The SS Tipton. Zack and Cody were playing football on the skydeck with Woody and Marcus, much to Mr. Moseby's chagrin.
"Go long!" Zack shouted, as he threw the ball to Marcus. Marcus caught it and was tackled by Woody.
"Woody, throw me the ball!" Cody said, as Woody grabbed the ball from Marcus. He tossed it to Cody, but it went past him and hit someone with a resounding "thud." It was a disgruntled Mr. Moseby.
"Oops." Cody said.
"How many times must I tell you boys, no football on the skydeck?" Moseby said. "This is Mr. Tipton's new SS Tipton he had recommissioned after the old one was dismantled and since you boys are studying abroad, I expect you to behave like mature adults, but I knew I shouldn't get my hopes too high." Suddenly, a blast of blue energy opened up out of nowhere.
"Mother of Pearl! What the heck is that?" Moseby shouted, as he ran, cowering behind Zack, Woody, and Marcus. A flash of red and yellow lightning came out of the blue blast of energy and in its place stood three figures, a red-suited guy with a lightning-bolt insignia on his chest, a young Latino guy with flashy googles and long hair, and a black man in a suit who appeared to be sporting a police badge.
"You can come out now, frady-cat." Zack said.
"Welcome to the SS Tipton," Moseby said, "I'm Marion Moseby. How may I be of service, gentlemen? Please don't hurt me!"
"Relax," the black cop said, "I'm Detective Joe West. We're good guys."
"I'm the Flash," Flash said.
"And I'm Cisco," Cisco said, "but you can call me Vibe."
"We're here on an urgent mission," Flash said, "We have reason to believe everyone on this ship may be in grave danger."
