Chibs and OFC

POV as you as OFC

Your phone started to vibrate on the hard coffee table. With David laying asleep next to you, you cursed under your breath. Who could be calling you this late?

"Hello?" you picked up

"Aye, Lindsey. What are you doing lass?" he asked slurring his words.

"Seriously Chibs? Are you drunk?" you asked peaking at Hale to make sure he was still sleeping.

"I'm Scottish. I don't get drunk lovely." he muttered. You rolled your eyes but couldn't help but smile at the same time. Cocky bastard. "Well maybe a little buzzed but that's not the point."

You slowly stood and crept to the back porch of your house. "You shouldn't call me like this Chibs." You closed the sliding glass door behind you.

"Aye but your song came on and I figured why the hell not." he said. There was lots of background noise on his end. Clearly a typical Friday night Sons party happening. You ran your fingers through your long brown hair and sighed.

"Chibs, you know Hale is here. I can't do this right now." you said in a hushed tone. He immediately scoffed at your response.

"You know you don't want to be on that side of the law, love. I know you don't love him." your heart sank as he spoke. You knew it was true… You just didn't know how to end it. You cared for him but you didn't love David like you thought you did.

When you met Chibs the first time, you knew it was going to be trouble. Not only did his voice make you melt but his greasy grey hair, his bad boy attitude, and the need to protect those closest to him turned you on far beyond David ever had.

"You just need to tell him love. I don't care what you tell him but you've gotta just do it." he continued breaking your thoughts up. "You can't deny that you and I belong together." he said.

"Don't assume you know what I want." you snapped.

He chuckled. "You wanna know how I know that's exactly what you're thinking?" he asked calmly. "You woulda hung up by now lass. You can't bullshit a bullshitter love." he continued.

You leaned back on the patio chair you had been sitting on. He was right. If I truly didn't want to be talked into it, I would avoid him but I couldn't.

"No pressure. Like I said love, just thought of you and wanted to let you know." he said.

You twirled a peice of hair around your fingers. "I'm on my way…" was all you could muster up.
