Katie laughed at something Jack babbled on about, taking a sip of her coffee as she learned back into Dom. They were sat outside on the patio of their Cuban style condo. Watching the early morning waves slowly lap the store as they talked to Mia, Brian, and Jack.

Dom slowly brushed his fingers up and down Katie's bare legs, watching as she talked to Brain and Mia. "We have to take Jack to school" Mia stated, a guilty smile on face she came into view of the camera. "We miss you guys so much."

Dom gently took the phone from Katie's grasp, shifting her so they were both in view of the camera. "We miss you two." Mia snatched up Jack playfully and Katie laughed slightly at his giggles as Mia took him away to get dressed for school. Brian remained, smiling happily. "We have to get going too, our appointment is in a couple hours, but we need to go to the market first. Next time you visit I got a new chicken and rice recipe Jack is going to love."

Brain nods, saying their goodbyes as Mia is yelling at him from the background. As the call disconnected, Katie released a breath smiling as she climbed off Dom. They made their way inside and Dom continued to the kitchen while Katie stopped, picking up a framed picture of her and Dom that sat perched on a table just inside the door. Her eyes wondered to where they had just come from, the porch which overlooked the beautiful Gulf of Mexico that she and Dom had fallen in love with when they first arrived in Cuba.

Closing her eyes, she lets the warm breeze roll over her skin, taking in the moment. She could practically taste salty air, which was something she now found comforting. After a moment, she felt strong arms circle her, pulling her into an equally strong body. "What's swirling around in that head." He lifted his finger and tapped the side of her head slightly, causing her to roll her eyes playfully.

"I feel good. Happy." She responded, smiling up him. "Brian and Mia are safe; living their life with two beautiful babies. Tej and Ramsey are off somewhere in India causing trouble I'm sure." Katie turned in Dom's grasp, resting her head against his chest. "Letty is just down the street, moving into her first solo apartment, Hobbs is spending time with his daughter and Roman, well with him who the hell knows." Both of them laughed slightly. "He'll probably show up on our doorstep again next week just like he's done for the past 10 months we've lived here." That caught another chuckle from Dom.

"What about you?"

Katie took a moment, letting her feelings crawl to the surface. "I'm with a man who I've loved and has loved me for a majority of my life. A man that I would die for and die without. A man who isn't just my husband, but best friend. My forever. You are going to be a better father to our child than you could even imagine." Dom's hands dropped down to touch the small curve of her stomach. "So, I feel good, Dom. Happy."

Dom watched the excitement cross Katie's face and the amount of peace that gave him was something no one could describe. "You are the love of my life Katherine," He states, kissing the side of her head. "There are only a few people in this world that mean something to me, and you'll always be there. I will do anything to protect you and our daughter."
