Stacey giggled as Greg wiped snow on her face. She swatted him away and brushed it off. "Stop it!" she cried playfully.

Greg grinned. "No no, see, it makes your cheeks go all red and it's really cute."

"Hee hee, oh shut up. Hey look, there's a bench. Let's sit down there."

"Okay," said Greg, walking down the gleaming white hill beside Stacey to the snow-covered bench. As they brushed some snow off to sit, Stacey took a breath to calm herself down. This was only her third date with Greg, and everything was going so well! Being with Greg always made her feel like a nervous wreck, but that passed.

They both sat and looked at all the snow-coated hills around them. The sunlight made the whiteness sparkle magically. "Pretty beautiful," remarked Greg.

Stacey shielded her eyes. "Ow, too sparkly for me."

"Well, I think it's- hey, what's that?"

Stacey looked up. "What's what?"

"That noise." Greg tilted his head. "It sounds kinda like… a kid… screaming?"

Now Stacey could hear it too. "Oh gosh, you're right, where is it coming from?"

At that moment something whizzed over the top of the hill and plummeted down it towards the sweethearts.

Greg squinted. "Is that… a kid on a sled? What's that next to him?"

The kid was yelling "No! No! Right! Turn right, you moron! Now! Augh! We're gonna crash!"

"BAIL OUT!"

"MAYDAY!"

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGH!"

The kid and tiger on the sled crashed right into the bench Stacey and Greg were sitting on, sending everyone tumbling into the snow. The kid was the first to get up and dust himself off. "And after all that… YOU FORGOT TO PACK THE SNOWBALLS, YOU GOOD-FOR-NOTHING FLEA-BAG!?"

The boy and the stuffed tiger began violently wrestling as Stacey and Greg tried to dig themselves out of the snow.

So much for the perfect date.
