King: We're back again with a fun new chapter. After a writing session, a deleting session, a new brain storm, and finally a new chapter is ready. But that's neither here nor there.
Knox: NINE AND A HALF MILLION VIEWS!
King: It's crazy to think about, but here we are. Couldn't get this far without you, literally. And I hope you enjoy the chapter. Now...
Knox: Side note!
King: Right. The Constructor is not a thing in the source material and is a clever (at least I think so...) reference to the Gashapon system for the game.

As everyone filed back into the theater, they were soon joined by a slow-moving Adam. The masked man sat to the side, away from everyone, and sat in a way that said he wasn't all there yet. Which was understandable. He'd basically lived a wartorn and hellish reality, only to learn he hadn't really. He had a chance to avoid it, but it was still hard to get to grips with.
As the screen opened, the viewers heard the sound of heels against a metal floor; a not uncommon sound for those with military backgrounds. The camera tracked up to reveal a woman in a white military uniform. Her jacket, military cap, a corset-like top, and short cape were all white with small stripes of red and yellow. The clothing beneath the top and her skirt were black with similar stripes. Her tall boots were white with black fur lining at the top. The camera tracked up to show her in profile, revealing red and black hair and a white mask over the top half of her face.
Adam raised a brow behind his mask. "Is that supposed to be me?"
Sienna tapped her finger on her chair, the scene from only moments ago playing in her mind. Now was not the time to ignore him. "There are worlds where we're… flipped, let's say."
Adam lets out a breath and nods in understanding.
Ilia's head tilted slightly, "But what do we call her?"
Knox thus replied with their answer, "This variation is often addressed as Evangeline, or Eve for short."
Eve continued to traverse the hall, her fist clenching tighter into her palm. As she did, a scene from days before played out in her mind.
In the scene, Eve was standing in an office with Watts behind a desk in front of her. The camera and scene deliberately hide the upper half of her face. She was clearly annoyed by something she had heard. "What do you mean you won't do anything?!"
Watts, dressed in his military-style uniform, just sat back in his chair, "Did I stutter, Tirpitz?" Watts was the human leader of Iron Blood, technically outranking everyone in the Navy.
Nora's turn to tilt her head, "Tirpitz? I thought her name was Eve."
Kno smirked, "By our standards."
Ruby instantly sat up in excitement, "Wait! Is thi the one with robot ships?"
Knox chuckled, "Yep. With a few twists of who's who."
Eve swung her hand to the side in anger, "No. But I question your sense! Capturing a Siren Constructor could only benefit Iron Blood! We have the chance to reconstruct Bismarck!"
Watts let out a huff, leaning his elbows on his desk and steepling his fingers, "Tirpitz, I will be frank with you. Your sister, Bismarck… It's time to recognize you capital ships have had your day. Your era is over. It's time you caught up with that 'll be reallocating resources to the U-Boat program. When you break, you're staying broken."
Tirpitz couldn't believe what she was hearing. She was stunned to complete silence,, unable to even mutter a confused sound.
Most of the audience couldn't imagine a word to reply there either. They'd basically heard the man tell her that he'd leave her to die at the first opportunity.
Adam clenched his chair tighter. He'd heard something similar as a child. An old SDC foreman had told many faunas, in no uncertain terms, that they were expendable compared to the Dust they were mining. He still had the reminder of this fact burned into his face.
The scene faded out to return to Eve as she exited the hallway. As she opened the door, temporarily blinding the audience, they heard Watts' final message to her.
"We're done here. I forbid you from approaching the Constructor."
When they could see again, it showed Eve looking up toward a massive, futuristic building akin to a mix of a factory and cathedral. Materials were black and red, metallic and glowing. Everything about it seemed beyond human and otherworldly. Despite it, it still felt familiar.
Maria's eyes/lenses went wide, "Is that what she was looking for then? It seems… unnatural."
Knox smirked, "Otherworldly~"
King nodded, "That is a Siren Constructor. Sirens are alien beings that descended on their world, intent on wiping out all sentient life."
