The Nightmare

One dark night, everyone was fast asleep in the loud house. Lincoln who was sleeping in his room had a terrible nightmare.

It happened when he was in his room when his sister, Lucy appeared and said, "Lincoln, please come to the living room. We would like to have a word with you." Lincoln asked, "Lucy? What's wrong?" "Just come." Both siblings went downstairs and Lincoln saw his whole family glaring at him.

"What's wrong guys? Why are you angry?" he asked. "We would like to say this; we are getting rid of you!" yelled Lola. "What?! Why?" Lincoln was shocked. "You are not our son!" said Rita and Lynn Sr. "You're an abomination!" shouted Leni. "We don't like you here!" Luna yelled. "We want a middle sister instead!" said Lynn. "You're the lowest life form!" Lisa sneered.

"But guys. I'm your brother and son," Lincoln stammered. "Not anymore! Now leave!" Rita yelled as Lynn Sr. opened the door. Lori grabbed Lincoln and took him to the door. "Lori, please no!" the white haired boy cried. "Shut it, twerp! Now leave!" the oldest sibling gave Lincoln a powerful kick out of the house and he landed on the road. "And stay out!" yelled Lana as she tossed him Bun-Bun. Lily blew a raspberry at him.

Lincoln got up and ran to the door, but the family slammed it in his face. The boy ran away from the house and into an alley where he cried his eyes out until a masked man came up and grabbed him. "Who are you? What do you want with me?" Lincoln asked. "I am here to end you," the man replied. He took out a knife and slashed his neck. Lincoln screamed in pain as the blood ran down his wound.

The white haired boy opened his eyes and noticed he was in his room. He checked himself for any injuries. Luckily, he was not injured and there was no slashes. "What a bad dream," he said. Just then, the door flew opened and his sisters, Lana, Lisa Luan, Lynn and Luna rushed inside. "What's wrong, Linc? Did you have a bad dream?" asked Luan.

Lincoln broke down as he buried his head into Luna's chest. "I had a terrible nightmare. It all started when you all wanted to get rid of me. You all said those hurtful things to me and kicked me out of the house. And the next thing is that, a masked man came up and slashed my neck. It was horrible," he cried.

"It's okay, bro. It's just a nightmare. We will make sure that this will not happen anymore," said Lynn. "Yeah," said Lisa. Lincoln felt better. "Thanks, guys." "Come on, bro. I will sing a song for you to help you sleep," said Luna. "Thanks," said Lincoln. The rock star sang him a goodnight lullaby. After that, Lincoln fell asleep and Luan tucked him into his bed. "Sweet dreams, bro," said Luna as she, Luan, Lynn, Lana and Lisa left his room.

Lincoln felt better. He would never have that nightmare again.
