A/N: I hate one-shots, and I've always written chapter stories but don't really have the time or ideas for a full story... so here's what I do have :) Might be a series of one shots? Thinking of doing another one where they're superheroes struggling with their feelings for each other as heroes but devotion for each other as Nino and Alya (they don't know they're heroes) :D

PS: Based off SEASON 2 EPISODE 14

"Nino-" Ladybug shouted as the elevator doors shut.

Before she could stick her hand out to shut them, Nino raised his hand to his cap in a quick salute. The doors shut and Ladybug and Chat Noir shot up in the Elevator, Ladybug's eyes glued to her best friend and Nino.

As soon as Ladybug's piercing gaze had left him, Nino turned his attention back to Alya who was glaring at him, tears in her eyes. "Nino, you stupid fool! Why didn't you go with them?!"

"Alya, I love you. I'm not going to leave you here to become one of them… alone-" Nino started

"What-" Alya gasped, blushing. She began to tremble violently with a fever, but forced herself to continue, "We've never said that before… don't just say that because we're in trouble-" Alya looked dow and her shoulders slumped.

"Alya, I mean it… I've meant it for a while… er- I've been meaning to tell you for a while," he said, scratching his neck nervously. His eyes, that had been avoiding Alya's snuck up to check on her and he saw that she had stopped moving. The shy smile left his face as he understood what was happening, but he continued in his calm voice, "This isn't the first time we've been in trouble together."

Alya looked up, her eyes were purple. Nino's heart pounded in his chest but he opened his arms wide and let Alya pull him into a hug. She kissed his neck and his cheek, and he laughed thinking it to be playful for a moment. Then he began to feel cold and he squeezed Alya close to his chest.

"I love you, Alya, and I'm always here with you…"

"No more evil doing for you little akuma!"

With a flash of pink light, Nino and Alya suddenly found themselves hugging tightly on the stairs of the museum where they'd been left by Ladybug and Chat Noir. Blinking the haziness out of her eyes, Alya focused on her hand that was entertwined with Nino's as he took the other arm that had been around her to rub his eyes.

Their eyes met and Alya's heart began to pound. She pulled her hand away and smacked Nino on the shoulder. "I can't believe you stayed with me Nino! I wasn't the one to turn you… was I?"

Nino's eyes melted into hers, and he gave her a gentle smile. "I wouldn't have had anyone else do it, ma Cherie."

Alya blushed. "You- you meant it then?"

"Oui," Nino nodded nervously. "Je t'aime de tout mon coeur"

Alya threw her arms around him and began to kiss him on his neck and cheek in the playful ticklish way she always did. She worked her way up to his ear and whispered, "Je t'aime Nino!"

She brought her lips to his and gave him a deep kiss which he returned. Pulling away, her eyes searched his as she whispered again, "Je t'aime."
