A/N: I know this is like 2 years later and I do apologize about that. First off, my original plan was to create the Crisis on Earth storyline but since the shows are going to it, I wanted to see how they did it. Also, at the time, I lost interest in Arrowverse. The writing became tedious but I decided to give it another shot and this season's arrow got me back into the series. I should be back to countine this story.

Chapter 2, Part 4

Earth 1

"It's been really quiet since they have left," Jessie remarked, sitting in the foyer of STAR LABS.

"Yeah, way too quiet," Wally agreed. He sat beside her, twirling a pen in his hand.

"That's not a bad thing," Curtis responded through the computer. He was currently sitting in the bunker of the Arrow Cave.

"Maybe but when things are this quiet…" Jessie started to say when a ping came across the computer. "This happens."

"What is happening?" Wally asked, looking at the computer screen.

"Looks like a robbery at the Central City Plant," Curtis replied.

"At the plant? That is a weird place for a robbery," Jessie pointed out.

"Who cares. It's something to do," Wally exclaimed before zooming into his suit and went charging towards the plant.

"Wally, wait up!" Jessie yelled out before she followed suit.

The speedster pair were at the Central City Plant in less than a minute. As the entered the place, Jessie couldn't shake the feeling that something was out of place.

"Curtis, can you give us a rundown on this place? I have a bad feeling," Jessie requested, laying a hand on Wally's shoulder to stop him.

"Let's see," Curtis answered, typing away. It tion him a couple of moments before he responded. "I can't provide much information as there is very little about it but it has been shut down for the past 10 years due to an unsolved accident. There was an explosion, causing a huge chemical spillage, deeming the place to be dangerous, though there was never an actual report."

"No report on potential radiation?" Wally asked with curiosity.

"Nope. Which leads me to believe that someone doesn't want anyone poking around," Curtis answered, his voice nervous. "It might not mean much but I am going to send Ragman and Dinah for backup, just in case."

"Thanks," Jessie replied. She spoke to Wally. "We need to be careful. If someone is trying to hide out here, no telling on what they will do if they spot us."

"Right. Maybe we should do a quick sweep around the area before going in?" Wally suggested.

"Good idea. I will take the left side if you want the right side?" Jessie suggested.

"Sounds good," Wally agreed.

In a couple of moments, the two speedsters regrouped at the front doors, having seen nothing out of the ordinary.

Together, they approached what appeared to be the front door. It was rusted with cobwebs along the framework. They proceeded to push open the door, hearing the rusted hinges squeak in protest.

They stepped gingerly into the abandoned building, only to realize it wasn't abandoned at all. They spotted a bed in the corner that wasn't made, clothes closet beside it and a long table with 3 computers all stationed on it. For what was supposed to be an abandoned building, it certainly was occupied by someone.

"This place was supposed to be empty right?" Jessie asked in awe. She followed Wally to the computer screens.

"Supposed to be, according to the report," Curtis replied, typing away on his end. "Going to see if I can hack into the systems and see if I can find out who is living there."

"No need for that," a voice called out from the shadows.

Both Wally and Jessie spun around, trying to determine where the voice came from.

"Um, please tell me that was one of you two who spoke all creepily?" Curtis nervously asked.

"Who's there?" Wally cried out, his eyes scanning the shadows, hoping to pick up something.

"Someone who won't harm you," the voice answered back.

"Rory and Dinah will be there in about 15 minutes. See if you can stall the person until then," Curtis instructed.

"Tell your chair person you don't need back up," the voice responded once again.

"We will if you show yourself!" Jessie commanded, watching the shadows.

"Fine, but promise me you won't shoot, or try to zoom me away," the voice tried to bargain.

"I don't think you are in any position to make demands," Wally said though with a bit of humor in his voice.

Wally and Jessie's head snap up to the rafters as a figure stepped into the light. He wore white sneakers with blue jeans and a simple black t-shirt. His shirt was tight, showing off his muscles. His hair was black and clean cut. What draw their attention was the symbol on his chest.

"Are you related to Kara?" Wally asked hesitantly.

"Who's Kara?" The man asked with confusion in his voice. His eyes brightened when he realized who he was talking about. "Oh you mean Karen?"

"Who's Karen?" Jessie asked, really confused now. In her ear, she can hear the gasps from Curtis.

"She is my sister..." the man said before shaking his head to someone behind the duo. Spinning around, they were surprised that someone else was in the building. Standing in front of them was someone who looked exactly like Kara, with her blonde hair flowing to her shoulders. Though, this person was wearing a completely white suit with a red cape.

"Dear brother, who are these guys?" she asked, her eyes starting to light up.

"They are fine Karen. They are part of this Earth's heros," the man responded.

When he said that, her eyes went back to their normal state and she came and shook hands with Jessie and Wally, who wore shocked faces.

"Do you have time? We can sit here and explain why my cousin and I are on this earth," Karen said, inviting them to stay.

"We got word that a robbery was in place here. Was that one of you?" Wally asked.

"Nope. We were searching ourselves when you guys showed up," the man said, sitting down at the computers.

"What was stolen?" Jessie asked, coming to stand behind the man.

"We are in the middle of checking," the man said. He paused then introduced himself. "I'm Connor."

"You just said you were brother and sister, but she said you are cousins. Which is it?" Wally asked, completely confused.

"It's complicated," Karen responded, sitting down on the bed. "Technically, we are both. But we stick to the brother and sister explanation to keep it simple. Now, I have a question. You called me Kara? Who is this Kara person?"

"She looks exactly like you," Wally started to say, then he remembered something. "You said something along the lines of this earth. So, I take it you aren't from this earth then?"

"Nope. Like I said, it's a long story if you want to stay and listen.," Karen started to explain before Connor interrupted them.

"Found out what was taken. It was just a simple tub of chlorine," Connor said.

"What is a tub of chlorine doing in an abandoned chemical plant?" Jessie wondered out loud.

"And why would anyone steal it?" Connor asked.

"Let me look into it," Curtis said, typing away. "Also, I called off Dinah and Rory. Just be careful."

"While he looks into it, why don't you guys tell us why you are here," Jessie suggested, sitting down on a chair.
