Hi...been, a while. Honestly, needed to step away from the story for a bit as I was annoyed how I did the arcs, but I'm over it and moving on. So I decided to speed things up and cut a bunch of things. Since the last arc was a mixed bag, to say the least, so I picking up the pace will help move things along and get to what people want. So this chapter and next will have a few time skips to make up for it.

But that doesn't mean the things I have write wasn't for nothing as they do play a role in the future, some more than others now. Moving on getting to the chapter, since I know a lot of people skip the author's note. There will be another one at the end but I know people will skip that too. But there are a few surprises in this chapter enjoy...perverts.

Chapter 9: A New Year and A Surprise

(The next day, Early in the morning)

Rei lightly hummed to herself as she walked through the rather empty hospital in the early morning, she had managed to convince not only her father but her mother to let her visit Naruto. Since her father still needed to ask him some questions about the incident the other day, so it was a perfect chance to visit him. From what he had told her Naruto should be able to leave today, so that was a breath of relief but that wouldn't stop her from worrying. She originally planned on bring him a bento but was told to not bring any type of food to patients since they are required to eat the food that was proved by the hospital.

Since it was early, getting to the hospital was a rather quick trip as soon as her father parked his car she pretty much ran out leaving him behind.

"I never thought a hospital would be so quiet…" the teen muttered to herself as there was barely anyone around, the few people she had seen were nurses and the occasion janitor. She was slightly disgusted when an older janitor eyed her breast, that guy looked like he can be her grandpa. It was disgusting, she wasn't wearing anything that revealing ether, just orange sweater over a printed shirt with a plaited knee-length skirt and black loafers, matching socks.

Forcing the encounter out of her mind as she walked to where Naruto was staying, pushing her hair out of her face when she peeked inside the room to see the blond was still peacefully sleeping. Smiling softly as she muttered an 'excuse me' before waltzing in. Taking a seat next to the blond as saw a small convenient store bento, maybe Naruto's mother left it and forgot to throw it out. Reaching over, grabbing it, and threw it out.

"Argh…" Rei eyes widen, turning in place when she noticed the blond stirring from his sleep, rushing to his side taking his hand into her's just as Naruto opened his eyes. He groaned as his eyes slowly began to focus to see his friend hovering next to him. "Naruto?"

"Rei?" Naruto asked unsure about what was going on. "Where I am?" he wondered before Rei launched herself at him. The teen grunted from the impact as he flinched in pain, still a bit bruised up from the incident. A pair of arms his torso as felt something soft pressing against him. "Rei?!"

"You're okay…" Rei whispered as she began to sniffle, her face buried into the blond's chest as tears began to form in the corner of her eyes. His eyes widen as his mind went blank, he wasn't sure how to deal with the situation he now found himself in, add in the fact he just woke up after being asleep for who knows how long. The blond awkwardly brought a hand up and began to rub his sobbing friends back, feeling a bit out of his element. He was going to be in this position for a while, his nose then picked up a light fruity scent was Rei wearing perfume?

"Oh? What do we have here?" An older woman's voice soon caused the two to look towards the door and like a deer in headlights stared at Yuriko and Kushina standing at the door dressed in grey and black suits respectfully. Yuriko had her hand covering her mouth trying to stop a chuckle from escaping, being the one to have called out to them. Her eye glinted with mirth but a hint of something…however; Naruto didn't focus on her at the moment as his attention was on his mother.

Kushina had a similar expression with her eyes wide open, jaw wide open as she stared at the two highschoolers. The redhead mind blanked out as she didn't expect to see a girl in her beloved son's arms when she came to visit him.

"H-Hi Kaa-san…" Naruto let out as he felt like he had a frog in his throat, felling a beat of sweat fall from the side of his face. Kushina then narrowed her eyes before placed her hands on her hips as the blond then remember who was in his arms. Despite Rei's face was being buried into his chest he was still able to spot how red it was, he assumed from embarrassment at being caught in a rather intimate position. "This…is exactly how it looks like." Yuriko then busted out laughing as Kushina kept her gaze on them while she ground her teeth, staring at the two teens with a small hint of jealousy.

After a few minutes, the room had calmed down enough for Yuriko to make sure Kushina wouldn't do anything that would send her to jail and a longer stay for Naruto. Rei was now in a separate chair away from the bed and therefore Naruto, who was being hugged to death but his mother. The busty woman had decided to stand near the window as she watched the trio with interest.

"Well, this wasn't what I expected to see when Kushina and I came for a visit Naruto-Kun," Yuriko said looking at the blushing blond as he was being held by his mother, who was giving the teenage girl the stink eye forcing the male face into her cleavage. Naruto had the decency to look embarrassed, Saya's mother couldn't help but smirk at his eye shifting down Kushina blouse. She wished Naruto he was more honest with himself, at the same, not really. Called selfishness but Yuriko wanted him a bit longer before she…No, now wasn't the time for that, Looking towards the other blushing teen who was pouting as she stared at the floor. "Anyways, what is your name? I do recall you were here yesterday with Naruto also?"

"Um, yes I was…Oh, My name is Rei Miyamoto. It is nice to meet you." Rei stood up and bowed at the two, a bit uneased under the redhead gaze as she kept Naruto close to her. Seeing her friend acting childish, Yuriko gave Kushina a quick smack causing Kushina to turn her gaze at her friend. The two exchange a small look before addressing Rei.

"It's nice to meet you Miyamoto-san. I'm Yuriko and this Kushina Uzumaki the mother of the boy you were hugging a minute ago. I am sure that you put that together with how she been smothering Naruto-Kun." Yuriko introduced Kushina and herself, leaving her last name out on purpose, the rich woman smirked at the glare she was getting from the two Uzumaki's members, for different reasons.

Rei nodded lightly as she eyed Naruto but the two women as well. She didn't expect to meet Naruto's mother, which was rather silly now that she thought about it. The teen did stay overnight in a hospital after a school shooting, so it made sense for his family to be there for him. She did catch a glance at them the other day but that was different, it was after a rather tense situation so she wasn't really important. Now, it was worth a raised eyebrow, cause not only was she taking time out her day to visit him, but she also did it at a time when nobody would be around. That is worth keeping an eye on if she were them.

Taking the time to get a good look at Kushina and Yuriko, Rei had to admire their beauty. The looked like sisters, if she was told that they were both models, she wouldn't doubt it. Yuriko had a demeanor that said that she was important. Kushina doesn't have that but no less intimidating, Rei was fairly certain that the woman can snap her in two if she wanted and look good while doing it.

' OH, god….I'm on their radar for sure now…' Rei thought as she hands absentmindedly grasped at her skirt feeling a bit nervous at meeting her friend's family. 'Wait? Why am I nervous about it? It's nothing weird about meeting a friend in the hospital after a serious event. So what if he is a guy.'

"Miyamoto-san, Can I ask why you're here anyway?" Yuriko began breaking the teen out her thoughts, "it's kind of odd for a girl your age to come to visit a boy in the hospital, especially when it's 7 in the morning. It brings up a lot of questions." Rei didn't bother looking towards the bed as she felt the mother's gaze on her. feeling a cold sweat falling down her neck as she purposely looked to the side.

"I guess that is my cue," Tadashi said as he came walking in drawing attention away from his daughter, who silently thanked her father's intervention. "Pardon the intrusion, Uzumaki-san…But I brought my daughter along with me since she wanted to check up on her friend. It was my fault as I went to get a coffee at the cafeteria, so I left her here until I got back. I didn't expect you to arrive before I came back nor Uzumaki-san to wake up."

"Oh, officer –san…Please come in." Kushina finally released her hold on her son, who nodded at Tadashi. The older man nodded back. He glanced at Yuriko, the two exchange a small nod before he focused on the two Uzumaki's.

"Thanks…but I sure you can guess that this isn't a social visit." Tadashi stated the reason why he was there, "Naruto…I will like to ask you some questions about the incident yesterday."

The room went silent, as Yuriko made her way out the door before giving Naruto a small wink. Tadashi gave a look towards Rei who reluctantly agreed to leave the room giving her dad a small scowl despiting knowing he was just following the rules.

As the teen left the room, she saw the older woman gave her a soft smile before walking up to her. Rei felt Yuriko giving her a once over as if she was judging her. But why, she didn't know. "Miyamoto-san do you mind accompanying me to the cafeteria? I'm afraid that I will end up lost if I go by myself."

"O-Okay. I mean…I don't mind, Uzumaki-san." Rei said with a small bow making Yuriko chuckle lightly.

"Thanks but I'm not related to the two, just an old friend of the family. I should properly introduce myself huh? My name is Yuriko Takagi, it very nice to meet you Miyamoto-chan."

"It's nice to meet you as well, Takagi-san." Rei smiled giving her another bow, making the woman chuckle once more. Yuriko then began walking with the teenager as the two began talking about random things. The older woman's eye then darted to the side when she saw a flash of a girl with purple hair, thinking nothing of it as she focused on the person next to her, after all, if she was right then this girl was one to keep an eye on.

(Five minutes later)

After the two females left the room, Tadashi didn't waste any time with questioning Naruto about the school shooting and what he knew. While Kushina didn't like the officer wanting to question her son so soon after he woke up but after a traumatic event. But the blond reassured her that he was okay for this and after a moment Tadashi started the questioning.

"Okay, Naruto-kun…can you tell me how the school day started? Like was there anything unusual that had started?" Tadashi stated his first question.

"…Not that I know about. Umm, well….I not sure what anyone else said but I and a few others have noticed that Ryuichi has been absent for a couple of days." Naruto admitted he waited a moment as Tadashi wrote something down on his notepad.
"So you noticed that Ryuichi-san was absent for a couple of days? Is this unusual behavior for the boy?"

