It's been a while since I last updated and i'm really sorry about that. Life just got hard and I went through my ups and downs. Fanfiction was a side project for me and i put my life first. In regards to this story. Yes, sadly it is dead

I've came back to it with much more reading experience and there is a ungodly amount of problems with the whole fic. I'm planning on completely rewriting it, with the same basic premise of neglect and naruino just with a lot of changes. Firstly I will be putting more of a focus on Narutos mental side. Neglect on someone so young should have crippling mental downsides and I plan to make that a major plot device in the rewrite.

That's the only confirmed new change. But i will be writing in some other things into the story but still not completely changing it.
