Unwantingly involved.

She bobbed her spiky black hair along the beat drop, swaying her body along the sway of the music. Her manager watched in fascination as she moved like a segment of the song, like she belonged to the song.

Her leather shined under the tube light and she looked even more punk, with her nose ring silver-ly shining too. Her amber eyes were ablaze with passion, as she moved along the song.

Her entire body was moving to the tunes of her favorite song. "Kira." She stopped dancing and looked at her manager as if she had seen her for the first time.

"Yes, Haruhi-san." she said, her body leaning against the cupboard. She lazily crossed her arms and looked extremely bored.

"There was an offer from LME this evening." Haruhi said, a little cautious. Kira had once glared at her when she uttered Ren Tsuruga's name. But that was last year when she had newly danced in one of the songs of the movies. Haruhi had known since then that her charge hated him for reasons she had no courage to ask.

Kira rolled her eyes, "Of course. So, what is the offer?" she had her legs crossed over one other. Somehow Haruhi had found out that Kira can dance no longer than three hours as her legs would start to feel jelly. Haruhi suspected something.

"It requires you to act a scene dancing and singing that song—sober. From Director Shingai." Kira almost tripped, shocked beyond comprehension.

"He…. wants me in his movie?" Kira asked, incredulous.

"Yes, I am told that the crew will have a meeting tomorrow evening to welcome you once accept. The previous girl was fired for her unprofessionalism." Haruhi crossed her fingers, praying that Kira would accept.

"Okay then. Since I don't think I have any other song written down, I'll do my already written songs and dance." she answered curtly, before moving out of the room.

Kira always made a rule not to smoke, or drink alcohol, even if she had just turned twenty. And also, not to date, it was her prime condition when she entered Akatoki.

"Hey, Watanabe!" she rolled her eyes, that stupid brat always made an effort to piss her off. She tilted her head and turned, sporting the most disgusted face possible.

"Fuwa, I have no time to stop here and listen to your chatter. I have far more important things to take care of." She said, as soon as he halted in front of her. He was the same, except his physical appearance had changed. He had grown a slight stubble, he was more muscular and his hair was now reaching the end of his neck.

"I just wanted to ask if you'd go out with me this evening." he said breathlessly, ignoring the dismissive way she so-rudely told him off.

"Oh sure, once I resign from Akatoki—which is not any time soon!" she bellowed and flew as fast as she could from the corridor.

Sho watched after her in disappointment, she sure was a beauty and her music had surpassed even him. Although he would never admit it, he was clearly smitten by her.

But what about Kyoko?

He shook his head from the depressing thoughts. There was no way he'd occupy his mind with his previous love and possession.

o9o9o

The wind was incredibly strong tonight as Kira stood longingly watching the moon like it would bring peace to her raging heart.

"Excuse me, is this spot taken or…." she turned her head and met emerald green eyes. She had a very strong urge to glare at him and curse him whilst refusing him any place. But it wasn't her terrace.

She shrugged, looking back at the moon. "You don't seem in the least bit surprised to see me." he stated.

She rolled her eyes, "I am not your fangirl. Nor do I like you."

"Have we ever met before? Because I think your voice seems very familiar." her heart stopped beating for a moment there. Did he….?

"No, this is my first-time meeting Hizuri Koun in person." she sarcastically said, making him smile slightly.

"Really? But you don't really—"

"I said, I am not your—"

"Okay, okay! I'm sorry." he laughed after what felt like a hundred years. How was she able to make him laugh even though she looked every bit scary like Kyoko when she acted as Mio.

He froze.

"Hello?" she was waving her hand in front him with her eyebrows quirked up.

He let his eyes wander and almost pictured Kyoko in place of this beautiful woman who undoubtedly must have captured many hearts. But as his eyes started to come back, he saw the punk woman—black eyeliner thick under her eyes and black lipstick.

He was reminded of his time with Kyoko as Heel siblings.

"Why the hell are you brooding?" she harsh asked him, annoyed beyond words when suddenly his aura turned gloomy.

"Nothing." he mumbled before walking away. Kira watched him walk away then breathe a sigh of relief.

It almost—almost seemed like…

Like he recognized her.

o9o9o

"This is Kira Watanabe, she would be in part 6 as Kuon's love interest—"

"What?" Kira asked, completely surprised and shocked.