"I'm not sure…I don't know a lot about him." Naruto answered Tadashi paused for a second before he wrote in his notepad.

"Okay…how did the day begin then?" The officer asked, the blond then went over what he recalled that day. Kushina gripped her son's hand as he spoke about what happened from the morning meetings to that text he got from Yuna that alerted him what happened, to confronting Ryuichi to using himself as bait to buy time for the other students to escape. Naruto felt his mother grip tighten about his hand, he tried to soothe her worries by squeezing her hand as he continued to tell Tadashi about the event.

The older man was quite but did stop Naruto on occasion to ask a question, other than that he just kept silent and jolted down on his notepad.

"…I don't recall much after Ryuichi smashed my head into that window, to be honest." Naruto mentioned bluntly as Tadashi nodded his head, it was understandable given the circumstance.

"That is fine, Naruto," Tadashi stated as he finished writing down the blond teens' statement and closed his notepad and put it away. "I think that is everything I need for right now, but if we need anything I will give you two a call."

"Tadashi-san?" Naruto called out making the older man paused to look at the blond, even Kushina gave her son a look. He ignored it as he asked, "What happen to Ryuichi?"

The police officer straightens his back as he inhaled before answering the question. "After getting check-up by the doctor Ryuichi is currently being transferred to a holding cell. Where he will be staying until he brought in front of a judge to face his punishment."

"…Oh…" Naruto muttered softly, biting his cheek to stop himself from asking anything for more details. As much as he wanted to ask questions, he knew that as an officer of the law, Tadashi isn't allowed to go into details about the whole thing. Still, he couldn't help himself but think about one thing, why was Ryuichi after Shido.

"I will get out of your way…It's good to see you again Uzumaki-san, even if it wasn't under the best circumstances. I hope that you two have a good day." Tadashi stated to Kushina who gave the man a small smile, he nodded before leaving the room to find his daughter. Leaving the two alone, Naruto stayed quiet as he tried to stare out the window before he felt his mother punch him in the shoulder

"OW!" Naruto yelled out as he turned his head towards his mother to see her eyes filled with tears in her eye. "Kaa-san?" Kushina sniffled a bit before she grabbed his cheeks and began pulling them causing Naruto to scream in pain.

"OW OWOW, WHY ARE YOU PULLING MY CHEEKS!" Naruto yelled trying to stop his mother from assaulting his face. Kushina stopped with a huff while the blond rubbed his swollen cheeks before flinching as one of his fingers touched a small brushed on his cheek. Kushina's eyes darted towards him in worry before she remembered that she was supposed to be mad at him. The two stayed in complete silence before the female Uzumaki broke it when she spoke up.

"…You're a fucking idiot, you know…." Kushina told her son.

"I know…" He admitted, as his mother didn't feel like it was enough for her so she reached out and pinched his side making him jump from the sudden pain. "OW!"

"YOU are FUCKING IDIOT!" Kushina cried out as her eye began to water once before she couldn't struggle between hugging her son and never letting go. And grabbing him and straggling his neck for worrying her.

"…sorry…" Naruto whispered as he felt guilty for making his mother cry.

"You know that you're grounded for over a month for putting yourself in the middle of this," Kushina told him with a definitive tone, no room for argument.

"Fair…" he muttered as Kushina let out a deep sigh before she pulled her Naruto into a hug. His eyes widen in surprise. "Kaa-san?

"Despite being a complete idiot for jumping in the middle of this. You did good…I'm proud of you for stopping that shoot from killing anyone." Kushina whispered, running her hands through her son's hair. Naruto then felt something wet hit his face, "But…even after all that. Why…why did you put yourself in danger like that? What if you got shot? How did you think Saya-chan would feel? Yuriko, Souichiro? And what me? Do you know what would have happened if you died…I can't lose you too Naruto… I would…Please….Don't leave me alone." Kushina sniffled unable to contain herself as the tears began to fall. Naruto didn't say anything, how can he. He put his wellbeing at risk to make sure Ryuichi didn't hurt anyone and ended up hurt instead, the blond knew that if Ryuichi wanted too he could have easily put a bullet into him If he died, then his mother would be alone…Naruto didn't like to imagine the possibility. Cause if something happened to Kushina, then…would you be able to go on?

Naruto breath grew haggard, as he wrapped his arms around Kushina, he swallowed the saliva that had built into his mouth. The redhead readily accepted the hug, her face buried into her son's shoulders unable to notice the idea that had planted into her son's mind. They sat in the room, in each other's arms, eventually passing out on the bed. What they didn't know was that Yuriko had been waiting in the hall having arrived a while ago with a coffee in her hands, one for Kushina and herself. She didn't feel that it was right to interrupt them so she decided to wait; allowed the duo to have their moment.

'Kushina-chan…you don't know how much power you have over Naruto-Kun' Yuriko thought, taking a sip of her coffee. A small flash of jealousy appears on her features before it vanishes. 'I wish Naruto-Kun would look at me the same way he does you…', She slowly tipped toed in as quietly as she can place Kushina coffee a table in the room before leaning against the window, gazing outside and waited.

'it's a shame Kushina never left the room…I always wanted to do it in a hospital room?' Yuriko mused to herself as she casually sipped her coffee. Her eye then noticed a discarded bento box in the trash. It was odd, from what Rei told her she had only been there for a couple of minutes before them. Maybe it was from Kushina after all the women had stayed longer last night. The woman ignored the trash and kept her gaze out the window.

After an hour since Naruto had woken up, the doctor Naruto had come to visit Naruto and began to examine Naruto giving a basic exam to test if he any side effects from the concussion. The blond was able to pass without any difficulties, but the doctor wasn't convinced to release the blond as he been out since he had arrived yesterday morning. So he had ordered an MRI and a CT scan for later that day. Which left the three of them none to please, as they were stuck waiting around until everything was said and done. The only bright spot was when Kushina got hungry, leaving Naruto alone with Yuriko, who decided to keep him company until she came back. Therefore, as soon as she left, Yuriko closed the door and pulled the curtain to block the view from the door. Thankfully no one interrupted them or passed by as they would have heard and moaning and squeaking coming from the room.

When Kushina came back to the room Yuriko and Naruto thankfully had cleaned up enough that it wasn't too noticeable, except for the boy's mother noticed a visibly glow coming from her friend. Causing her to give Yuriko a suspicious glance, before she decided to just snuggle with her son. Making the Takagi smile bitterly that went unnoticed by the mother-son duo.

It was close to 5:30 pm when Naruto was given the all-clear to be discharged, Kushina was forced to sign some paperwork. After being informed about Naruto taking it easy and getting some rest. The doctor did inform her to observe him to make sure that he wasn't straining himself and to keep an eye out for symptoms. With a mental roll of the eyes, Kushina agreed despite not being the first time she dealt with a concussion. For the sake of being polite she agreed with the doctor, but as soon as he turned around to leave she stuck out her tongue at him and quickly left. The trio left the hospital with Rei and her father leaving earlier in the day, the orange teen did seem to have wanted to say something but her father gave her a look shutting her down, bidding her friend and the other two women goodbye. Which promoted a sly look from Yuriko and pointed looked look from Kushina, he already been interrogated about Rei before and managed to convince them that they were just friends. Now that work was all for not…he was glad Saya wasn't here.

The rest of the day was rather normal, with Yuriko dropping the Uzumaki's off at their place with a promise to bring Saya the next day. Kushina then grounded Naruto and ordered him to march into his room for the remainder of the day, until dinner. The moment he laid down on his bed he felt his ring tone come from his pants pocket, he pulled it out as he answered with a hello.

"Hello Naruto-Kun" Saeko immediately came from his phone before it can ring once, which caused him to sit up from his bed. "It good to hear that you okay Naruto-Kun."

"Saeko?" he asked caught off guard hearing his friend's voice since he was not expecting her to call him. However, he was quick to recover and replied. "Are you okay? What happen yesterday?"

"I'm fine you don't have to worry about me. I was more concerned about you…" She admitted with a small sigh of relief.

Saeko then explained what happened during the shooting that the teacher ordered them to remain hidden in the class and was forced to remain there until some police officers had come and got them out. As soon as she got out one of her father's employees had told her that she had to return home. She went along with great reluctance, preferring to search for Naruto…to make sure he was okay.

Saeko, however, didn't tell Naruto about when she was leaving she had noticed Naruto being placed into an ambulance. The sight of seeing Naruto hurt was enough for her to try to run away from her father's men to try to catch up with Naruto. she didn't get far as she was soon stopped by the man who distracted her long enough to watch the blond leave the school. With no other choice, she went back home as her father showed that he was happy that she was safe after hearing about the accident. Saeko knew the truth, her father didn't care about her.

After waiting for her father to sleep for the night, Saeko had exited through her bedroom window got a taxi to take her to the hospital using her father's money as payback. The purple-haired girl spent the night at Naruto side, quite literally a part of her wanted her friend to wake up with her by her side. However things didn't turn out as she had planned as when she went to get something to eat, she had spotted Souichiro's wife talking to a red-headed woman going to naruto's room. She didn't know what their relationship was but was able to catch Naruto's name coming from the conversation. With her curiosity peaked she followed without getting noticed when she spotted an orange-haired girl that seemed vaguely familiar.

Feeling awkward with the trio of women in the room of her friends, the purple-haired girl decided to return home to get changed and freshen up a bit before returning to the hospital. Saeko did have to wait until her father wasn't paying attention, which wasn't that hard as he was busy yelling at someone on the phone about work. Getting another taxi to return to the hospital but when she got there the room was being cleaned and the lady that was cleaning the room informed her of his discharge.

