I am so, SO sorry for the long wait for this chapter! Aside from a bit of writer's block here and there, I was also distracted by manga reading and video gaming, the latter specifically the Pokemon Sword and Shield DLC, as well as the Zeraora event. In my struggle to multi-task between here, reading, and gaming, I had realized how long this chapter will be, and decided it will be in two parts. I don't know when the part/chapter will be up. Maybe it will be after the Zeraora event ends, maybe after I update some more stories, or maybe somewhere in between. Do not ask where in between or when exactly because I, myself, would never know.

And there's also the fact that I am also starting to write another original story whenever I have writers' block for any of my Fanfiction stories or when I just want to write that story. So... yeah...

Now then, that being said, onwards to the chapter!

"Normal people talking"

"Z-MOVE!"

"Dragon-type Pokemon talking" Only from Corrin's perspective

"Misaki talking in wolf form"

With the incident against the Mokushu ninjas resolved and Ryoma's location known, Corrin and the others decided to stay in Astral Plane for a bit to rest, especially for two of their newest members. Plus one of them had quite the large luggage on them.

"Whoa! There are so many Pokemon here!" Naomi exclaimed, as soon as they arrived in their rest area.

"Are those Sandshrews over there? They look different from how I remember them," Brian asked, noticing the small group of Ice-types by the Day Care. "Hey wait, you even have a Pokemon Day Care here?!"

"Yep, that's right," Ali answered. "I'm actually the one in charge of that day care there, as I have the most experience in that department. My parents are breeders, so I often helped out before I started my journey."

"It also serves as a Pokemon Center, since technology doesn't exist in this world, and Pokemon Centers usually use those to treat Pokemon," Misaki added.

Naomi looked to the side and noticed the Berry Field. "That's a large Berry Field over there," she noticed. Her eyes widened when she noticed something about some of the berries there. "Is that a Lansat Berry?! I even see Belue and Custap Berries... In fact, I see all sorts of rare berries there!"

"True, those berries are rare in most regions, in Alola they're pretty common. Not as much as Oran or Pecha Berries, but still common enough," Riana answered.

"Alola... I've been wanting to visit that region. Is it true that it's summer all year long there?"

"Well, I wouldn't say that, as there is one location that's always winter, but yes."

"Still, there sure are a lot of rare berries here," Brian stated.

"We do have a farmer with us. One who has been taught about berries from Riana," Adrian pointed out.

"I taught Mozu some things about Berries, too, you know," Ali retorted.

Naomi then noticed the Poke Beanstalk and asked, "What sort of plant is this? I don't think I know these berries."

"That's a Poke Beanstalk. It's also something that's quite common in Alola. And these are Poke Beans," Riana answered. "They serve as snacks for Pokemon."

"You mean like Poke Puffs in Kalos?"

"Yep. Often times, Wild Pokemon get attracted to these beans and would come by just to have some. Like them." Riana pointed to a Butterfree and a Mothim who flew to the beanstalk and took a couple of the Pokebeans there to eat. "Some times, these Wild Pokemon would also want to join the trainer who grows the stalk."

"Huh. Kind of reminds me of this one time I made curry during camp," Brian said. "It was nothing fancy; just curry rice with toast. Yet a Wild Pokemon came by and wanted to eat with me and my team. After that, it wanted to join."

"Sounds like that saying about winning a man's heart through his stomach can also be applied to Pokemon, if what the two of you are saying is true," Naomi stated.

"It is," Riana and Brian answered.

While the trainers were having a conversation amongst themselves, Corrin and the others could only watch, especially as they had no clue of the conversation taking place there.

"That group is truly in their own world, aren't they?" Jakob couldn't help but question.

"I can understand some of what they're saying, but as we don't have much knowledge of their world, the rest is..." Kaze trailed off from there.

"But still, there sure are a lot of Pokemon here," Orochi stated, noticing the number of otherworldly creatures in the Astral Plane.

"You best be careful with them. Most of them were liberated from the Nohrians, so they may get jumpy around you," Azura warned. "So far they're only okay with the Pokemon trainers."

"That's true..." Sakura confirmed, recalling when she met up with Adrian and was practically forced to get along with a few of the frightened Pokemon... only to panic and got scared off herself. Speaking of frightened Pokemon reminded Sakura of one thing. "Oh! I have to go check on the injured Pokemon."

"I'll come with you," Mozu insisted. With that, the princess and farmer made their p way to the Day Care, with the former's retainers and Muddy following.