"Didn't you read the script?" Shingai asked her, confused by her outburst.

Pink hue covered her cheeks, but she managed to stay calm as she shook her head.

"If that is so, then I will just brief it out for you then. You are Hime. The singer who captures the hero's heart with her lyrics. You both will go on dates as he would have saved you from a gunshot. A few parts later, you would be shot in front of him. In the last part you would appear as an image sitting on the bench beside him. We will complete your shoots today, don't worry." Director Shingai was completely polite to her, confusing her completely.

"So, you are Kira, I'm impressed." She froze and cursed under her breathe.

"What are you doing here?" she asked, rudely. He was a little amused, "Didn't you read the name of the cast members? I am the love interest you have to act as." he saw how her face turned white, like a crumbled paper.

"I—I can't do that!" Director Shingai led her to a room and looked into her amber eyes.

"I know it is hard for you," his eyes softened, small smile playing on his face, "Kyoko." she froze instantly.

"H—how d-did y—you." she gulped, unable to complete her sentence.

"It's really nice to see you again, Kyoko. Had you never looked at the make artist with a wistful smile, and then at Koun with an unreadable expression, I would have never suspected. And then there were those eyes. I knew it was you the moment your manager told me how you froze listening to my name." He was smiling at her warmly as her eyes softened and her lips trembled.

She hugged him, feeling like she found a brother.

"Now, wash your face and go inside your room. I'm excited to see the transformation that the legendary Kyoko is able to produce." He said encouragingly patting her back.

She nodded, unable to speak.

Shingai came back from the room and told everyone to get ready. Koun was curious about their discussion, something about Shinghai's behavior surprised him. Normally, he would be annoyed and immediately start yelling at anyone who wasn't prepared.

Just who was Kira that made him feel drawn and awaken something inside him that he had long buried?

o9o9o

"CUT" they moved away from their position, and Kuon's eyes searched for Kira who was supposed to shoot the next scene with him.

And then his heart stopped. In front of him, was a beautiful maiden in her short summer dress that had a floral design. Her short hair was hidden under a wig that was brunette. Her eyes, they were the same—amber. But her entire form looked like she had just descended from the skies as an angel in the form of a beautiful maiden.

"Oh. good your all set. Come on, take your position every one!" Koun was beyond shocked.

"You're Kira?!" She raised one eyebrow but didn't bother answering his question.

o9o9o.

"I can't believe we finished three forth of the movie already!" one of the other co-stars exclaimed as Kira fixed her make up.

"Kira, you were amazing!" one of them exclaimed from behind her. She smiled slightly, "Thank you. But I think that it was because everyone acted their part successfully."

She slung her guitar case on her back and strolled out of the dressing room leisurely.

"Kira!" she turned her head and scowled. Here was another Fuwa, Kijima.

"Are you free tonight?" her eyes wandered to the man behind her, who watched her curiously. She felt her cheeks heating up, an old wound starting to reopen.

"I'm sorry." she said in her emotionless tone. Kijima's face fell but he managed to give her a smile and compliment her on her acting.

She hurriedly scurried away, unable to take his presence anymore.

o9o9o

"Koun?" he snapped out of his trance, at the voice of his faithful manager.

"Yes, Yashiro." He said, still brooding.

"You are…." Yashiro suddenly realized what day it was.

It was the day when….

"I wish I'd reached there on time. At least she wouldn't have—"

"Yashiro-san. I don't blame you." Koun said softly, sadness laced quite obviously.

"I'm sorry, Koun. I cannot imagine Kimiko-san would ever do that."

Kuon's eyes darkened, anger creeping inside his veins at the mention of her name. He still couldn't forgive her for pushing Kyoko from the building.

Yashiro couldn't shake of the feeling that he had never gotten to see Kyoko's body. In fact, he thought—he though—

"Come on, we have to get to that interview before evening," Koun stood up, those amber eyes haunting him as ever.

o9o9o

"Boss, I hate this."

Kyoko froze, she heard Ren's voice from inside. She was actually going to go inside and apologize that she wouldn't be able to act for Lotus in the Mire.

"Koun, we couldn't do anything."