"I tried to see you today at the hospital but when I got there they said you already been discharged," Saeko told Naruto.

"Sorry for making you worry…" The blond said making Saeko go silent for a moment.

"You should be…but Naruto…you don't know how much I am glad you're okay." Saeko told him her honest feeling, making Naruto feel even worse for making his best friend worry.

"Saeko…I-I am-"

"It's okay….I know that you didn't mean for making me worry…I know you can take care of yourself but I hate the fact you put yourself in danger." Saeko said when a small muffled voice echoed on her side of the phone call. "I have to get going Naruto-Kun. Before I go I just want to say that… I-I lo…I'm glad I meet you. I will talk to you later"

With that, the phone call ended making Naruto stare at his phone. He will have to apologize to Saeko when he gets the chance, maybe have to buy her lunch to repay her.

"Naruto-Kun, dinner is ready!" Kushina muffled voice called out to the blond on the other side of the door of his bedroom. The blond got off his bed to get some decent food in his belly.

Saeko sighed as she stared at her phone with disappointment towards her cowardness. She was so close to spilling out how she truly feels toward her best friend. The girl didn't expect to choke up and say something else, while very true, wasn't what she had called Naruto up for. The purple-haired girl decided that it wasn't worth worrying about, she had plenty of times to confess to him in the future. After all, she was the closest girl to him at school and would be able to take it slow with this. After all, she has 2 more years of high school to spit it out, after all, how hard can it be.

Knock, knock

"Busujima-sama, your father is ready for you in his car." A male voice on the other side of her door said as footsteps soon began to fade as the man left. Saeko scowled lightly as she didn't want to go but her father wanted her and her… 'fiancé' to have dinner with him. She was going to hate every second of this dinner.

Digging into her pocket, and pulled out a pill bottle as she looked at it with an unsure look on her face. She ends up finding the bottle when she was leaving school yesterday and took it without a second thought. Now that she has it, she doesn't know what to use it. A dark thought then crossed her mind, before she realized what she thought and quickly hid it underneath her mattress. Taking a deep breath and left her room for dinner.

(One month later, Takagi Estate, Master Bedroom.)

Beep Beep Beep Beep

Yuriko groaned as she hit the snooze button on her alarm clock, her eyes slowly pried open as she glanced at the time before letting out a groan. It was 6:15 in the morning, she still had just over 30 minutes before she had to leave as she had a very important meeting so it's best to get there early. Removing from the comfort of her bed and made it to the bathroom that was connected to her room and into the shower. Taking a nice 15 minutes shower, Yuriko came out with her purple silk bathrobe wrapped around her body.

Walking to her nightstand to unplug her cell phone to make sure she didn't get any messages or missed calls. After that she began her morning routine, a woman like keep to it rather stringently. So the first thing is done was sat down and using a towel to dry her hair out, she then began to apply some light make up on her face. Mostly some lipstick and mascara as she would have to reapply it after the meeting. Afterward, she stood up and walked up to her underwear drawer, placing a finger on her lip as she tried to decide what she was going to wear. A large variety of panties and bra were carefully laid out in the drawer, a majority of them still had the tags on them as they haven't been worn yet. A small smile appears on her face as she recalled the reason why she bought a completely new wardrobe.

"I think these will do for now…maybe I should bring another pair just in case." Yuriko muttered to herself as she grabs two pairs of underwear since she would need a pair for when the first one gets dirty.

Since Yuriko preferred to have her things in a specific way so she put her laundry away herself. The last time she allowed one of the workers to handle her stuff they ended up trying to steal some of her jewelry and clothes. Souichiro had taken care of the employee who was promptly arrested and charged, but ever since that day she had taken care of her's and Saya's things, to prevent something like that from happening.

"Kaa-san?" Speaking of her daughter Yuriko head looked towards the door to see her baby girl, in her long-sleeved pajama top and bottoms, peeking through the door creak.

"Saya-chan? Why are you up so early in the morning?" The older woman questioned the pink-haired girl, who seemed to still be sleepy if the way she is rubbing her eyes has anything to go by. But Yuriko knew her daughter's habit and knows she would never wake up early when there was no school. "Don't tell me you were playing all night again."

A swift silence followed afterward as Saya, looked a bit sheepish from getting caught playing her games all night, again. Her mother shook her head lightly before motioning her daughter inside, being uncomfortable talking with Saya when one of her husband's workers could try sneaking a peek, again. Briefly wondering what happen to that guy, afterward …given the nature of the work it shouldn't be hard to guess. Walking insides and closing the door behind her, Saya stood in place as she watched her mother remove her bathrobe revealing her body to the teen.

"KAA-SAN! Why are you taking off your robe?" Saya exclaimed, while the older woman just rolled her eyes at the reaction.

"You're the one who wanted to talk when I was going to get ready." Yuriko decided to mention as her eyes darted towards the underwear that she had selected and felt that it wouldn't be appropriate to put on in front of her daughter. Which was a shame, she wanted to try on those new crotchless panties and cupless bra she got the other day. Oh, well she will have to wear the other pair she got to prevent her daughter from taking a gander of the other risqué underwear she has. Unfortunately, the other ones she has taken were only slightly better.

"KAA-SAN! WHAT ARE YOU PUTTING ON!" Saya yelled out as her face turn red and covered her eyes with a small gap through it as she saw her mother putting on a leopard printed side-tied thong with a matching bra that showed a lot of cleavages.

"It's called a thong, Saya-chan. It's something a woman wears to avoid panty lines or wanting to feel a little sexy at times. You will understand in a year or two."

"I-I know what a thong is but why does it have to something that a slu-" Saya stopped as she realized what was about to come out of her mouth A dark smirk formed on Yuriko face at the reaction she got from the pink-haired girl. She decided to ignore the comment that her Lovely daughter was about to make for a moment and decided to continue from the previous topic.

"How many times do you have to tell you not to stay up playing those games all night." Yuriko scolded her daughter, before softening up as she can let it slide for the time being. He shivered lightly as he wondered if he should grab a warmer coat, taking a minute to grab a coat to help keep him warm and began his journey to school.

As he walked, his mind drifted walking without thought…, which was odd for him as his thoughts, would normally keep him occupied. As much as he tried to think about something to help relieve his boredom as he walked to school he couldn't think of anything. Taking a look at his phone as he wondered if it wasn't too late to call a taxi….does he have enough money for it? He could go to the bus stop to help save him but none of the bus routes comes close to Fujimi…however it still would be better than walking, slightly faster and cheaper. He made a decision making a right turn instead of a left like he normally would go to school.

If had gone his normal route he would have bumped into Saeko who was also walking to school, hoping to meet with her best friend. It took less than 10 minutes for him to make it to the bus stop and lucky for him the bus had just arrived. Paying the small fee and took an empty window seat Naruto held his bag close as he leaned his head against the wall and dozed off.

Naruto's eyes jolted up when he felt someone tap him on the shoulder to see a young-looking girl within the business suit and matching skirt. He blinked for a moment as he stared at her, in response she gave him a gentle smile. "Sorry for bothering you, but this the stop for Fujimi academy."

This woke the blond up real quick, as he bolted up from his seat and he gave the lady a small bow as he thanked the lady for waking him up for his stop. The chilly air hitting his face helped that helped him be more alert, taking a look at the time on his phone, Naruto was satisfied that he will be getting to school on time. In fact, he should get there with some time to spare.

Naruto took off in a fast walk, he ignored the feeling of dread building in his stomach as he did. He felt uneasy going back to school…it felt….wrong? As he much as he hated this feeling he, kept walking as he feared his mother's wrath if he didn't.

Naruto didn't know what to expect when he arrived at school…a somber atmosphere maybe, people keeping to themselves and trying to mind their own business. He can honestly say he didn't expect Rei, who was leaning against the school gate, waiting outside the school, fiddling with her cellphone, an hour before school started? There weren't many others at this time preferring to linger before rushing 15 minutes before the friend seemed to have noticed him staring as she looked up and flashed him a large smile before putting her phone away, walking towards him.

"Hey Naruto-Kun, morning." Rei greeted him as she stops in front of him, Naruto just stared at her for a second still dumbfounded by her appearance at the school…at 6:52 am…that…never happens.

"Rei…Wh-You…You're here…why?" The blond asked completely confused why anyone reasonable would come to school so early in the morning…granted he was the one to talk.

"I asked my dad if he can drop me off early…he asked the same thing. But he allowed it when I told him you would be here." Rei answered as this was still surprising to Naruto as he stared at her in disbelief.

"How would you know I would get here this early?" Naruto questioned with his arms crossed, Rei just gave him a smirk as she answered.

"You would be surprised what I know…" Rei mentioned with a sly smile, "And most of the school knows you get here very early…or so I was told."

"…Great…why am I not surprise that people talk behind my back." Naruto muttered as she ran his hands across his face.

"That's not all they say…" Rei mumble underneath her breath as she recalled something's her friends have said about Naruto. "Achoo!" Rei sneezed causing the male to notice that she wasn't exactly properly clothed. She didn't have her legs covered in warm socks nor is she wearing a coat to help keep warm while waiting.

"How long where you waiting out here?" Naruto asked out load, Rei decided to keep quiet as he then took off his coat and put it over Rei form. She stared at it for a second as she stared at him, Naruto ignored that as he grabbed her hands and rubbed his's over her's. "Your hands are freezing…Your dad will kill me if you get sick while waiting."

Naruto walked her to the gate and dug out his key and fiddled with it a moment before he found the right one and undid the chain holding the gate closed. He was glad the gate open with no trouble, looking towards Rei who had a bit of pink on her cheeks, from the cold or something else Naruto didn't know but he knew it would be best to get inside. He held her hand as he leads her into the school grounds, as they walked the orangette Rei eye's stared at their hands as a small smile appeared on her face. She held his coat close to her as she mentally noted the subtleness of his scent on it. Why was she…happy about this?