"Ah! Corrin, while we're here, we should have Saizo and the others see," Azura spoke.

It didn't take the leader of the group long to know what the songstress meant. "Yeah, you're right," she agreed. "Oh! But could you lead them there yourself?"

Azura tilted her head at the question. "I can but... Don't you want to visit her as well?"

"I will, later. Just... I have a little something I want to talk to Riana and the trainers about."

At that reason, the songstress nodded and lead their new Hoshidan recruits to Lilith's Shrine.

"If I may, milady, what do you wish to speak to the trainers about?" Jakob asked.

"Well, it's something that's been on my mind for quite a while. And after Kaze's statement about their conversation, I have finally decided to actually do it."

"Do what, milady?" Kaze asked.

In the Pokemon Day Care, Sakura and Mozu were checking on many of the Pokemon recovering in the building, with Hana and Subaki's help. Well, the retainers attempted to help out, but because the trio were unfamiliar to the creatures, or maybe it was more that two of the three had weapons on their person, whichever the case... the Pokemon were glaring at them and trying to keep their distance without aggravating their injuries.

"Could you two just wait outside? Or at least leave your weapons somewhere?" Sakura requested.

The two retainers looked at each other in uncertainty. They knew she was right, and left the building. As soon as they were gone, the Pokemon relaxed somewhat, but were still wary of Sakura and Mozu.

The princess noticed the stares and gave them a soft smile. "Don't worry. We're just here to give you guys a check up, that's all," she assured.

That didn't put their minds to much ease. Sure they recognize the pair as the people who helped heal their injuries, but for all they know, it was just an act to get their guard down.

Mozu opened one of the satchels on Muddy's saddle and took out some Oran Berries. "From what Ali said the other day, we need to change their bandages and feed them mushed Oran Berries," she recalled.

"I'll get the bandages." At Sakura's words, the two girls got to work with their part in helping the Pokemon recover.

With Mozu, she took out a mortar and pestle from a drawer. Placing the berries in the bowl, the farmer mashed the berries up with the pestle. Thankfully, it wasn't hard to crush the berries. As for Sakura, she cautiously and carefully approached an injured Pokemon, a roll of bandage in hand.

"It's okay. I just want to help," she tried to assure the poor creature.

The Pokemon let out a sniffle, sucking in the mucus coming out of its nose and placed its paws up to hold it in.

Sakura noticed this action and recalled Ali's words from the last time they treated this Pokemon.

"It's possible- No, I'm certain of it. Those Nohrians didn't understand that a Cubchoo's mucus is the source of their attack power, much less that it's suppose to droop out of its nose like so. As such, they only assumed the Cubchoo to have some kind of illness or something," Ali said back then.

"Don't worry. I'm only going to change your bandages," the young princess tried again.

The Cubchoo slowly relaxed and lowered its arms, allowing Sakura to reach for the bandages around its head and chest. After she gently undid them, she wrapped the new set around the injuries. Once that was done, Mozu approached them with the mortar and a spoon in hand.

"Here. Take a bite of this," the farmer told the patient, holding out a spoonful of the mushed Oran Berries.

The Chill Pokemon sniffed the content cautiously. After confirming it to be nothing but harmless, mushed berries, it ate the handmade medicine. Seeing it do so brought smiles on both girls' faces, as they continued on to the next Pokemon patient. Upon seeing that the girls truly meant no harm, the remaining Pokemon relaxed around them. Well... all but one.

"It's still not awake?" Mozu asked Sakura, who was looking over at the resting Chingling.

"No, but its condition looks okay, I think," she said. "Though this is worrying... I don't know if Oran Berries can even help it recover its strength in this condition."

"You two seem to be doing good here," came Ali's voice.

The farmer and princess duo turned and saw the photographing trainer standing by the door.

"Oh, Ali!" Sakura gasped out. "I'm guessing you finished giving Brian and Naomi the tour?"

"Nah. Riana's handling that. I'm here to check on the Pokemon. At least, I was going to, but I see you two already did that job," Ali answered.

"Yeah, but... Is this one really going to be okay?" Sakura asked, looking at the resting Chingling.

Ali approached the Bell Pokemon and checked it over thoroughly. "Without proper equipments, I can't be sure exactly... but its condition seems to be slightly better than before." As good a news as it sounded, since Ali was only making an assumption about the Chingling's condition, Sakura couldn't help but worry still about the little guy, in which the trainer noticed. "Hey, don't worry. It'll be okay."