Ozpin sighed. Where have I heard that before…
Eve was atop a massive battleship. This was her original body, the KMS Tirpitz. When humanity created the Ships, they used similar vessels to act as the weapon base and rigging. Eve was, in a way, the embodiment of this ship. Together, they are Tirpitz.
Winter felt herself hitch in shock, "That's… insane. And the ship's size…"
King listed off the stats. "Bismarck-class. Second of its line. Over 800 feet long and more than a 100 feet at its widest. Typical speed of 30 knots. Enough armor and firepower to make it one of the most powerful battleships of its time. Similar stats can be found on Bismarck."
As she looked up toward the building, her attention was pulled away by the breaking of water to her side. A hand raised up over the side of her hull and someone pulled themselves up to join her. The new face was revealed to be Ilia, dressed in her usual stealth suit, though in a more colorful variation. Her suit was primarily black with red accenting with yellow around her collar. But that was it. It resembled something like a swimsuit in context.
Ilia snapped her heels together, saluting, "U-146 reporting!"
Yang chuckled a bit, "Not very creative name."
Ilia sighed, fully agreeing with the blonde brawler. She hoped for something interesting.
Eve turned toward her, "Report."
"So, I've got good news and bad news. What do you want to hear first?"
"Just report. I'm not in the mood for your Eugen impression."
Ilia sighed and rolled her eyes slightly. "Right. Well, we figured out how to get that thing to work. We need steel, oil, copper, and wisdom cubes. Two of them specifically. And I doubt the Chancellor will let us take them."
Eve smirked, "He wouldn't. But I already have all of that. I was prepared for this eventuality given it's called a Constructor. Now, for the rest of your report."
Ilia sighed. "This place is constantly on watch on both sides. It's only a matter of time before someone decides to pay us an unwanted visit. And considering your only escort is a Cruiser and a couple submarines, it would be better to avoid that."
Ruby tilted her head slightly, "But isn't that more than what Jeane… Bismarck? whatever-we-should-call-her had? It was just the two people?"
Weiss, however, shook her head, "They had the element of surprise and were trying to be unnoticed. A smaller team would be more helpful in that situation. The fact that someone is on the same level as Bismarck won't be ignored. They'd bring everything they could to ensure victory." Weiss was still a little pained by seeing her sister get annihilated in the previous viewing of this world.
Ilia sighed and turned away, leaning onto the railing at Tirpitz's side. "And there's one more thing…" She sounded like she really didn't want to say this. "The Constructor was damaged at some point. It can work, but the ability to actually select the end products is broken. We could put in all the materials and come out with a mass production boat at best. It might not be worth it…" Ilia didn't need to elaborate to Eve. The chances were slim that it would even give them a 'person' and for so much to pay? Particularly the Wisdom cubes. No one really knew much about them, only that they were the foundations of creating Ships like Eve and Ilia. It was something akin to their heart, mind, and soul all rolled into one.
Penny blinked, but had a quick nod in understanding. It was similar to her own core unit. As long as it remains intact, she is still technically 'alive,' or at least savable.
After a moment, Ilia's face turned concerned as she looked back to Eve, "Wait, how did you get the Cubes? The rest I get, that's easy stuff. But the Cubes are nigh impossible to get your hands on."
"I'll spare you the needless details and say that I have my ways." The vessel beneath her started to glow before disappearing into orbs of light that started to float behind Eve.
Of course, Ilia was caught off guard and fell into the ocean beneath with… very little grace.
This caused many of the younger in the audience to bust up laughing. It also caused Ilia to shrink slightly in her seat.
But it also got Jaune thinking. After a moment, he finally got a question out, "What does U-Boat mean?"
This confused most of the watchers. It seemed out of place to what was happening, but King grinned and answered. "It's a variation of Unterseeboot, or undersea boat. In other words, a submarine."
Jaune nodded as though he had something confirmed. "Thought so. That's why she didn't float like the others do."
Everyone else blinked and turned back to the screen.