It took a couple of minutes to bring Rei into his office Naruto sat her down on his couch as she warmed herself up. The blond was happy that he decided to go take the bus to school as Rei would have wait even longer and would have gotten sick because of it. The two were silent as Naruto still held Rei'd hand trying to warm them up, Rei didn't seem bothered so he kept going.

"So…how was your break?" Rei finally asked as she felt the need to get a conversation going, despite enjoying the silence and company.

"Well, …it wasn't dull…that's for sure." Naruto paused as he recalled some moment that had to happen during the month-long break, before breaking away from that line of thought. "But I was grounded for the entire time."

"Why," she asked looking at her friend, "Why did she ground you? "

"Making her worry…and for getting my assed kicked." Naruto hesitated at the last part, which causes Rei to giggle at the reasoning. Before stopping when she noticed that he wasn't joking.

"Are you serious? Why would you-" Naruto held up his hand to stop the girl from going further

"I never really told anyone this but my kaa-san was the one who taught me how to fight." As soon as he said that Rei's eyes widen.

"She did? But…" She then recalled the glare that the mother gave her when she had met her for the first time. "never mind…." Naruto gave a slight chuckle at her response, he couldn't blame her as she was a scary woman at times.

"Yea, Kaa-san trained me how to fight since I was young she taught me everything I know."

"Even boxing?" Rei asked as no longer felt cold but didn't bother removing her hand from her friend's grasp.

"No, well kind of? Kaa-san didn't train me to be a boxer the coach in my old school trained me." Naruto answered.

"Why did you start boxing?" Rei asked causing the boy to stare at her for a moment before he decided to tell her. That what happened for some time, the two just chatted as they sat in the blond's office, small talk, exchanging stories. The two had simply enjoyed each other company, and then all of a sudden Rei busted out laughing as she heard a story naruto told her when he was younger.

"No, you didn't you really do that to your teacher," Rei claimed as she tried to stop laughing as her friend shrugged looking a tad bit guilty…if you squint your eye.

"The guy was an asshole," Naruto said simply, not giving any expression as he did.

"What did the guy do to make you spray paint his car hot pink?" She asked as Naruto's eyes shifted avoiding looking at her as he scratched his temple. Taking a quick look and saw the expecting look on the orange-haired girl's face and with a brief moment of hesitation, he finally told her.

"He…was hitting on my Kaa-san…" Then she laughed at his reason for vandalizing his elementary school teacher's car. Naruto blushed as he felt the need to hide, was his face red now?

"I didn't expect you to be a-" Rei started before she can finish her sentence as the door to naruto office was open as Saeko walked in.

"Naruto are you-" Saeko stopped in-place her eyes widen as she saw Naruto and another girl with him. The two were also caught by surprise by her appearance.
"Saeko? Why are you here so early in the morning?" Naruto stood up, after a second and walked up to his best friend.

"Naruto-kun…it almost 8," Saeko said with a blank expression as the two were once again surprised as Rei pulled out her phone to see that I was already 7:58. The girl didn't know what to think, did she and naruto really manage to talk for well over hour. It didn't feel like it though. The purple-haired girl then stared at the other person that had her full undivided attention. Seeing this rei popped up and walk up to Saeko giving her a small bow.

"Oh, I am sorry. My name is Rei Miyamoto, nice to meet you?" Seeing the girl introducing herself to Saeko who decided to be polite given the situation.

"Saeko…Busujima. It a pleasure to meet you Miyamoto-san." A simple introduction, no one would really raise a brow at but knowing the swordswoman as well as he did. Naruto gave Saeko a look, which she did not return as she kept her eyes on Rei.

Before he can speak up the school bell rang, signaling that students should start heading to homeroom. The trio stayed in place not saying a word as an awkward silence…neither moving from the place until Saeko relented and left, a few moments later Rei and naruto left the room. The blond looked and saw his best friend already halfway across the hall. A part of him wanted to go after and make sure she was okay…so why didn't he? Turning to the girl still by his side and motioned her to follow, they were going to the same place way not walk together.

As they walk Rei gave naruto another look and wondered what kind of relationship does he have with that Busujima. She tried to ignore the panging in her hear as she slowly moves next to naruto and placed her hand in his. When he turned to her asking the silent question, why she did that, all she did was move closer to him. Then the two walked in silence hand in hand.

(Later that day)

"That is all for today's lessons…" Kyoko said as she stares her class…or the amount that came in. More then half the class had shown up. Naruto kissed his teeth as he tried to ignore the awkward atmosphere, there were supposed to be 30 students in this class, only 13 showed up. Then some decided to leave early so that dropped to 10 students currently in that room. He felt bad for his homeroom teacher as she was honestly one of the better teachers in the school.

"…it's a half-day today …so try not to linger the halls for long….dismissed," Kyoko said softly before rubbing her forehead, the few students there stood up and gathered their stuff and began to leave. Naruto remained seated as he stared at his trouble teacher, a tap on his shoulder made his take his eyes off the teacher on to Rei.
"Are you ready to leave?" she asked.

"Oh, umm…yeah hold on," Naruto muttered as he went to get the books from his desk. His eye dart towards Kyoko, who glanced at him for a bit, she then walked out of the room leaving the two alone. Stopping the sigh that was about to come out as he hurried to finish gathering his things. The two left the room as Naruto check his phone and see Saeko sent him a message that said, 'I will leave early today. Otou-sama came to pick me up. I want to talk to you later.'

"Who was that?" Rei asked a bit curious as she tried to peek at naruto's phone who swiftly shut it, making her pout a bit when he did.

"Saeko, she just wanted me to know that she left early." He answered.

"Is that all? It seems a bit odd?" Rei stated as she tried to figure out there relationship. She can honestly say it's been bugging her all day.

"Not really we do walk home together..." Naruto stopped as he wanted to add bitterly, 'until recently.' Rei nodded her head as she noted, the two walked once more as she stared outside.

"You know it's kind of weird leaving so early…and no one around. It's kind of like…" Rei shut up when the teen stopped, "sorry."

"No…nothing you should be sorry about…but" the blond said when noticed the restrooms nearby he excused himself. Entering the bathroom and to the urinal to relieve himself. As he did his business, he heard footsteps coming towards him. ignoring the person, keeping his eyes straight when he felt a presence standing behind him. they stayed there before naruto gave up and spoke up. "You never heard of manners? I thought someone would have taught you not to stare at a man when he taking a leek."

"And I don't like it anymore then you do…Uzumaki." A somewhat familiar voice stated as naruto turned his head to see, Ryuichi's right-hand man behind him.

"What do you want? Come to beat me up Arashi?" He asked as shifted his feet ever so slightly.

"No." the larger teen spoke softly shocking naruto, before shaking his head and finished up his business. "I don't like you."

"The feeling to mutual, I'm surprised that you even showed up today…give that half the school didn't." Naruto walked to the sink and began to wash his hands, his eyes staring at the reflection of Arashi.

"If it was up to me I would have…but don't worry about that. After today you won't see me again." This got Naruto's attention, facing Arashi, who took a deep breath as he spoke.

"I came because of Ryuichi…" Everything paused as that name was muttered.

"Ryuichi?" Naruto asked with a confused look on his face.

"Yea…the man himself..." Arashi said a hint of bitterness, for Ryuichi or his situation or even the fact he was in the men's room talking to someone he hates. "He asked me for a favor so here I am."

"Why should I listen to what you have to say?"

"Because I know why Ryuichi tried to kill Shido." Arashi said, "Do you think it's strange that Ryuichi snapped the way he did? Ryuichi…as much of bastard he is. Never did anything without reasons."

"So tell me his reasons for shooting up the school!" Naruto yelled.

"…I can't…after all there is a reason why I talking to you…here. I am being watched…So I will say this and nothing more, don't trust Shido" With that Arashi left, leaving the blond alone with his thoughts. Considering what happened because of Ryuichi's actions, the school was put under a microscope as the school was closed for the remainder of the month. And the news outlet had followed like the vultures they were. A lot of questions were brought up about how the school was run and varies other matters but just as fast they left. Nothing happened afterward, the journalists soon left, the investigates soon shift to Ryuichi.

As much as he hated to admit, he felt bad for the teen as the school had no problem with throwing him under the bus. Add in the fact Ryuichi trouble history, attempted murder of a school staff who happened to be the son of a board member, being found carrying an unknown substance didn't help his case at all. Ryuichi's name was dragged through the mud as his court trial was made a spectacle for the entire country.

Soon his senior named would be held as the trial of the year as all eyes were on him, Naruto felt pity for him. He won't forgive Ryuichi for his past action but the situation over the whole incident was suspect at best, so he will what harm is it to keep an eye out.

"It's the least I can do…" Naruto muttered as he walked out as Rei was patiently waiting for him flashing a large smile. Which the blond returned with a smaller one in return didn't know why but he likes the way Rei smiled at him.

(Time skip)

It's been over 6 months since the shooting that occurred in Fujimi Academy after the events there was a major backlash against the school. The parents demanded to know how this could a student get their hands on a weapon that was pretty much illegal in japan. After that, the school decided to close down for the rest of October, as the government and police investigated the incident. Not much was known about the investigation as they were quickly suppressed and pushed aside.

Come December, Ryuichi's trial was all people were talking about. It was a silent rule in school to never mention the guy's name. However, that didn't stop people from talking, after all, no one would hesitate to talk behind a man if there were no consequences. There was a shift in the air during the trail all the people that were in Ryuichi's clique dropped out every single one. No one wanted to associate with the third year after all.

