We find ourselves zooming in on what looked like numerous tall buildings and structures on a large mountainside with numerous railways going around.

Overall a futuristic city that was near the clouds, but that's not where we're focusing on. We're focusing down near the bottom of the mountains towards a large ocean with coral bits attached to the bottom of the big chunks of rock.

We dive deeper still until we come across a large underwater cave and venture in, going deeper and deeper. Deep deep inside it we find a large group of Cyber Squid currently latched on to the walls and keeping an eye on numerous power cores built into the cave walls which is where they got their power from.

In the middle of this horde was a figure who dwarfed the other cyber squids. It resembled a huge colossal squid in size with a glowing red eye unlike the others, but with the same sort of head and circuit lines, except it had several smaller tentacles moving from the top with small beak jaws snapping on the ends, currently resting on a large rock foundation. The smaller squids swarmed around it, like bees circling their queen.

The huge squid's eyes gave off a low glow, making the smaller ones swim away as it moved off the foundation and felt something was off. As though several of its followers and their signals suddenly vanished.

It began to swim towards the disturbance, with all the others swimming after it. It made its way out of the cave and felt like one of the numerous power cores in it's dwelling was snuffed out, making the color it gave off glow darker before it let out a sonic sound to the others, causing all of them to start swimming together in a straight forward pattern up to the water's surface.

As that happened, several of them swam down over near a large ship settled beside the cave and proceeded to the controls, linked up to it, and turned it on before it made its way upwards to the surface with the back part of it opening up and a ramp stretching out. When the large one and the others broke the surface, they swam over to it and began to move onto it with their tentacles. When they were all on, the ramp and the door closed up before the engines on it roared to life and started to lift into the air. Soon the ship began to soar into the sky and inside it, the large squid turned to face the smaller ones and spoke to them in a frequency only they knew.

(My subjects, you all have sensed what I have I'm sure. One of our very own cores has gone silent, along with several of our own kind.)

(NO!)

(Why has this happened?!)

(But how? All of the cores have stayed in our home! All of them are accounted for, all except for….one.)

(One we thought lost forever, but it still existed, until now. Whoever, or whatever caused this, is most likely the same thing behind several of our own being extinguished. This will NOT be taken so lightly. We will find the planet the core fell to, hunt down the one who destroyed our own, and make them wish they had never been born!)

(Yes, get revenge for this slight against us!)

(Make them pay, and let us make their world ours!)

(We will locate who it was, by following an odd energy source. I sensed it, one that was stronger than our core. It was active before the core went silent, which means once it appears again, I will know, and that is where we shall land.)

(Yes, our queen will lead us to glory!)

(All hail the queen!)

All of the smaller ones let out sounds together while the larger one faced the front of the ship.

(Do not falter and bring us to the planet as quick as possible!)

(Yes my queen!)

(Later)

On Earth, we find Ben, Gwen, and Max, all getting set up for another day at the beach, which surprisingly was less crowded than expected.

"Alright kids, you have fun, and be careful to watch out for broken glass." spoke Max setting up the umbrella.

"Relax grandpa, there's hardly anyone around here to leave that stuff in the sand." remarked Ben casually with a smile.

"All it takes is one missed step before you step on something you don't see. People love to leave their junk lying around and not bother picking it up." He said warningly. "That is how you got the omnitrix, remember?"

"To be fair, that came from a flaming asteroid in the middle of the night, something that's pretty hard to miss."

"Look, just be safe, ok?"

"No problem, safe is my middle name." Ben boasted as Gwen rolled her eyes.

"Yeah, and I'm the one who got the omnitrix." She remarked while sitting down on a sun chair while Ben stuck his tongue out and headed off. "And don't cause any trouble with some new alien dweeb!"

"Oh please, what are the odds of that happening?" He waved off while the camera panned up high in the sky where the ship from early was entering and heating up as it headed near the beach.

(We are losing control, the ship is tearing itself apart!)

(Direct it towards that large body of water!)

(I am trying, but we will hit a shallow part at this trajectory, right next to a large landmass!)

(It's better than letting it explode with all of us! Do it now!)

(Yes my queen!)

The ship swerved over to what was a nearby cliff besides the ocean, causing it to crash into the water on the opposite side of it, where anyone on the beach side wouldn't notice.