"... I hope so..."

Ali could only smile at the young princess. She could tell the girl was really worried about the Pokemon, a trait that any good trainers would have for their own.

Outside the Day Care, near the woods, Saizo was training in his ninja skills. As they were going to cross the sea to get to his lord in Cheve, he was to best be prepared for anything. Although...

"How about you stop hiding already? I know you're there," he spoke.

On a tree near him, a blue figure came down and landed on the ground. Saizo turned and was quite surprised to see a familiar frog there. "Weren't you the one used by Kotaro? What? Don't tell me you've had a change of heart? Or is it more that he's your true trainer after all and you came to avenge him?"

All the Pokemon did in response was stare at Saizo with a blank look in his eyes.

"I'm pretty sure it's more that he sees potential in you," the ninja suddenly heard. Taken by surprise at this, Saizo tossed a shuriken at the direction of the voice, which struck a tree very close to the owner, whom let out a yipe and a whimper.

Seeing a wolf instead of a person there took Saizo by slight surprise. Not because it was a wolf that seemed to have spoken, but more that there was one here in the first place. And there was only one place where wolves would ever be seen.

Before he could take out more shurikens or kunais, the wolf reverted back to her original form. "Hey! That could've actually killed me, you know!" Misaki exclaimed.

Saizo's eyes widened at this, especially as he recognized this person. "Aren't you one of the trainers who were brought here against your will?"

"Well, glad you recognized me before you went straight for the kill," Misaki confirmed. "And before you make any baseless accusations like that ponytail archer had, I'm the only trainer who can shapeshift, and I am most certainly from a world different from your's."

"'Ponytail archer'?" Saizo repeated in a questioned tone, before realizing who she was referring to. "How dare you insult Prince Takumi!"

"It's not much of an insult, especially as I haven't even talked with him much to remember his name. Heck, it's not even an insult, period." Misaki turned to the Pokemon with them. "I was wondering where this little guy was going. To think he'd be here watching you train."

"And how is that in any way interesting?" Saizo questioned.

Misaki could only sigh at the tone the ninja used. It was clear that he did not trust her or any of the other trainers in the group, as Takumi was. Even though the guy did join them of his own volition, that didn't mean he trusted any of them. The only ones he did trust were Sakura and their retainers, as well as Ryoma and their mother's retainers, even though Corrin revealed their mother still lived because of a trainer and his Pokemon.

But, she wasn't so petty as to judge Saizo by his action. Besides, he kind of reminds her of someone from her world. "All I'm saying is that for a Pokemon who was forced to separate from his trainer and take part in something against his will, rather than fearing people like you with weapons, he took interest in you. That Froakie is the first liberated Pokemon to do that. I imagine something happened in your fight against his temporary trainer that made him trust you, even if just a little bit."

"And just how should I know?" Saizo questioned.

Misaki sighed at the response and turned around. "Forget about it, then. Don't mind me." With that, she took her leave.

Once she was gone, Saizo looked back to Froakie, who simply stared back with the blank look in its closed eyes. Deciding to ignore the blue froggy of a Pokemon, he went back to training.

As for the Bubble Frog Pokemon himself, he couldn't help but open an eye and stare at the ninja questionably. 'Why isn't he training with that Shedinja?' he wondered.

In Lilith's shrine, Reina, Orochi, and Kagero all stared at the comatose Mikoto. When it was revealed that the queen lived through the tragedy that struck the plaza, they didn't know exactly what to think. Orochi's fortune telling power has never failed before, so to hear, after predicting the death of the Hoshidan royal, that she was alive this whole time... she didn't know whether to be relieved to be wrong for the first time in her life, or perhaps to step down as Mikoto's retainer for supposedly giving such false information. Of course, Mikoto was not the type of royal who'd do such a thing, but even so...

"I can't believe... Her Highness still lives this whole time," Kagero spoke. "Lord Ryoma will be more than pleased if he hears of this."

"As would many of our people in Hoshido," Reina agreed. "To think, a Pokemon had managed to save her life that day. Are you sure you didn't see all of that vision when you informed Lady Mikoto of her death, Orochi?"

"If a Pokemon was involved, I think I would know then. But Lady Mikoto... she truly was suppose to die that day. Then again, it could be that I was horrified at that vision to consider even the smallest possibility that she would survive," Orochi said.

