The suitcase thumped against the bed furiously.
"Bridgette, please. Can we talk about this?"
The Chinese woman barked out a laugh as she started stuffing clothes in. The silver engagement ring on her hand glittered as she moved. The blonde man watched her, expression pleading.
"Oh, sure. Let's talk about how obsessed you are with getting the Miraculouses-"
"Our Miraculouses! We know how to use them."
"Felix." his fiance said, glaring at him. "You knew that the day would come when we had to give them up!"
"We shouldn't have to!"
Bridgette Cheng slammed the lid shut. "I can't do this anymore." she said, walking out of their room. Felix Agreste chased after her, pleading all the way. She sighed when she reach the door. Hope filled him- "I'm sorry."
She pulled the engagement ring off.
Felix caught it as Bridgette closed the door. A car drove away.
"I love you."
The media went wild when news of his and Bridgette's broken engagement was leaked out. Felix ignored them, busy with trying to find her. A few weeks after she left, a private detective gave him news- Bridgette had stayed with her sister Sabine for a few days before going back to China. It wasn't too difficult to set up people to keep an eye on her there.
He kept the ring around his neck and his own ring on his finger.
A few days later, his nephew Adrien was born. Felix congratulated his brother and his sister in law, adoring the blonde babe.
He sent a few books when Sabine's daughter Marinette was born.
"Master, the Moth Miraculous is meant to be used for good!"
"I don't care! Nooroo, transform me!"
Hawk Moth, once known as Felix Agreste, smiled when the transformation was done.
He would get Bridgette back.