(Status report!)

(My queen, I have bad news, the ship is completely destroyed.)

(WHAT?!)

(Yes, it seems this planet's atmosphere was stronger than anticipated, and during entry all our communication arrays tore off, and the engines were burned on reentry, the only thing that kept us safe was our water stasis device that kept our water from freezing in space, it also managed to act as a heat shield long enough to let us enter the atmosphere before it overloaded and broke.)

The large squid's eye glowed before letting out a high pitched scream while several of the tentacles slammed against the haul in frustration. (Damn it! I'm going to hunt down that mysterious signal, locate the being that's responsible, and slowly rip them to pieces until they are begging for it to end!)

(I would recommend caution my queen, according to our charts this planet is neutral, and protected by the plumbers.)

(Those pretentious 'law upholders'? Bah, I'm not afraid of them. If they get in our way, we will crush them.)

(I understand my queen, but what I mean is that they may be our only hope on leaving this planet and fixing our ship.)

(We will worry about the ship AFTER we find the source of that signature, and according to my sensors, it's not that far from our current position. All of you, swim out there and await my orders. I'm going to see if I can spot anything on my own.)

(Yes my queen!) They all called as they began to quickly leave the ship. They swam out into the open water while the queen made her way ahead of them and around the bottom of the cliff, and over towards the shore where a few women in bikinis were trying to get a sun tan.

'Hmmm, my sensors indicate that there are several living organisms ahead, perhaps they are the dominant species of this planet, I need more data.' Thought the large squid and slowly swam closer, sticking close to some rocks and slowly poking its head up with the eye zooming in towards the women laying on their backs or stomachs. 'They seem like mammals with barely any hair. What could they be doing right now?' She thought as she got an idea. 'Perhaps if I take them and assimilate them, learn more about their forms I can understand them.'

"Man, coming to the beach was a great idea."

"Yeah, how did you find this spot, it's so great and isolated!"

"I heard it from a guy who liked to brag this is where he took random girls to plow, but honestly I think it's some spot he found to jerk off by himself."

"Ew, gross, I guess that explains why it's abandoned."

"Oh yeah." she nodded, both of them unaware of the tentacles coming from the water and towards them. Suddenly all three felt something grab their legs before they were quickly dragged into the water. "AHHH-" their screams getting cut off. The water splashed around violently where they were taken in before it became eerily still.

A few seconds went by before a figure began to rise up near the rock with a silvery grey slim and dainty hand. Following that showed what looked like a woman, but with the same color, glowing red eyes, and hair that resembled smaller tentacles with a bare chest who looked over herself. "Hmmmm, for a couple of mammals I have to say, not bad, this form is a bit strange, but not completely unpleasant."

Several tentacles poked out of the water as the woman looked around the beach and narrowed her eyes.

"That source is close, I can almost hear it pinging in my receptors." She said as she began to swim down the beach, towards a certain boy.

Said boy rubbed his chin while thinking of which aliens to use at the moment. "If I use Wildmutt I could bury Gwen in the sand, then again maybe I could freak out some fisherman with Ripjaws. Or even better, go for the ultimate cannonball with Cannonbolt." he grinned while looking at the nearby cliff. "That spot would be perfect for it." He began to scroll through his watch, preparing for his stunt, unaware of the creature heading towards him.

'What is that mammal doing? It's doing something with it's arm.' she thought before a flash of green made her cover her eyes. When she looked, they widened when she saw a different being standing there before it rolled up into a ball and headed off. 'That! That's the source of that energy signature! I've found it!' She thought as she began to race after him. 'A device of that power will make an excellent replacement for the core that was destroyed!'

Cannonbolt was completely unaware of the woman as he made it up the cliff while she swam down near the bottom of it and under the water. When he reached a certain distance he stopped. "Alright, got a good distance to gain some speed. Oh man this is gonna be sweet."

"YOU! HALT!"

"Huh?" he unfolded from himself and looked around, but didn't see anyone. "That's weird, I thought I-"

"DOWN HERE! IN THE WATER!" Called the voice, making him roll over to see what looked like a silver skinned woman half in the water.

"Woah." he muttered, not about the skin part, but due to the fact it was a hot woman without a bikini top, giving him a look at the bare breasts which made him momentarily forget he was noticed. "Uh….wow."