Eve now had her rigging and armor connected as she stood atop the water.
Blake took a moment to right herself, "I… forgot they did that."
Ilia's head popped up from the water, glaring toward Eve. "I hate you sometimes. You know that?"
Eve shook her head and started to glide toward the Constructor. "Just keep an eye out and be ready for anything."
Ilia sighed, her own rigging pushing her out of the water to reveal a mechanical creature akin to a combination of a shark and a submarine.
Nora gasped in her very excited Nora way, "That's so cool!"
Before Ilia could speed away, Eve called after her, "And make sure you come back. No matter what…"
Ilia tensed for a moment before nodding. "Okay." She knew what Eve was implying.
When Eve found out that Bismarck had been sunk, it was through Eugen/Emerald. The last time Eve had seen her only sister was to wave her off for her mission. She never truly got to say goodbye.
Of all the people that hurt in the audience, four stood out. Ruby, Yang, Tai, and Qrow all felt that a little too hard. Summer was lost on a mission in a similar way. They didn't think anything of it at the time. It was like any other day. Until she didn't return.
Ilia revved her machine and dove under the water.
Eve moved to the Constructor and stepped up off the water onto the marble step to enter. As she made her way to the main room, she looked up to see the futuristic apparatus before her. It was something like a portal and a factory rolled into one. It was hard to describe, really. As she placed the stored items inside, she placed a glowing blue cube into the device. As it floated there, it began to expand and reformed into a humanoid silhouette of light. Eve reached up and took her mask from her face, the camera still hiding the top half of her face. As it rested on her palm, it began to glow. The paint started to fall off and reveal a twisted, mangled version of the cube. It was clearly the same material, but it was also melted and warped to create something of a mask. She let it float into the rest of the form and disappear into the body.
Eve nodded and started to leave. "In seven hours… you'll be back."
Mercury chuckled, "Seven hours to bring back the dead? That's not too bad."
The scene retreated to the outside to show the sky fading to signify the passage of time. A small message appeared in the corner, [5 hours 46 minutes have passed].
"Oddly specific." Yang snarked.
To the surprise of damn-near everyone, Adam was the one to reply, "You don't decide when things happen to you."
The scene moved to show Ilia moving through the ocean. As she looked around, her eyes went wide as she looked to the surface. Above her was a series of ship hulls moving toward the Constructor. Oh… That's not good. Okay, who's up there? She sent a periscope up to check the surface. Hold on. Is that…? Her attention was pulled off as something to her side forced her attention away, a large barrel-like item floating down next to her. Shit. The camera moved to the surface as an explosion ripped upward.
Ilia recoiled at the impact.
Ilia slammed down onto the water again and shook herself back to her right mind. She quickly spun around and dove again, running away as more shells hit the water around her.
The camera moved up to show a young-looking girl in a navy uniform jacket that was just too long for her, turning it into something of a dress with coattails framing her legs. Her rigging was in the vein of a battleship and a sleek,, double-edged sword in her hand. Her light grey hair was tied with two sections to either side of her face using black orbs. Tufts of hair also stuck up to create something looking like ears.
Mercury raised an eyebrow, "So who's that one supposed to be?"
Knox sighed. "Can we add title cards for them or something?"
King nodded, "We can." With a snap of his fingers, the lettering appeared beside the girl on screen.
[Jasmine Ironwood as the HMS Warspite]
Qrow instantly started to laugh. "That's Jimmy?!" He started to double over in his chair.
Ironwood wanted to fight back, but it wasn't like he could say anything that would make it better.
Beside her was a series of Ships of various sizes and armaments.
One was a girl in a tank top and skirt, wielding a javelin-like weapon. Her rigging included a set of torpedo launchers and a basic combat turret. This combination is often found on Destroyer vessels. [Ruby Rose as the HMS Javelin]
Ruby was naturally having fun with the idea of her alternate version and the obvious futuristic weapon she held.
