A/N: Chapter 8 will be a while, only because I don't want to spoil the second half of Season 3B which chapters 8 onwards will be based upon.

Chapter 07

"Jia, I was raised in both the Shadow World and the Mundane world. And do you know what I learnt in all of that? That everyone, everyone had a price to pay. Even those who think that they're better than the rest of us," Agatha stated before she turned and left opening a portal back to New York. "Oh and don't forget the warlock side of me," she added smirking before she stepped through the portal not caring what the other woman had to say.

Hours later and Magnus and Agatha were standing in his lair when Catarina arrived and told them that they couldn't help at all. After Catarina left, Agatha and Magnus walked the streets of New York, Agatha smirked before she brought Lorenzo to an alley-way without his knowledge. Agatha pinned him against the wall before she spoke.

"Lorenzo, you messed with the wrong family. I'm sorry that I have to do this but I've already been in contact with the other High Warlocks and informed them of what you will do," Agatha in the recent hours had managed to travel a few days into the future and seen what he was willing to do and that it would potentially destroy the shadow world. "They've agreed that you are no longer suitable to be the High-Warlock of Brooklyn," Agatha made her speech before she sent Lorenzo packing. "Magnus, you know he's wrong. You're more than capable to handle him,"

"Agatha, we have to contact father..." Magnus hated saying it, as did Agatha – though she had never met her father she knew that he terrified her big brother.

"I know, and I know it's the last thing either of us want to ever do," Agatha said, taking her brother by the hand and kissing it.

Agatha bit her lip as the pair of them returned to his lair, where they were met by Alec who had no intention of leaving either of them. Alec and Magnus walked onto the balcony, while Agatha talked to Luke telling him to leave everything up to her as she had talked with Clary and told her to keep her ears open.

"Alec, Magnus has to do this, if we bring our father to Earth it could be completely disastrous if we want his help Magnus needs to go," Agatha took Alec's hand and helped Magnus to create the pentagram that would send him to Edom. "Tell father that he has no hold over me, and that he never will," Agatha laughed she knew that Magnus would do just that before telling their father that they needed his assistance. "Alec please...please don't kill my baby brother,"

"Agatha, do it now," Magnus told her before they sent him to Edom. Once in Edom Magnus made his way to his fathers dwelling and contacted him.

"Be safe big brother," Agatha said as Magnus disappeared into Edom. Agatha looked to Alec and pulled him into her arms hugging him tightly. "He'll be okay Alec...they both will,"

"You know since I fell in love with Magnus...yes love...I didn't think it would be this hard," Alec said resting his head a top of hers as they stood in Magnus' study.

"Nothing is ever easy," Agatha sighed, this time Alec hugged her tightly not wanting to let anything happen to her.

Magnus stood in the depths of Hell, before making his way towards his fathers dwelling looking at the demons circling around. He had vowed to never return to Edom after he was a small child. Magnus made his appearance known in Asmodeus' lair taking in his fathers appearance.

"Is your sister with you?" Asmodeus questioned, hugging the young warlock.

"She'll never come to Edom. You know as well as I do," Magnus answered before getting straight to the reason that he was in Edom to begin with. Asmodeus sent a blast of energy towards Magnus throwing him backwards.

"A FAVOUR?! After coming into my home and insulting me like this?! What kind of fool do you take me for?" Asmodeus questioned, fire in his eyes as he looked at him.

"The kind whose love for his chosen children might outweigh his pride," Magnus looked to his father questioning what he wanted in return for his help.

Magnus was dreading what Asmodeus wanted, to begin with he wanted him living in Edom with him. Meanwhile Luke and Maryse had managed to track down Clary and Jace – Jace had broken Clary out of Alicante. Luke and Maryse contacted Alec telling him what they found them and to meet them at a high rise in New York. Alec, Agatha, Isabelle, Simon and Luke met with Luke and Alec telling everyone the plan. Agatha and Alec went to the alley behind the building, where Agatha stood behind Alec. Luke and Isabelle went inside where they were met with Lilith's followers who planned on putting up a fight.

"Big brother I need to get inside Jace's mind," Agatha muttered, she was ignoring what her brother was saying she had to if she wanted to be strong. 'Jace, you are my brother and you always will be. I will get you out of this I promise,' Agatha sent the message to her brother – she prayed that it would work. Magnus was talking to her from Edom.

'Aggie? Is it really you?' Jace was surprised when he heard his sisters voice with in her head. 'I can't do this...she's torturing me Aggie,'

"Alec it's okay I promise," Agatha took a deep breath and pinned Jace against the wall. "Jace! Stop! You don't want to kill Alec he loves you. Magnus now!"

"Alec no!" Magnus had arrived to see Alec almost dying with Jace thrusting an arrow into his body. "I can't save him...but your sister can,"

"Aggie, you can do it I know you can," Jace said after he vomited up the owl that had been taking control of his body for the past few weeks. "I'm sorry..."

"Go! We'll look after Alec, and I'll keep you safe I promise," Aggie told Jace her fingers sparking before she started healing her best-friend the best that she could. "Oh Alec," she took hold of his hand while she used her magic to do what she could.

"Aggie...Magnus..." Alec's voiced was almost inaudible as Agatha tried to heal his broken wrist whilst kissing his forehead and looking at Magnus.

Jace raced up the top of the high rise, but he was too late. He watched as Clary seemingly died from a blast caused by the Mark of Cain on Simon's forehead. Simon having been attacked by Lilith trying to save Jonathan. Lilith being destroyed by the Mark.

"Clary!"