"COME DOWN HERE!"

"You don't have to tell me twice." he muttered before shaking his head. "Hold on! I'll be down in a sec!"

"HURRY!"

Cannonbolt rolled up and started to spin on the spot, trying to pick up speed and traction, then went rolling up to the cliff, flying right off it without losing speed, then went dropping down to the water. He quickly resurfaced, looking around for the woman. "Hey, did you see that?"

"Yes, I did." remarked the woman rising up behind him, making him whirl around and smile.

"Pretty good huh?"

"It got you down here fast, now let's get straight to business, you owe me!"

"Uh...owe you what?" He asked, confused while blushing seeing her chest up close.

"You owe me your life!" She shouted as she launched herself at him, her 'hair' rising up and becoming long tentacles.

"Woah!" he went wide eyed as she fell on him, sending them both under water while trying to grab at the tentacles as they wrapped around his hands. 'She's not human!'

(You will pay for snuffing out one of our cores!) She let out in her natural dialect, which he couldn't understand and tried to get away from her, but felt more tentacles wrap around his stubby legs, before realizing she had no legs of her own, but longer tentacles.

"What did I do to you?!" He wanted to cry out, but it came out gargled due to the water. He tried to swim back, but the tentacles held on, and the lack of air was starting to get to him. 'Crap, I'm gonna drown at this rate!' He thought as he frantically tried to hit the omnitrix.

(You will know my vengeance!) She let out, only for another green flash to happen, making her cover her eyes and looked, only to blink in surprise when she saw a fish creature with limbs in her grip. (What the-)

"Oh yeah, now we're talking." spoke Ripjaws before opening his mouth and bit into the tentacles holding his arm and tore right through it.

(AUGH! YOU DARE TO HARM ME?! A QUEEN?!) She cried out as the creature did the same to the others, freeing himself before swimming off making her eyes glow more red. (I WILL RIP YOUR SKULL OUT FROM YOUR HEAD!)

"Oh boy, you sound mad, time to retreat!" He said as he turned and began to quickly swim away. He looked and saw her swimming after him with ease due to the tentacles, which he swore were slowly mending themselves. "Aw great, just my luck."

(Get back here and pay for your sins against my subjects!)

Ripjaw swam down near the bottom of the beach and turned to see her launch out several tentacles, making him narrowly avoid them and saw a few break through some of the big rocks there with ease. 'Geez, who is this lady?!'

(I'm going to shred the flesh from your body and feed it to my minions!)

"I can't understand you!" He called back as he leaped out of the water and onto the beach. He swam onto shore while Max himself noticed since he was in the middle of fishing.

"Ben, what's going on?"

"There's some crazy lady trying to kill me." He shouted before said crazy lady burst out of the water, hot on his heels...er, tail.

(Oh no you don't!) the tendrils that had jaws on the end lunged out and tried snapping at him, making him duck to the ground as she slowly came on land using the lower bodied ones. (You, you must pay!)

"I still can't understand you!" he cried out before Max came running over and tried throwing his tackle box at her head to distract her.

"Hey, over here! If you want to hurt my grandson you have to go through me!"

She turned to him and let out a screech before grabbing him with her tendrils. "You dare get in my way mammal? Then you will suffer like him!"

"Wait, you speak english?!" Ripjaws cried out.

"I can translate what I'm saying so you apes can understand me." she spoke before picking Max up while grabbing Ripjaws by his legs and hoisted him upside. "Now hold still, I want to make this as messy as possible."

"Whoa whoa whoa, what is this all about, why are you so mad at me?!"

"You snuffed out our core!" She snapped before hearing a beeping sound, followed by a red flash, and averted his eyes, only to see Ben in his normal form and blinked. "You changed shape again? What can this one do? Climb up trees and throw rocks?"

"Yeah, but this is how I usually look." He frowned while trying to get the tendrils off his ankles. "And what core are you talking about?"

"The core, the one that my people covet, our lifeblood, the one you so mercilessly destroyed, do not try and act like you do not remember such a heinous act!" she growled while shaking him. "I know it was you! The energy source that was near it is the same one that is coming from you!"

"Core? Grandpa, I don't remember doing anything like that, do you?"

