"REGINA!" She hears Emma calling from down the hall, prompting her to jump into action from panic and rush out their bedroom door. "He's coming!"

Her lips twist into a pout, slightly amused, leaning against the doorframe and watches their one-year-old, naked son stumble as he runs away from her wife. His wet blonde hair is sticking out in every direction while his green eyes sparkle and he bursts into a fit of giggles. Emma appears right behind him, crawling on her hands and knees chasing after him before she decides that she can walk and she fumbles to her feet.

Regina steps into the middle of the hall and swoops down to gather their baby boy.

"He's naked!" A little voice booms as their three-year-old makes her debut from her own bedroom.

She holds her son, Caden, close to her chest, pressing a kiss to the top of his head as Emma approaches with a towel. Her wife's sleeves are rolled up to her elbows, her shirt is splattered with wet patches from their son's splashing and she looks utterly exhausted. Yet, all of that brings a smile to Regina's face and she leans forward to capture the pout her wife is sporting.

"Hey! You're kissing my momma!" Colby screams, bitterly swatting at Emma's leg for her attention.

So, she breaks away from Emma's lips, both of them laughing and smiling down upon their princess.

"Give me him, before he pees everywhere," Emma chuckles, wrapping their son up tight in his towel and carrying him back to his room.

Regina swiftly lifts Colby up, squeezing her tight while pressing a lingering kiss to her cheek.

"I missed you, princess."

"I miss you, momma. You back now?" She innocently inquires, her head tilting to one side while her big brown eyes blink slowly in concern.

"Yes, sweetie, I'm back now. I had to help your brother with his new place," she softly explains again.

"I know. I gonna miss Henry," Colby admits, pouting out her bottom lip and all Regina sees in her facial expression is Emma.

"He will visit, don't worry, okay?" She states with conviction, prompting her daughter to nod happily in return. "Good." She kisses her forehead one last time and places her little feet back on the ground. "Now, go play in your room for a little bit before dinner."

"Okay, momma!" She squeals, darting toward her room as if she hadn't been spending her time with her toys before Regina came home.

She thanks her lucky stars every day for her beautiful family. She and Emma are lucky enough to live in a world with magic and Dr. Whale because with all his crazy science experiments, he was able to come up with a way to fuse Regina and Emma's eggs together. He was also able to come up with a solution to cure her body from that vile potion she consumed all those years ago to defy her mother. So, with the help from Dr. Whale, a sperm donor and artificial insemination, she and Emma were able to create their babies with both of their DNA.

Regina had carried their son, Caden and Emma had carried Colby. They both find it rather amusing that even though Emma gave birth to Colby, their daughter is the spitting image of Regina with her dark brown hair and big brown eyes while Caden is all Emma, with blonde hair and those beautiful emerald eyes.

She sweeps down the hall into Caden's room just as Emma is finishing getting him dressed. She smiles softly at the duo and settles down on the floor next to her wife, handing their son a toy car as a distraction while they talk.

"How were the kids? How are you?" She sweetly asks knowing how exhausted Emma appears after leaving her alone with the children for three days.

She had left to help Henry move into his new apartment in another small town of Maine. She didn't want to leave her wife behind with the children, but Emma claimed it would be too much for the kids to bring along.

Emma exhales slowly, but there's still a smile on her face. "They were good. Exhausting...but good." Regina encloses the gap between them to kiss those beautiful thin lips, eliciting the softest little hum in return. Every time she kisses her wife, Emma produces the same sweet sound that sends shivers down her spine, no matter how many times they share a kiss. "How is everything with Henry? Is he all settled in?" She questions, mindlessly driving the toy truck back and forth in front of her lap.

"Everything went very well. He's all moved in and I organized everything for him," she explains. "I still think Violet's moving in and he's neglecting to tell us though..." she trails off, waiting for Emma to jump in.

Her wife shrugs her shoulders as the corner of her mouth curls into a lazy, half smile. "Even if she does, there's nothing we can do about it, he's an adult now," she attempts to reason half-heartedly because she knows how stubborn Regina is when it comes to their children.

"What if he gets her pregnant? Teenage pregnancy does run in the family," she teases.

"Hey!" Emma pouts again and Regina is quick to swoop in and steal another kiss from those delicious lips. "Besides he's not a teenager anymore, Regina."

This earns Emma a death glare, because Regina is still coming to terms with her baby boy all grown up, but it's a statement that quickly ends the conversation altogether.

XXXX

After dinner, she had offered for Emma to take a break from the kids while she puts the children to bed for the evening.

When she enters their room, she finds her gorgeous wife fast asleep, slightly snoring and Regina can't help but smile. She quietly slips into bed, careful not to disturb her wife, but subconsciously, Emma tugs her flush against her warm and inviting body. Her wife buries her nose deep into her hair and inhales deeply.

"Mmmm apples..." she murmurs in her sleep.

