A/N: Damn, I am so sorry it has been nearly a year since the last update! It has actually been an especially rough year for me, with several things happening in my family that I don't feel comfortable sharing. Coupled with the fact that I am not very experienced at battle scenes, this chapter kept getting put off. I am so sorry…

The battlefield was silent, as all eyes had turned to the new arrivals, with Soundwave standing silently for just a moment. Then, he sprang into action.

"Laserbeak: Deploy. Operation: Air Support."

A portion of Soundwave's chest detached and transformed into the buzzing Laserbeak, who now resembled a condor. The drone took to the sky, and began firing laser bolts at Ulchtar and Sharpshot.

Ulchtar and Sharpshot swerved in midair to avoid the attacks, and Laserbeak took the opportunity to latch on to Ulchtar's chest and launch a shockwave through it. Ulchtar screamed, crashing to the ground in the process.

Before Bludgeon could react, he suddenly felt the wind knocked out of him by a massive impact. Rumble had rushed him and slammed his piledrivers into Bludgeon.

Lugnut roared, and then swung a fist at Soundwave and Ravage, both of whom jumped out of the way. Ravage took the opportunity jump onto Lugnuts head and begin clawing out his large optic.

"AAAHHHHH!" Lugnut screamed, and he thrashed and swung around, trying to shake off or grab Ravage, which was nearly impossible given Ravage's small size and Lugnut's massive fist claws.

Hardtop activated his axe, and had charged at Soundwave, only to be tackled to the ground by Bumblebee, who had finally snapped back to the situation.

"I don't know why you are doing this!" Bumblebee shouted as he wrestled with Hardtop on the ground, "But thank you Soundwave!"

Soundwave stared at Bumblebee for a brief moment, before focusing back on the battle, aiming his cannon to the sky, and firing a wide barrage of laser blasts at Sharpshot.

"SOUNDWAVE!" bellowed Bludgeon as he drew a sword and charged at Soundwave and swung.

He didn't hit, because Wheeljack had jumped in the way, locking blades with Bludgeon to prevent him hitting Soundwave.

"I gotcha 'Con!" Wheeljack shouted.

"Really?" Bludgeon challenged, "You would trust HIM! One of the op members of Decepticon High Command? One who has fought you as your enemy for CENTURIES!"

Wheeljack responded by slamming his head into Bludgeon's skull face.

Arcee laid behind some fallen trees, protecting Kazuto, trying to stay out of the battle.

"Stay down," she whispered to Kazuto.

Kazuto nodded, and did his best to keep out of sight.

Lugnut had managed to shake Ravage off, and moved to crush the small drone…only to have the impact of Rumble's piledrivers slam into him, launching Lugnut off his feet.

Rumble took the opportunity to leap on top of the sprawled Lugnut, bringing his piledrivers to strike again, but had to jump suddenly to avoid a volley of sniper fire from Sharpshot in the air.

Sharpshot was almost immediately hit with a blast of resonating sound that Soundwave had launched, causing Sharpshot to lose his focus.

Soundwave immediately stepped to the left to avoid an attack from Hardtop's axe, after which Soundwave swerved to kick Hardtop. Bludgeon broke off his fight with Wheeljack, and charged toward Soundwave, but was caught off guard by a volley of laser fire from Laserbeak, who swooped in. Bludgeon swung his sword, trying to hit Laserbeak, but the condor was too fast.

Meanwhile, Rumble had tackled Hardtop, knocking Hardtop's axe out of his hands and locking arms with Hardtop. Sharpshot flew around, trying to hit Soundwave, but Soundwave stepped out of the way each time. After a few moments of this, Soundwave aimed his shoulder cannon, and fired several missiles from it, managing to hit Sharpshot with one of them.

Bumblebee had taken the opportunity to rush to Wheeljacks side.

"Wheeljack! Wheeljack!" Bumblebee called as he helped the Wrecker struggle to his feet. "Are you hurt?"

"Look at them."

"Wha- "

"Look. At Soundwave and his crew." Wheeljack pointed, and Bumblebee looked.

"Soundwave, Rumble, and Laserbeak are fighting 4 to 2, and they are still holding their own. They might even be winning!"

Wheeljack suddenly grinned. "They know how to work as a team."

The two Autobots were suddenly brought out of their musings by a scream from Arcee.

Warwing had used his cloaking device to sneak up and pin Arcee to the ground, catching her off guard.

"Arcee!" called Kazuto.

"RUN!" Shouted Arcee.

Before Kazuto could process what, she had said, he was suddenly enveloped in a strange purple energy sphere, and a new figure decloaked behind him. A solid gray and purple figure slightly larger than Warwing, with his armor looking rather bulky, holding a large triangular-shaped railgun in his hands. Its face was mouth-less, its optics were a glowing magenta. (Think similar to the Stealth Bomber Megatron toy from Generations for basic shape)

"NO!" screamed Bumblebee, arming his cannon. The figure responded by pointing his railgun at the sphere that held Kazuto. Bumblebee froze instantly.

"Smart move," the figure responded, as the sphere telekinetically lifted into the air and into the outstretched hand of the figure. The battle taking place suddenly stopped.

"If anyone attempts to attack us," The figure stated, "I will crush the Human. Stand down. This is your only warning."

Bumblebee hesitated for a moment. "…Stop fighting!"

"WHADDYA MEAN!" Rumble shrieked, still in his lock with Hardtop.

"CEASE FIRE!" Soundwave shouted. Rumble spun, looking at Soundwave incredulously, but nonetheless, both he and Laserbeak ceased fighting.

"You have done extremely well in fighting back, I will give you that. But alas, all good things must come to an end." A large purple-and-black portal resembling a groundbridge opened behind them. "If anyone attempts to intervene or follow us, this Human is dead. Ultracons, your mission is completed: Fall back.

"NO!" shouted Arcee, only to have her head slammed into the dirt by Warwing.

Bumblebee grit his teeth as the figure tightened his grip on the sphere, causing Kazuto to scream.

"Let them go."

"WHAT!?"

"NO," shouted Kazuto, "FORGET ABOUT ME! THEY NEED ME! TAKE THEM OUT!"

Bumblebee shuttered his optics. "I'm not willing to take that chance."

"Thank you," The figure responded.

One-by-one Bludgeon, Lugnut, Hardtop, and Sharpshot recovered and moved into the portal. Warwing took a moment, then threw Arcee into a tree, before getting up and moving through the portal himself. The purple-and-black figure's optics roamed the area, before he too stepped backward into the portal.

"HURRY!" shouted Bumblebee, "BEFORE IT CLOSES!" But it was too late. The portal closed before anyone could reach it.

For a moment there was complete silence.

Then, Soundwave screamed out in frustration, loud and long.

"AAAAARRRRRGGGGHHHHH!"

Bumblebee fell to his knees as Asuna ran up behind them.

"What happened? Where's Kirito?" Asuna shouted.

Bumblebee stayed on his knees, staring directly at the portal location.

"Bumblebee, where's Kirito?"

She was met with silence.

"WHERE'S KIRITO!

Bumblebee lowered his optics to the ground.

"I failed…"

Asuna stared up at Bumblebee.

"NO! screamed Asuna, as she fell to her the ground, sobbing slowly at first, but gradually they grew stronger and stronger, until she had simply curled up, wailing"

"'BEE!"

Bumblebee turned toward Wheeljacks voice…and his optics widened.

"They may have gotten one of us…" Called Wheeljack, who armed his cannons, "But we've got one of them."

And Wheeljack aimed both of his arm cannons at the still unconscious Ulchtar.

As Bumblebee leapt to his feet, an alert signal suddenly activated on Soundwave screen.
