Okay, I know I said that I was going to do a continuation of my Owlman Unlimited story, but this idea just came to me when I was reading the Spider-Man 2099 comic series, so I decided to write this One-shot. In the reviews, tell me which version you want me to write the most. Take some time to read both versions, and tell me which one you want me to do a continuation of the most. I'll write that version, and I'll put the other version up for adoption. Now, without further Ado, on to the One-shot, shall we?

The Only Chapter!

It has actually happened… Jaune Arc has actually lost everything.

After saving Cardin Winchester, the leader of Beacon's Team CRDL, from an attack by a giant Alpha Ursa Grimm, the head bully and Faunus racist of the school didn't take too kindly to being rescued by someone he deemed as weaker than himself. So to appease his own overinflated ego, Cardin revealed the secret of Jaune's transcripts to the entirety of Beacon.

The first to go were most of his friends. Pyrrha, Ren, Nora, Velvet and her team… they all hated him for how he got into Beacon. However, there are some who didn't turn their backs on him. Ruby and her sister are two of them. Ruby claimed that she could never turn her back on one of her closest friends. Yang, while mad at how he got into Beacon, couldn't find it in her heart to blame the young Knight for what he did, and openly admitted that she's done worse.

Weiss, while upset about the lie, had stated that nothing had changed between her and Jaune. She's heard plenty of lies from business tycoons her father works with, and out of all of them, this one was the most insignificant one to her. Blake wasn't very emotional about it, but she did say that everyone has skeletons in their closets. Plus, the fact that Jaune is pro Faunus is a good sign in her book.

However, while team RWBY still kept up their friendship with Jaune, they couldn't stop two terrible things from happening to him. His family dying at the hands of some scorpion Faunus named Tyrian and his own expulsion.

Both events took place in the same day, and seemed to break the boy beyond all possible means of emotional and mental repair. He shut off his own Aura as a result, and fled from Vale under the cover of darkness after a tearful goodbye to his only true friends. His life was now meaningless with no one and nothing left to fight for.

But a certain cross dimensional spider doesn't seem too keen on letting this boy go through such suffering.

Let's see just what they have in mind…
