Hey guys! My beloved readers, how are you? Well I have become a hermit who hasn't spoken to anyone face to face in weeks, but all is good. I have come to accept my fate.

Amu-chan: this next chapter is going to be crazy; I can tell. I don't understand why you make Ikuto and I fight.

Zee: Well, do you know of a couple that doesn't fight. Especially a couple where both parties have so much baggage. I thought not.

Ikuto: well let's commence with the drama. Remember zee doesn't own shugo chara! Enjoy and remember if you have any questions or requests then leave them in the comments!

Recap: - While she remained seated there. She didn't care if she skipped a science lesson. She was never good at it anyways. She stayed, to wallow in her feelings. She didn't get a second alone, never long enough for her to fully experience any emotion. She was dead on the inside, she doubted anyone would be able to change that. It was a miracle her chara's didn't become x-eggs. Tadase walked him with Siren behind him, leading her to a quiet spot, where they couldn't see Amu, but Amu could easily see them. He started praising her, telling how much better she was. How much nicer, more popular, more affectionate. More of a girl. Amu realised in that moment that poison wasn't just red, it came in people too.

Chapter 10- Orchestra Directed by Fear

Amu saw Tadase kiss Siren tenderly. He allowed himself to tell her the truth, the truth that was locked up inside of him between the sweet kisses. Siren's eyes remained closed as she enjoyed the moment. Tadase was planting kisses on her painted red lips with his own thin ones. They only stopped when they heard a choked cry and the door slamming shut. In this moment she needed to be with her chara's. To know they were safe and still with her, they had to be with her. She ran, weeping and panting. Feeling their presence near the main building she ran even faster, feeling her heart race and pound in her chest. Finally, she saw them, as tears cascaded down her face, she engulfed them in a large hug. All three of them. Immediately she felt comforted. Almost as if she had never argued with Ikuto in front of everyone she knew. Almost as if she had never seen Tadase and Siren kiss and share a moment she had always yearned for. Just almost. She felt another batch of fresh tears flooding her sight, but she rejected them. Not here, not now. She let the confused chara's go, and smiled too brightly at them, "Guys lets go to the music room, I want to show you something." Walking towards the main building, that was only a few meters away, with her silent and surprised chara's following behind.

Amu leads them to the music room. It was large and connected to many different rooms from the main room where classes took place. On the walls, different guitars hung on the wall, seats placed in an orderly fashion along with the teachers' desk and board opposite the seats. The class was empty. She casually walked through the room and opened the door that lead to the piano practise room. She closed the door behind her. She sat down on the stool facing the piano and began playing. She closed her eyes, solely focusing on the piano at her fingers. She played the song she had learnt behind closed doors, with hours and hours of practice. Her fingers were following the pattern they had embedded into them due the practice. Her delicate fingers moved from one note to another weightlessly.

Soon her piano solo had ended, and the room remained silent as the chara were trying to figure out just what had been played to them. They could tell that hours and hours of practice had gone into perfecting each and every note, obsessing over the sound, learning to tell if the time was off. Amu wouldn't have suddenly picked the hardest instrument to learn. She needed a reason. Just then, the same melody was echoing through the room. It was from the room next to the one they were in. The same unique melody flooded their senses, they were overtaken. All of them except Miki. She had figured it out. She had a small sad smile gracing her lips as she realised what Amu had intended to do. Miki floated up from her seat, from across the room, to Amu but she only got halfway there before Amu started playing along. Hoping that the mysterious violinist would be able to hear. She played until the end of the song, just as she had played minutes ago for her clueless chara's. Well, except Miki. She let out an exhausted sigh, she wasn't healthy enough to regularly pour her heart out into a piece of music, as beautiful as it maybe. Just as the door slammed open, she felt a dizzy spell take over her. Her head felt light, as images of the blue haired boy came to mind, her grip on piano loosened and her feet slipped from the poised position on the pedals. She was just about to lose her balance due to the forever wobble stool place in front of the piano. Yet she didn't. She didn't the plush carpeted floor against her body but rather she felt muscle. Lean muscle holding her up, she heard yelling and screams. She couldn't open her eyes. She was sure that the bright light in the room would blind her. Stubborn as she was, she did it anyways. She forced her heavy eye lids to open and adjust to the blinding lights and the unbearable screeching sounds.

Her eyes opened and she was greeted with the face she knew she would see. She turned her head away; she knew she would see Ikuto, but it didn't mean she wanted to. She forced her weak body to sit up and remain seated. Until she heard another bout of screech that made her visibly flinch. She looked around to see X eggs. Just perfect. 'Can't get a single day off, can I?' thought Amu. Getting up, she signalled Miki, to join her. Amu called out, "I am going to help Utau, come on Miki, chara change." She carried out the usually chara change and ran off in the direction of the theatre. She was pretty sure the scream came from there. She ran until she saw, Kukai sending crowds away from the theatre. "She is in there; she sure could use your help. There are too many for us to handle. All of us have been split up, some X eggs are here, some are in the music room, some are in the gym and some are in the nurse office. There are a lot more, just have no idea where they are." Kukai said briefly. Amu nodded and helped the last crowd of girl get out the classroom and Utau continued to cleanse 10 out of the 60 X eggs waiting for them. "Kukai, you go look around the campus, keep me updated on the places you find X egg. And please remember, you can't transform, so don't get into anything you can't handle" Amu said to Kukai, before running into the room and shutting the door, to make sure the eggs didn't run away. Utau sighed and mentioned "you sure took you time." Amu wasn't in the mood for smarminess, so she ignored her. She used the paint brush to trap the eggs and change them back to normal chara eggs. 'That was only half of them, I have the other half to go, and the other rooms. Damn it! Why am I so tired, I have done nothing!' Amu thought as she got the other half of the eggs cleansed. She didn't have a moment to waste. She ran to the music rooms before the eggs even had a chance to return to their owners.

