[Author's Note: This poem contains major spoilers for the endings of Kill Bill and most of Kill Bill: Vol. 2. If you haven't seen BOTH OF THEM yet, then I highly suggest that you do so before reading this (please be careful, though, both movies are rated R for a reason.)

I was listening to the song Sacrifice from the anime RWBY while I wrote this, so I kind of imagine this poem having a melody similar to that song, and it also inspired most of the meter for this as well. Just thought I'd throw that out there.

Also, this poem uses the codenames of the characters, I'll write them down for you in case you can't remember them:

Copperhead aka Vernita Green (the woman killed at the start of the first movie).

Cottonmouth aka O-Ren Ishii (the leader of the Yakuza and leader of The Crazy 88).

Sidewinder aka Budd (the guy who lived in a trailer and buried The Bride alive).

California Mountain Snake aka Elle Driver (the woman with the eye patch).

Snake Charmer aka Bill

Black Mamba aka The Bride aka Beatrix Kiddo aka the main character.

Also, DISCLAIMER: I don't own Kill Bill or Kill Bill: Vol., they belong to their rightful owners. I just got inspired to write a quick poem about the plot.

Anyways, I hope you enjoy. :-) ]

Let us go back to the start

Envy in the Charmer's heart

A chapel filled with vipers

Ev'ry one of them liars.

.

Bullets scattered 'cross the floor

The poor groom will be no more.

Though a mother can be mild

Never rob her of her child

Of her child.

.

The Black Mamba bears her teeth

Like two Samurai blades from their sheaths.

This poor mother, sad and wild

Won't stop 'til she has avenged her child.

.

She will

Strive to kill

The cruel Snake Charmer, Bill.

.

Do not play with snakes

Your life, their poison takes.

The Black Mamba is free

She's on a killing spree.

She will fight

She will bite

And she'll smite

Them all.

.

Look at the poor Copperhead

A knife thrown to her heart left her dead.

The Cottonmouth and her brood

Their heads and tails, 'round the room, are strewed.

.

The Sidewinder's double-crossed

Got his treasure, but his life was lost.

The Snake from California's mount

Lost both her eyes, just go ahead and count.

.

So will

The Bride kill

The cruel Snake Charmer, Bill.

.

No amount of snake blood spilled

Will bring back the child killed.

But the Snake Charmer does hide

The fact that the child's…

Alive.

.

Do not play with snakes

Your life, their poison takes.

The Black Mamba is free

She's on a killing spree.

She will fight

She will bite

And she'll smite

Them all.