Another was a girl in the usual uniform style with a mantle over her shoulders. A pair of boots and stockings pulled it all together. Then, there's her red and steel rigging of a cruiser-size vessel. [Scarlet David as the HMS Dorsetshire]
Sun and Neptune couldn't help but wonder what Scarlet would think seeing his alternate form.
The last of the set of four stood tall in what looked like a fantasy pirate uniform. Blue coat that reached to her knees, tall high-heel boots, corset, blouse, gloves, the works. Her rigging took the form of small bits of armor over her shoulders and a long rifle resembling a landing strip. [Teresa Callows as the HMS Ark Royal]
Ozpin was just too stunned to really process what he was seeing. To be fair, no one who knew the man could, really.
Yang shouted, "Oh come on! We find out Vomit Boy is a prince and he isn't a ship called ARK ROYAL?!"
"Yang!" Jaune groaned in return. "You said you'd stop calling me that."
"Let me cope!"
Teresa chuckled as Ilia fled, "Should we go after her?"
"No." Jasmine swung her blade before planting the tip into the water, like a general atop a hill. "If possible, we want to capture the Constructor without any collateral damage. It would be in our favor to draw them out here instead."
Scarlet swung to the side with her hands resting behind her head, "That's our Second in Command~ Always thinking five steps ahead."
Ironwood raised an eyebrow and glanced to King.
King nodded with a slight sigh, "Warspite is the second in command of the Royal Navy, behind the HMS Queen Elizabeth. Who is Dorothy Ozpin, by the way."
Ironwood sighed. That makes sense.
The scene returned to Ilia as she leapt from the water and into the Constructor, "Tirpitz! The Royal Navy is approaching! Warspite, Dorsetshire, Javelin, and Ark Roy-" She instantly seized up as she was about to say that last one.
Eve didn't turn back to her, "Ark… Royal?"
Ark Royal was always a touchy subject for Tirpitz. Actually, it would be more accurate to describe it as a don't-bring-up-at-all-costs-dear-God kind of thing.
"Why is it that bad?" Ruby asked, confused.
Ark Royal was the carrier responsible for the plane that crippled Bismarck, leaving her open to sink. Eve clenched her fist in anger, The bitch brags about it every chance she gets!
Ruby was shut up real quick once that came out.
Adam felt his jaw tighten, but it faded quickly. He knew too many like that in his life. It was humans who would brag about attacking faunas. Then it reversed to faunas as they assaulted humans they never knew. He took part in his time as well. It was easy to feel his counterpart's anger.
Eve spun around and stormed away to the door. This was her chance to deal with Ark Royal once and for all.
Another ship hopped onto the marble step. She stood in a black uniform with a dragon-like rigging behind her. And unlike some, she looked rather familiar without a name needed, but they got one anyway. [Nora Valkyrie as the KMS Roon] Nora made her way between Eve and the ocean, "I'd suggest against this. They're holding back and likely hoping to capture this point. We can use this to our advantage."
Cue the Nora gasp of excitement, "I look so cool!"
"Out of the way Roon." Eve was seething knowing the equivalent of her sister's killer was out there.
"I refuse." Nora held a hand toward Eve, as if to try to stop her, "We need to consider the plan at hand. While the two of us are powerful, I doubt we have the power to defeat the combined might of four of the Royal Navy's top names."
"We have our submarines!"
Ilia shook her head, "They're ready for us. They have depth charges… Oh my God, 492!"
An explosion went off outside before Neo flew in face first and skidded across the marble. Her rigging, a black and red mechanized speeder, rolled up to the side.
Neo recoiled at her… less than graceful entrance.
Neo was instantly up again and looking around in a panic. "Enemy at the gates! We need to leave! NOW!" [Neo Politan as U-492]
"We know!" Ilia shook her teammate and fellow U-boat back down. "But that doesn't mean we need to freak out. The Royal Navy isn't going to just…"
Neo blinked, confused, "Royal Navy?"
That question hung over the group of four, an unspoken reality dawning on them.
"What's going on?" Emerald asked.