She ran back towards the music rooms, find them in the same room as she was in before. Ikuto had managed to trap them, ready for Amu when she got there. "Colourful canvas, colourful canvas, colourful canvas, colourful canvas" Amu called out, weaving her brush around the batches of screeching X eggs. She had managed to cleanse all of them, except she was starting to feel sleepy again. She focused again, knowing she needed Ran to swap out Miki. Ran and Su had stayed in the music room even once Amu had fled, they knew she would come back for them. "Ran, please swap out with Miki, SU STAY WITH ME!" Amu was roaring out instructions for her chara's out of faustration for herself. She had a deadline, she had to cleanse all these eggs before the deadline. Yet the chara's mistook it for her having one of her moods. She had transformed with Ran now and she was running towards the nurse's office. There weren't that many, but there were kids still in room, they were afraid, screaming. Almost making as much racket as the X eggs. 'Why are the idiots still in here? The one job the other gaurdians have is making this an easier process for me to deal with, what the heck are they doing?' Amu questioned just as she saw Tadase and Siren, waiting for her outside the room.

She approached the room and them only to be met with a slap. Siren had was still on her face. She quickly removed and wiped it on a tissue, as if she were wiping away filth. "you did this to the kids? WHY AMU? I can't believe my parents compare me to you! If only they knew what you were doing. They would think I am an angel. Don't look at me so confused at me Amu. Tadase-kun filled me on everything. He told me why you guys stopped dating, because you were greedy and wanted some Embryo to fulfil your shallow wishes! What, are you angry that I know. Now that I have this on you, I am going to tell your parent. They probably already know, its no wonder they prefer Ami to whatever you are." Siren spat out with venom lacing her voice. She grabbed Tadase's hand and they both marched out of Amu's sight hand in hand. Amu had frozen. Her world had stopped. If only the noises and bright light would dull down too. Just like her happiness had dulled down. As if they would though. She some how managed to get the wimpy kids out of the room. Since the encounter had taken so much time, the X eggs had crack only to release the next level horror. X Chara's. she used the cheerleading baton toss to encase them and yelled "negative heart, lock on. Open heart!" that one time was enough to change all of them luckily. She dozily walked out of the nurse's office and walked to gym as it was only a couple of meters away from the office.

As she reached the gym she was greeted with a loud rushing, excited yaya and an equally hurried Rima. For a best friend she sure misses a lot of details. Amu felt their eyes baring into her as she remained silent. She said, "thanks you guys, any other places to go?" Rima promptly responded to her saying, "there is still the sewing room, them the front field, then class 5-C. Our classroom." She and Yaya left in hurry, to go and chase the other eggs. Amu chanted the same thing, her voice monotonous and tired. 'Come on Amu, one more transformation, then you'll be done. Just do one thing right, please' Amu pleaded with herself. So, she did yet another transformation. This time with Su. She rushed off again to the sewing room as she had quite a lot of ground to cover before she got there. She ran through the many halls, only to be joined by Ikuto halfway there. "Amu how are you feeling, this is your third transformation." Ikuto inquired. She couldn't conjure the energy she needed to run, maintain the transformation and talk. So, she didn't, she simple nodded. She reached the room soon and walked into Kairi. There were no X-eggs. He looked at her confused face and said, "What Hattori-kun, didn't tell you I wrapped things up here?" Kairi asked. She shook her head and said, "where else do I need to go?" Kairi responded, "no where else to my knowledge, I was the one who spoke to both Souma-kun and Mashiro-san." Amu's legs wobbled in relief as she collapsed on the floor, gosh she was exhausted. Kairi's phone began ringing, he answered it with a stern face and then spoke to Amu.

"We have a situation in the auditorium. We need to go and check it out, the others can't handle the situation." Amu sighed and dragged herself there, lagging behind the boys. As she entered the auditorium, she saw the most disgusting thing. The eggs were splitting in half, merging, breaking. It was like an infestation. How the heck was she supposed to salvage the situation, she didn't know. "Whipped cream, syrup, thanks for waiting!" she cried out as she tired to cleanse the eggs. But she only did half successfully. She had to think. Which chara would be the most effective right now? The new one. The one dressed in a cat suit, called Nikki. "Nikki, could you please help?" Amu asked looking expectantly at the chara. "I am sorry Amu-chan, you have to solve your problem with Ikuto for me to transform with you." The cat said, in fear. "Dia! Please help!" Amu shouted. And so Dia came out of her egg, sensing Amu's distress, transformed with her. And some how managed to salvage the situation by cleansing all the eggs.

However, all the material for the production could be salvaged. The costumes that had been prepared, the props that were made for the scenes. All had been destroyed by the X chara's. Amu was walking around the mess. She picked up the remains of the dress she was supposed to wear. The dress was a simple blue and yellow dress. It was an odd combination for her, but she would have worn it with pride. Her eyes welled with tears. How was she supposed to explain to all the students that their hard work had been ruined by some shugo chara that had gone bad. She turned around to see everyone gather around, looking just as sorrowful as she was. They had to shut the party down. They couldn't let their high school life be ruined like this. So, Amu's sad puppy face turned into a determined. As if she were would let somebody else run her party. This was their orchestra to run. Not whoever was trying to scare them.