"That may be it," Kagero agreed. "Witnessing this miracle... I'm starting to consider having one as a partner as well. A Pokemon that is."

"Same here. I have been interested in them for quite a while, actually. Especially considering how destructive they can be," Reina nodded.

"Although, don't most of the Pokemon here already belong to a trainer from Riana's world?" Orochi recalled. "It would be difficult to ask them to partner with us. And from what Lady Corrin had explained earlier, it would already be hard enough to just try to be friends with them. Though we could try to approach those in the wild."

"If we know which ones are wild," Kagero added.

With Corrin, she and Azura met up with Riana, who finished giving the tour around Astral Plane to Brian and Naomi. Rocky and Blue were nearby playing with some of the Pokemon, easing them somewhat of their worries and fears for the humans.

"You want to what?" the Alolan champion asked the princess in Nohrian armor.

"Like I said, I was hoping maybe you could tutor everyone here about your world," Corrin answered. "There's still much we don't know about Pokemon, after all. And if we were to take classes with them, I was hoping that maybe the ones we liberated will quickly see that all of us here are truly good people."

"That does sound like a nice idea," Azura agreed. "Besides, we would love to know more about your world, and the more people fully aware about what Pokemon does, the better. Not only that, you, the other trainers, and Mozu can't be the only ones with knowledge about what the berries do, and I do remember that one time when Kaze found those Pokeballs he and Saizo use for their partners. I seem to recall seeing different variations of those balls from you guys, and those belonging to the Pokemon we saved."

Riana placed a finger on her chin in thought. "True... And we do have some stubborn people in this group whose attitude can affect how the liberated Pokemon sees us. While the other trainers and I are doing out best to have them see we're nothing like the Nohrians, one bad act can potentially put that all to waste. Thankfully, even the wild Pokemon know what school is; let's just hope they cooperate well enough to at least attend class with us."

"Same here. Especially if their cooperation can help lessen the liberated Pokemon's fears of us," Corrin said in confidence.

Seeing this made Riana smile. "Well, if you're so confident, let's get started on making the building."

That statement... made the two princesses look at her in confusion. "Building?" they both repeated.

Riana looked back at them just as confused. "Well, yeah. I mean, it wouldn't be a school if there's no building to teach in. I mean, I suppose the mess hall can be used for lessons, but that place is for eating, not teaching."

"There are buildings meant solely for teaching in your world?" Azura asked.

The Alolan Champion stared at the pair in wide eyes at the question, baffled that such question was asked. ... Until she realized something from her time in the world.

"Oh that's right... Though lessons are a thing in this world, there's no such thing as a school, especially when lessons are usually given to royals. And the ratio of royals to commoners is..." Riana trailed off there, not wanting to finish that sentence. "On second thought, classes will be taken outdoors. It's always a nice weather in the Astral Plane, and if we have class out in the open, the liberated Pokemon will have a better view of what we do and will ease up faster around us."

Corrin and Azura were all in on the plan, the former smiling in great gratitude. "Great! Then, let's start the next time we come back here," the princess in Nohrian armor decided.

"Hm? Not now?" the songstress asked.

"I mean, I would like to do it now, but we best inform everyone else first. That, and I feel like if we spend any more time here than necessary, Saizo..." Corrin didn't need to finish the sentence, as Azura and Riana were both aware of the redhead ninja's personality, even though he has a Pokemon himself.

"Next time we return it is," the otherworldly trainer nodded. "That being said, though..." She looked up at the night sky above. "I think it's best if we leave in the morning. We have been fighting nonstop, after all. I don't know about you guys, but even if we trainers have more stamina in traveling than you guys, we still have a limit."

Azura placed a hand on her chin in thought. "True. Especially since we have two new members with us from your world. As such, they aren't quite used to life in this world as you and the others had."

"Then for tonight, we'll rest. And leave first thing in the morning," Corrin decided.

The next day, it was time to set back out.

"Hope you guys slept as comfortably as you could," Ali said to the newcomer trainers.

"Yeah, about that quick question. Do we all have to come along?" Brian asked. "I mean, no offense, but it does sound a lot like we're going to get into more of that dangerous life-and-death situation here."

"Sorry, but unfortunately unless if you guys go with Corrin and the others, the next time you exit out the Astral Plane, you'll be in the exact area you were in before you entered. You won't end up in the same place as everyone else unless you go along with them on their travels," Lilith explained.

"You make it sound like it's one of the journeys we go on to in our world," Naomi stated with a light huff.