Jaune felt his hands tighten on his chair, "They're surrounded."
The scene moved outside and away from the action. Unlike the Royal Navy to the North, this group was found to the West.
The first was a woman with long white hair. Her attire consisted of a long navy coat with accenting denoting a high ranked officer, white button-up, black skirt, and tall boots. Her rigging was that of a long landing strip and a bow that resembled the command tower of a Carrier. [Winter Schnee as the USS Enterprise] This was the lead of the Eagle Union Navy, and arguably the most powerful ship in the world.
Winter found a certain pride in knowing she was the best, in a way.
Harriet just rolled her eyes, all too used the Specialist being top of the class.
Beside her was clearly Weiss, with a similar rigging set (minus the bow). However, while she had a similar coat as her sister, she wore a very different set of clothing. Weiss had opted for a bikini top and short shorts, showing off more than her sister would. She also adopted a cowboy hat that matched her coat. [Weiss Schnee as the USS Hornet]
As Weiss's face turned red from embarrassment at the outfit, Yang burst out laughing at the heiress's discomfort. "That's a pretty cool look Weiss. Very bold. But hey, at least this version is… filled out, so to speak~"
Weiss's embarrassment turned to indignation, but her face was no less red.
Beside them was another white haired girl in a zip-up hoodie with the zipper open, save for being latched at the bottom. She was dressed similarly to Weiss underneath it, though. Sections of her hair stuck up like a pair of antennae. [Winifred Schnee as the USS Wasp]
Winter raised an eyebrow, "I don't recall a Winifred…" Then it dawned on her who that was supposed to be. "Wait… Is that supposed to be…?"
Weiss's indignation faded to shock, "Whitely?"
The three looked out over the ocean before them, the Constructor in the distance.
Winifred chuckled as she placed a hand to her face to block the sun, looking out into the distance, "That'll put the fear of God in them."
Weiss smirked, her arms crossed over her chest, "Fear of us, anyway. So, what's the plan, sis?"
Winter was silent for a moment, taking in everything around her. "Stay sharp. We're just here to support the Royal Navy. Keep your eyes up and planes in the air. There's something in the air… I have a bad feeling."
The scene flipped again to the Iron Blood crew.
Eve's fist clenched tighter. "Dammit! We were so close!" She glanced back toward the structure, the silhouette starting to form into a more defined shape.
Nora placed a hand on her friend's shoulder, "We need to consider leaving."
Neo did not agree, at all, "Are you nuts?! What can we do out there? We should hole up and set up a defense, not rush into the open ocean! 146 and I can handle that and get away underwater, but you guys can't hide like we can!"
Ironwood nodded, "It would make more sense to dig in. If they can trust the area."
After a second, Jaune nodded in understanding, "Right! That's a… Siren?" A glance to King and a nod from the leader of the theater allowed Jaune to continue. "Siren base. It would be like any of us using a Grimm nest as a campsite."
Eve looked upward, her eyes narrowing. The camera finally showed her face, unmarred by any scars or burns. "No. Roon is right. We can't stay here. 492! 146!"
Ilia and Neo snapped to attention.
"Clear and maintain a path leading to the southeast. Roon!"
Nora saluted, waiting for her orders.
"We'll need you to do what you do best."
Nora laughed, slamming her fist into her open palm, "TIME TO BREAK THEIR LEGS!"
Everyone making up the Royal Navy and Eagle Union force took the chance to increase the seat count between them.
Nora blinked. "What I do best?" Roon was an excellent Cruiser ship, but there's one thing she was best at. She was a Siren Killer.
Nora gasped, "That's the things that're like Grimm right?! I'm a Huntress in this world too~!"
The scene flew off to return to the Royal Navy. The group was dodging incoming shells. THe camera moved up to show a woman with what looked like a combination of machine and sea monster. The metal writhed like muscle now and then, but retained its appearance of steel. It was literally fused to her body and latched on to hide what little modesty she cared about. Her glowing yellow eyes, unnerving grin, rigging of living metal, and lacking attire but just enough to remain PG-13 (so to speak) all made her seem as alien as she truly was. [Siren Bombardment Unit - Nevermore]
Jasmine swung around, firing a salvo of shells toward the flying opponent. "Damn it! Ark Royal! Radio to the main fleet!"