Koun? His name was…

And then it clicked, she knew that Ren was a stage name, but…

Was he related to Kuu somehow?

"But…. she was…."

"I know, already pushed off. But I'm trying to find her body, okay? You can alert Kuu about this. I'm sure he would want to know."

She backed off, this couldn't be. What was father's eye color? And what did he say about Julie.

She closed her eyes and pictured Ren in blonde hair and suddenly felt sick. all this time she had been stupid. Even when he suspiciously found out that she was from Kyoto.

He was Corn, her childhood fairy prince.

o9o9o

"My name is Kira, I want to apply as a choreographer and as a singer."

She looked around, it has been almost a year since she came back to Tokyo as a new person to start a new life.

She had spent an entire year last year in healing her legs which were okay for now until she exercised but she was out of cash at the moment and she can get it with following her ambition in acting as well as singing.

Well, she discovered her talent soon enough.

"Welcome Kira, you are now representing the Akatoki agency."

And then her life began as a punk woman.

o9o9o

"Kira!" she sat up abruptly, the sudden action shooting pain up to her spine.

She raised her eyes and met the ones of Kanae, her faithful friend.

"Hello…." she felt uncertain, not sure how to respond since she was meeting her after like forever.

"Come on, Kyoko. Aren't you in the least bit happy to see me?" Kanae asked softly.

Kyoko's eyes softened, and she allowed herself to let her guard down.

"I know, Moko-san. But I don't think I can do this anymore." just like the entire incident yesterday overflowed like a damn and Kanae—being the supportive friend she was—didn't say anything until Kyoko finished.

"So now you landed on a job with him." Kanae stated. Kyoko nodded miserably.

"How long are you going to act?" Kanae inquired after a few seconds.

"Another week then I'd be out." she replied automatically.

"Do you think he would figure out?"

"I don't know. When he saw him yesterday dressed as Hime…I felt as if he recognized me. Haruhi never told me that I'd be working with him. Oh, Moko-san I don't know what to do. I just…. I just feel so powerless!" Kyoko groaned.

"Just…act professional. And don't even for a second let your guard down. If he found out, then just behave like you don't know him. He'll get the hint and stay away."

o9o9o

"CUT" Shinghai yelled for the seventh time that day, too many retakes were making him worried.

"Kira, are you alright?" he asked, concerned. Kira looked into his eyes and he knew that she was hesitating, this was all very new to her.

"I see. Well, seeing that we probably are ahead on schedule, I recommend you both to spend some time together. And I mean you have to. I will get the report from Koun at the end with pictures, got it?" he had a stern expression.

Koun glanced at the woman in front of him who gulped and almost groaned had she not been surrounded.

"Yes," he was surprised that she would even act timid.

In fact, he enjoyed acting with her in the first scenes. Now that they had to flirt with each other, she would turn cold or freeze up in her lines.

He and Kira were shoved out of the set, feeling extremely awkward and tense.

Koun noticed that she was completely and officially pissed off. He'd normally go Darumaya's to cool himself off. No matter what, he would always find comfort in the place where she lived.

"Would you like to have some ramen from Darumaya's? Since it is already lunch time…." He thought he saw her flinch over the name, maybe it was his eyes deceiving him.

"I don't care." she snapped, it wasn't hard though. Because she already hated his guts for even acting like it was no big deal.

"Alright then, wait right here till I get my car." he shrugged, frowning a little.

He prayed that she'd be there when he'd come with his car.

Somehow, he felt like he needed to lighten her mood.

o9o9o

"Come on in." he slightly yelled with the window sliding down. She reluctantly sat in his car, refusing to even look at him.

"Why are we going there?" she finally asked him, the thought eating her up.

"Well…I feel peaceful because…. well someone close to me used to live there."

"Used to? You mean he moved away?" her eyebrows were knit in confusion and he felt like he had seen that face somewhere.

"No…. well…. she…" he found it incredibly difficult to say those words. He couldn't say them without breaking down.

"Oh." she said, not looking at him.

"Look, I don't want us to be speaking like this okay? I know you hate me, but can you at least act that you don't feel so itched by my presence? Maybe it would help with the scenes in the movie?" He finally snapped.

She just twitched but didn't bother giving him an answer.

