The city streets will be full of boys and girls playing there.

King Tirian and King Peter watched from a hill as the children played joyfully in the streets, the girls were pretending to be princesses in need of a rescuer and the boys were princes to save them. The children ranged from age from toddlers to teenagers.

"I vaguely remember being that age." Tirian said to Peter, Peter nodded.

"So do I. Of course, by that age we were kings and queens. Yet somehow we always found a way to sneak out of the guards sight and play with the ones who were our age." Peter said, smiling slightly at the memories.

Tirian smiled along with Peter, remembering his own experiences.

"I wasn't king until I was older than you four, but I do remember sneaking out and playing with the children in the streets. I was very often caught and scolded, I didn't really care because I kept doing it." Peter laughed and Tirian laughed along with the other king.

"I assume you didn't dress up like the street children? Once we did, Edmund said it would be a good idea. Honestly it wasn't because they recognized us." Peter asked, when they had calmed down slightly.

"No, I wasn't that bright as a child." Tirian admitted.

Both kings again burst into laughter. They laughed until the tears ran down their faces.

Peter turned around when he felt a tug on his shirt he looked down at a boy who looked about six.

"Will you play with us?" He asked shyly, Peter knelt down to his size.

"Of course, myself and my good friend Tirian here will both play with you. Under one condition, you must tell me your name." He said, the boys face lit up.

"I'm Kalean." He said, Peter nodded, still smiling, and stood up.

"Alright, Kalean, I'm Peter and as I said this is my friend Tirian." Peter pointed at Tirian. Tirian smiled as well.

Kalean grabbed Peter's hand and dragged him down the hill, Tirian trailed behind them.

Peter and Tirian played with those children for hours, they both came back for supper all dirty and their hair was messed up and sticking up in places. And they were fine with that because it was all worthwhile.