"Well, no use complaining. Besides, the more trainers we have, the better and faster we can calm the liberated Pokemon," Misaki pointed out.

"Oh! Speaking of, there's something I have to tell everyone here about before we leave," Corrin spoke.

Before she could say anything more, Saizo said, "Whatever it is can surely wait. Right now, we have to find Lord Ryoma. Every second counts."

"Who died and made you leader?" Adrian questioned. "Besides, in case if you've forgotten, time here moves faster than time out here. Losing an hour of your time here ain't gonna lose you an hour out there."

Saizo glared at his fellow retainer. Before he could even say a word, Kagero placed a hand on his shoulder and shook her head, motioning him to calm down and be silent. Once he did just that, the kunoichi nodded at Corrin to speak what she wanted to speak.

The princess nodded back at her in gratitude. "Guys, I spoke with Azura and Riana last night, and we decided it was best to have classes held by the trainers while we're in the Astral Plane."

"Classes? On what?" Hayato asked.

"Pokemon, of course. Them, and the very world they're from. We're saving a lot of Pokemon, but majority of them are frightened of us. The Pokemon trainers can't be the only ones helping them out. Every time I look at the liberated Pokemon, every time they see me look at them, they immediately get scared and hide, even the ones that are okay with Riana and the others. I don't want them to go back home to their rightful owners, only to not trust another human ever again, much less still be frightened of them. Besides, after what happened last battle, I want to have a stronger bond with Rocky. Watching the trainers and their Pokemon do that much damage to the enemy when they were dragged into this mess... I want us to be just as strong as them."

Rocky, who looked up at her upon hearing his name called, let out a bark, also wanting to become stronger.

"I feel the same way with Blue," Azura said. "We've been together for so long. Then when Riana came along and showed me that there was more to him than I thought, I wanted to learn more from her to become a better partner for Blue. Even now, I still feel like I'm not truly worthy of being his trainer, when I still have much to learn about his kind and the world he's from."

Blue let out a small whine at those words and cuddled against the songstress's leg.

"I wish to know more about Ninjask and his home," Kaze also admitted.

"And I for Muddy," Mozu followed.

"It would be nice to know more about Pokemon, especially at this time when we should help them," Sakura agreed.

"If Lady Sakura is eager to have these lessons, we should have them," Hana said, in which Subaki nodded to in agreement.

"I admit, I have been wanting to partner up with a Pokemon of my own. Perhaps I can learn how to approach a Pokemon and partner up with one," Reina said.

"You're only saying that because of how destructive they can be, aren't you?" Orochi questioned.

"I think it's a good idea," Naomi said. "Talking about home might calm my nerves a bit."

"And it'll give us something to look forward to," Brian added, also thinking it's a good idea.

"Sounds like a waste of time, if you ask me," Takumi muttered.

"Well, it's a good thing no one really asked," Adrian, who was next to the prince, said.

"Then are we in agreement?" Corrin asked.

"Yes!" everyone, well almost everyone, answered.

"Then without further ado, let's head out!"

After exiting out the Astral Plane, the group managed to rush to a port town and boarded a ship.

"Whew. We arrived just in time to catch the ferries," Corrin said in relief.

"From here, it's smooth sailing to Cheve, right?" Brian asked.

"Unless if we get attacked, then yes," Adrian answered.

"I wonder what Pokemon we'll be seeing along the way," Ali said, camera in hand as she looked out at open sea, with Fira on the rails also looking about.

"What makes you think there'll be Pokemon out in the ocean?" Takumi questioned.

"Did he really just ask a trainer that?" Naomi asked Riana.

"You'll get used to it... Maybe," the Alolan Champion answered. "Trust me, I've been around him a while, and he hasn't warmed up to me."

"Is that a Pokemon?!" came Sakura's voice.

At her call, Hana and Subaki joined their assigned princess, who stood next to Ali, Fira, and even Hayato, as they looked out and over the rails. In the sea, a school of small blue manta ray-like Pokemon with red dots and a light blue curved line on its back, much like a smiley face, and light blue fish with four dark stripes on its back leapt out of the water.

"Those are Mantyke and Remoraid!" Ali identified, taking pictures of the Pokemon swimming along the ship.

This caught the attention of several other passengers, as they joined the small group and looked at the group of sea Pokemon.

"Well, what do you know? There are Pokemon out here," Reina stated.

"Is it safe to be this close to them?" Orochi asked.

