Plagg's back!

Mari and Adrien were happily married with two children, Emma and Hugo.

They had given their miraculouses back to Master Fu after hawkmoths defeat after college.

It had been a tearful farewell for all concerned, Tikki and Plagg again became dormant. Waiting for the next time the cat and bug miraculouses were needed. Adrien and Marinette had vowed to remain strong for each other but even 20 years on with teenage children of their own. There were times when Marinette still wanted to run to Tikki for advice and Adrien wished for Plagg.

Emma and Hugo were sitting in the lounge of their parent's apartment when they noticed two black and red boxes that had not been on the coffee table that morning.

"What's this box?" Emma asked.

"Dunno" Hugo grunted, looking at the boxes with renewed interest.

"Well there's one each. Open on three?"

"One. Two. Three!"

The boxes opened and two glowing orbs floated out. One green and one red, both glowed for a moment before revealing a miniature black cat and ladybug like creatures.

Hugo looks in wonder and excitement but Emma screamed in fear.

Tikki flew forward, peering at Emma in concern.

"It's okay, please calm down. My name is Tikki and I'm a kwami."

"I'm hungry. Have you got any cheese?" Plagg interrupted zooming into Hugo's pocket.

Both Emma and Hugo just stared at each other.

Emma and Hugo had been Ladybug and Chat Noir for a few weeks when their parents found out. It was an accident really. Tikki and Plagg had been very strict on the secrecy so much so that they never appeared unless Hugo and Emma were completely alone. This was the first time the miraculouses had been given to siblings and Tikki and Plagg did not want an argument to result in their secret being blown.

Marinette and Adrien had been sitting at the kitchen table drinking hot milo when Ladybug and Chat Noir flew in through the balcony window and detransformed. Granted neither Emma nor Hugo had been expecting the kitchen to be occupied at 4am. For a moment no one moved, the shock clear on everyone's faces.

"Mum. Dad we can explain."

"Ahhh...!"

Before they could finish Adrien started screaming. A slightly higher pitched yell came from Hugo's shoulder, where Plagg was perched.

"Kiddd!"

"Plagg!"

Marinette was the next to scream. As she spotted Tikki hovering nearby.

"Tikki!"

"Marinette!"

Suddenly there were red and black blurs zooming across the kitchen towards their previous charges. Both Marinette and Adrien held their kwami's, hugging each other tightly.

Hugo and Emma stared at each other.

"I thought it was meant to be a secret!" Hugo whispered.