Said old man looked at the woman, the tendrils, and tried to think of a core before his eyes widened. "The underwater hotel!"

Ben's eyes widened themselves and looked at the woman. "Wait, you're one of those squids?!"

"I am their leader, their queen!" she yanked him over to look him in the eyes. "And for destroying a school of my followers and one of our sacred cores? Death!"

"Whoa whoa whoa! It was self defense, I had no other options!" he spoke up quickly. "If it didn't happen we would have died."

"Do I look like I-WOAH!" She cried out, suddenly finding herself lifted up under herself and saw it was a twister, which propelled her into the air, making her let go and drop Ben and Max, only to cry out as she was flung far away from the shore and into the water. "Ugh, what just happened?!"

"I leave for a few minutes and you get into trouble, again." remarked Gwen with her hands glowing as she helped her cousin and grandpa up.

"Good timing Gwen." smiled Max. "For a second there, I thought we were gonna be fish food."

"Yeah, nice going doofus."

"What is this, what did you just do?!"

"I used magic, duh."

"Ma-gic?" the woman tilted her head confused before shaking it and glared. "Don't interfere you annoying ape! This is between me and the other ape!"

"I heard it! And we were trying to survive!" Gwen called back with a frown. "How were we supposed to know that was some kind of sacred orb thingy?"

"You just should have known! But the fact of the matter is you destroyed it and must pay!" she yelled before she let out a loud screech that made the three cover their ears while a large mass of light lit up under the water before they started to see it move around her. "Go my followers! Show these apes the might of our race!"

"Uh, Ben? Now might be a good time to go alien!"

"Trying!" he spoke fiddling with the dial as the lights moved to the shore where they saw a huge mass of squids rising up with hundreds of tendrils. "I just went twice and this thing isn't working!"

"You unlocked master control for a reason, use it!" spoke Gwen while Max ran over to the cooler and pushed a button on the side, causing it to open up and transform before he pulled out two blasters.

"Kids back up! I'll try to draw their attention!"

"Go my children, go and tear them all apart!" The queen ordered.

Gwen muttered an incantation with her eyes closed before her hands lit up more and caused the sand to swirl and gather together into what looked like a serpent that let out a cry and slammed down against several squids at once. The squids cried out in pain as several of them tried to latch onto the serpent. This of course didn't work due to how loose the sand was while Ben groaned and started to slap at the faceplate.

"Come on! Now is the time to really pull through! I need a heavy hitter right now!"

"Scanning new alien DNA, please wait." Came a voice from it before the green turned yellow with a beam shooting out, making him go wide eyed as it moved across the queen.

"Woah, that's new."

"What is this, what are you doing to me you filthy ape?!"

"Getting a new addition." He smirked as the light went out before he saw a new silhouette show up. This one showed a large squid like creature, looking a bit like a kraken from the old sailor tales. "Here goes nothing!"

"Stop him!" she cried out as one of them lunged at Ben with its beak, but got blasted aside by Max right as Ben slammed down, and got covered in a green light. Everyone covered their eyes as the squids were momentarily blinded.

"Gah, what is this, another trick you stupid...monkey?" She spoke before going wide eyed as she saw a Cyber Squid the same size as her regular form, but with a glowing green eye and a black top half with the Omnitrix symbol right on top. "I...I...I….what?"

(Woah, so this is what it feels like one of you guys.) Ben remarked looking himself over, speaking their native tongue with Gwen and Max not understanding a word.

"Alright, now kick their ass Ben!" Gwen called with a grin.

"Gwen! Language!"

"Sorry."

(Oh I'll do more than that.) Ben tried to use his tendrils to move himself over, which was awkward, while the other Cyber Squids were confused and turned to their queen for answers.

(My queen, why is there a king here, how is this possible?)

(I thought those pirates killed the last king centuries ago!)

"I-It's a trick! Get them!" She ordered as she shook her head. 'Keep focused, it's not a real king, it's not a real king!'

The Cyber Squids resumed charging at them with Gwen casting any spell she could think of with Max firing at them, and Ben himself trying to move properly.

(Ugh, why do tentacles have to be so hard to move?!) he groaned as he saw some of them reach him before they jumped on him and started to slam themselves against his head. (Hey watch it! You're giving me a headache!)