Arashi kept his word and wasn't seen after that day but he heard rumors of people seeing him at the bus stop one day before getting picked up in a black limo. A sinking pit in his stomach told him that no one will see him again. Near the holidays, Ryuichi was sentenced to life in prison where he will remain until the day he dies. Which felt odd to Naruto as why would someone be sentenced to life when they haven't even killed anyone…attempted yes, but actual murder no.

So for the past few months, silently watched Shido-sensei and knew something wasn't right about him. That man was a snake, hiding who he is or rather what he is. The man hides behind a false smile, and would not hesitate to lie to improve his standing. The man even paraded on tv telling his story with fake tears and a pathetic story about the ordeal, Naruto should at least be grateful that the disgusting thing of a human didn't mention him by name. After all, he did save him. So that is a plus at the very least.

Things haven't been too bad though after that day in November naruto felt the days grow dull. With both gang leaders, gone the majority of the fighting stopped soon after. And the school hired more staff to patrol the grounds, but no guards which still forced naruto and the disciplinary committee to do the job. There were other changes but nothing of importance at least to his mind, except for one. His relationship with Rei and Saeko.

The purple-haired girl had apologized for the way she acts and gone back to the way she acts. While they still spend time together, the morning they will chat in his office, eat the lunch she prepared and walk home together when her father didn't take her. On weekends, they do spend some time together hanging out and enjoying lunch. Despite all this Naruto, however…felt that she seemed to drift from him. He knew something was bothering her, at one point he thought she would tell him. That never came, Naruto had asked her what was wrong but she would avoid it. He hopes one day he can help until then there wasn't much he can do except be there for her.

Rei, however, was different, after that day they had spent even more time together. Whenever Saeko wasn't by his side, she was. They had spent a lot more time recently even more than before when Naruto hanged out with Saeko at school, he saw Rei outside. The two would hang out at the mall, eating out, spend time in her house, and even went shopping together, the last one he did reluctantly. It felt kind of strange if he was honest, he didn't hate it, just felt odd.

When Naruto wasn't with ether girl, he was training and getting back into shape. As much as he hated to admit it…he had gotten a bit sloppy and overconfident. After beating up thugs at the school on a near-daily bias, he hadn't expected any of them being on an equal playing field. For the most part, they weren't, he managed to beat Ryuichi with some effort but the teen got a more than a good amount of hits in. Even if he won, the fact was he had taken more hits then what was necessary. Heck in his fight with Yohei it was the same but unlike Ryuichi who had a weapon, the former put up more of a fight than expected landing several hits in.

So what did the mother of blond decide to do? She decided the best thing to do was up to his training. Kushina laid out an entire workout schedule from various exercises to combat sparing with her and Souichiro, decided to aid Kushina in kicking his ass back into shape When he wasn't training he had been forced to spend quality time with his mother. Ether by helping her around the house with chores, he was forced to do laundry quite a bit over the month and was taken back by the kind of underwear his mother owned. Naruto had to stop himself from imagining how they will look on his beautiful mother.

Moving on, Kushina also forced Naruto to watch movies with her at night. It wasn't that bad actually, the two would sit and cuddle on the couch and watch various types of movies. Neither her mother nor father, both of them weren't in town. Souichiro still was in Shinjuku taking care of things over their having finally made some progress over their but Yuriko had left to help him out. Leaving Saya at the Uzumaki residents for the foreseeable future. Kushina happily allowed her unofficial daughter to stay with her, Naruto was happy to spend time with Saya as she frequently stayed in his room playing games or just reading manga.

Still, His mother was pissed about Saya's parent not even taking a day to see their daughter's first day of high school. Saya shrugged it off, the two Uzumaki's knew that she was just putting up a front. Kushina wanted to go with them to at least show support but had to go to work earlier than usual as she needed to do something before school started. Kushina had at least taken a photo with Saya in her new uniform before she left for work. She also got a picture of Naruto and Saya together before she rushed off leaving them to walk. The two bemoaned having to walk to school as the older woman could have at least dropped them off.

"Okay, I believe you," Naruto said as Saya hit him with her elbow, it didn't hurt but she wanted him to stop bringing it up. The two manage to make decent time as they walked going up the hill leading to the school, they noted a good amount of students walking in the same direction.
Naruto eye's narrowed when a few of the males started to eye Saya, who didn't seem to have noticed the pervert stare aimed at her. "Oh, Saeko? I didn't expect to see you walking to school." Naruto said to his friend, Who giggled lightly as she talked to him, while they did Saya's eyes twitched as she glared at Saeko. Who was this woman and why was she talking to Naruto. Saeko seemed to have finally noticed the angry pink-haired girl and smiled at her as she gave a look to Naruto and a raised eyebrow. "Don't give me that look it's not what you think."

"Oh? Well, My name is Saeko Busujima." Seeing the purple-haired girl introduced herself, Saya felt she should at least do the same.

"Saya Takagi." She bowed as she was still wary of the girl.

"Oh, is your father Souichrio Takagi?" Saeko asked surprising Both Naruto and Saya as they stared with jaws dropped.

"You know Otou-sama?" Saya was the first to recover and asked her how did this girl know her father, which is something Naruto wanted to know as well. Not to offend the man, but he was a staunch Nationalist who believed in the old Japanese lifestyle. So someone like Saeko knowing him is rather impossible.

"My Otou-sama is his sensei." Okay, that makes sense considering Souichirio skill as a swordmen and Saeko's skill as well. Her father being Souichrio teacher wasn't farfetched. Saya seemed to have agreed as she looked to have cooled off but she kept a slight glare at Saeko. Why was she acting like this?

"I didn't expect to meet Souichiro-sans daughter and with my best friend at that," Saeko exclaimed with her hand on her cheek giving Naruto another questioning glance. "It makes me wonder what your connection is?"

"Don't even go there Saeko. My Kaa-san and Saya's Kaa-san are best friends, we grew up together. We are practically brothers and sisters." Naruto explained as he didn't want to misinterpret anything about his relationship with Saya. Behind him, Saya clenched her fist and bit her bottom lip as she struggled to contain the disappointment from hearing her crush say that they were like brother and sister. She turned around to avoid looking at Naruto and shouted she was going on ahead.

As she stomped off in a huff, the blond started to follow after her but was stopped by Saeko. "I think its best to let her cool off, it looks like she needs to be alone." Naruto looked back towards the pinked haired who was walking away, Saeko was probably right, he rather not provoke the first year when she was already upset. He will try to talk to her later, he hopes she at least get to her class without trouble.

"Besides it will give us a chance to talk. Maybe I can finally convince you to join the kendo club."

"Not going to happen," Naruto said with a slight roll of his eyes as Saeko chuckled, the two then began walking and casually made conversation, although the blond did wish she would at least stop inclosing on his personal space.

The two walked inside the school grounds with silence, Naruto didn't know if Saeko noticed the stares heading her way, by both male and female student. He wasn't blind, he knew his friend was a rather attractive woman and was told by Rei that she was considered the most attractive student at school. "Is it just me or are there a lot fewer students than last year?" Saeko spoke aloud as her eyes scanned the courtyard.

She was right, the headmaster had told him that less than half of the number of students have applied this year than last. And the fact that they were forced to accept all the students who applied, good grades or not.

"well, we got our work cut out for us," Naruto stated with a bored tone.

"We? Last time I checked am not a member of your committee?" Saeko said with a chipper tone.

"You want too?" He offered but know the answer already.

"Nope, I got enough things on my plate besides…" Saeko said as walked behind him and gave him a small hug from behind. Soon felt some of the males staring daggers at him. "You can always quit?"

Giving the girl a look, completely dumbfounded at what she said. "What?"

"Quit, after all the gangs are gone, the fighting has stopped that even you haven't fought anyone in months. Most of the students are scared of you, you know."

"People are scared of me?...why am I not surprised…" Naruto questioned but shrugged it off being used to it at this point.

"Well, you did fight a gunman and won," Saeko said.

"Won? I got my assed kicked." Naruto hated being reminded of that.

"But you lived. Which is something most can say when you have someone trying to kill you." Saeko said, "Again, just quit…your not needed anymore. So why don't kendo club? I sure you will do great and we can spend more time together." She offered as she grabbed Naruto's arm, pushing her breast against him.

Naruto was silent, one in thought the other wondering when did Saeko breast grow large? God, he shouldn't be thinking of his best friend in that manner. 'I will have to ask Yuriko when she coming back…' However, first, he needs to stop Saeko from fueling rumors again.

"How long are you going to hold me in front of everyone? We both have enough rumors about us as it is. I rather not give them more." Naruto muttered as Saeko pouted slightly before relenting.

"Your no fun…Well?" Saeko questioned.

"Nope," he replied as he kept walking forcing the purple-haired girl to catch up to him. They entered the building as they saw a large group of students by the bulletin board to see their class assignment. Normally the first years would be in the same group of students and would stay together in the same class with the same teacher until they graduate. Due to the lack of students, from dropping out or being held back, some of the current student body was shifted around to full up the seats left behind in those classes.

"Moment of truth," Saeko whispered leaning towards Naruto as they walked to the board. "I hope we can be in the same homeroom…"

"Who knows…" Naruto muttered, while truthfully, he didn't want to be within Saeko's class but he had enjoyed his time with Rei and Kyoko-sensei class. His grades still were the best, so he doubted that he would be moved so if he reminded in the same class it wouldn't be so bad. He didn't bother looking at the other class but focused on checking if he was still in the same class. It took a minute to find his name and sure enough, he was still with there, him and….Wait a minute? He checked again…and once again failed to find it.

