Two weeks.
Everything's going too fast.
She's dying.
-
She was breathing in rust and desperation not knowing when her lungs would burst.
She didn't care. She was dying and she didn't care.
It was 6:50 am, Bella was on her way to school, her movements zombie like. Not that she cared.
"Bells?" Her father touched her shoulder lightly.
She looked up at him, dullness in her eyes. Her father took a step back mumbling a nevermind. He was shocked, he didn't know what to do. His daughter was dying and he didn't know how to save her.
She had raided her father's alcohol last night. With five cans of beer in her car she set off to school.
The music playing a soft lullaby. One in which Bella was not in the mood for. She slammed the stereo off not caring who saw her.
When she got to school she slammed down a can of beer and then popped a few mints into her mouth.
They all stared at her in terror.
Isabella Swan was dying and she didn't care.
"Bella? Are you okay?" Jessica asks for the fifth time. Edward was not there much to her relief. No it was just his two sisters their today.
The two girls sat at their usual table talking in hushed whispers while Bella tried not to stare at the blonde.
"Yes. I'm fine," Her voice didn't sound too convincing. Sounding like smoke and dead dreams.
None moved after hearing her voice. She sighed and stood up, the chair scraping across the floor. The cafeteria became silent. Everyone watched as Bella moved the way only death would.
Bella was dying and they could only watch.