(I'm sorry false king, but our queen commands it!)

(And what she says, we obey!)

(Um… what if I order you to stop?) He asked while trying to shake them off as more latched onto his own tendrils. (I mean I AM bigger than you.)

(I...I have to follow the queen, and she said you weren't a real king!)

'Wait, maybe I can use that.' thought Ben who tried shaking them off. (How do you know that? How do you know she just doesn't want you to know that?)

(T-The queen would never lie to us, right?)

(But what if she has?)

The Cyber Squids looked at each other while one of them tried to speak up.

(He's trying to trick us! The queen wants him dead, and we must obey!)

(But… it's been so long since we've had a king…)

(And if he is one….)

(Then we need him and the queen to come together to restart the royal line! It is the only way to make our species prosper!)

(Uh yeah, yeah exactly. I mean it'd be wrong to have a queen but no king, am I right guys?) Ben went along with it, trying to make it sound convincing, but at the same time trying not to get TOO into this.

(Yes, yes! He is right, this is fate, we must stop fighting, for now we have a Queen AND a King!)

(A trick! A trick! He destroyed some of our brethren before!) The Queen called, trying to get her subjects under control. (Don't listen to him and destroy them all!)

(But my queen, we can't destroy one of our own!)

She gritted her teeth with her hair and body tendrils twitching. (THEN I'LL DO IT MYSELF!) She shouted as she lunged at Ben. (DIE!)

(No way!) he spoke, managing to shake the Cyber Squids off and used his own tendrils to catch her as she tried to wrap her tendrils around him and began to squeeze.

"Go Ben! Kick her ass!"

"Gwen." warned Max as the two of them saw the Cyber Squids had stopped moving to watch the battle.

(My queen, please stop fighting the king!)

(He is NOT a king!) She bellowed back. "How dare you confuse my subjects!"

(It's not my fault!) he spoke back while trying to pry her off him and break free from her grip.

(Yes it is! First you destroy the core, then insult me with that monkey form, and now you take the form of a king and confuse my subjects!)

Ben groaned as he felt her squeeze tighter, but when he looked at the water he got an idea. He heaved his body weight against her, pinning her to the sand, and started to roll towards the water.

(Just give up and accept your fate!)

(Not gonna happen squid head!) He spoke as the two wound up going in the water where he used his body to try and drag her deeper from the shallow end.

(Come on, I'm a squid, are you really trying to drown me?)

(No, but this means we're on equal ground, literally.) Replied Ben who managed to slide a tendril under some of hers and pried them off, then used others to knock her back and swam a little bit to get some distance on her. (Come on, let's see if you can catch me in that form.) before he propelled himself away from her.

(Get back here and take your punishment already!) She roared as she raced after him.

Ben himself was taking to the form pretty quick in the water and made sure to take several random twists and turns, and making sure she was still on him. (Come on, don't tell me a queen is gonna lose a race to some 'ape'.)

(Shut up, shut up, shut up!) She roared angrily. She tried to swim faster and lash out her hair tendrils to grab him, but he narrowly avoided them with her eyes glowing brighter. (I will NOT be made a fool!)

(Hey, you did the fool thing all on your own!) He laughed as she tried to grab him once more. He swam faster and spotted a sunken ship ahead and lead her towards it. (Try not to get stuck!)

(Just stop talking and die already!) She yelled as they swam into the ship, but due to her speed she went right in while Ben himself clung to the roof and saw her go by, with her seeing her going right at several old support beams and crashed right into them, which started to make the place creak and shake.

'Ok, she'll struggle, the ship will collapse and she'll be trapped, perfect!' he thought before swimming right out, while she groaned and shook her head.

(Why that lousy no good-) she stopped before yelling out as the old boat came breaking down right on top of her. (Gah! What is this, some sort of trap?!) She cried as she found herself pinned under the debris. She tried to push herself up, but the pressure held her tendrils down. (No...no no no no no! D-Did you just trap me?! You fool!)

(Says the one who went right in without thinking.) Chuckled Ben right outside. (If you're a queen you can get out no problem.)

(No, you don't understand, you bested me in a fight! If my subjects see this they'll insist that you won the right to court me!) she cried out as she struggled.

(Court you? What, you mean like in tennis?)

(No you idiot, I mean as in mating! Sex! You become a king!)