He sighed, he felt a headache coming.

"Can we eat somewhere else? I promise that I would let you choose." she mumbled, a little uncertain that going there would not affect her.

"Sure," he felt like a child getting happy over her response.

He felt like he should please this punk woman, just like—

He shook his head, he cannot think about her now. It would only make him sour the entire day.

"Alright then, what do you say about frog legs?"

He saw how her eyes widened in horror, a sense of déjà vu filled him as she shook her head vigorously.

"Of course not!" she exclaimed finally, and he finally let a smirk crack through his façade.

"Sure not, so what would you like to eat then?" he said, chuckling when she continued to mutter to herself darkly.

She was silent for a minute, contemplating whether to tell him to buy her burger or not.

"Ramen. I want ramen."

He nodded and parked his car in the parking lot. Kira removed her phone from her bag and took a picture of the restaurant. And then type something.

Koun raised an eyebrow but didn't comment on it.

They stepped inside the silent restaurant and made sure the waitress led them to one of the private rooms to avoid the paparazzi. Kira simply followed him whilst listening to some rock music. Koun had to admit she simply looked divine without the heavy makeup she would normally adorn on her face.

"Hizuri-san, you-re not completing the food?" she asked, frowning, how did she know that he hadn't changed a bit?

"Err, I lost my appetite." the truth was, he couldn't eat with Kyoko in his mind.

"Well, at least you should've ordered less then. Wasting food is like you don't value food at all. Either that or you just don't know how to eat." she told him harshly before standing up to wash her hands.

He was completely stunned by her rude behavior. Somehow, he secretly thought she would scold him like Kio—

He shook his head, pulling his hair to not go insane.

From behind the curtain, she saw him, her heart softened at his miserable state. She had a strong urge to hug him, comfort him that everything was alright.

But she knew she would have let her guard down by then.

"Hey!" she yelled, when some guy accidently threw ice cream on her face ruining her make-up.

Koun saw that she was fuming and took a chunk of her ice cream and shoved it on his face. Kira watched him with surprise then stared at her ice cream like it would bite her.

Then she felt something Icey on her cheeks and found him smirking. Her glooming and anger subsided and she dumped her ice cream over his head, making him shocked.

And she laughed over his dumbfounded expression, taking a picture of the dumbfounded Koun. He recovered faster than she could predict and smeared the ice cream on her face, laughing himself as she laughed and spread the one his head to.

They didn't realize that the people had taken their picture and probably posted it on some social media. As soon as Koun realized that they were being followed, he grabbed Kira's hand which—by the way sent electric jolts through their bodies the way he was Kyoko—surprised Kira and made her trip and fall on her face.

They ran, the paparazzi dissolving behind them as they went into another boat of laughter.

Kira clutched the side of her stomach, breathing heavily from this tirade. She had never felt so refreshed and childlike since…

Her mood suddenly turned sour, she had forgotten that he had used her.

On the other hand, Koun was having a really hard time trying to act cheerful, he couldn't get the feel of her hand in his hands to shake off. It felt like an old lyric stuck in his head except he couldn't put a finger over the song.

He smiled sheepishly as he realized that his car was probably parked a mile away.

"Err, Kira? I think we will have to walk down the street since my car is still…." he trailed off, as she blinked and nodded her head in realization.

Something had changed between them.

As he led her to hail a cab, he realized that he hadn't yelled at him at all when he'd dumped ice cream on her.

And somehow. that made him smile.

o9o9o

"Much better, I can see that Kira is warming up to these scenes." He patted her back as she mutely nodded.

Koun didn't know when he started staring at her, but he realized that she had not yet acknowledged the fact yet.

He couldn't help but compare how short she was to him, her entire form perfectly curvy and fit. Her red rosy lips were parted, her black hair now sweaty from being inside the wig for a long almost the entire if not for a few hours in the sun.

She kept looking at her wristwatch, a stern looks on her face.

She went back into the dressing rooms then emerged after a few minutes looking like a complete punk except her eyes that were molten golden.

He couldn't help but notice how she ignored him completely and walked past him like he was a fly.

"Kira!" before he knew it, his lips had uttered her name.

She stopped and whirled around, her piercing glare hitting a million arrows and making him nervous.

