Butch glances around the corner. It's hard to see in the dark, but everything looks clear. He motions for Boomer to come to him.

"I don't see anything." boomer whispers once they're together.

"Me either." Butch agrees. "Where's Brick?"

"He charged into their territory."

"Brave man." butch nods. "I'm proud to call him my brother." He looks around the corner again. "I'm gonna go see if I can find him. We're almost out of time."

Boomer nods, holding up his gun. "I got your back."

Butch licks his lips, pops his neck, and starts running. He's just made it around the corner when a hand covers his mouth and pulls him back.

"Don't shoot." It's Buttercup. "I have something for you." She turns him around and pushes him into the corner. He's about to ask what she's doing when she places her lips against his, biting his lower lip.

Butch pushes back against her, tongue sliding into her mouth, arm sliding around her neck to pull her closer.

Only a few seconds later she pulls away, dragging his lip out with her and making him moan. their eyes are still locked when he hears the 'pew' of the gun in her hand and the beeping of the vest he's wearing. He looks down to see that she's shot him.

"That's cheating!" He argues, angry.

She laughs. "All's fair in love and war."

The lights turn on and he squints, looking around. "Team one wins!" Calls the voice above them. Buttercup's grin widens.

"Team one cheated!" Butch scoffs, crossing his arms.

Bubbles runs up and hugs her sister, laughing. "That was a great plan buttercup!" She says, then looks past Butch. He turns to see his brother, Boomer, walking to them with shame-and lipstick- all over his face.

"She got me, man." Is all he has to say and Butch knows that Bubbles pulled the same trick.

"you bitches!" Butch growls, seething. "That's not fair."

"Sure it is." Buttercup shrugs, leaning back against the wall. "You had the same opportunity we did, you just didn't take it."

"Because you're supposed to rely on war strategy!"

"This was war, and that was our strategy." Buttercup argues.

"That was a coward's strategy!"

"It was the winner's strategy."

"I want a re-match."

"You're on!"

"Guys." Blossom arrived sometime during the fight, and now stands with a hand on Buttercup's shoulder. "We don't have time for a re-match."

Brick, beside her, nods and slips an arm around her waist. "The movie starts in 20 minutes."

"Why aren't you more mad about this?" Butch asks, glaring at his brother.

Brick shrugs. "I guess because I'm not a little piss baby like you."

Butch takes in a deep breath and turns back to Buttercup. "I want a rematch."

Buttercup smirks, tapping the button on her gun that signals preparation for the game. "You guys go on to the movie." She tells the others. "We'll be a while."

Blossom and Brick both roll their eyes, but lead the others out anyway. "Don't stay too long." Blossom calls over her shoulder. "There are children who would like a turn."

"Should have got here earlier then!" Butch replies, running as the lights shut off. Then, to Buttercup he calls again "No kissing!"

He gets no reply. He's not even sure she heard him until hours later when they've had multiple rematches.

They're standing outside of the Arcade, kicked out for being too rough.

"Too rough." Buttercup scoffs. "Those pussies ain't seen shit."

Butch nods in agreement, his arm going to her waist. "Right?" He laughs. Then he leans down, only to find his lips met with her hand.

"No kissing, remember?" She smirks, eyebrow raised.

"I meant for the game!"

She shrugs and quickens her pace to walk ahead of him.

"c'mon!" He begs, speeding up to her. "You know what I meant!"

She ignores him, speeding up again.

It continues until they're running, racing, back to the girl's place where everyone will be waiting for them.