Teresa dodged a blast with radio in hand. "No good! She's jamming our radios!"
The Siren laughed, her voice holding an unnatural echo, "What's wrong? Is this the extent of the Royal Navy's power~?"
Many in the audience shivered hearing how wrong the Siren's voice sounded.
A series of fighters flew through the air and tried to shoot the Siren. Nevermore, unfortunately, had a barrier that blocked the bullets.
Winter, Weiss, and Winifred slid into formation. Winter and Winifred held their bows ready to attack while Weiss's rigging started to glow. Small dots appeared before they shot off and into the sky. The lights then formed as fighter planes and started an attack run on the Siren.
Ruby's eyes were practically made of stars at how excited that made her.
The Nevermore didn't even bother to move as the bullets bounced off the shield. She laughed at the futile attempts, "Pathetic! Is that all the defenders of humanity can do~?"
"Try this!" Nora's voice rang out in defiance, followed by a shell impact against the shield. The Nevermore watched as her shield rippled before turning around to find a large crack forming in the energy. Nora's weapons were outfitted with Anti-Siren modes for just this situation.
"So that's why she brought Nora." Ren tapped his chair in thought, bringing the pieces together in his head. "In case of these Sirens."
"I mean… yeah." Jaune said, matter of factly. "The Constructor was a Siren building."
Adam took a glance toward the blond boy, finding himself in agreement. However, there was something else here. There was something about him that seemed familiar in some way. Not him in particular, but rather that Jaune reminded him of someone in the past.
As the Nevermore's shield was weakened, Jasmine swung her turrets and landed a heavy hit against the barrier. It's weakened state allowed the shells to break through the shield, though damage to the Siren was minimal.
Nora leapt up, as usual, "Booyah!"
Nevermore swung around and started to fly erratically to avoid the now incoming fire. Unfortunately, a fighter was keeping up with her. On the fighter stood Winter with bow drawn, a glowing arrow of light crackling like lightning. As she loosed the arrow, it split apart into a rain of arrows. Nevermore spun around and compartments over her shoulders opened to unleash a series of missiles to block the incoming fire. As the missiles exploded, Winter was forced to veer of course to avoid the explosives that got through.
Ruby was too busy geeking out about the arrows of light and their uses in battle, as well as the possibilities of recreating the effect.
But the similarity to the Grimm-namesake's attack with the feathers was not lost on the others.
Nora continued her attack, now joined by the combined fire from Scarlet and Ruby. Meanwhile, the heavy fire from Jasmine and Eve were trying to put in some real damage. Eve had to clench her teeth and fist to remind herself not to focus on Teresa and attack the Siren.
The Nevermore roared in annoyance and fired another series of missiles, this time with a light blue trail. As they hit the water or Winter's fighter, they burst with ice and froze the area over. As the icy mist faded away, it revealed that many of the Ship Girls and their weapons were frozen over. Nora growled and smacked her weapon to free the shells, but the reload mechanism was damaged and would take longer to work. Nevermore laughed, ready to strike again, but a shell smacked her out of place and annoyed her further. Eve had a similar range to her sister, and thus was just of range for the worst of the attack.
The Nevermore smirked before starting to laugh. "One last thing in my way? I know how to deal with you~" SHe held her hand up, open toward the Constructor before swinging it back into a fist.
Eve didn't know what to expected, but the sound of an explosion and the shockwave from behind thereafter told her enough.
Weiss winced at the implication. "Oh… that's not good."
Eve swung around, stunned with eyes wide. The Constructor was little more than a pile of smoke and collapsing rubble.
The clock popped up not long after, [6 hours and 5 minutes have passed].
Everyone felt that, knowing that it was an hour out. Eve had failed.