He gulped the bile in his throat and managed to flash a smile at her. "How…. how are you going home tonight?" he asked tentatively.

She hesitated, then rolled her eyes in annoyance. "Of course, by hailing a cab."

"Would you…. would you mind if I dropped you home? I know the address as it is…" he trailed off, watching her eyes convey her thoughts. She remained stoic, not betraying a single feeling.

Then she narrowed her eyes, "I wouldn't like a single funny prank on me. Remember, I still am completely guarded if not armed."

He nodded, amused.

But he couldn't help but wonder why he wanted to impress this woman who held no good feeling for him. Or why he even felt that he would be disappointed if he didn't please her.

It was somehow eating him alive.

o9o9o

"You live alone?" he cleared his throat, first one to break the silence.

"Yes." she replied.

"Your manager doesn't live with you? Aren't you eighteen? It isn't safe and—"

"Well, I know what is good for me or not. And I am twenty an age perfectly fine to live alone. It's not like I am a child. I can take care of myself just fine! And besides, you shouldn't live alone. I bet anything you still eat your lunch as one—"

She put a hand on her mouth as he slammed the breaks. With a quick shuffle, she stepped out of the car before he could even catch her wrist.

That comment just now, it sounded like Kyoko.

o9o9o

He waited for her, to ask the meaning behind those words. It had been two days since her outburst. Two holidays that chewed him out because for a moment he thought he was going paranoid. He thought he had dreamt the entire incident. But even his dreams wouldn't go this wild.

Director Shinghai came back and announced that they would gloss over the scenes that needed that. Koun frowned, he approached the director and inquired about Kira.

"Oh, her? She couldn't make it today. Her legs started to pain and she couldn't move. I guess she ran because of something. Ah yes! If I recall correctly, you had dropped her, right?"

He expectantly watched Koun inhale and shake his head at his unvoiced question.

"I don't know." he felt miserable.

"Maybe it was because of something that happened between you two?" he offered.

"She said something that shocked us both and scurry—" he stopped short then jerked his head at the director.

"Is she someone we know from the past?" his heart hammered painfully as the director gave him a confused look and shook his head.

Koun slumped and looked at the sky. Without another word, he got ready for his scenes.

He wished Kyoko were here. He wished with all his might that he would've scene her audition.

He wished he would confessed his love to her. he excused himself for the evening and asked Yoshiro to clear his schedule.

And then he drowned in his cognac and unshed tears that were dried out a long time ago when he accepted the truth.

When he accepted that Kyoko existed no more in this world. He had refused to speak to anyone, locked inside the room that entire month. Unwillingly, he was taken to the hospital as Kuu had broken the door down and then the entire truth behind was revealed with the legendary actor of japan went paranoid with worry.

He still remembered when he'd wake up and scream his head out because he could no more see her. If he had never gone to psychiatrist, he would never have been a better person matured over a broken heart and losing someone dear to his heart.

"Why? Why…. did you leave me alone, Kyoko?"

And to this day, he was still unable to move on.

o9o9o

He pictured her in place of Kira, imagined Kyoko before his eyes in the set and then suddenly his mind started working at high speed. Everything in front of him screamed at him as proof and he couldn't move at the sudden realization.

Kira had no appeared in front of him until in the set where he could not even voice his questions out. But now, it became terribly clear when his eyes fell on her neck; where a rose gem rested like it was embedded on her.

"ACTION!"

Even then, he couldn't move. He collapsed due to the over work of his brain and the way he overworked himself.

"Corn!" and that confirmed his worst fears.

o9o9o

"Oh good, you're awake." he heard a bored voice, but didn't belong to her.

"Where is Kyoko!" he frantically asked, ignoring the pain in his head.

Her icy blue eyes pierced in his eyes, "So you figured out, huh. In just a matter of three weeks."

"Kotonami-san. I need to get to her before—"

"Before what? Before she leaves japan? She had already signed the contract months before. You can't make her stay back. And for what reasons? So that you can toy with her emotions like you did in Guam?" her tone was extremely harsh but he deserved it.

"I didn't toy with her emotions, even you know that. If I did, why do you think I'd even apply for resignation that year?" he couldn't understand from where this all was coming from.

