ok sorry all, major error there!

Holy balls, an update!

Ok I lie, I wrote this to get it out of my head, so I could finish my assignment. It worked!

A hand was gently moving the hair out of your face, brushing it behind your ear. As you slowly awakened you noticed that the mattress was dipped behind your back, a warmth behind you.
You kept your breathing as deep and slow as you could, feigning sleep. After a few moments, the hand resumed its movement, the owner letting out a deep sigh as they did so.

"I can't let you get close to me…but I can't seem to keep pushing you away either." Saeyoung sighed as he continued playing with your hair gently. "But I can't let you get hurt by being near me. But knowing you, you'll either stick to me like glue, or get hurt if I'm not there to protect you…" He laughed slightly, a hand resting on your hip, curling into the blanket covering you. A few moments of silence followed before you felt him deflate slightly, the hand playing with your hair stilling again.

"I can't push you away any more; I won't allow you to get hurt. When Saeran risked your life…what you said…I haven't been able to get it out of my mind. And despite how I treated you since…you never stopped showing me your kindness…and that's what makes you even more beautiful. I…I think I love you even more for that." He murmured before pressing a kiss to your hair. Before your blush could give you away he brushed aside your hair to gently stroke your cheek, causing your eyes to flutter open. You rolled over to stare into golden orbs that smiled down at you, even as you could see a faint red tint on his cheeks in the low light. You moved your hand to cover the one on your cheek, before turning your head to gently kiss the palm. The blush on Saeyoung's face deepened and you smiled softly as your other hand lifted to cup his cheek, your thumb moving to brush his cheekbone gently.

"How much did you hear?" He croaked out and you responded by slowly sitting up, cupping his face with both hands before you knelt before him. His hands had moved to rest on your waist, his fingers trembling slightly as he awaited your answer.

"The important parts." You murmured before you leaned forward, tilting his face down and bussing your lips against his forehead. His arms moved to encircle your waist completely, pulling you into his lap as you pressed light kisses to his forehead, cheek, and nose. When you pulled away you noticed his eyes had closed, the tension between his eyebrows lessening as his body relaxed slowly. After a moment or two his glowing eyes opened lazily, flitting up to meet your own as his arms tightened around you.

"I'm sorry." He croaked out before you finally gave in to the urge and pressed your lips to his own. A strangled groan escaped Saeyoung before you suddenly found him returning the kiss, pulling your chest flush to him as one hand moved up your back to rest at the nape of your neck, the pressure there causing the kiss to deepen slightly before he pulled back, cheeks flushed and eyes darkened. You let out a small laugh as you corrected his glasses, moving them so they were properly back on his face.
You smiled before suddenly leaning back, causing Saeyoung to topple over with you as his arms instinctively tightened around you. He landed half on top of you with a small groan before he lifted his face to look at you. You sighed before rolling over to drape an arm over his side, snuggling into his chest with a soft exhale. "I love you too, you idiot. Now come get some sleep, we have a lot to do tomorrow."