"It looks like we won't be seatmates anymore, Naruto-Kun." The two turned around and saw Rei behind them with a sad smile on her face. For a split second, a frown formed on Saeko pale face, before it vanished. Naruto, however, said nothing as he slowly nodded at her.

"So which class are you in?" he asked curious where she is now but was a bit...disheartened that she wasn't with him this year.

"2-A, actually…I guess we will be classmates, Saeko-san." Rei spoke with a light bow, shocking the two for different reasons. "I hope we can get along."

"…likewise, Miyamoto-san," Saeko stated with a small bow of her own as Rei gave her a halfhearted glare.

"How many times do I have to ask you to call me, Rei?" The orange-haired said, Naruto almost chuckled as he shocked his head. His eyes saw two boys a couple of feet away staring at them before anything happened Rei continued to speak. "Oh, I forgot about my friends." Motioning the two to walk closer, with reluctant they looked at one another before following her order. Why did the black hair look familiar?

"Naruto-Kun, Saeko-san, this is my best friend Takashi-Kun and this is Hisashi-Kun." She introduces the two best friends to her own friends. The group said hello to one another, for Naruto noted that the two guys were stealing glances at Saeko and Rei. Clearing his throat causing them to jump a bit and averted their eyes as the blond got the two girls' attention.

"Unfortunately, I have to go and help Shizuka-sensei with something," Naruto started making the four confused for different reasons of course.

"What do you need to help sensei for?" Rei asked.

"She wants me to move some heavy boxes or something…." Naruto groaned lightly but was going to help the older woman anyways.

"Do you want help, I can go wit-" Hisashi started before the blond cut him off.

"It's fine, I'm used to this. Rei why don't you show your friends around the school, it's rather easy to get lost if they're not careful." With that, the blond left the 4 of them to go to the nurse's offices. Saeko and Rei looked at each other before they looked at the two boys and walked off. Takashi and Hisashi soon followed the two girls, unsure what to make of the blond. For Takashi however, wondered why the blond seemed familiar.

It didn't take long to get to the nurse's office, when he opened the door he saw Shizuka trying to lift a large box. He looked down the hallway before walking in and closing the door, he eventually averted his eyes from the nurse's rather large ass that was wiggling in front of him. The skirt she wore didn't help, he waited a moment as he coughed lightly getting the nurse's attention.

"Huh? Oh, Naruto-kun when did you get here?" Shizuka asked as left the box on the floor and jogged up to him, forcing him to keep his eyes off her bouncing breast. When she was close she gave him a large hug burying his face into her chest. She swayed him side to side almost knocking him out of his feet, luckily, she removed his face from the marshmallow heaven…or hell, soon afterward.

"I'm really sorry for asking you to help..." The elder blonde started poking her finger together dejected at asking her friend and student for help…again. Naruto waved her off just like she has done multiple times. Naruto looked at the box taking a glance around the room and found that was the only thing out of place. "umm, do you need me to move that box?"

"Yes, if you can. I tried dragging it across the ground but I don't the right shoes for that and it's surprisingly heavy." Shizuka said.

"Where do you need it?" Naruto asked as he took a step towards the box eying it, which was rather large, just over his knees. "What is in it?"

"It's a surprise!" the busty woman exclaimed with an excited expression as she was jumping in place, "I don't want to say anything more until later. So if you can put it near the back window so it's out of the way."

Nodding his head, squatting down as he tried to lift the box and immediately stopped when he figures how fucking heavy it was…what was in this. Making sure he had the footing and tried again, once it was off the ground he moved to the spot Shizuka wanted the damn box.

"Is that it? When you asked for help you made it sound like it was an emergency." Naruto stated, cause when she texted him the nurse acted like someone vandalized the place. The woman had a sheepish expression on her face, rubbing the back of her head with an awkward laugh. He sighed but knew he couldn't really be mad at the woman. He then took a seat at Shizuka's desk as she sat on the other chair.

"So…what is going on with you?" Shizuka spoke making the male took at her with a puzzled looked as he mutter, 'what?'

"You know…how things have been going for you. I mean, I know you been busy the last few weeks with exams and I had my own stuff with work and at the college. So we didn't have a lot of time to talk and I wanted to see how you been." Shizuka explained a bit flustered, moving a random strand of hair from her face. She wasn't wrong the last month or so he been his hands full with studying for the exams so he hasn't talked to Shizuka the way he normally does.

"Sorry…well, I have been okay…kind of bored honestly." Naruto decided to answer her question, she titled her head unsure what he meant. "I mean…since a large amount of dropouts over the past few months, nothing much has happened."

"But isn't that a good thing? I mean…you haven't got into any fights plus you been hurt since then." Shizuka said rather surprise at his admission, personally, she had enjoyed the quietness during the last semester she managed to get a lot of her school work done and had a lot of extra time to watch her drama shows, plus nap time when she needed it.

"I guess…" Naruto muttered still not sure what to make of this. Then the school bell sounded for the student to head to homeroom.

"Awww, already?" Shizuka whined childishly with a light pout, Naruto chuckled lightly at her reaction.

"Yeah, I should head to homeroom," Naruto stated standing up form the seat.

"Are you going to make a speech like last year?" She asked Naruto shook his head.

"Akimoto-sensei said that given the lack of problems the last few months it might not be needed so he is holding off on it," Naruto replied as the female nodded in understanding, which sucked because she had personally enjoyed the speech.

"Can you promise to come back and visit later?" Shizuka requested with another pout as he nodded his head 'yes'.

"Yeah, I will see you before I leave but I have to a meeting with the committee before then so I might not be here right away." She nodded once more as she watched the blond leave with a hint of longing, before sighing. "Why did he have to be underage…" Shizuka bemoaned while she tried to bash her face into her desk but due to her large breast ended up hurting her tits instead. Her foot then tapped something on the floor, causing her to lift her head a little to see a cell phone.

"What? Is this Naruto-Kun's?" Shizuka asked herself, she reached down and grabbed the object, bringing it up to her face. Humming to herself as she eyed the door, she really shouldn't…but, it's not like he wouldn't know. She mentally apologizes for being snoopy but when she opened the phone, she noticed that his wallpaper was him and a beautiful woman with red hair, mentally wondering who she was. Shizuka mentally compared herself to her, she seemed close to him if the way they were hugging each other. Pouting as she felt a hint of jealousy, the nurse wanted to be able to hug Naruto like that. If she did she will get in trouble and scolded.

"Oh wait I promised to help set the stage for the opening ceremonies," Shizuka said as she stood up, looking at Naruto's phone and stuffing it into her cleavage so she wouldn't forget to give it back to him. Making sure the small device was secured in between her bosom; she jogged out the office to the auditorium.

"Welcome to 2-C…" Kyoko Hayashi said as she looked around the room, she eventually stopped on the blond who wasn't paying attention to her at the moment. Normally she would have called it out but decided to ignore him to address her new class. About half the class has been changed, ether moving to a better performing class or one that suited for their needs. She was stuck with the students that perform averagely, well at least she wasn't stuck with any trouble makers. Well, besides the one who happened to be her best student or at least her favorite. Rather funny how the one she thought would be the biggest headache ended up being the one she enjoyed having as a student. She wasn't wrong but still.

"I'm sure you guys are aware of the slight changes to the classes, but besides the sudden changes, nothing in the curriculum would change. I'm sure I don't need to repeat the school rules or anything like that. So until we asked to head towards the auditorium, you are allowed to speak to your classmates but please remain in the classroom." Kyoko sighed as her hand touched the pocket of her jacket; she glanced towards Naruto before walking out of the classroom.

Naruto glanced at the seat next to him, was another female student who he recalled was from Saeko's old class. Looking at the other students in the room and found himself alone, as much as he hated to admit, wished Rei was still in his class at least he would have one friend here. Sighing to himself, stood up as the class seemed to have ignored him as they talked to amongst themselves and left the classroom using the other door.

"Why are you still calling me?" Kyoko said as she held her phone to her ear, her voice slightly raised then it would normally be showing she was agitated by whoever was on the other end. Perhaps he should leave?

"I don't care how many times you apologize to me what you did to me is unacceptable." Kyoko strained as Naruto felt curious but felt awkward with hearing his teachers having a private conversation. "You cheated on me with a highschool prostitute and then left me for said slut, leaving me before our wedding. Do you think I will ever take you back after that? NO, don't call me again. I don't want anything to do with you." She didn't give the man a chance to respond as she disconnected the call and with a heavy sigh as she pinched her nose. Looking behind him and wondered if he should leave, nope. He couldn't.

"Sensei?" Naruto called out to Kyoko, who straight up, he can see from her reflection she had a small tear forming in her eye but wiped it away to turn to him with what was obviously a front to cover how she felt. "Do you mind if I stay here?"

"Did you really come out here to ask me that?" Kyoko asked questionably.
"It's either that or we can talk about that phone call you had. But I think we both want to avoid that topic." Naruto said the older woman looked at him with a hint of shame, covering her face with her left hand and asked. "How much have you heard…"

"Don't know how long you been talking but I heard the last bit at least," Naruto admitted as the teacher flinched.

"Oh…you heard the part where he…" She didn't finish as she couldn't bring herself to say it again.

"That he cheated on you…and then left you before your wedding. Yeah, I heard that part." Kyoko felt ashamed more so than before. "God…"

"Sensei…I know, saying sorry won't help and might even open up more old wounds, so I won't ask about it." The blond said getting a grateful smile from the teacher, Kyoko sighed as she leaned against the windows.

"What a way to start the year…" Kyoko mumbled stress was getting to her, she hopes the other teachers would be up to hit a bar later.

"It can be worse…It can be like last year with the gangs." Naruto said, making her groan this time.

