A/N: This is the sequel to The Twilight Zone Library. However, it is not necessary to read it first. Disclaimer: I do not own Detective Conan/Case Closed or The Twilight Zone. They belong to their respective owners.

Bob Samsul was walking from Emily Doodle's house to let the police know what had happened to her so that they could inform her relatives and friends that Emily is dead, when he spotted a body lying on the ground through a window in a house. He knocked on the door, but there was no answer. He entered the house, saw chalk outlines around the body, and saw that the man was dead.

He quickly left the house to tell the police about it. While he was walking toward the police station, he thought 'Why hasn't the guy been moved? It's obvious he is dead. Do the police know about this?' When he got there, he found out that the police knew nothing about the man who died. The police then asked him, "When did you find the body?"

He replied, "Not too long ago."

The police then thanked him for his time, and they would inform Emily's friends and family that Emily is dead. Bob thanked them and left, heading for the Twilight Zone Library. While walking back, he continued thinking upon the mystery he stumbled upon.

He got the phone book off the shelf, but this was no ordinary phone book, it had the phone numbers in it for different characters like from Detective Conan, and other shows. For example: it contained Edogawa Conan's number, Hattori Heiji's number, numbers for the Den-Den Mushi's in One Piece, and so forth and so on. He knew that Edogawa Conan and Hattori Heiji could solve this mystery. After that he called them.

"Hello, is this Hattori? I have a mystery for you to solve; someone has been murdered! You are to meet with someone that you know in Tokyo. He'll give you the details," he said when he heard Hattori Heiji's voice pick up on the other end before hanging up quickly.

Then he called Conan to give him more details about the mystery that he wants them to solve. "Hello! My name is Bob Samsul. I have a mystery for you and Heiji to solve," he said.

Conan answered the phone outside of the Mouri Detective Agency, "Who is this? How did you get my number?"

Bob replied, "Like I said before my name is Bob Samsul. I'm a librarian. As of such, I have a bunch of books in my library. I have books that are by the name of Case Closed that are about you and other detectives that you know. I got your number from the phone book that I have in my library. Anyways, I stumbled on a person who died and the police here have no knowledge of the person. I'll send transportation down to you and Heiji. It will be by the police station."

Conan replied, "Okay!" Then he hung up the phone. He then called Heiji, as soon as he heard him pick up, he asked, "How soon can you get here to Tokyo?"

Heiji answered, "I was getting on a train to come there now. See ya when I get there, Kudo." They both then hung up their phones.

He went to meet up with Heiji at the train station. Once he got to the station, he greeted Heiji. "Did you get any strange phone calls?" asked Conan.

"Yes, I did. He told me to meet up with ya, and that ya would have details for me on a mystery that the guy wants us to solve," replied Heiji.

"The only thing that he told me was that he stumbled on somebody who died, and the police have no clue about the person. He also told me that he would send transportation down to us and that it would be by the police station," replied Conan. They then continued on their way from the train station to the police station to take the transportation to the Twilight Zone.

What could be the answer to Bob Samsul's mystery?