Ben would have blushed, if he could, hearing the mating part and had an idea what that was. (What?! No way! That doesn't make any sense! I was just defending myself!)

(They don't care! That is the old way of how a king proves himself to a queen!)

Ben looked around quickly and swam over. (Look, if I get you out of this, you gotta swear you won't try to kill me, my grandpa, or my cousin. I'm not a monster.)

(Deal.) She said quickly. (I don't want a monkey to become my king!)

(I have a name.) he remarked before he started to pull the wreckage off her while she wiggled to try and help push it off. (It's Ben.)

(Good, Ben, well, you may have earned the right to live but you still owe my people for destroying our core.)

(I could leave you here you know.) He deadpanned. (Just drop it already, I had no other choice.)

(Easy for you to say, you don't understand the importance of the cores.) She muttered. (They were made by our ancestors, it's how we recharge and stay alive, or at least my people, as a queen I have my own core inside of me.)

(Well maybe if they weren't willing to let people drown to get it back, there wouldn't have been a problem.) He remarked while getting half the wreckage off her.

(Ok, let me put this in perspective, imagine if someone stole your sun, would you not kill to get it back?)

(Depends.) he remarked as she got the upper part of her body free. (Sure I'd wanna get it back, but with all the stuff I've had to deal with on the summer, killing? That's way over the line.)

(But without it your entire planet and species would die, same with our core.) She remarked as she felt some of her tendrils get free. (Isn't keeping your species alive worth crushing the life from the ones taking it?)

(Well...I guess, but-)

(Then you get why my people did what they did.) She said as he moved the last of the rubble off of her. She got up on her tendrils and sighed with relief. (Ah, much better.)

(Alright, so we're cool? You'll leave me, my family and earth alone?)

(Perhaps, but tell me something. Why did you actually bother?) She asked crossing her arms. (You could have easily turned away, swam off, and I'd be trapped there. You have no reason to bother, especially given I'm here to end you. So why help someone like me?)

(Because I'm a hero, even if you're evil I'll still offer some help.) He said as she looked at him curiously. (Besides, even if you can breath down here, leaving you stuck there is a bit much. Plus, don't think I've forgotten your pals, they'd probably have come back and gotten you out no problem, I just didn't want to give you another reason to want me dead.)

(Hmmm, fair enough… though I'm afraid me and my kind won't be leaving anytime soon.) she frowned. (The cores are the very things that gave us life. They were something that helped mold us into who we are today, all thanks to the Cerebrocrustaceans.)

(The cere-what?)

(A race of aliens, we were originally a science experiment, but then we gained sentience and destroyed our creators who wanted to enslave us. The point is we can't rebuild the cores, and our ship that crashed us here will never fly again.)

(So you're stuck here.)

(Yes.)

(...sorry to hear.)

(Yes…. actually, I may have an idea, since we're stuck here we might start a new colony.)

(Wait, you mean stay here? On Earth?)

(Yes, we can't leave so we might as well make ourselves at home.)

(Something tells me that's gonna be hard.)

(Why? From what I can tell you humans are terribly underdeveloped and not very powerful, it should be quite easy.)

Before Ben could reply, he heard a beeping sound. (Uh-oh, I gotta go, now!) He turn and swam off quickly much to her annoyance.

(Hey, get back here, don't just leave mid-conversation!) She swam after him while on the shore the others were confused and waiting to see who rose up first.

(Do...do you think the queen is ok?)

(I'm sure she is, she is the queen after all.)

(Yeah, you're right! She'll kill the false king and then find us a way home!)

"Grandpa? Do you think Ben will be ok?"

"I'm sure he's fine Gwen." he said, right as Ben burst out of the water, changing back into his regular form as he was in the air.

"Oh man, I thought I was gonna drown there." He panted as he crashed back into the water, close to the shore.

"Ben!" Gwen called as she and Max raced down to him.

(W-Where is the Queen?)

(You don't suppose she's…)

(N-No, she can't be...right?)

The Cyber Squids all buzzed with concern and slowly anger as they all turned to Ben.

(You… you hurt the queen! You killed her!)

(KILL HIM!) One roared, right as said queen breached the surface. (The queen!)

(She is still online!)

(My queen! You are alright!)

