'Thoughts'
Demetri and Felix arrived with the child. The tracker held his mate close. He knew that in a few minutes his mate would be dead. Immortal children were just too dangerous. Yes his mate was strange. He could cry and sleep and he had a heartbeat but he was still an immortal child. He just hoped Aro would allow him to leave so that he didn't have to watch his mate die.
It didn't take them long to be in the throne room. Only Aro was there. He looked at the child in his tacker's arms in curiosity. He could see the tear tracks, saw that the child was sleeping, and had a heartbeat. It was slow and sluggish but still there. It was like he was half-vampire and half-human. It was odd. He motioned for Demetri to bring the child closer. The tracker did and Aro placed his hand on the child's forehead.
"Interesting." He hummed.
"Master?" Felix spoke up.
"Get my brothers." He ordered.
"Yes sir." He left.
"Hand Demetri."
The vampire offered his hand to his king. Aro took it and hummed once more. This situation was getting more and more interesting. He had an idea and he just hoped his brothers agreed. He let go of the hand and sat down. Soon Caius and Marcus arrived. The situation was explained.
"A wizard survived our venom?" Caius asked in surprise. "Their magic usually fights it."
Only a magical vampire could change a wizard or witch into a vampire. If bitten by a non-magical vampire their magic fights the venom. It results in either loss of magic and a weakened state or death. Never has a wizard/witch been turned.
"Yes. It's as if his magic and the venom came to a compromise. His control is beyond that of a newborn vampire. He passed by animals and he knew they smelt good but he didn't attack them. He figured they smelt good because he was hungry." Aro said.
"Does this mean he is different to an immortal child?" Marcus asked.
"Only time will tell." He said.
"Are you suggesting we keep him alive?" Caius asked sharply.
"Yes. If he proves dangerous then we kill him." He said.
"He could do us a lot of harm before we kill him though." He pointed out.
"I know. That is why I wanted you all here. For us to keep this child alive we must all agree to it." He said.
"I agree." Marcus said.
"Me too." The blonde said.
"Great. Let's vote." He grinned. "I am in favor of keeping the child alive."
"I am in favor as well." Marcus said.
Caius sighed. "Me too."
"Wonderful. Demetri, as his mate he is under your care. Felix I want you to keep an eye on the child. Take him out if he turns dangerous." Aro ordered.
"Yes sir." The two said.
Demetri was estaticed. His mate was staying alive. He hoped the small child would age. It felt odd calling a child his mate.
"It seems the little one is waking. Someone go get blood." Aro ordered.
"Yes master." One of the vampires left.
"Everyone ready?" Caius asked.
"Yes master." They said.
"Good." He braced himself.
(Harry's P.O.V)
"It seems the little one is waking up. Someone go get blood." I heard a man order.
I felt that I was in someone's arms. I was then laid down on the ground gently. It was hard not to tense up. Not only had someone hold me but a man was ordering another to get blood.
'Why do they need blood?' I wondered in worry and fear.
"Yes master." A female voice said before I heard someone leave the room.
"Everyone ready?" Another man asked.
'Ready for what?' I questioned.
"Yes master." This time many people said it.
"Good." The man said.
'What's going on?!' I was really scared.
A hand touched mine causing me to flinch. I didn't move away. I knew better. Uncle Vernon and the red eyed man showed him that. They always beat me when I tried to get away from them. The hand went to my hair. They ran their fingers through it. I had expected them to yank on it like the others did. The fingers felt nice.
"It's okay little one. We won't hurt you." The man who ordered blood said. "Open your eyes."
I knew better than to disobey. Slowly I opened my eyes only to whimper and shut them when bright light hit them. It really hurt my eyes. They felt like they had been burned.
"Turn the lights down." The man ordered. "Okay little one. Try opening your eyes again."
I did as ordered. My vision filled with a black haired man with red eyes. He was gorgeous, like an angel. The problem was with the red eyes. The last person I encountered with red eyes was mean. My uncle had blue and my aunt had brown and they were mean too but the blue eyed lady that lived across the street was nice. So was the brown eyed man that lived next door. Maybe that meant eye color didn't determine who was mean and who was nice. Uncle Vernon said I was a freak so maybe they were mean to me because I was unnatural.
"Hello little one." The man smiled at me.
"H-hi." I braced myself for the pain. 'Please don't hit me.'
"No one here will hurt you." The man said as if he could read my mind. "My name is Aro. What's your name?" He asked.
"H-harry." I answered.
"Hello Harry."
"Master." A beautiful woman handed the man a glass filled with red liquid. It smelled wonderful.
'Ow my throat and tummy.'
"Thank you. Here you go little one. Drink up." He said as he lifted my hand and placed the glass to my mouth.
I did as told. The minute the liquid entered my mouth I thought I was in heaven. It was super yummy. I drank it quickly. The glass was soon empty and I silently moaned at the loss.
"Would you like another?" He asked.
"No thank you." I knew better than to be greedy. 'I would but they might hurt me.'
"Another glass." He ordered.
Another glass was handed to him and it was placed at my lips. I was surprised but drank it anyway. Once the class was empty I fell asleep.
(Third Person)
"His room will be next to Demetri's." Aro said when the child fell asleep.
"It's so odd seeing a vampire sleep. Not even magical vampires sleep." Caius commented as Demetri picked the child up.
"I know exactly what you mean." Marcus said. "Let's just hope he isn't a threat."
"Of course. Get us when he wakes." Aro ordered.
"Yes master." Demetri left the room.
He took the child to his new bedroom. He laid him down and tucked him in. He quickly washed the tear stains off his face. He then sat down next to the bed and waited.