"Mmmm, baby spit up..." she teases and Emma tries to shove her away but Regina holds on tight, trying to hide her laughter.

"You're the worst," Emma claims, unexpectedly jumping on top of her and pinning her arms to the side while she slides her body up and down Regina's. "There, now you can smell like baby spit up too."

"How dare you speak to a queen that way."

"What are you gonna do about it? Punish me?"

"Don't test me, Miss Swan!"

"Miss Swan Mills!" Emma demands and just like that Regina surrenders because god, does she love hearing her wife say their name.

Emma's lips come crashing into Regina's and never do those lips stray as she mumbles, "three days is too long...undress."

Their eyes lock and they hold each other's gaze with the same intensity that they encountered every time they were near one another after Henry brought Emma to Storybrooke. They sit up together, Emma straddling her legs as she pulls off one of her own, old concert t-shirts that Regina religiously wears to bed. For her part, Emma really tries hard to hold Regina's gaze, but she can tell that her wife wants to look down.

Regina bites down on her lower lip, watching her wife struggle to stay focused. Those green eyes fill with lust as they fall to the naked breasts on full display. And that is it, Emma starts rushing to undress herself and then Regina in a haste.

Emma remains seated on Regina's lap while she dives down to capture her mouth for a passionate kiss. Long fingers slides up and down Regina's slick entrance while she mimics her wife's every move. Emma's hips thrust forward, over and over again across Regina's thighs as her fingers gently slip inside, provoking Emma to break the kiss as her forehead falls to Regina's.

"Oh god, Regina..." she groans with pleasure.

Regina smiles, placing her free finger to her wife's lips and whispering, "Ssshhhh..."

Emma bites down hard on her own lip to contain herself, but Regina quickly pulls that sexy lip from her teeth and kisses the swollen flesh. Suddenly, out of nowhere, Emma freezes in place with Regina buried deep inside of her.

"What?" Regina curiously asks.

"I thought I heard..."

"Mommies!" Colby screams from down the hall.

Their foreheads remain glued together as they stay perfectly still, hoping that maybe their daughter might fall back asleep. "Mommies!"

Emma's head flings back in frustration as they both both groan knowing they have to end their private moment.

"I'll go," Regina offers, kissing Emma's cheek as her wife climbs off her lap.

She quickly tosses Emma's tee back on and slips back into the hallway quietly, not to disturb their one-year-old. She finds her daughter clinging to her favorite stuffed monkey and fat tears rolling down her cheeks, standing in her doorway.

"What's wrong, baby?" She softly whispers, scooping her little girl up and carrying her back to bed.

"Bad dream," she cries.

So, Regina tucks Colby back into bed and then tells her a story filled with happiness to wipe all those taunting thoughts away. It isn't long before her daughter's eyes are drooping closed and she is placing another goodnight kiss against her temple.

She sneaks out of her daughter's bedroom, checks on her son who is fast asleep in his crib and then tiptoes back into her own bedroom.

"Everything alright?" Emma asks with her arms wide open for Regina to crawl on top of her.

"Of course," she murmurs, already diving back down for a passionate kiss that steals Emma's breath away.

"Off," Emma mutters incoherently as her fingers curl in the hem of the shirt, ready to strip Regina again.

"Mommies?"

Emma actually whimpers while Regina chuckles at the horrible timing.

"I thought you were sleeping," Regina suspiciously inquires, crawling off Emma and sitting at the edge of the bed. She gently pats the mattress in front of her and smiles when Colby darts across the room.

"I scared."

Emma lifts their daughter onto the bed and cuddles her into her lap. "Nothing to be scared of," Emma reassures her, pressing a kiss to her temple. "You have the two bravest mommies in the whole world to protect you."

"I sleep here tonight?"

Emma's puppy eyes flick to Regina's stern gaze that is quickly morphing into a puddle of mush for their baby.

"Okay, just tonight though," Regina easily caves, pulling back the comforter for all three of them to climb under.

Emma settles their daughter comfortably between them, her eyes fluttering closed in an instant, along with Colby's. So, Regina takes a minute to admire her two favorite girls, thanking her lucky stars once again that she found Emma again and together they created such a beautiful family, with three wonderful children.

"I can hear you thinking," Emma whispers into the silence. Regina blinks away her thoughts, but she finds Emma speaking to her with her eyes still closed. "What are you thinking about?" She asks.

"Can you believe at this moment in time we were being held hostage by that mirror?" She questions, eliciting a soft giggle in return.

"I'm so glad that happened. This life is a million times better than the other one. I can't even picture my life without you and our babies now," Emma confesses, those green eyes slowly coming into view.

"I love you, Emma, I have for a thousand years," she teases, which earns herself an exaggerated sigh of annoyance.

"You're the absolute worst for always rubbing that in my face, but I'll love you for a thousand more," she vows, grinning a mile wide.