"Don't remind me…I don't want to develop a headache remembering all that happens in the first week of school." The redhead stood up straight before fixing the blond with a glare. "but that doesn't distract me at the fact you left the class when I told you not to?"

"…Sorry." Naruto said not even bothering to hide the fact he disobeyed her, For the most part, this didn't bother Kyoko since being in 'charge' of the blond, she knew that he just did things as he pleased without considering other thoughts for the most. So why should this be any different? "I just couldn't be in there…"

Kyoko felt confused at what he just said. Despite wanting to ask why she didn't he gave her the decency to ignored what was bothering her, the least she can do the same for him. "Fine…Bu-" Just then the announcement came for all student to make their way to the opening ceremonies. "…can I trust you to get to the auditorium without any trouble?"

He just nodded his head as the teacher went back inside the classroom, Naruto placed his hands in his pocket when he noticed that he didn't have his phone in there. Patting himself and confirmed that he didn't have it on him, where could he? Did he drop it in the nurse's office? He glanced towards his classroom, pivoting, and turned to walk to the nurse's office. His sensei would understand if he just did it quickly, besides it takes forever before the announcements started, heck he wasn't sure if Akimoto was even in the school.

It didn't take long to get to the nurse's office but when arrived it took only a glance to see that Shizuka wasn't there. Since it wasn't unlocked, he hoped that his phone was on the floor or something. After looking around the room for about 5 minutes, he checked underneath the beds, the cabinets, in her desk drawers, no sight of his phone. He instead found some…underwear and a dildo for some reason but he rather not question it. Out of sight, out of mind.

Naruto sighed, It wasn't there, He hoped that Shizuka has it cause he does not want to explain to his mother and Saya how he lost his phone. The thing that worried him the most was the pictures and video he has from his time with Yuriko if someone were to find out about them..no, he rather not think about it.

Stepping out of the room, briefly wondering if he should lock it as he left when spotted a small group of female students crowding down the hall. Normally this would have been something ignorable but given the fact the group of five should be at the opening ceremony, it was suspicious. Feeling lazy, he decided to ignore it but then say a sixth girl round the corner carrying a broom? Hiding from there sight, he couldn't make out what they were saying but noticed a girl, he assumed was the leader, jamming the broom into a door handle trying to force it shut.

'What were they doing?' Naruto wondered as he decided that now would be a good time to interfere, but the girls soon ran off probably to the opening ceremony. "What was that about?" Naruto as he walked towards the area the girls were at, he eyed the broom questioning what it was for when he saw it shake.

"Help…please let me out…please..." A muffled feminine voice called out as they sniffled softly, Naruto quickly removed the broom and open the door as a girl fell towards him forcing him to catch lest she hurt herself.

"Thank you…" The girl mutter hiding the fact she was crying from the person who saved her from being trapped in the janitor closet. After she rubbing her eye and stared at the person who saved her. Taking a good look at the girl in front of him, he knew the girl was a first-year from the fact he hasn't seen any girl like her. This is saying a lot. The girl had long wavy orange hair reaching to the middle of her back, with a black hairband keeping her bangs out of her face. She had a rather large chest, that was emphasized by her school uniform that seemed a bit tight. Her breast looked to be about the same size as Rei's chest…not that he looked or anything, but the most eye-catching thing was her yellow eyes.

"Are you okay?" Naruto asked as the girl wiped the tears from her face, making Naruto feel bad for not stepping in sooner just to see what the girls were doing.

"Yea…" she said weakly her eyes directed towards the ground, "I…wasn't stuck inside that long."

"Still doesn't make it right…" Naruto retorted as he took a deep breath, this wasn't the time to argue. "What is your name?"

"Yuuki…miku, I'm a first year…," Yuuki whispered as her eyes glanced at him shyly, Naruto tried to give her a reassuring smile.

"I'm Naruto Uzumaki, second year. Guess that makes me your senpai then." Naruto speaking his thoughts as scratching his cheek unsure what to do. As the orange-haired girl was giving him a blank stare, faking coughing to move past what he just said. "Anyways, we should-What happen to your uniform?' Naruto said with narrowed eyes as he noticed that the girl's uniform was slightly wet as if someone spilled something on her as the left side of it was completely dry, there was also a small tear on the bottom. Yuuki turned to cover it, eyes downcast seeming ashamed she was caught with a dirty uniform on the first day of school. Biting his lower lip in anger, did those girls do that? Taking a deep breath as he tried to calm his rage, he needed to figure out what to do with Yuuki's dirty uniform problem. When recalled that Shizuka should have extra sets of the school uniform in case of emergency. This was probably one of those times.

"Follow me, the nurse's office should have a spare uniform for you to wear," Naruto said as he motioned her to follow him, she reluctantly did so as she grumbled underneath her breath.

"You didn't have to…" Yuuki was ignored as she followed behind the older blond, at least he didn't seem that bad. She kept quiet as they went down the hall and entered the nurse's office, looking around the office with suspicion, her arms were crossed in front of her as she made sure that Naruto was in her sight.

If Naruto noticed, he didn't comment on it as he went into a closet and start digging. He knew Shizuka had kept the extra uniforms in the closet since he had needed one after getting into a rather bad fight. Leaving him with a ripped shirt and jacket, it felt rather uncomfortable being stared at by every student and teacher. It wasn't that odd…right?

"I don't know your…um, size so I just grabbed a few and you can choose which one fits best." Naruto gave her three uniforms in a plastic shrink wrap. She thanked him as she gave him a look, he sighed as he knew what she wanted. "Yeah, yeah I get it." Turning towards the door and walked out of the room, closing the door behind him and faced away from the room. Miku sighed a breath of relief when he left, she grabbed the uniform in her size and walked behind one of the bed curtains, pulling it to add another layer to prevent him from peeking. Lucky for him, she was fairly quick in changing out of her clothes.

"Your still here?" Yuuki asked surprised in seeing him still waiting for her, Naruto simple raised his brow at her.

"It's only been 3 minutes or so…Besides, I need to make sure you make it to the auditorium for the opening ceremony." Naruto said as Yuuki groaned.

"Do I have too?" she asked wanting nothing more than to go home and take a nice bath.

"I don't like it either trust me, but if you don't want to get in trouble or be placed on your teacher's shit list its best to at least be there," Naruto answered.

"I'm going to get in trouble either way." The first year mumbled underneath her breath.

"No you won't," he replied assured that won't happen, making the orange-haired first-year place her hands on her hips as she stared at him in disbelief. However, she kept her mouth shut and just followed him. As they walked Yuuki eyed the blond's back and couldn't help but feel that she can trust him. At least her first day was looking up

(Time Skip)

By the time Naruto and Yuuki made it to the opening ceremony it had all but finished. He manages to get Yuuki excused after explaining what happened to her teacher in private. He saw Kyoko gave him a stern glare but kept quiet as she knows Naruto had some reason why he wasn't there. He did manage to see Shizuka who had returned his phone to him, but was slightly embarrassed when he saw where the woman kept it. Well, at least it seemed that she didn't look at anything private he had on his phone. He really should Copy the stuff Yuriko sent him and keep it out of his phone.

After that, everything was quiet for the rest of the morning and well into the evening, school ended with little to no problem as far as he was aware of. Looking around his classroom, seeing the mass majority of his classmates have begun to leave for the day, some of the school clubs had a meeting today to ether prepare for event, game, or to start recruiting students. He did message his senpai's that are still at school, that he will have a meeting the next day, He was prepared to start recruiting new members for the committee. Maybe he can convince Saya to join since she did like bossing people around…actually maybe not.

Naruto stood up from his seat and started to gather his textbook placing them into his school bag when he felt his phone go off. Answering it, he quickly heard Saya's voice saying she was going to the mall to buy a game she preordered and hung up on him just as fast. She was still mad at him, huh. Letting out a deep sigh Naruto then noticed that Saeko and Rei had both sent him a message. Saeko was simple, as she had to stay late since she had a meeting with the kendo club and was going to get a ride home from her father. Rei's was unusual telling him to wait for her as she had a quick meeting with her club, wanting to talk to him about something important. He didn't know what she wanted but he could stay longer for her, it was either that or going home bored.

So to waste some time Naruto decided to organize his office, a plan to recruit new members, cause his committee can't run with only 3 people. After doing that he decided to relax on his couch and catch a quick nap, but just as he sat down his phone went off. He raised an eyebrow when he saw that she wanted to meet him on the rooftop. Which was odd, cause didn't they lock the roof? Whatever might as well see what Rei wanted from him, cause the sun was already setting. He hopes it's nothing too serious.

Rei was nervous…beyond nervous, pacing back and forth as she eyed the double doors wait for Naruto. She actually had been on the roof for a while before she had sent the text for her former classmate to meet her. She left her club meeting and had to convince both Takashi and Hisashi to go home ahead of her. It took a bit of time but she got them to leave since she couldn't have them around with what she planned to do.

"Calm down…calm down…your just potentially ruining a meaningful friendship at a chance it being something more." Rei muttered to herself as she straightens her skirt out at the same time wiping her hands clean of sweat, "Taking a deep breath and…ARG! I don't know what to do!?" She wondered if it's too late to ask one of her other friends for advice but she didn't want them to find her and spy on her. That will make everything 10 times worse, she even made sure Saeko was busy since her instincts told her she was a big obstacle with what she going to do.

She didn't hate Saeko, she just didn't know how to deal with her. Honestly, it felt like the purple-haired girl was on another level compared to her. Rei wasn't blind she knows Saeko was considered by a lot of the students as the most attractive girl at school, plus she is one of the top students in her grade. Add her graceful and sophisticated mannerisms; Rei felt a little underwhelming compare to Saeko. If someone was to choose between her and Saeko, she had a feeling that Saeko would be the one chosen more often. At least she has a few advantages that Saeko doesn't have, namely a better chest.

