I know it has been a long time since anyone saw anything get posted by me, but this was something a good friend of mine wrote and wanted to have posted. Given the nature of the piece there was no way I could refuse his request.

From the depths of the deep you did emerge.

To remind the world of the great and terrible purge.

Insuring the world would never forget when the sun was covered in ash that day.

To remind all that the price paid was too high no matter what history might say.

Farewell great monster, their true and only king.