"How would I know! Do you even know what she's gone through? Do you know she can't run because her legs are weak? Do you know that she probably takes sleeping pills to get her eyelids to shut? Do you know that she didn't even want to come back because you were there? What can you do to replace all those nights, days when she'd thought she was useless?"

He was rendered speechless, he never would've guessed. He desperately wanted to find her and never let her go, compensate for all that she had burdened herself for.

Kanae turned away and closed the door shut. He was in the hospital, and she was probably regretting she'd ever come into his life.

He ignored the ache in his head and plucked the injection from his wrist, finding for his clothes that were placed on his bedside.

He limped from the hospital and ignored the squeals and that he had been recognized, he didn't care anymore.

He ran as fast as he could, perspiring all the same. he hailed a cab to her apartment and pleaded the can driver to hurry up as if his life depended on it.

Stumbling in his steps, his entire breathing rate decreased as he took a step on the stairs to the room that said, "Kira Watanabe."

he banged his fists weakly on the door, desperately weak yet determined.

"Mok—"

"Kyoko!" and then he fell on top of her, breathing heavily. Beneath him, she was frozen like a statue; déjà vu.

As he tightened his hold on her, she tried to wiggle out of his hold. His dead weight made it almost impossible to move, which was a plus point for Kyoko.

"…. Let….me…. mhm?!" she was silenced by a pair of lips that suddenly crashed on hers. She would have lied if she said she didn't feel anything.

Because, she felt everything in that single passionate kiss which held every pain, longing and every moment his life. Somewhere in between, she'd started kissing him back when his lips stopped moving and he didn't open his eyes.

Panicked, she tried to check for his breathing and then sighed in relief when his chest heaved on her own.

A deep blush decorated her features as she suddenly realized that she'd been assaulted.

And what a sweet assault it was.

o9o9o

This was the second time he opened his eyes sending a deep pain in his head, and what comes to his mind his—

"Kyoko!" he looked around, finding a note on the table.

With trembling fingers and heavy heart, he read the note with his mind racing a mile in a minute.

"Please make sure you complete the entire soup. And also, don't forget the brew to get your energy back.

-K"

He kissed the note and held it close to his chest, wishing he'd feel those lips once more when he was vulnerable. He looked around, finding her abode the same as her dressing style. She had no posters here, not a single poster. But her stone was lying on the table, and he smiled.

On the other hand, Kira—or Kyoko was in a fix. She couldn't go back now that he was in her bed. There was a high chance that he'd attack her again.

"Kyoko, how long are you going to avoid him?" Kanae finally asked her as Kyoko sighed for the umpteenth time.

"You know that I can't go back. He wou—"

"Kyoko, I think I have listened to you enough now that I would love to say something. He, was in a rehabilitation center for six months. And do you know why? He drank a lot of alcohol, and he refused to come to LME for after that, he screamed almost every night. Did you even know that he'd shut the entire world out when he heard about you? How long is it going to take for you to realize that he is genuine? Maybe he hid his identity, but did he ever mock you? Didn't you used to say that he was mature? Quit denying now, Kyoko. I know you love him. Its killing him from the inside, I'd heard that every week he orders at least half a dozen cognac. He would never say it out loud but—" her eyes softened, "—He misses you. he has forgotten how to live, like it should be. But he is not Fuwa Sho. He is Koun Hizuri."

Kanae considered Kyoko for a minute then left her office since she had her own jobs to do. Kyoko was stunned, she never expected any of this. But it was too late. Too late to trace back.

Too late to confess because she was no longer Kyoko Mogami the honest girl.

She was Kira, the punk who hated the world.

o9o9o

"Koun-san, I'm sorry Kira-Chan won't be able to attend to you. She is leaving for America in a few hours and she is doing her last song. But she did pass on a message." a woman with brown hair slipped into the room, her grey eyes looking at him apologetically.

"She said, "I'm sorry but it's too late to turn back."" Haruhi said, conveying the exact words although she had no idea what they meant.

Koun felt like something shattered inside him, but he couldn't let his emotions get in between him. It was her decision, so he would support her. But that didn't mean he'd not try one more time.

