Kei-Kei Yuki: Okay, so I have run into a little writers-block concerning, The Last chapters, so I'm taking a little break from it until I'm able to organize my thoughts!

Special: Chibi Hokage-Prt.1

When Shikamaru's lunch break was over, he made his way back to the Hokage office to see if Naruko finished signing today's report concerning the new health bill they just released to the public. When suddenly, he stopped in his tracks, eyes glued to the liquid red trail of blood leaking underneath the Hokage's door. Throwing caution to the wind, Shikamaru raced towards the door and threw it open! "Hokage-sama, what-" Shikamaru's words died on his tongue, eyes glued on the two unconscious bodies lying in a puddle of their own blood.

One must note that the two individuals lying on the ground were members of the famous trio who daringly fought against Kaguya and trained under two of the legendary sanins, so to be able to take out such strong shinobis, the assailant had to be strong. Only, it wasn't an enemy that took them out. Walking over and crouching in between the unconscious bodies of Sasuke and Sakura, Shikamaru eyed the tiny, blonde fluffy human-fox standing on Sasuke's chest, worriedly calling out to him, but could not believe his own eyes.

"N-Naruko?!"

Hearing her name called, the chibi that stood about three feet tall looked oddly similar to the village's beloved Nanadaime, who, for some reason, was in her kitsune mode. She turned and beamed those twinkling blue orbs that took up half of her face at him. "Shika, help! Sakura-chan and Sasu-teme suddenly lost a lot of blood!" fretted the teary-eyed, tiny Hokage. Unaware of the effects she had on other people, Naruko watched for the third time with terrified eyes as blood burst forth like a river from Shikamaru's nose. A thud issued as his body hit the ground.

"Shika?!" shouted the desperate wails of the Nanadaime just as the door to her office swung open again.

When the Hokage's adviser regained consciousness, a pair of bored-looking teal eyes, that reminded him so much of his wife, peering down at him from above, was not what he thought would be greeting him when he awoke. "So you're finally up, huh, old-man? Good, then you can stop them before they destroy the Hokage office." Shikamaru did not get what his son was hinting at, sitting up and rubbing his forehead, until he heard loud voices arguing beside the Hokage desk.

Turning his eyes towards the direction it was coming from, Shikamaru saw the stoic and emotionless Sasuke holding his tiny blonde wife protectively to his chest as if she was a rare jewel that he needed his protection. Even though Naruko was one of the strongest people in the world, considering their situation, it would be best that Sasuke stood on guard.

"Old-man, stop hogging kaa-san to yourself!" Yelling at Sasuke was Daisuke. The younger boy tried to reach out towards his tiny mother, but a firm hand blocking his face prevented him from moving an inch.

"No. Your kaa-san is very delicate right now, and I won't have you harming her due to your clumsiness." Sasuke's firm answer was utter bs, and everybody who heard him knew it. Knowing the real reason was that Sasuke selfishly did not want to hand over his adorable chibi-fox wife to anyone, content with her staying in his arms.

"Sasuke-kun, stop being selfish and hand over Naru-chan! Besides, I need to do some x-ray tests to see if there was any damage done to her." Okay, Shikamaru had to admit that Sakura's words held some weight, but judging by the grabby motions her hands kept doing that made her look like a pervert, Shikamaru knew Sakura was less concerned about tests and more with getting her hands on Naruko.

"Hokage-sama, the Science & Engineering Department wants to know if-" Walking through the door was a young chunin who was recently assigned to work in the Intelligence Gathering Division- the new name Naruko came up with for the Anbu Division, governed by the one and only Hyuuga Hinata herself.

The young man's eyes quickly met those of his beloved Hokage, the same woman he admired and wished to one day protect. Only a new feeling arose, staring at the tiny creature of adorableness who innocently tilted her head to the side as this caused hearts to burst from the boy's eyes, followed by a river of blood from his nose, before his body hit the ground.

Both Nara's, one blonde, the other raven, watched this scene before them with dull eyes, before the oldest of the two sighed and ran a hand over his face. "It's going to be one of those days," said Shikamaru, wincing as the loud arguing voices of Sakura and Daisuke got louder, already feeling tired of the mayhem that he would have to clean up later.