She still had a rather large hurdle to overcome, namely Saeko and naruto's close relationship. While she only knew Naruto for a year, Saeko had her beat there also there relationship was a lot closer than most, the two were extremely comfortable with one another. Even more then She was with Takashi that is saying something given how long the two known each other. Add another thing to be jealous about, she wishes Takashi could take a hint but now it was time to move on. Rei stood still as her heart seemly skipping a beat when she saw the rooftop doors open and seeing Naruto made her mouth dry up. The blonde saw her leaning against the rooftop railing, walked up to her as she began fidgeting with her fingers.

"Hey, Naruto-Kun." Rei addressed him as he stopped in front of her.

"Sup…" Naruto said as the two feel into a silence that slowly grows longer as nether spoke up. The blond bites his lip as he waited, Rei mentally berated herself for not thinking of an ice breaker. Now she causes an awkward silence.

"So is something up Rei?" Naruto asked still a bit confused, "It bit unusual for you to ask to meet me somewhere. Usually, you would just come to find me to hang out, much less ask me to meet you on the roof. So what going on?"

"I just…" Rei started, this is bad she needs more time. "How was your first day as a second year?" Damnit, what kind of question was that.

"It's odd, I don't feel like I'm in my second year." He answered, while the question was odd in his opinion but it helped the girl at the moment.

"I know right, I still feel like I'm just a first-year. It will probably take some time to get used too. Is Hayashi-sensei still your homeroom teacher?"

"Yea, who is your homeroom teacher now?" Naruto felt curious when Rei let out a sigh.

"I got Shido-sensei."

"Shido?" He asked unsure what to make of the fact Rei got him as a homeroom teacher. He doesn't really know much of the guy, only besides the fact, he creeps the hell out of him. Seriously when Shido tried to talk to Naruto, it took every ounce of restraint he had not to punch that guy. Shido just had a disgusting presence that made him want to avoid that weirdo at all costs.

Rei nodded her head in agreement, no offense to Shido-sensei but he freaked her out too. She also caught him looking at her and Saeko more than once. It was rather off-putting, besides that Shido…seems popular with students…okay, popular with the track team where he is the advisor too. Shaking her head as the conversation was heading in the opposite direction then what she wanted, she needs something too…too set the mood. Maybe she should just tell him.

"Naruto…kun." Looking towards the girl with a raised brow, she gulped as she decides to wing it. "For a while... I have been having this…feeling. Huh, now that I think about it, it might have been longer…"

Naruto stayed silent as he listens to her as she continued. "You probably forgot or I probably never told you, to be honest, I can't recall if I ever did. However, I had this…friend. We have known each other for years since we were in kindergarten. We were very close kind of how you and Saeko are, we made a promise which is kind of silly, the two of use made a pinkie promise to marry each other. It was a silly promise considering we were like 5 at the time but it meant a lot to me."

Taking a brief pause as Rei had a sad smile on her face at the thoughts of her dear promise to Takashi, "Since I was older than him by a few months, we were forced to be apart by a school year, so we couldn't see each other as much as we wanted. There were times where it was very hard, but we managed to make it work. As we got older…I still held on to that promise fondly, hoping that we can make it happen in the future. However…things tend not to work out as I hoped. Despite how much I dropped hints at him or tried to get him to become something more…he always finds an excuse to leave or just ignore me. No matter what I did…I couldn't get him to notice how I felt." Rei clenched her hands on her skirt as she felt tears starting to form on her eyes but was surprised when Naruto brought her into a hug. She almost cracked, taking a moment to calm herself down and held out. Her friend didn't need to know that, closing her eyes and enjoyed the warmth she felt from his embrace…it felt nice.

"You know if anyone sees us like this they might get the wrong idea…" Rei muttered as Naruto was spooked and let go, apologizing for the sudden hug. Causing the girl to giggle while brushing her hair behind her ear giving Naruto a flirty smile. "What if I like it?

"What?" He blinked, did she really just say that? That was...odd.

"You heard right…you probably don't have any clue about what's going on. You probably think its odd about me telling you about my friend and what that all means right?" Rei said as Naruto just nodded slowly, not trusting his voice now. Call him crazy but this is kind of sounds like she?...No, she can't be.

"I guess what I'm trying to say is things change…people change…I'm tired of waiting for something that might never happen." Rei stated as she took a small step towards Naruto, keeping direct eye contact with him. Naruto felt his heartbeat a bit fast, is she? NO, Stop that kind of thinking, this was Rei, no way she can think about him in that way.

"For the past few months, I have been thinking about this actually." shaking the man out of his thoughts and focus on what she was saying, that he didn't see her take a step close to him. "I have been…I don't want to sound like a weirdo, but I have been thinking about…you a lot. Thinking how much I enjoyed spending time with you, how safe you make me, how much I just being near you that my heart feels like it will explode. You probably never noticed how much you mean to me…" Rei took another step towards Naruto her chest pressing up against his, her arms placed softly on his chest. Her half-lid eyes never leaving his as her face had a healthy blush on her face, which Naruto matched.

"Rei…are you saying what I think your-" He started as Rei nodded her head.

"Naruto-Kun…I won't waste this chance I have…cause I don't think I will ever get another one if I chicken out." Moment of truth, "I love you…Please…go out with me." Rei said as she looked deep into Naruto's eyes as his jaw dropped wide open. Seeing a chance, she kissed him as his eyes open wide from shock. Thanks to his lover, his response was automatic and he responded to her kiss. This time, it was her time to be surprised but decided to go with the flow being her first kiss and all. As the two lips locked Naruto's hands cupped Rei's cheeks as she throws her hands around his neck. The two paid no attention to what was going all around them and just enjoyed the moment they had alone.

The two lost track of time when they finally separated with haggard breath and a trail of saliva connecting from their tongues. The two softly gasped for air as they stared at each other quietly, still holding one another closely. Naruto was the first to come out of his stupor and felt embarrassed about his sudden action. "Sorry…"

"Don't be…I just didn't expect that kind of kiss being my first." Rei confessed as her fingers touched her lips lightly. "A girl can get used to this…" Rei giggled, as she leaned on Naruto, leaving him…very, no…extremely conflicted. When he came up to the roof, he honestly never expect this kind of thing to happen. This was honestly the first time he been confessed too and he had technically accepted with that kiss. He didn't want to break Rei's feelings but…he didn't know how he felt about this. He liked Rei no doubt about that, he would consider her a great friend, a very attractive one. But…as girlfriend, honestly he never really considered that. He never really put thought into his dating life considering his…well, you know. Now presented with a chance at a legit girlfriend, he wasn't sure what to do…he needs time to think. Something he didn't have a lot of at the moment. Well, here goes nothing.

"Okay…" He said, making the girl confused for a second at what was just said.

"Okay?" She mimed while smiling at her new Boyrfriend. Boyfriend...it felt nice to say that, well, think it.

"Yea…I mean, let give it a try and see if we can make it work. This will take some time getting used to…" Naruto admitted as Rei giggled as she tried to kiss him only to be stopped. She pouted at him forcing her newly dubbed boyfriend to explain himself.

"We really should be leaving, it getting pretty late and the school will close for the day soon." Okay, he had a good reason.

"Fine…I don't like it though." Rei said as the two began walking towards the door when Naruto stopped as he looked at his…girlfriend and asked.

"Um..are you sure about this Rei…me being your boyfriend…and all." Naruto was skittish as he scratched his cheek still unsure about the whole thing. In response…she smiles gently at him as she grabbed his arm and hugged it close.

"I'm sure…don't think, I'm going to let you go anytime soon after all the trouble I went through to get you." This causes him to roll his eye but she saw that tiny smile he had tried to hide from her.

"Fine, so what do you want to do?" he asked as Rei tapped her lip in thought before a thought went through her mind.

"How about we go back to my place, Otou-san is going to stay for dinner and OKaa-san wanted you to come by anyways." Rei quickly responded making the blond very nervous, before he was just their daughter's friend, now he was her boyfriend…this was a bad idea. "And afterward maybe you can show me that thing you did with your tongue before." Okay, maybe it was worth it…he hopes this isn't going to be a mistake. Rei smiled at her boyfriend as he wrapped his hands around her shoulder and walked off to go to her place. The girl leaned against Naruto as she couldn't help but feel this was the right choice.

'This feels nice…' Rei thought with a soft smile enjoying the feeling of his arm around her. But a small thought went through her mind, she hopes Takashi takes it well. She will worry about that when it comes. Right now she will enjoy the moment.

Yeah, sorry for the long wait but like I said, I needed to step away and refocus myself. I started up new stories, created new ideas, made some new friends, got a full-time job, plotted out this story, etc. I digress, I want to say thanks to all the people who read this and the people who leave a review and the people who don't. And would like to apologize to the people who left me a PM and I have not responded too, well you probably know what happened to the sight and its removing notification for PM. So makes it harder for me to know when I get and I feel bad for not responding to them. So I will make an effort to see them, but if I don't get back to you I will try to respond ASAP.

Some people have asked about my original plans for the second year and try to add them here, but I can't, I decided to remove them when I uploaded the last chapter. There was no turning back after i put that out. So if you want to know about it send me a pm, I don't make this any longer then needed.

This story isn't perfect, I'm just a guy doing his own thing if you like it thanks, but if you don't well there is nothing I can do except thanks for your time and sorry you didn't like it. The story isn't your usual HOTD story crossover, I'm trying something different here and people probably will say I'm failing at it. So I'm just going to my own thing and try to make a good story, I can't make everyone happy. But I will try my hardest.