He requested Haruhi to give him a pen and a paper along with an envelope. With trembling hands, he wrote his heart out, wishing that she would forgive him for whatever crime he did. Wishing she would love him the way he does. But somethings are never meant together. He, of all people knew that.

With a sad smile, he gave that letter to Haruhi who seemed extremely confused by their behaviors. Especially when she couldn't understand the cause of the way they both reacted.

Shrugging, she excused herself and also requested him to be careful on his way out.

He nodded, already getting ready to leave since he knew she'd come here no more.

Not until he'd gone anyway.

o9o9o

"Kira-san. This was given to you by Hizuri-san." Haruhi gave the letter to her while she stood in the immigration line. Her manager was travelling Dublin, taking her time off since Kira can handle herself.

She touched the center of her necklace and smiled, thinking about the times they were together. Even when he'd chased her in the lobby of LME, where she first detected his anger. Even when he'd given her the rose, she could never forget all of them now that she knew he had never used her. She even berated herself for thinking so lowly of her Senpai.

With a large sigh, she sat in her seat—window seat. it had always been her favorite spot. She opened her letter, and then dropped it.

With a loud gasp she read it again. As the announcement blared in the speakers.

o9o9o

"Koun, are you alright?" Yashiro noticed his sudden gloomy mood as soon as he came on the set.

"Yes, after two days rest I'd be perfectly fine." Koun tried to smile through his depression. He knew that by now she must've been in her new home where she needn't worry about lovesick men and memory filled places.

"You are not alright. I already requested Director to let you off and he'd been generous enough to give you this day off and I have cleared your schedule. Go home, Koun." Yashiro had a stern look but he looked every bit sympathetic towards the man.

Koun nodded and drove himself home, turning gloomier by the minute.

There already so many reporters near his place, he couldn't believe he'd gone all the way from the hospital to her house. But it was worth it, he somehow got the satisfaction of holding her so close that he would no more feel less happy.

He sat in his car staring at the figure standing in front of his building, facing him. He couldn't believe it, as it who he thought it was?

his heart started to beat wildly, mind in chaos and hands completely shaky. He opened his car door and approached her, and then shocked himself with his eyes creating a virtual image of her.

"Kyoko? What are you doing here?" Great, Koun. Just great. Ruin the only chance you got by an extremely lame question.

She let a small smile appear on her face, "I couldn't go without completing the movie. Besides, I figured you needed an answer." She walked towards him, her entire form now being clear to his eyes.

He couldn't believe this was his Kyoko, the very one with orange hair, who wore skirts and plain t-shirts. the very one who always looked sweet no matter what happened. She pulled him down, his ear being brushed by her warm breath that it sent shivers down his spine.

"I, love you too." He almost fell on his butt had she not been standing so close. he pulled her into a hug and kissed her senseless, like there was no tomorrow. He held her so tight, there was no way for anything to pass between them.

He pulled away, staring deeply into her eyes then went in for another kiss. They both ignored the consequences for now, ignored that they were probably getting soaked and catch cold the next day.

Because what really mattered, was that she came back.

"Dear Kyoko,

I know I probably hurt your feelings by hiding about my identity. I had a dark past, in my teens I'd killed a soul by making him run into an accident. And Lory gave me the chance to start anew, in LME. And I would've told you the truth, but I couldn't. I had fallen in too deep, had made many mistakes to undo them. And seeing you so happy, I couldn't shatter your dream. I didn't have the courage to. I had fallen in love with you when we met thirteen years ago in that clearing. I love you, always will. I don't think anyone can ever replace you, Kyoko.

But that doesn't mean I'd force you to be by my side. I would never do that. I want you to follow your dream and be someone you wanted to be.

I will always support you.

Love,

Your Fairy Prince,

Corn/Koun."

The End.

Author's Note:

Hello, lovely people! I know, not great enough. And not an AU (I'm so sorry Crazy4Animation! Because the AU I planned is well, it's still in process!)

But I couldn't shake this off after reading the latest chapter of skip beat (Yeah, I know! Spoiler!)

I'm sorry, I spoiled a little of the chapter but I assure you that I haven't given everything away!

Please review and tell me how to improve this one-shot which I so hastily wrote because I thought it would fade away.

And the other story is going on, don't worry I'm working on it!

Love you all and thank you for reading.

Goodbye!
