of the others differently.

On another note, I think I should have had Hidan appear earlier since Hidan is the one Naruto character that would fit right in the Akame Ga Kill world. I had an idea for another Naruto x Akame story with elements of Assassin's Creed, minus the Eden concept since Teigu's and Hidan's abilities would be enough.