(Of course I am. Wait, did you all think I died?!) She glared at them. (Did you REALLY have that little faith in my abilities?)

(N-No, but… you WERE up against a king…)

She rolled her eyes and crossed her arms. (Well as you can see I'm perfectly fine.)

(So…. what now my queen?)

(Simple, we're going to establish a new colony on this planet.)

(Really? That's amazing! We won't fail you!)

"You, ape." she turned to Max. "Feel happy, for I've decided me and my minions will be establishing a colony in these waters, especially given our ship is wrecked."

"Wait, what?!" Max shouted in shock.

"Yes, also we will be taking Ben, he shall pay off his debt by helping us adapt to this planet."

"Say what?!" spoke Ben with wide eyes. "Says who?"

"Says me of course. You can become our species, you live here, and you're the one who brought us here for your actions." She listed off. "And if you fail to comply, well, we will just have to make you comply, maybe threaten to target some ships?"

"Hey, I could go Way Big." frowned Ben. "Think I won't? I threw Vilgax clear across space, which means I could take you and the rest of these squid heads on no problem."

"Vil-who?"

"Look, uh...ma'am." Spoke up Max. "I'm not sure establishing a colony here on Earth will work, at least, not without causing a panic."

"Well then, plumber, if those blasters are anything to go by, I'll just have to enact Article D3-FE Section 6." She spoke bluntly with a serious look making Max close his eyes and let out a sigh.

"Do you really think that is necessary?"

"Yes, I do."

"Grandpa, what's she babbling about?" asked Gwen.

"She's stating an old intergalactic law that to my knowledge is still in effect."

"And what law are we talking about?" asked Ben.

"One that regards colonization of a previously populated world, is a species has been there for more than five centuries without any efforts to remove them from said planet, then they have the right to start a colony."

"And my people crashed here two thousand years ago." She said smugly. "Which means it stands, especially since we can't get back to our home planet."

"Yes, while I suppose that is true, you still can't have Ben."

"Why not?"

"Because he's my grandson and I said so, and while you may be able to make a colony, you have no grounds to take h-"

"Article 7g-520, page 36, paragraph 47."

"...I really hate those old laws." he groaned, rubbing his forehead.

"Oh great, what's that one mean?" asked Ben.

"It talks about destroyment of a species holy relic, and what they can and can do to regain compensation, and the rules about attacking the leader of said race."

"Hey she started this." Spoke Gwen pointing at the queen. "She's the one who showed up and attacked us."

"That was a response to an attack on our species as a whole, completely justifiable." She said smugly. "You can be strong, fight as many battles as you want, but politics and bureaucracy will always win~"

"Wait, so you mean I HAVE to stay here?" Ben went wide eyed with Max holding a hand up.

"Not exactly. The law does state that she can do what has to be done to regain compensation, but given how you're a minor and are under my watch for the summer, she can't make you stay. She on the other hand? Can come with to make sure that you don't avoid repaying the damage that's been done."

"And I will do that as my subjects begin construction on our new colony." She said as Ben groaned.

"You mean we're gonna have to let some….robot squid alien come with us on our trip?" asked Gwen.

"Either that or have Ben here provide a new core, which he can't."

"Why not? I could go Grey Matter and build a brand new one."

"Ben, several of those cores used parts and elements that aren't on earth, you can't make a new one." Max whispered to him. "And some of the elements are said to be nearly impossible because they were forged eons ago."

"Ah...ok, so… how exactly is she going to fit in the RV?"

"My species can make themselves fit in tiny spaces thanks to our bodies." She boasted. "And if that isn't enough? Well, we will just strap Ben here to the roof to make room."

"Not a bad idea." remarked Gwen making her cousin glared.

"You'd just LOVE that doofus. Better idea, we lock you in the bathroom and she can have your bunk."

"Or we could bunk together." She said, making both of them blush.

"That's not something that's normal on earth."

"Why?"

"It just isn't, now then, we have a lot of road ahead of us." Max said with a sigh. 'I'm too old for this shit.'

(All of you, make sure the colony is big and roomy.) She ordered to the other Cyber Squids.

(YES MY QUEEN!) They all chanted before swimming away.

"So, shall we get going?" She asked as Ben and the family inwardly groaned.

'This will not end well.'
