History: A child gifted with the incredible ability to absorb energy, Chandler quickly becomes one of the L-Forces more devastating and dangerous foes!

Powers-Energy Absorbtion and manipulation- Discharge has the power to absorb various kinds of energy and use them for a variety of purposes.

Electrical energy- Discharge can absorb electricity and then use it to fire off powerful discharges of electrical energy, hence his name. He can also manipulate it to manipulate metal objects and fly.

Thermal energy- Discharge can absorb thermal energy and use it to produce flame blasts, orbs of explosive flames, walls of fire, and heat objects to a high temperature.

Kinetic energy- Discharge is able to suck the kinetic energy from objects to stop their momentum and then use it to make himself move at extremely fast super speeds or charge other objects with it to propel them forward at the same high speeds.

The name for Chandler's super villain identity came from a suggestion from a reviewer. So, thank you to whoever suggested that. I do hope to get out the next chapter of the L-Force within the next few days, as I feel the story is perfect for Halloween.