"Don't worry. Mantyke are one of the really friendly Pokemon species. They won't hurt us," Misaki assured.

Blue looked excitedly at the school of Mantyke and Remoraid, wanting to swim along with them. Azura noticed this and asked, "Do you want to swim with them?" Blue looked back at her and nodded. "Go on, then. Just not too far from the ship." Barking at her in gratitude, the Popplio jumped into the sea and joined the wild Pokemon.

Looking at its best Pokemon friend having fun with the other Pokemon made Rocky pout in slight jealousy. Corrin saw this, knelt down, and petted him. "If we see any wild Pokemon on land, I'll let you play with them," she promised.

"Pardon me, milady. The captain says everything is going well. We should reach the port tomorrow," Jakob reported.

"I see. Thank you, Jakob."

Riana looked up when she noticed something about the weather. "Does the sky look darker to you?" Following that question, the boat shook a bit. "Yikes, and the boat is starting to rock more than normal..."

"Are you sure that's not from a Pokemon?" Kagero asked.

"That can't be. Even wild Pokemon from the sea know better than to get too close to a ship, much less swim under it unless if they think of us as a danger to them," Naomi pointed out.

Adrian looked up at the sky above. "Those do look like storm clouds out there. Let's get below before the rain comes."

Before anyone could even nod in agreement to the idea, the boat suddenly shook more violently than before.

"AHHH!" Corrin gasped out, as she and the others fell, with a few managing to hold on to the rails to stabilize themselves. Fira especially lied down and grabbed hold of the edge to prevent falling into the water.

"What just happened?!" Brian asked.

"The boat just lurched to a stop! Are you all right, milady?" Jakob asked.

"Ah, yes... I'm fine," she answered. "I wonder what's wrong... Could we have hit something?"

"I'm not sure if you can say that exactly..." Ali answered, staring out to the sea.

Her answer made the group curious, as they all took a look at what they rammed into. As it would turn out, it wasn't really that they sailed into something at all...

"What in the world is going on?! The sea... The entire sea has been frozen solid!" Corrin gasped.

"How could this be? It's impossible for it to get this cold this fast!" Gunter questioned.

"This has to be the work of a Pokemon!" Takumi accused, glaring at the trainers.

"Okay, as true as it is that there are Ice-type moves capable of freezing the sea, that's only for a part of the sea. This? This is at the level of a Legendary Pokemon, and I highly doubt, unless if it's a Pokemon professionally raised and trained by a trainer, that the wild Pokemon would ever do this to us," Adrian reasoned.

It was then Jakob noticed something heading their way from above. "Lady Corrin, do you see that out there? Someone's coming this way... Wait- Lady Camilla?!"

At his call, the rest of the group looked up and, especially the Hoshidans, were shocked to see the first princess of Nohr flying their way and landing on their ship.

"Ahh, Corrin, Rocky... I'm so glad to see you both are unharmed. Ever since your dreadful confrontation with Xander, I've wanted to see you," Camilla said as she got off her wyvern.

Corrin looked at her with saddened eyes. "Camilla..." Rocky followed it up with a small whine.

"Corrin, you and Rocky are still as cute as ever. But you have to stop thinking of me as your sister. Don't think of me that way. It will be easier for both of us to fight if we don't cling to sentimentality."

Corrin's eyes widened at those words. "Sister, can't you see that I am trying to do something good for both kingdoms?"

Camilla turned away at those words. "I hear your words, but Father has demanded that you be put to death. Corrin, I love you so much, from the very bottom of my heart. But that doesn't mean I can disobey a direct order from Father. It's a tragic end of things, but since you betrayed Nohr... I have no choice."

Corrin shook her head and approached her Nohrian sister. "You're wrong, Camilla! I haven't betrayed you or anyone else!"

"Flora, would you be so kind..."

"Yes, milady," a voice answered.

Suddenly, snow fell and a strong wind blew, pushing Corrin back, as another figure appeared, one familiar to only the Nohrians.

"Lady Corrin, I cared greatly for you back in the castle. But I will show you no mercy. Nor will I allow any harm to come to Lady Camilla!" Flora swore.

"Get back, Lady Corrin! It's too dangerous!" Jakob advised his princess, standing between her and the pair of enemies. "Stop this insanity right now, Flora! Have you come to kill us, too?! Don't tell me the ocean is frozen because of you!"

That claim shocked the trainers, though not as much as the response to it.

