Blood and Skin

"Who is she."

It repeated, the voice of reason and past repeated. And repeated. And repeated. It hammered into my skull, something good. The thundering syllables kept sounding, repeating. He spoke to me, it was me who spoke to me so greatly.

"Who is she."

It would not stop. He would not stop. I would not stop. Every look turned down to her, her watchful gaze griping my confusion anew. She knew me, I knew that she knew that I knew that she knew me. Her watching holes glowered, my stomach-filled mind pounded.

"Who is she."

And I knew her as well.

My blood and skin.

"My daughter."

And my internal me knew her too.

Based on one of Krieg's quotes during Mad Moxxi and the Wedding Day Massacre

(After Mad Moxxi had asked the Vault Hunter if they had a special someone, male or female or family, in their life) Krieg's response was:

"THE TINY ONE AND THE SAD-FACED MOTHER AND THE BLUE TATTOO FOREVER AND EVER!"

Tiny Tina, Unnamed Wife (Possibly "Test Subject #525", he presumably being "Test Subject #524", in an echo recording) and Maya are my assumptions as to who Krieg was speaking of.

Hope you enjoyed.