As Eve watched on in shock, Nevermore had flown up to her, laughing maniacally with weapons leveled at point blank. "DIE!" She was cut off by a backhanded strike and sent flying backward.
Everyone jumped in shock.
"What was that?!" Ruby shouted.
Blake thought for a moment before snapping her fingers with a eureka moment, "She gave a time that was purposefully too long. In case anyone was listening."
Nevermore smacked against the water and flew into a spiral before sliding on all fours. As she looked up, her anger turned to shock, then fear.
Before them stood a blonde woman something akin to a black version of Eve's uniform. Her cape was swinging in the wind as shark-like sections of her rigging snapped at the Siren. The camera moved to meet a very angry visage of a familiar face.
[Jeanne Arc as the KMS Bismarck]
Jeanne scowled toward the Siren, "Get the hell away from my sister."
"Yes!" Nora cheered, "Jeanne to the rescue!"
Adam raised an eyebrow. Arc… Why does that sound familiar?
Eve moved over beside her sister, "Bismarck! It's good to have you back!"
Jeanne smiled for a moment, "It seems I was right to leave an imprinted cube in my office. But we can discuss that later."
The Nevermore unit shook her head to right herself again, her smir returning soon after. "If it's all fair, I'd prefer not to deal with the infamous Bismarck."
Jeanne's eyes narrowed back toward the Siren, "That's fine then. Because I don't feel like dealing with you personally. Thankfully, I don't have to."
This confused the Nevermore long enough not to notice Teresa and Winter having leapt into the air behind her. Both were carrier ships with secondary fire modes for their primary weapons, energy bullets and light arrows respectively. As they both fired, the Nevermore's back was cracked and she was forced forward to keep what little balance she had. Seeing this had become a problem, the Siren took the sky to escape and prepare another barrage. However, the only thing that did was make her an easier target thanks to her predictable path. Jeanne, Eve, Nora, Jasmine, Scarlet, and Ruby unloaded a semi-coordinated attack to destroy her.
Before anyone could really celebrate, Ironwood voiced something they weren't thinking about just yet. "Without their common enemy, what will happen now?"
Jeanne turned to the group before her.
Ruby shivered, ice still falling off her body, as she held her weapon close. "Bismarck…"
Teresa took a step forward as though to challenge Jeanne, "Back from the dead huh?"
Jeanne seemed not to react with any hostility toward Teresa. "Are you the one that sunk me, then?"
Jasmine raised an eyebrow, "You don't remember?"
"My new Cube was imprinted before the events of my death. I, naturally, wouldn't know how it happened. Only that it had."
Teresa's eyes narrowed, obviously not believing her. "So, what? Now we all get to be buddies?"
Jeanne's answer was immediate, "No."
Ruby felt a little disappointed at how quick that was, especially since she's on the other side.
Jeanne continued, however, "Our War is fundamental, we may never agree or even be amicable after everything we've done to one another. However, the Sirens concern me more than you do." Her eyes cast to the melting ice. THe Sirens couldn't do that before. "They're getting smarter. Stronger. We must respond in kind. We'll part ways today, but we are still enemies." She spun around on her heel and started to walk off. After a few feet, she jumped up and her rigging transformed into the full version for saving power in travel. She turned back toward her opponents as she began to leave. "Know that Iron Blood shall continue to become stronger. You should do the same."
Ozpin was lost in thought before finally understanding the situation. "She's continuing the war to force both sides to continue to get stronger."
Glynda groaned in sympathy, "That's rather twisted, I have to say…"
Port nodded, agreeing with her. "I say it would be better to unite their forces and gain the power against their common enemy rather than dwindling their forces."
"That's the nature of war, I suppose." Ozpin reasoned. "It can be easy to spark, but difficult to douse."
The camera hung in place as all the others in Iron Blood followed after their leader. Bismarck was back from the dead and a threat to all that would threaten Iron Blood. With that, the scene faded out and the viewing ended again.
"Well…" Yang had something of a nervous look on her face, "That happened."