"It is," Flora answered. "King Garon has commanded that the Ice Tribe eliminate Corrin. And we will. If we don't, then the entire tribe will be sentenced to death..."

"You pledged your loyalty to Lady Corrin! Or have you forgotten your duties as a retainer?"

"I cannot listen to you, Jakob. Nothing you say will change my mind. For the good of the Ice Tribe, I must chill my heart and do what's commanded."

"Damn it, Flora!"

Corrin placed a hand on his shoulder. "It's no use, Jakob. We've got no choice but to fight back!"

Hearing those words from her mouth, Camilla's eyes softened. "Corrin... I love you too much to let you go on like this. Though all I can do for you now is end your life with my own hands. Come to me, Corrin. Let me hear your last words. I'll remember them forever, my beloved little sister."

"What is wrong with you...?" Ali asked, bringing all attention to her.

"Hm? I believe you're a new face," Camilla said.

"You're her sister, aren't you? Why are you doing this?"

"I believe I already said. It's Father's orders."

"You're doing this because your dad ordered you to?! Aren't you her family? I've heard of horrible things about Nohr. But seeing Jakob and Gunter, as well as hearing the situation in Cheve, I thought not everyone in Corrin's family from there are cruel, heartless even! If you do care about Corrin, you wouldn't be agreeing to this!"

"And just what would an outsider like you know about our family?" Camilla asked, a bit annoyed that she was being scolded by this stranger when she knew little about what goes on in the Nohrian royal family.

"I admit, I don't know much about your family in particular, but I do know that as the older sister, you should cherish your younger siblings! This? Acting on an order to kill her? That's not cherishing her at all, much less expressing your love to your sibling!"

As Ali continued to scold Camilla, Corrin and the other natives of the world stared at her in shock and bafflement, especially Corrin, Jakob, and Gunter, as they knew better than anyone else of Camilla's temper when it came to the silver-haired princess.

"... Consider yourself lucky that I dislike spilling innocent blood in front of my beloved sister," the first princess spoke at last. "Don't expect the same to occur on this battlefield." Without another word, another strong cold wind came, and Camilla and Flora moved to another ship near them.

"Camilla, wait!" Corrin called out. Unfortunately, the first princess of Nohr was out of hearing range.

"Uh, Corrin?" Riana called out. "Camilla isn't the only one who came."

The princess in Nohrian armor turned to the Alolan Champion at those words and then to the surroundings. From behind and the side, she saw more ships heading their way. Nohrian ships, to be exact.

"Doesn't look like we can make a run for it now," Adrian said. "What do we do?"

Corrin looked down at the question, a troubled expression on her face. She didn't want to face Camilla or Flora, not on the battlefield like this. But even so...

Rocky looked up at her, a worried expression on his face, as he let out a whine and cuddled her leg.

"Corrin," Ali called to her. "I know what I said back there was out of line, but I mean what I said. Camilla is your sister, right? If she really does love you, she'll have to hear you out. If not with words, then in battle."

"Is that how problems are solved in your world?" Hayato asked.

"I wouldn't say all of them. But in regards to family matter, there's nothing like a good Pokemon battle to have a good heart-to-heart with your opponent. This may not be a Pokemon battle, but your message should still go through to her."

"In case if you hadn't noticed, she's here to kill Corrin," Takumi pointed it out.

"And if she wanted to kill her, she would've already done so instead of retreating to a ship! Don't you see? Deep down, I have reason to believe that Camilla doesn't want to kill you, Corrin!"

Corrin looked back at the Pokemon photographer. "... How are you so sure about this? What if my decision to not choose Nohr changed her perspective of me? I already lost the trust of one of my siblings in Nohr..."

"Because like I said, I'm an older sister, too. As an older sister with a pair of younger brothers, no matter where I was back in my world, I always think of them! No matter how far apart we were from each other, we would always come in contact with one another to see the other's progress on their journey. Should anything happen to them, I would drop everything just to help them out, no matter what! I think deep down, Camilla wants to do the same."

Corrin took in Ali's response and thought back to her childhood in Nohr, specifically with Camilla. Like the trainer had said she'd done for her younger siblings, Camilla also did everything and anything for Corrin, both in the fortress she was raised in and out. In fact, at one point when she got sick, Camilla had apparently dropped everything she had to do that day just to help nurse her back to health. That one memory made a smile form on Corrin's face. "Thank you, Ali. Everyone, prepare yourselves for battle!"
